Recent testing reveals 92 potentially carcinogenic molecules – and a fungicide – in Bill Gates’ “synthetic” milk which is being sold in grocery stores across America, according to the Health Research Institute (HRI).

The fake milk, sold by Bored Cow, uses a fake whey protein called “ProFerm” made by Gates-funded biotech company and partner Perfect Day. Perfect Day uses genetically modified “microflora” to produce the synthetic milk protein.

The Defender reports: According to Bored Cow, their product is a new kind of “animal-free” milk alternative “made with real milk protein from fermentation.”

HRI, a nonprofit independent lab based in Fairfield, Iowa, examined multiple samples of Bored Cow’s “original” flavor milk using mass spectrometry to test the claim that the synthetic protein it contained was the same as real milk protein.

Synthetic milk has never before been consumed by humans and has not undergone safety testing by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), according to HRI’s Chief Scientist and CEO John Fagan, Ph.D.

The testing results have yet to be published, but Fagan shared a few highlights with The Defender, including that the synthetic milk lacked many important micronutrients found in natural milk such as an omega-3 fatty acid, vitamin E and some B vitamins.

German Eurofighter jets intercepted a Russian aircraft flying over the Baltic Sea, the NATO member's air force said on Saturday, in the latest example of Russian aircraft passing over the region without a transponder.

The NATO fighter jets took off from the Latvian town of Lielvarde, to the southeast of the capital, Riga, on Saturday, the Luftwaffe said in a statement posted to social media.

A Russian Il-20 intelligence aircraft, also referred to by its NATO reporting name, Coot-A, was flying without a transponder over the Baltic, the German air force said. Transponders help authorities identify and track aircraft.

Newsweek has reached out to the Russian Defense Ministry for comment via email.

The House Oversight Committee is still looking into whether the White House influenced Hunter Biden’s decision to defy a congressional subpoena to testify in the impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden.

Per the New York Post, White House visitor logs showed that Hunter’s attorney Abbe Lowell had a meeting with Anthony Bernal, one of First Lady Jill Biden’s top aides, on Dec. 11, two days before Hunter was scheduled to testify before the House Oversight Committee.

Ukraine struck the dome above a shutdown reactor at the Russian-controlled Zaporizhzhia nuclear station on Sunday, though radiation levels were normal and there was no serious damage, the plant's Russian-installed administration said.

It was not immediately clear what weapon was used against the nuclear plant, which was taken by Russian forces shortly after their full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022. The plant said earlier it had been attacked by Ukrainian drones.

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), which has experts at the site, said it had been informed by the Russian-run plant that a drone had detonated at the site and the information was "consistent" with IAEA observations.

IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi said both sides should refrain from actions which "jeopardise nuclear safety".

The nuclear plant has six Soviet-designed VVER-1000 V-320 water-cooled and water-moderated reactors containing Uranium 235 and also has spent nuclear fuel at the facility.

Populist Peter Pellegrini has been elected president of Slovakia, succeeding the liberal Zuzana Caputova. Mr Pellegrini, 48, defeated the pro-Western Ivan Korčok, a former diplomat, with 53% of the vote. A former prime minister, he is an ally of Prime Minister Robert Fico, and shares the PM's dovish attitude towards Russia. Mr Fico and his allies now control Slovakia's parliament, government, and soon the president's office. Slovakia had been one of Ukraine's staunchest allies before Mr Fico came to power in October on a pledge to halt supplies of Slovak Army military stocks to Kyiv. With Mr Pellegrini replacing Mrs Caputova, Ukraine has now definitively lost a voice of support in an EU and Nato capital.
