Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Sunday insisted the Ukrainian counteroffensive will continue despite the upcoming change in weather, which US officials have said will impede Ukraine’s ability to continue the assault.

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley said last week that Ukraine only has between 30 and 45 days of “fighting weather” left as fall is approaching, meaning colder and wetter conditions that will make it harder for armored vehicle assaults.

“We need to liberate our territory as much as possible and move forward, even if it’s less than [half a mile or] a hundred [yards] we must do it. we can’t lose time,” Zelensky said when asked about the weather on “60 Minutes.”

“Forget about the weather, and the like. In places that we can’t get through in an armored vehicle — let’s fly. If we can’t fly — let’s send drones. We mustn’t give Putin a break,” he added.

Faced with the wave of regime changes in French-speaking Africa, the French media are stunned. They can’t explain the rejection of France.

The old refrains about colonial exploitation are unconvincing. For example, Paris is exploiting Niger’s uranium, not at market price, but at a ridiculously low one. However, the putschists have never raised this argument. They’re talking about something else entirely. Accusations of Russian manipulation are no more credible. Firstly, because Russia doesn’t seem to be behind the putschists in Mali, Guinea, Burkina-Faso, Niger or Gabon, but above all because the evil far predates their arrival. Russia only arrived in Africa after its victory in Syria, in 2016, whereas the problem dates back to at least 2010, if not 2001.

As always, what makes the situation unreadable is forgetting how it came about.

Following the attacks of September 11, 2001, the United States assigned a role in Africa to its vassal, France. The aim was to maintain the old order there, while waiting for AfriCom to settle in, and for the Pentagon to extend to the dark continent the destruction of political institutions it was already carrying out in the "wider Middle East". [1] Gradually, Republican politics gave way to tribal politics. From one point of view, this was an emancipation from heavy French aid; from another, it was a formidable step backwards.

On his personal Telegram account, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky posted a short video (see at the foot of this page) of his visit to troops in Bakhmut in the company of his chief of staff.

He is seen there with “white führer” Andriy Biletsky, military leader of the Ukrainian “integral nationalists”. According to the latter, Ukraine’s mission is "to spur the white races of the world towards a final crusade...against the Semite-led Untermenschen [sub-humans]".

“Integral nationalism” is an ideology devised by the Ukrainian Dmytro Dontsov (1883-1973), modeled on the tenets of French national Charles Maurras, and rooted in the hatred of Jews and Russians. Serving at first as a Reich secret agent, in the course of World War II Dontsov became one of the main planners of the final solution of the Jewish and Gypsy questions, exploiting his managerial position at the Reinhard Heydrich Institute in Prague. He was not tried at Nuremberg, but was picked up and groomed by the CIA. Contrary to what his Wikipedia entry falsely indicates, he did not die in Canada, but in the U.S. location of South River, New Jersey.

After founding the Azov regiment and suffering a defeat at Mariupol, Andriy Biletsky set up a mechanized infantry unit, the 3rd assault brigade - currently the main Ukrainian unit engaged in the Battle of Bakhmut.

Russian forces conducted a long-range strike on Ukrainian warehouses storing Western-supplied weapons, including long-range missiles and depleted uranium shells, the Defense Ministry in Moscow has said.

In a statement on Monday, the ministry said the military had conducted an overnight high-precision attack on Ukrainian facilities using air-launched assets and drones. The strikes targeted “the Kiev regime’s sites storing Storm Shadow cruise missiles, depleted uranium ammunition,” the statement said.

The ministry added that the barrage and the drone raid also hit Ukraine’s signals intelligence centers and facilities that train sabotage groups. “The strike’s objective has been achieved. All facilities have been hit,” it added.

Bulgarian farmers have taken to the streets in protest, causing blockades at dozens of highways and border crossings on Monday. They are voicing their discontent with the government’s decision to lift the ban on Ukrainian grain imports.

The protest follows unsuccessful attempts to resolve the matter through negotiations with the government. Professional associations are actively participating in this widespread demonstration, with 26 joining the cause.

The protest is slated to continue with a mass rally in the capital, Sofia, scheduled for Tuesday. National authorities have called on participants to adhere to the law.

Kiev may sue Poland, Hungary, and Slovakia in the World Trade Organization (WTO) as soon as Monday over their bans on the import of grain from Ukraine, according to its trade representative, Taras Kachka. Retaliatory unilateral restrictions are also on the table, he told Politico.

In particular, Ukraine may prohibit the import of fruits and vegetables from Poland, since Warsaw not only kept the previous restrictions in place, but also added to them, the official said on Sunday.

In May, the three nations plus Romania and Bulgaria convinced the EU to agree to a temporary ban of Ukrainian grain in their domestic markets. The measure expired last Friday, but three of the five reimposed domestic protectionist measures.

