Missouri's Attorney General Andrew Bailey (R-MO) shared his observations from the first hearing scheduled for the lawsuit Missouri v. Biden. The lawsuit exposed the Biden White House's social media censorship campaign and further documented the worrying state censorship-technological nexus where state agencies and social media platforms engage in joint censorship schemes against disidents and the politically undesirable. 

The state attorney general outlined on Twitter that he thought the first hearing went well and that "The federal government had a hard time convincing a judge last week that it hasn't been working with and coercing social media companies to censor free speech." He shared several memorable moments from the hearing in a series of tweets. 

Harris Faulkner opened “Fox News Tonight” on Monday, relating stories of patriotism and Christian faith while also revealing something that happened to her at a restaurant recently.

“The Lord has determined I am a woman,” she began during the opening segment. “And my pronouns are U.S.A. Our nation’s soul is at stake. And we really only have a couple of choices, three, really: We can be bad at protecting the greatest nation on the Earth. We can be average at protecting the greatest nation on the Earth. Or we can be elite at protecting the greatest nation on Earth. We know who we are. And we know whose we are.”

She went on to say that she was kicked out of a restaurant for praying before she ate.

 California Democrats on Monday honored a member of the anti-Catholic “Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence” despite backlash over the Los Angeles Dodgers also honoring the anti-Catholic drag group.

 Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) suggested on Tuesday that FBI Director Christopher Wray could face jail time if he refuses to turn over the highly sought-after document alleging a $5 million foreign criminal bribery scheme involving President Joe Biden.

 On Monday, Fox News’ Harris Faulkner discussed the “spiritual fight” the country is in, calling President Joe Biden weak, and slamming the gender ideology push as a “mad leftist science experiment on women and children.”

 Anheuser-Busch, the parent company of embattled beer brand Bud Light, agreed to pay over half a million dollars to the Environmental Protection Agency after being accused of violating the Clean Air Act. 

 A federal judge on Tuesday concluded “gender identity is real” in a ruling that partially strikes down Florida‘s new law banning doctors from prescribing puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones to minors.

 Most Tennesseans want authorities to focus on arresting dangerous people rather than confiscating weapons from those deemed mentally ill, according to a new poll that comes as Republican Governor Bill Lee pushes for a variation of a red flag law following the Covenant School shooting. 

The scale of the censorship campaign against negative news like that of the Hunter Biden laptop story against Joe Biden in 2020 was an egregious act of election interference. That this campaign to provide Biden cover against the story on account of it being Russian disinformation had approval from and participation from certain corners of the active intelligence community in the CIA only heightened this problem. Now, Congress has undertaken an investigation of the extent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's possible role in shutting down the laptop story in 2020, according to Just the News. 

Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) divulged in a letter to the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government dated back to February 2022 that "Whistleblowers approached my office with allegations that the FBI created an assessment in August 2020 – the same month that the FBI briefed me and Senator Johnson...According to these whistleblowers, that assessment was used by FBI Headquarters to improperly discredit negative Hunter Biden information as disinformation. This scheme allegedly caused investigative activity then to entirely cease."

A newly released batch of emails between Hunter Biden, his associates, and the Obama administration indicate that President Joe Biden, then Vice President, had complete access to knowledge about his son’s influence-peddling schemes, something the president has steadfastly denied.

House Oversight Chair James Comer (R-KY) announced that conservative group American First Legal had obtained emails from the National Archives which show Biden “lied to the American people when he said he had no knowledge of his son’s business dealings.”

 Actor and former California Republican Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger recently described heaven as “some fantasy.” 

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s case against former President Donald Trump heated up again this week.

Law enforcement sources revealed a “supervising detective” assisting Bragg’s case against Trump has been suspended for his contact with Michael Cohen, who previously served as Trump’s lawyer and has become adversarial to the 45th president.

“Jeremy Rosenberg, who investigates financial crimes for Bragg, had his gun removed recently for his interactions with Cohen, the sources claimed. A law enforcement source said Bragg’s office is looking at how Rosenberg shared communications about Cohen with the office,” New York Post reported. “Rosenberg also assisted in the prosecution of Steve Bannon in the alleged $15 million border-wall fundraising scam, for which Trump pardoned him. He did not return a call for comment.”

