Frustrated the FBI won't produce a key piece of subpoenaed evidence in the Biden family corruption probe, the Republican-led House is making preparations to hold Director Christopher Wray in contempt.

And one lawmaker has a preferred penalty: throwing the FBI boss in the U.S. Capitol's secretive detention jail known as the "the brig."

"We can't press charges. But we certainly can refer charges," Rep. Scott Perry, R-Pa., the chairman of the conservative House Freedom Caucus, told Just the News on Tuesday.  "And if he shows up on Capitol Hill, if he shows up in the House chamber, he can certainly end up in the brig here.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer has made a claim that implicated former President Barack Obama in regard to allegations involving the family of his then-Vice President Joe Biden.

In an interview, Comer hinted that Obama was aware of the Biden family’s questionable international business deals that have been the focus of a years-long federal probe.

“I believe that it’s because he knew what Joe Biden was doing the last year of his vice presidency,” Comer said. “He knew his son (Hunter Biden) was no good, and he knew this was nothing but a political liability not just for our country, not just for the democrat party, but for Obama’s legacy.”

Comer also raised the possibility that Obama’s awareness of the family’s business dealings might have influenced his hesitation to fully endorse Biden’s presidential campaign in 2020.

Federal judges in tandem with the Justice Department and the US Federal Bureau of Prisons are punishing J6 defendants for refusing to renounce their beliefs, speaking out about the cruel and unusual treatment they are subjected to and raising money to pay for their attorney fees and commissary while detained.

Judges are adding years to a J6 defendant’s sentence for conducting interviews with the media. Correction officers and jail staff are also retaliating against inmates for their horrific stories of prisoner abuse to the American public.

Republican leaders of two key House committees have launched a probe into the Biden administration’s handling of fossil fuel leasing practices after a leaked “energy security” memo.

House Oversight Chairman James Comer and Natural Resources Chairman Bruce Westerman informed senior Department of the Interior official Laura Daniel-Davis of a probe in a letter. The correspondence criticized the DOI’s oil and gas leasing delays and Daniel-Davis’ recent memo prioritizing climate considerations over energy security. Seventeen House Republicans joined in signing the letter.

“The Biden Administration has obstructed America’s energy producers in an effort to force a radical Green New Deal agenda on the American people,” Comer told Fox News in a statement. “The Democrats’ ongoing war against America’s oil and gas industry has only driven energy prices higher and families across the country are paying the price.”

North Korea’s attempt to launch its first spy satellite ended in failure, with the satellite and launch vehicle crashing into the Yellow Sea on the Korean Peninsula’s western coast.

The launch from the North triggered alarms in South Korea and Japan, with alerts being sent out to the public urging them to seek immediate shelter. However, both countries cancelled the alarms when it was revealed that it was a satellite launch that posed no immediate threat.

The launch, which was the North’s sixth satellite launch attempt and the first since 2016, was meant to place North Korea’s first spy satellite in orbit.

Walker said, “The US government is on a “burning platform” of unsustainable policies and practices with fiscal deficits, chronic healthcare underfunding, immigration and overseas military commitments threatening a crisis if action is not taken soon.” He believed we were resting on the laurels of being the sole superpower, as our empire built on debt was slowly and methodically crumbling. He cited three reasons for the fall of the Roman Republic that resonated in 2007 regarding the American Empire (formerly a republic):

This is the most spectacular fraud in the history of crime, for it makes government directly subordinate to Capitalism. This devastating megascam was instituted long before anyone but extremely wealthy elites had any idea of what government was, or what it did so that The People believed this was the only way it had ever been or ever could be. That is, of course, utter bullshit.

The evil of this system can be better understood by comparing government to a private entity. Say you want to start a business and you need money. You take a loan from a bank. You owe a debt then and interest on the loan to be paid from your profits.

The European Medicines Agency (EMA) has finally admitted that Covid-19 vaccination can have an adverse effect on female fertility.

The admission comes months after it was revealed in confidential Pfizer documents revealed that shedding of the Covid-19 vaccine is possible by skin-to-skin contact and/or breathing the same air as a vaccinated person, and can, unfortunately, lead to menstrual cycle disruption among women and miscarriage among pregnant women.

On the 28th October 2022, the EMA published new guidance that states “heavy menstrual bleeding should be added to the product information as a side effect of unknown frequency of the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines Comirnaty (Pfizer) and Spikevax (Moderna)”.

The EMA says that heavy menstrual bleeding can be defined as “bleeding characterised by an increased volume and/or duration which interferes with the person’s physical, social, emotional and material quality of life.”

Representative Matt Gaetz (R-FL) warned today that should a deal on the debt ceiling be reached without majority support from Republicans, it could have major repercussions for the party’s leadership.

Gaetz suggested that such a move would not only violate a previous agreement but could also trigger a motion to vacate the Speaker’s position.

In an interview with Newsmax, Gaetz elaborated on the potential implications of a bill being passed with the aid of Democrats. “If a majority of Republicans are against a piece of legislation and you use Democrats to pass it, that would immediately be a black-letter violation of the deal we had with McCarthy to allow his ascent to the Speakership,” he said. He further warned that such a violation “would likely trigger an immediate motion to vacate.”

