Violence against Palestinians and the press has been on going problem in Israel in general for years, but the level of such incidents in the occupied West Bank has reached a fevered pitch in recent months, with Israeli settlers attacking people with virtual impunity.

At least 350 Palestinian children currently face “harsh conditions” in Israeli prisons.

On Tuesday, Israeli forces arrested at least six children from Hebron in the occupied West Bank, the report said.

The organisation said information regarding the number of children arrested in Gaza is unclear, given the thousands of missing persons in the besieged Gaza Strip, including children, and the ongoing policy of enforced disappearance.

Trump is now joined in that ill-advised effort of mixed messaging by America’s top diplomat, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who recently gave an intellectual twist to Trump’s hostility to Iranian civilization. Predictably, the Islamic Republic pointed to Rubio’s remarks as further evidence that the U.S. is at war with Iran’s people and indeed its entire history and culture, not just its government.

Associated Press video reporting said tens of thousands marched in Sana’a and other Yemeni cities. The crowds denounced Saudi Arabia and voiced support for Palestinians. Footage and accounts described large groups filling streets, chanting, and holding signs. Protesters carried national flags and the black, white, green, and red of the Palestinian banner. The size language was broad, and no formal crowd count method was provided, but multiple reports confirmed substantial turnouts across Houthi-held areas.

Saudi Arabia’s cabinet said the Houthi group would “bear the consequences” for attacks on airports, the holy cities of Mecca and Medina, and vital economic sites. The cabinet linked the warning to the kingdom’s security and to freedom of navigation in the Red Sea. Saudi officials have faced a grim week. Reuters reported people killed and dozens wounded after strikes on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and on facilities at Abha airport in the southwest. The warning signals a tougher stance.

Yemen’s Houthi group publicly warned airlines, workers, and travelers to avoid Saudi airports and airspace, saying they are “a theatre of operations,” while exempting the holy cities of Mecca and Medina. The message followed a burst of claimed attacks using ballistic and cruise missiles and drones. The stated carve-out for Mecca and Medina shows intent to spare specific religious sites, but it still labels civilian aviation targets across the country as fair game, raising grave safety and legal concerns.