Poland and Hungary expanded their lists of banned goods, which Kachka called “ridiculous.” He described Budapest’s doubling down as largely symbolic, unlike Warsaw’s ban of flour and feed, which will have significant consequences for Ukrainian producers. A retaliation against Polish fruits and vegetables will follow unless the country reconsiders the move, the official warned.

Independent media outlet Rebel News has won a court victory against Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s Liberal environment minister who blocked them from viewing his official government account.

On September 11, the Federal Court of Canada ordered Environment Minister Steven Guilbeault to pay $20,000 in damages and to unblock Rebel News editor-in-chief Ezra Levant from Guilbeault’s official government account on X, formerly known as Twitter.

“Rebel News just crushed Steven Guilbeault in the Federal Court of Canada,” said Levant.“And in doing so, we struck a blow for freedom of speech and freedom of the press for everyone.”

Two years earlier, Guilbeault ordered that the independent media outlet be blocked from his official account, meaning Rebel was unable to receive any government news updates, respond to posts, or ask journalistic questions.

According to the latest polling, Donald Trump has a strong lead in the GOP primary race. Many Republican voters have supported the former president since 2020. And many more appear to have gotten behind him, in response to the Democrats’ four indictments against him.

Many have speculated on Trump’s chances in the general election, given the endless controversies and problems swirling around him. But there is a good chance the race will come down to Biden and Harris against Trump and the running mate of his choice. Now, Trump appears to be dropping a hint on who that person might be.

From Daily Caller:

Former President Donald Trump suggested that he may pick a woman as his vice presidential running mate if he wins the Republican nomination, according to a report by NBC News on Saturday…

“I like the concept, but we’re going to pick the best person. But I do like the concept, yes,” said Trump when asked if he was leaning towards choosing a woman. Trump also said that does not “think too much about it.”

Our government, or the unelected billionaire globalists behind the curtain, are telling us the bad guys are Russia and China.

I do not consider them enemies. I consider them countries acting in a way that benefits them.

The U.S. is the global bully, intimidating and bribing countries to do their bidding.

Ukraine, the most corrupt country in the world, and the playground of the Biden Crime Family, has been utilized by Biden and his neo-con handlers, to try and bleed Russia so they can beat them in their next war. Instead, they have used the young men of Ukraine as cannon fodder, leaving that country with no future.

That’s what the U.S. global empire does. It destroys.

Franklin was right.

The government is telling us who the bad guy is, but the real bad guys are them.

We will not be allowing our youth to be used as cannon fodder in their next wars of choice.

During the rally, France’s Marine Le Pen, parliamentary leader of the National Rally, said that Europe’s right-wing parties must gather forces together to protect the people of Europe against mass immigration.

Thousands of supporters of the Czech non-parliamentary PRO (Law, Respect, Expertise) party gathered in the center of Prague on Saturday to demand the resignation of the country’s government over its pro-Western policies.

It is estimated that some 10,000 people attended the rally, which was held at Prague’s Wenceslas Square, according to local reports cited by Reuters. The PRO party, however, claims that over 100,000 people participated in the anti-government demonstrations, which were the third of their kind organized by the populist group this year.

The head of the party, Jindrich Rajchl, claimed during the event that the Czech Republic’s current five-party ruling coalition, headed by Prime Minister Petr Fiala, was “following orders from Brussels” and criticized the government’s continued military support for Ukraine, as well as its close ties with the United States.

This is the best news since the Bush-Blair duo saved us from the nuclear holocaust Saddam was about to unleash upon us. Half a million—perhaps even one million—dead Iraqis later, we were, nevertheless, saved with minutes to spare, so we should always believe official sources. Especially when Uncle Sam is involved.

This time the good news is not nuclear but musical. The Mostly Mozart Festival has been canceled by New York’s Lincoln Center after fifty-odd years because of rising disdain for “elitism and exclusivity.” Instead, “the Criminal Queerness Festival,” as it’s called, is geared toward “neurodiverse audiences and the world’s first LGBTQIA mariachi group,” Welcome, Cardi B, Pusha T, and Snoop Dog; so long and goodbye, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

I read that the final two Mostly Mozart concerts were packed, but in today’s low-life, celebrity-driven woke culture, disdain for great music and the miracle that is Mozart needs no excuses. Lincoln Center will probably soon be renamed George Floyd Memorial, or better yet, Black Lives Matter Hall. Art had, once upon a time, a responsibility to make the planet more beautiful. Mozart and thousands of others did just that. Now Damien Hirst and fellow “artists” like Snoop Dog make the planet as ugly as those who own their art or listen to their rap music. Wolfie, as I like to call the greatest of musical miracles, wrote six immortal operas including the Requiem, 41 symphonies, almost fifty concertos, 24 chamber works, and eighteen miscellaneous pieces, but is now replaced by “artists” who include the F-word, the N-word, and the S-word in every single woman-hating, violence-praising sentence of their singularly untalented noise. Bravo, and long live the decision-makers at Lincoln Center, who, incidentally, I have heard from an impeachable source, were all conceived by a chimp with a dose of the clap.

