"The executive power in our government is not the only, perhaps not even the principal, object of my solicitude. The tyranny of the legislature is really the danger most to be feared, and will continue to be so for many years to come. The tyranny of the executive power will come in its turn, but at a more distant period." -- Thomas Jefferson, Democracy in America

Russian troops broke through the defenses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kanal microdistrict of Chasov Yar, moving towards the Novy microdistrict. Yesterday's information about the successes of the 98th Airborne Division is confirmed not only by Russian, but also by Ukrainian resources.

The day before, paratroopers broke through a 500-meter corridor through the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kanal microdistrict, hoisting the Russian flag over one of the buildings in the depths of the area. Ukrainian publics confirm that half of the microdistrict came under the control of Russian troops, the other moved into the gray zone, which reached almost to the Seversky Donets - Donbass canal, separating the Kanal microdistrict from the Novy microdistrict.

External pressure from "concerned" scientists and members of the public reportedly resulted in a major study about Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) "vaccines" and cancer being retracted by Stockholm University in Sweden.

Research by Dr. Hui Jiang and Dr. Ya-Fang Mei linking COVID injections to cancer had to be pulled, authorities say, because it upset some people, including one scientist who questioned the "social relevance" of the paper. This same scientist claimed the science contained in the paper was "hacked by anti-vaccinationists."

The research team from Umeå University, also in Sweden, published their findings in the peer-reviewed journal MDPI Viruses back in October 2021 at the height of the Trump regime's Operation Warp Speed mass injection scheme. A video about the study that was posted to YouTube not even a month later quickly amassed more than 1.4 million views.

"Any cell that has spike protein in it, if it needs its DNA repaired ... then spike protein can reduce the DNA repair," explained Dr. Mobeen "Been" Syed, the medical educator who put together the YouTube video.

"Cancer cells are the cells where the DNA has escaped the repair."

Political commentator Candace Owens asks the audience at Turning Point USA’s Young Women’s Leadership Summit in San Antonio, Texas to think about the way modern feminism has been packaged to psychologically condition women. “It begins as soon as you enter the school system, you start to see these things. You start to understand that feminism as a term is all around you and it is something that you are being force fed whether you recognize it or not,” she says. “And make no mistake—there is absolutely nothing feminine about feminism.”

An obese woman has won Miss Alabama, with the organizers of the contest insisting that the intention of the beauty pageant was to “foster a positive self-image.”

Yes, really.

After Sara Milliken learned that she had won the competition and would go on to represent her state at the national level, she hit back at critics who questioned her weight.

Even something that you type over a screen can have a lasting impression on people,” she told WKRG.

According to a report by the news network, “The purpose of the national American Miss program is to grow confidence and foster a positive self-image.”

This despite the fact that the level of obesity displayed by Milliken is linked with all manner of horrible diseases like diabetes, heart disease, strokes, and certain cancers.

Respondents weren’t very impressed with the result.

Dang I didn’t realize this was a cattle auction,” wrote one.

Webmaster addition: One reason we have an obesity problem in the US is that food companies add chemicals to food that make you eat more (like MSG), so that you buy more, and they make more money. But it appears that, not wanting to reduce profits (and have a healthier population) the goal is to make obesity fashionable!

Russian strikes on Ukraine’s energy facilities have destroyed half of its electricity generation capacity since winter, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Tuesday.

“As a result of the strikes of Russian missiles and drones, nine gigawatts of capacity have already been destroyed. The peak of electricity consumption last winter was 18 gigawatts. So half now doesn’t exist,” Zelensky told a conference in Berlin.

The consolidation of the corporate media entities continues apace, with CNN set to feature Associated Press (AP) content on its website for the first time in nearly 15 years. CNN staffers fret that the move, pushed by the network’s CEO Mark Thompson, is a prelude to layoffs as the corporate news organization moves away from original reporting.

The CNN-AP deal is the latest in a line of schemes to revive the network’s collapsing audience. In late May, it was revealed the network logged its lowest primetime ratings since 1991. According to Nielsen data, the network’s 8 PM to 11 PM programming from May 13 through May 19 attracted only 83,000 viewers among the coveted demographic of 25-to 54-year-olds.