“The office is conducting a review of an investigator’s compliance with internal office protocols,” a Bragg spokeswoman said.

 The federal judge who issued a temporary block on portions of Florida’s law protecting children from life-damaging medical treatments in the name of so-called gender-affirming care has a history of thwarting the Sunshine State’s conservative movement.

A three-judge federal appeals court in Georgia has rejected an administration request for permission to keep releasing illegal migrants into Americans’ society via the parole pathway.

The rejection is a win for Florida’s Attorney General — Ashley Moody — because it narrows the parole gateway that President Joe Biden’s pro-migration border chief is using to let poor economic migrants compete against Americans for jobs, housing, and school attention.

Damon Atkins, a Christian, was arrested this past weekend during a ‘Pride‘ event in Reading, Pennsylvania, for reading the Bible aloud, causing significant controversy over First Amendment rights.

Atkins, who was standing on the outskirts of the Pride event, was reading from 1 Corinthians 14:33, a verse that speaks of peace, when law enforcement intervened and arrested him. “For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints,” the verse reads.

In under a minute of standing on the sidewalk, Atkins found himself in handcuffs.

The January 6th riot has been a source of controversy since its occurrence over two years ago but details continue to come out after House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) recently turned over security footage to certain journalists like John Solomon and Julie Kelly. 

Those journalists are working to release meaningful footage from that day that previously never saw the light of day. John Solomon recently released footage of a door on the West side of the Capitol building that was left open and basically unguarded on that day. This breach of security allowed some 300 persons to flow into the building without major obstacles even as other entries were jealously guarded by Capitol police, according to Just the News.

The footage confirms concerns raised by Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) which were unduly dismissed by the Democratic-controlled House January 6th Committee. Johnson told Just the News that "Some people did enter the Capitol, not by committing acts of violence, but were literally let in." 

Johnson previously pointed out that police did not appear to be concerned over the breach. He wrote a letter back on June 10, 2021, to the Capitol police that "Over the span of a 14-minute period, approximately 309 unauthorized individuals entered the Capitol on January 6 through the upper west terrace doors. At approximately 2:26 p.m. on January 6, a security camera showed a male inside the Capitol attempting to open one of the upper west terrace doors to exit the building. This unauthorized individual, who was by himself at the time, walked through a narrow hallway to the double doors and attempted to exit through the left door by pushing the door’s crash bar."

He further wrote that "[t]he door did not open and the individual turned around and walked back through the hallway and away from the doors. Approximately seven minutes later, at 2:33 p.m., security footage showed five unauthorized individuals walking down the same hallway, past a police officer." 

Senator Johnson recalled that the police never responded to his observations with answers. He noted, "[w]e do not have, we don't know the truth...And what always haunts me is that history is written by the victors and we know the Democrats -- we know the liberal left -- wants to paint conservatives as potential domestic terrorists. I didn't see any armed insurrectionists there...There may have been a few insurrectionists in there but there weren't thousands of armed insurrectionists. And yet, that was a narrative that the left wanted to push. They continue to push it. It's just dishonest." 

House conservatives exacted revenge on Tuesday for House Speaker Kevin McCarthy's alleged capitulation on the debt ceiling crisis.

Members of the House Freedom Caucus voiced their anger with McCarthy after he reached a deal with President Joe Biden, which he signed into law on Saturday. Some members of the caucus believed that McCarthy violated the power-sharing agreement he made with conservatives to win the speakership in January, leading at least one to threaten to remove McCarthy as speaker.

But instead of a motion to vacate the chair, House conservatives blindsided Republican leaders by temporarily sinking legislation to protect gas stoves.

In a 220-206 vote, about a dozen House conservatives joined forces to block a resolution to establish the rules for voting on the Gas Stove Protection and Freedom Act and Save Our Stoves Act, despite principally supporting the bills.