Never mind, as an eternal optimist said in Hiroshima after the blast, “It could get worse.” I know it could, but canceling Mozart for the cesspool that is rap and hip-hop is equivalent to choosing Lizzo over Lily James, or one with moles, boils, and warts over the divine Keira Knightley. And the irony is that no one from the packed house of the last concert dared say a word. That’s because the woke left defines what Americans can think and say nowadays, and no Christians, whites, or conservatives need apply, let alone Mozart fans.

It wasn’t long ago that every forward-thinking politician understood that the rules-based-liberal-order was the only game in town.

Devotees of this new order were celebrating the collapse of the Soviet Union and the ultimate dominance of the world by the winners of the Great Game. One of the leading grand strategists of this Great Game was former National Security Advisor and Trilateral Commission co-founder Zbigniew Brzezinski who wrote in his 1997 Grand Chessboard: American Primacy and Its Geostrategic Imperatives:

“How the United States both manipulates and accommodates the principal geostrategic players on the Eurasian chessboard and how it manages Eurasia’s key geopolitical pivots will be critical to the longevity and stability of America’s global primacy.”

Anyone resisting this new normal were considered holdouts of an obsolete past age and ignorant of the inevitable Darwinian forces of natural selection propelling humanity towards a long-awaited ‘end of history’ as outlined by neo-con academic Francis Fukuyama. However those who devoted themselves to this cause were promised great rewards.

Few were as quick to jump onto this ‘End of History’ bandwagon as Delaware Senator Joe Biden.

Before we get to UK property owners failing to comply with new energy rules could face prison (it has to start somewhere). Let's talk about the canary in the mortgage market because it all ties together.

Our opinion on real estate in leveraged (that is, Western) markets has for at least five years now been one of selling or standing on the sidelines.

Nothing we are looking at now changes this baseline view. It isn’t so much about real estate as much as it is about interest rate cycles and credit cycles, to which real estate is closely tied.

This is an unpopular view, mostly as far as we can tell because the majority of folks tend to have a sizable chunk of their wealth in property — in many instances, the majority of their net worth.

This has always struck me as a poor strategy, if only because it involves emotion and it rarely pays any income (unless you’re renting out rooms in your house).

In any event, the tanking of one of the market darling IPOs — a mortgage company — is a harbinger of things to come.

China on Monday reacted angrily after over the weekend a clip of German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock referring to President Xi Jinping as a "dictator" went viral. Beijing summoned the German ambassador to China to lodge formal protest, saying it is "extremely dissatisfied" with the remarks which were given to Fox News during Baerbock's visit to the US.

China said it has "made serious inquiries" with the German government over the interview. Additionally in a daily briefing foreign ministry spokesperson Mao Ning called the comments from Germany's top diplomat "absurd" and blasted the "open political provocation" as the words "violate China’s political dignity".

Baerbock in the Thursday Fox interview had said "We will support Ukraine as long as it takes," but then followed with: "If Putin were to win this war, what sign would that be for other dictators in the world, like Xi, like the Chinese president? Therefore, Ukraine has to win this war."

The dictator comment immediately grabbed world headlines, with the clip being shared widely on social media.

"(The comments) are extremely absurd and are a serious infringement of China's political dignity and an open political provocation," China's foreign ministry said.

China far and away accounts for the bulk of all imports into Germany, with bilateral trade last year hitting record $337 billion.

The United Auto Workers chief warned Sunday that a historic strike at the top three car manufacturers will expand if the companies do not raise their wage offers in ongoing negotiations.

Stellantis, one of the three, had offered its workers what it called a "highly competitive" wage increase of 21 percent over four years, but UAW President Shawn Fain called that "definitely a no-go."

"If we don't get better offers and... take care of the members' needs, we're going to amp this up even more," Fain told CBS News talk show "Face the Nation," saying General Motors, Ford and Stellantis have "no excuse" for not resolving salary disputes given their massive profits of recent years.

"We're prepared to do whatever we have to do. The membership is ready, the membership is fed up."

The UAW is demanding improved conditions across the board for its workers, including a 40 percent pay raise over the next four-year contract. All three companies have been offering raises of around 20 percent.

Emmanuel Cherry, the chief executive of an association of Ghanaian construction companies, sat in a cafe at the edge of Accra Children’s Park, near the derelict Ferris wheel and kiddie train, as he tallied up how much money government entities owe thousands of contractors.