Actor John Leguizamo has taken out a full-page ad in the New York Times to urge industry insiders voting for Emmy Awards nominees to vote for “non-white artists” because there isn’t enough “inclusion” in the entertainment industry.

“America is better when it is inclusive,” the Spawn star wrote. “It is more profitable. It is more creative! Let’s not give up. I’m still woke! Are you?”

“Please let this be the year we finally embrace change,” Leguizamo’s ad began. “The year we truly find Equity, and see artists of color represented across not just one category, but ALL categories.”

“I know you’re tired of hearing words like ‘inclusivity’ and ‘diversity’ – treading water while you try to understand how to put actions behind these sentiments. Look no further! It’s simple!” his ad continued.

“There are hundreds of prolific non-white artists who deserve to be considered for Awards this year, not because they are simply… Black, Brown, Indigenous or Asian but because they are truly grear,” he wrote, “exceptional artists who have achieved that greatness with a foot on their neck for far too long.”

This article was written as a contribution to the 2024 Chisinau Forum: ‘Unrestricted warfare: a holistic approach to the Great Reset’.

Over the last few years, I have been doing a bit of research into the connections and parallels between the Great Reset and war.

Although my focus has been mostly on the First World War, I have come to the conclusion – shocking for some, perhaps, but utterly unsurprising for others – that the agenda behind all modern wars is the same as that behind the Great Reset, Fourth Industrial Revolution, New World Order or whatever else you choose to call it.

This agenda – a long-term and multi-faceted agenda – is that of the entity I have taken to calling the criminocracy, a global mafia which, as I explained in my booklet Enemies of the People, is dominated by the Rothschild financial and industrial empire.

The overall aim is the consolidation and expansion of the criminocracy’s power and wealth, the two terms being virtually synonymous in this corrupted era that René Guénon termed the Reign of Quantity.

We can break this down into three aspects:

Short-term goals – ie: given that the whole thing is ultimately about money, immediate financial advantage.

Medium-term goals – ie: the setting-up of forthcoming financial advantage.

Long-term goals – the creation of the social conditions which will be to the financial advantage of the criminocracy in decades to come.

As far as short-term financial advantages to the Great Reset are concerned, as reflected in its initial Covid phase, they are quite obvious.

Firstly there were the profits from the sale of the so-called vaccines themselves – purchased and indemnified across the world by public authorities in an atmosphere in which there was no room for democratic scrutiny or debate.

Secondly, there was all the new equipment that could be sold, again globally, on the back of the so-called pandemic: face masks, plastic screens, handwash, signage, PCR tests and so on.

Thirdly there was the financial advantage gained by large businesses, particularly those operating online, from the lockdowns that severely affected smaller businesses.

In terms of war the most obvious cause of quick profit is from sales of armaments.

The arms trade is a key part of the criminocratic empire – as revealed by the term “military-industrial complex”.

At the time of the First World War, for example, Britain’s arms trade was controlled by a monopolising ring based around Vickers Ltd; Armstrong, Whitworth and Co Ltd; John Brown and Co Ltd; Cammell, Laird & Co, and the Nobel Dynamite Trust.

Historians Gerry Docherty and Jim Macgregor, who show how the criminocrats created and prolonged the war for their own profit, note: “The ring equated to a vast financial network in which apparently independent firms were strengthened by absorption and linked together by an intricate system of joint shareholding and common directorships.

“It was an industry that challenged the Treasury, influenced the Admiralty, maintained high prices and manipulated public opinion”. [2]

War also calls for vast amounts of raw materials, not just to manufacture the guns, ammunition, tanks, ships and aircraft, and all the associated paraphernalia, but also to transport goods and men over oceans and continents.

The Rothschild gang’s dominant role in the global oil industry, as well as in iron and steel and in railways, meant their cash tills were ringing heartily from this huge surge in demand – on both sides of the 1914-18 conflict.

