The Israeli Knesset has overwhelmingly backed a resolution put forward by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that rejects a “unilateral” creation of a Palestinian state.

Ninety-nine lawmakers out of 120 in the Knesset voted in favor of the resolution. According to Ynet, Israel’s Labor Party boycotted the vote, and 11 Arab lawmakers voted against it. The majority of the leading opposition parties, National Unity and Yesh Atid, voted in favor.

Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN) was confronted by peace activists in Washington on Tuesday about the Israeli slaughter in Gaza and sparked an outcry for saying “kill ’em all” when asked about Palestinian children being killed with US support.

“I’ve seen the footage of shredded children’s bodies. That’s my taxpayer dollars that are going to bomb those kids,” an activist said to Ogles.

“I think we should kill ’em all, if that makes you feel better,” Ogles replied. “Everybody in Hamas.”

The United States escalated tensions in the Red Sea on Saturday with a strike on the Houthis as the Yemeni movement continued its resistance against Israel’s destruction of Gaza.

The US conducted five strikes in total, three of them against Houthi anti-ship missiles, one against a surface drone ship, and one against an underwater drone vessel.

CAIRO (Reuters) - Hamas has confirmed receipt of a shipment of medicines under a deal brokered by Qatar and has begun delivering the supplies to hostages held in Gaza, Qatar's foreign ministry spokesperson said in a statement on Tuesday.

Qatar and France brokered a deal with Israel and Hamas last month on the delivery of urgent medication to hostages held by the militant group in Gaza in return for humanitarian and medical aid for the most vulnerable civilians in the enclave.
