Thought for the day

"I have come to the conclusion that politics is too serious a matter to be left to the politicians." -- Charles de Gaulle, French general & president

Now six Republicans who backed former President Donald Trump's election fraud claims could take charge of states' elections with GOP state Rep. Chuck Gray's primary win Tuesday night in Wyoming.

Thanks to the state's ultra-red make-up, the Trump-endorsed Gray is practically assured to win the race in November. Democrats didn't even field a primary candidate.

Radical Marxist Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón dodged recall efforts after Los Angeles County banned observers from monitoring the recall vote count.

TGP’s Cristina Laila reported that observers were not allowed to monitor the vote counting in the effort to recall George Gascón.

Los Angeles County reported Monday that over 27% of the signatures submitted on petitions to recall District Attorney George Gascón were invalid — after reporting that less than 1% of mail-in ballots were invalid in the 2020 election.

The county reported that it rejected 195,783 of the 715,833 signatures submitted, roughly 27.3%. The reasons given included that some voters were found to be unregistered; incorrect addresses were given; or signatures did not match those on file.

A high-profile attempt to recall progressive Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascon failed on Monday, after organizers ruled that 200,000 signatures were invalid, as the Cuban-born Democrat slammed the petition as an 'attempted political power grab.'

In America's most populous county, which has seen rising crime rates and brazen smash-and-grab robberies and home invasions, Gascón has been faulted for criminal justice reforms that critics have said fueled lawlessness. The top prosecutor, though, dismisses these claims.

There’s an election hack built before the 2020 election that can instantaneously swap the bubbles on your ballot. The “filled in” bubble of your candidate is moved to the hackers preferred candidate, and swapped out with that empty bubble. The change is made before the “ballot Image” is stored to the election server, and before it’s tabulated. By using the voter’s own marking style & penmanship, these changes are undetectable to the human eye.

The Wisconsin Assembly Republican leader who hired a former state Supreme Court justice to investigate the 2020 election fired him Friday, three days after the lawmaker beat a primary opponent whom the investigator and former President Donald Trump had endorsed.

Judicial Watch announced today that YouTube censored a Judicial Watch video about Biden corruption and election integrity issues in the 2020 election. The video titled “Impeach? Biden Corruption Threatens National Security” was falsely determined to be “election misinformation” and removed by YouTube, and Judicial Watch’s YouTube account was suspended for a week. The video featured an interview of Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

Barack Obama’s former Attorney General Eric Holder went on MSNBC on Thursday to tell host Rachel Maddow that protesters needed to be “in the streets” getting arrested in the political fight over voting laws.

Rachel Maddow Questions Holder

“What do you make of the direct action strategy that is being brought by voting rights advocates?” Maddow asked. “Obviously, Vice President Harris and President Biden are very much in support of the reforms like The For the People Act, and they’ve advocated for it. We know that. We’ve heard all the speeches. We know their position.”