There are other aspects of immediate financial gain, in the past and in the present, that are hard to identify with precision, because they fall into the realm of clearly criminal behaviour and thus are even more carefully concealed than other forms of skullduggery.

Two centuries ago, during the Napoleonic wars, the Rothschilds took advantage of food shortages and spiralling prices to operate on the black market in their home city of Frankfurt and sold provisions to armies at a considerable profit.

British goods, including cotton fabric, sugar, indigo and tobacco, were also transported across the Channel, via the Rothschilds’ warehouses, in defiance of Napoleon’s blockade.

War-related sanctions can be a profitable affair for those with the right contacts.

“Humanitarian” relief in wartime is often a convenient cover for massive and highly dubious transfers of money.

Docherty and Macgregor explain how, in the First World War, “aid” to Belgium amounted to “one of the world’s greatest con jobs”. [3]

The Commission for Relief in Belgium hailed itself as “the greatest humanitarian undertaking that the world had ever seen”. [4]

It later claimed to have spent over $13,000,000,000 on relief for the people of Belgium, a truly staggering figure for the period.

The man in charge was Herbert Clark Hoover (pictured), later president of the USA, whom the two authors do not hesitate to describe as “a confidence trickster and a crook”.[5]

With a certain inevitability, it turns out that he was deeply connected to the circles that had planned the very disaster which he was now allegedly alleviating.

Explain Docherty and Macgregor: “The American-born mining engineer lived in London for years and was a business colleague of the Rothschilds… He held shares in the Rothschilds’ Rio Tinto Company and was associated with the same all-powerful Rothschild dynasty which invested in his Zinc Corporation”. [6]

Around two-thirds of small business owners say that current economic conditions under President Joe Biden could force them to  close their doors, according to a new poll  from the Job Creators Network Foundation (JCNF) reported by the Daily Caller.

According to the report:

Around 67% of small business owners were worried that current economic conditions could force them to close their doors, ten percentage points higher than just two years ago, according to the JCNF’s monthly small business poll. Respondents’ perceptions of economic conditions for their own businesses fell slightly in the month, from 70.2 to 68.1 points, with 100 points being the best possible business conditions, while perceptions of national conditions increased from 50.4 to 53.2 points.

Digging deeper, 44% of small business owners say crime has increased in their area, while 39% say it's remained the same. Businesses making less than $100,000 per year were the most likely group to say that crime has increased, at 55%, while those with over $1 million per year in revenue were least likely to say that crime is on the rise.

"Small businesses are more vulnerable to high taxes and costly regulatory environments compared to their large corporate counterparts," JCNF president Elaine Parker told the Caller. "That’s why it’s no surprise that 26% of small businesses say they’ve considered relocating to a different state or city to chase more favorable tax rates and escape government red tape. This is an opportunity for free-market minded governors to continue making their states stand out from the crowd by implementing pro-growth policy reforms that will ignite Main Street.

Statewide teacher attendance in Nevada has fallen to the lowest in a decade, echoing a similar problem seen at school districts all over the United States, in places like New York and Connecticut to Chicago, Bloomberg wrote this past week.

According to staffing firm Kelly Services Inc., teacher absenteeism has risen from 6% during the Covid pandemic to 10% currently, based on data from 40 states.

The report says that this increase poses a significant economic challenge for school districts, especially as they attempt to recover from educational disruptions caused by lockdowns.

Bloomberg estimates that if 8% of the 3.2 million full-time public school teachers are absent, it could cost districts approximately $25.6 million daily, totaling about $4.4 billion each school year. This financial strain is expected to worsen with the cessation of federal stimulus funding in September.

Marguerite Roza, director of the Edunomics Lab at Georgetown University, commented: “We hear from financial leaders that they’re worried about it, the cost can be from $100 to $250 a day for a sub."

"If students who missed a year of learning are now missing 10% because of chronic absence, and another 10% because their teacher is chronically absent, they are never going to get back on track,” she continue

Claire's Observations:  Ms. Roza is entirely correct in this assessment.