Four refreshing words signaling a return to truth in broadcasting that could only be found on Elon Musk’s social media platform. Carlson compares his new show to Cold War-era broadcasting, saying that he hopes it “will be the shortwave radio under the blankets.”

And from there, the former Fox News icon immediately dives into a scathing commentary of the West’s unwavering support for Ukraine.

Carlson addressed reports yesterday that the Kakhovka Dam in Ukraine was breached, causing extensive flooding, and resulting in a torrent of media analysis claiming that Russia was behind the attack. He remains skeptical, however.

Using his trademark sarcastic delivery, Carlson cast aspersions upon Ukraine and insinuated that they may have been behind the attack.

In fact, we know this from experience learned the hard way at the hands of our own government.

So why is anyone surprised to learn that the FBI, one of the most power-hungry and corrupt agencies within the police state’s vast complex of power-hungry and corrupt agencies, misused a massive government surveillance database more than 300,000 times in order to target American citizens?

This is how the government operates, after all.

First, they seek out extraordinary powers acquired in the wake of some national crisis—in this case, warrantless surveillance powers intended to help the government spy on foreign targets suspected of engaging in terrorism—and then they use those powers against the American people.

According to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, the FBI repeatedly misused Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act in order to spy on the communications of two vastly disparate groups of Americans: those involved in the George Floyd protests and those who may have taken part in the Jan. 6, 2021, protests at the Capitol.

On Tuesday, Chairman of the House Oversight Committee James Comer (R-Ky.) revealed that a well-respected and credible FBI informant’s claims about Joe Biden being involved in a multi-million-dollar bribery scandal date as far back as 2017, with the information being actively kept from the public by the FBI.

According to Just The News, Comer made this revelation in an interview after having already reviewed the FD-1023 form that was filed in June of 2020, the first official record of the accusation that Biden was paid up to $5 million by a foreign nation to directly change U.S. foreign policy while he was Vice President.

Comer said that the FD-1023 itself made clear that the allegations were first made back in 2017, after President Donald Trump had been sworn into office; the concerns were raised once more between 2017 and 2020, with the official 1023 form being the third and final time the claims were formally made within the FBI. He also confirmed that the foreign nation in question is, in fact, the war-torn state of Ukraine.

“Yes, it is Ukraine,” said Congressman Comer, citing the document as evidence. “This form 1023 involves a business person from Ukraine, who allegedly sent a bribe, a substantial bribe to then-Vice President Joe Biden.” When asked who the businessperson was, Comer said the name was among the 10 percent of information in the document that was redacted by the FBI.

Webmaster addition: Soooooo ... Ukraine bribes the Vice President with $5 million, and when Biden becomes President, he sends Ukraine $113 billion. Not a bad deal at all! Except for the American people, of course.

This begs another question. Did Ukraine help rig the 2020 election to protect their "investment?"

Alex Soros, son of liberal billionaire George Soros, boasted of meeting with Vice President Kamala Harris on social media, drawing sarcastic reactions and questions from several social media users, including at least one Republican senator.

The younger Soros, who chairs the board of directors for his father's Open Society Foundations network, has maintained access to Biden's White House and top Democratic lawmakers. 

The meeting with Harris further exemplifies his intimate connection to powerful left-wing politicians in the United States.

The New York Times has been forced to very, very belatedly deal with something which had long been obvious and known to many independent analysts and media outlets, but which has been carefully shielded from the mainstream masses in the West for obvious reasons.

The surprising Monday Times headline said that “Nazi Symbols on Ukraine’s Front Lines Highlight Thorny Issues of History.” This acknowledgement comes after literally years of primarily indy journalists and geopolitical commentators pointing out that yes indeed… Ukraine’s military and paramilitary groups, especially those operating in the east since at least 2014, have a serious Nazi ideology problem. This has been exhaustively documented, again, going back years. But the report, which merely tries to downplay it as a “thorny issue” of Ukraine’s “unique” “History” – suggests that the real problem for Western PR is fundamentally that it’s being displayed so openly. Ukrainian troops are being asked to cover those Nazi symbols please!–as Matt Taibbi sarcastically quipped in commenting on the report.