A new Gallup/Knight Foundation study finds that many Americans regularly turn to individuals with public platforms for news and information. These individuals include celebrities, journalists, academic experts, TV show hosts, online influencers and business leaders. The top two reasons given for following these individuals are: personality and trust.

Former JPMorgan Chase executive Jes Staley has thrown CEO Jamie Dimon under the bus over the bank's relationship with Jeffrey Epstein - claiming in legal documents that he and Dimon communicated about the convicted sex offender.

Dimon maintains he had no such conversations, the Wall Street Journal reports, while Staley claims he knew about Epstein's sex trafficking operation and that he regrets his friendship with Epstein.

According to the filing, Staley says that he and Dimon communicated when Epstein was arrested in 2006 and 2008 when Epstein pleaded guilty to soliciting and procuring a minor for prostitution, and served 13 months in a work-release program. Staley also claims that Dimon communicated with him several times through 2012 about whether to maintain Epstein as a client.

The UK is headed for the second summer of strikes as the seemingly intractable cost-of-living crisis devastates household finances. British officials are so desperate to alleviate despair among Brits that they are considering drastic measures, such as implementing food price controls. 

Brits received the grim news on Tuesday as food prices remain at or near record levels. The British Retail Consortium (BRC) said annual food inflation eased from 15.7% to 15.4% this month. However, the cost of store items, known as shop price inflation, increased to 9%, a new high for the index that dates back to 2005.

A New Hampshire school district is using COVID Relief funds to pay for a drag show at a high school.

Manchester Mayor Joyce Craig’s administration has approved $4,000 for Manchester High School West’s June 2 Pride Event, which will come from American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding, according to a report from NH Journal.

“That includes $500 to pay drag performers to appear at the public school,” the report states. “The funding was approved through the city’s Community Event and Activation Grant, or CEAG, program, according to documents obtained by NHJournal.”

Manchester School District Superintendent Jennifer Gillis defended the event by claiming it is optional for students.

Alex Soros, son of liberal billionaire George Soros, has maintained access to the upper echelons of President Biden's White House and has frequently taken advantage of those channels.

The younger Soros, who chairs the board of directors for his father's Open Society Foundations network, has now visited the White House at least 17 times since 2021, according to a Fox News Digital review of visitor logs.

Alex's most recent visits include three meetings between February 8th and 10th, records released Tuesday show. The visitor logs list Jon Finer, the principal deputy national security adviser; Jordan Finkelstein, special assistant to the president and the chief of staff for senior Biden adviser Anita Dunn; and Mariana Adame, the adviser to the counselor of the president, as the individuals who greeted Alex.

Members of the Freedom Caucus, the most conservative caucus in the U.S. House of Representatives, are keeping going after Kevin McCarthy’s speakership on the table in the wake of the disappointing tentative debt ceiling deal he cut with Joe Biden.  

Dan Bishop became the first Republican to publicly support ousting McCarthy as speaker, stating after a press conference that he’d only file a motion to vacate if it garnered wider support. He later said on CNN that “I always work with others. My view is it’s going to have to be done” if the deal goes to a vote on the House floor.

Last week, explosive footage was released by the Election Oversight Group that shows the “Secret Testing” that took place in Maricopa County on October 14th, 17th, and 18th, after the Logic and Accuracy testing reportedly done on October 11th.

In that video, you can see at the 7:02 mark that at least four employees tried to feed ballots through the tabulators but those ballots were rejected and spit back out, multiple times in some cases.

Life Legal Defense Foundation today filed a petition for certiorari with the U.S. Supreme Court asking it to reverse a multi-million-dollar judgment against longtime pro-life activist Albin Rhomberg and the Center for Medical Progress.

As you may remember, in 2016 Planned Parenthood sued the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) and several individuals after CMP published a series of videos showing abortionists negotiating the sale of baby body parts. CMP also provided evidence that human body part brokers purchased tissue and organs of aborted babies from Planned Parenthood, which is a federal crime.

The lawsuit charged that CMP and those who assisted it in its investigation had violated RICO, the federal anti-racketeering statute.

After a six-week trial, a federal court in San Francisco awarded Planned Parenthood over $2 million in damages and $14 million in attorney fees, which was affirmed by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. The damages were not to compensate for any actual injury or loss, but rather to reimburse PP for the costs of updating and upgrading its security systems, to prevent another successful infiltration. After all, the $2 billion abortion behemoth had allowed a group of citizen journalists access to its abortion industry conferences armed only with obviously homemade IDs and the offer to pay money for body parts.

To ensure that the jury was sufficiently concerned about Planned Parenthood’s safety, the federal judge allowed Planned Parenthood to call an “expert witness” on “anti-abortion terrorism and violence.” Other witnesses reminded the jury that “doctors have been murdered.” Not only was this testimony biased, it was completely irrelevant, as there was no suggestion that any of the pro-life defendants had ever threatened or engaged in any violence against abortion doctors or clinics. Their intent was to expose acts of violence, not commit them.