People don't want to teach anymore, because of low pay, behavioural problems in school which can result in teachers' deaths, or maiming for life; and the pressures vs/ the rewards of this vocation.  Union issues, which can keep a really bad teacher employed for life, are also not helping.

First, teachers should have the right NOT to feel expendible, if there is any disrespect against them in the classroom. That should be dealt with, and family members responsible for that child, need to be brought to school and educated as to what is right, and wrong behaviour in a classroom, so they, and the student for whom they are responsible understand this as well.

Secondly, young moms returning to work at schools as teachers, should have a benefit package which includes a stipend for child care, to make that makes coming back to teach an attractive prospect.  I firmly believe that this would encourage more young moms to stay in the system, and provide better stability for those young families.

And lastly, teachers need the right to educate, rather than indoctrinate.  IF a kid knows all the correct pronouns, that is NOT going to save them after graduation from high school, when they can't find the personnel office at a company, because they cannot read the sign on the door!  The literacy, numeracy, and logical capabilities of kids graduating high school in this country, is horrific https://www.edweek.org/policy-politics/opinion-reading-scores-have-plunged-since-the-pandemic-what-this-senator-wants-to-do-about-that/2024/03, and this has to get fixed... Former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi admitted that she was responsible for the National Guard not being ready to deal with the January 6 Capitol riot.

The bombshell admission comes nearly 3.5 years after the riot. Republicans say that the never-seen-before video undermines Democrats' claims that Trump was solely responsible for the security failures on January 6.

In a video shot by Pelosi's daughter, Alexandria, while the pair were escaping from the Capitol on January 6, 2021, the former speaker can be seen saying 'Why weren't the National Guard there to begin with?'

'They clearly didn't know, and I take responsibility for not having them just prepared for more,' Pelosi said to her chief of staff Terri McCullough.

The video was published on X by Republicans leading the Committee on House Administration's Subcommittee on Oversight on Monday.

Chaos has worsened in Chicago as the homeless population has swelled three times the amount in just one year as migrants continue to move to the Windy City.

The city's annual snapshot, released on Friday, revealed that 18,836 people are homeless in Chicago in 2024, compared to 6,139 in 2023 - amounting to a staggering 200 percent increase in total.

The unhoused population under the term 'sheltered new arrivals' was counted on January 25 as 13,679, while there were 212 'unsheltered new arrivals' recorded.

Shockingly, the 212 unsheltered new arrivals - meaning people sleeping on the streets - is a 960 percent uptick from 2023, when the number was just 20.

It’s not 1968.

But after anti-war, pro-Palestinian demonstrations roiled college campuses this spring and led to clashes between protesters and police, the specter of the chaos surrounding that summer’s Democratic National Convention in Chicago looms as the party returns in August to mark the renomination of President Joe Biden.

To be sure, the landscape is vastly different than it was in the late 1960s, even amid resurgent political violence driven predominantly by the far right. Nevertheless, the influx of potentially tens of thousands of protesters into Chicago during the Aug. 19-22 convention, some of whom have vowed to take to the streets without city permits, raises questions about how prepared Chicago police are for any ensuing unrest.

While similar concerns arose ahead of the last Chicago DNC in 1996, as well as the NATO summit in 2012, divisions among the Democratic coalition are deeper this year, with progressives upset over Biden’s ongoing support for Israel in its war against Hamas as well as his recent order clamping down on migrant crossings at the southern border.

Dockworkers at America’s East Coast and Gulf Coast seaports canceled labor talks that were due to start this week and raised the possibility of a strike later this year at some of the country’s biggest trade gateways.

The International Longshoremen’s Association canceled talks set for Tuesday in Newark, N.J., to protest the use of automated machinery at some ports, which the union says violates prior labor agreements.

The withdrawal from the bargaining table marks a harsh start to negotiations aimed at securing a contract covering more than 45,000 dockworkers at ports from Maine to Texas ahead of the current agreement’s expiration Sept. 30. A walkout at that time would come as goods are flowing into the country ahead of the end-of-year holidays and threaten the American economy just ahead of the presidential election.