Before interest, he said, the back payments add up to 50 billion cedis, roughly $4.4 billion. “Most of the contractors are home,” Mr. Cherry said. Their workers have been laid off.

Like many others in this West African country, the contractors have to wait in line for their money. Teacher trainees complain they are owed two months of back pay. Independent power producers that have warned of major blackouts are owed $1.58 billion.

The government is essentially bankrupt. After defaulting on billions of dollars owed to foreign lenders in December, the administration of President Nana Akufo-Addo had no choice but to agree to a $3 billion loan from the lender of last resort, the International Monetary Fund.

Gavin Newsom has been effusive in his praise of Joe Biden, claiming the 80-year-old had delivered 'a masterclass' in governance and brushing aside fears over his age.

The California governor is suspected of harboring White House aspirations, but on Monday was adamant the president was the best man for the job, laughing off questions as to whether he was considering challenging him.

Only a third of voters think Biden will remain in office through a second term, if re-elected, and CNN's Dana Bash asked Newsom whether voters should be worried.

'Voters have every right to be concerned,' he said. 'But Bobby Kennedy said it best: what the world needs are the qualities of youth, not a time of life but a state of mind. A quality of imagination.

'I couldn't imagine this, three years ago, that this president could accomplish so much in such a short period of time.' He said he wanted 'a season pro, who knows how to get things done.'

The Pentagon is facing urgent questions over how it lost an $80million aircraft that was finally found crashed in a field just 80 miles from its base following a frantic 28-hour search.

The Marine pilot of the F-35B Lightning II took off on Sunday from Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina - but an unexplained issue forced him to eject.

The plane was flying in tandem with another jet, which for some reason returned to base after the mishap rather than following the pilot-less aircraft.

The second F-35 pilot, who had also been on the training mission, landed without any problems, base spokesman Tech. Sgt. James Cason said.

The stealth jet's transponder, which usually helps locate the aircraft, was not working 'for some reason that we haven't yet determined,' said Jeremy Huggins, another spokesman at Joint Base Charleston.

It forced the base to issue a humiliating appeal for assistance in finding the jet - even launching a hotline for tips, which was mercilessly mocked online. 'So that's why we put out the public request for help,' said Huggins.

The Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II’s calling card is being a mobile sensor package that can the effectiveness of an entire fleet — an entire military front — by sharing data and coordinating information such that the situational awareness of every warfighter present is increased exponentially.

From the start, making good on that promise has been a rocky endeavor, but the potential has kept the program a priority. It’s finally to the point where Lockheed Martin and the military are happy with what it enables.

The first step is the fusion engine that takes the myriad data the F-35 collects with its different sensors and combines it into a holistic picture that can be fed to the pilot — or other combatants.

Webmaster addition: The F-35 (and the F-22) share computer data using VHF/UHF and satellite links. Any of these could be a vector for a hacking attack, and a report issued in 2019 warned that the F-35 was hackable!

The CDC has finally admitted what independent researchers have known since the mRNA jabs were rolled out: vaccinated people are at far higher risk of infection from new variants of the virus than the unvaccinated population.

The CDC quietly made the bombshell admission in an update on its guidance regarding newly emerging variants of Covid-19.

The news comes as the Biden administration continue prepare to bring back full Covid lockdowns, masking, and strict vaccine mandates as the 2024 election looms. In its notice, the CDC admit that people who have received one or more mRNA jabs are far more likely to catch the new variant than their unvaccinated counterparts.

Washington, D.C. federal Judge Tanya Chutkan has set March 4, 2024, as the trial date for former President Donald Trump’s case over the aftermath of the 2020 election.

The date is significant given it is one day before Super Tuesday when voters in 14 states — including Texas and California — will head to the polls and vote in the GOP presidential primary.

In the DC case, Trump is accused of conspiring to defraud the United States, to obstruct an official proceeding, to obstruct and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and to conspire against rights, according to the case brought by Special Counsel Jack Smith. To all charges, Trump has entered a not guilty plea.

However, Trump’s Manhattan trial, initiated by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, is scheduled to begin on March 25, 2024.

Given the former president’s “rapidly evolving trial schedule,” the judge assigned to Trump’s criminal case in Manhattan appears amenable to rescheduling the trial’s start date, which is currently set for March.

On Thursday, America First Legal (AFL) released an explosive report claiming that anti-Trump agents in Washington, D.C. in the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) unfairly targeted President Donald Trump’s potential appointees by reporting false, unsubstantiated, and derogatory information to the Senate.

The report outlines how all of President Trump’s candidates for presidential appointments were required to face a “broken” federal background investigation, also known as the FBI’s “BI” process, which violated the Privacy Act and the Paperwork Reduction Act.

“Politically biased agents in the Washington, D.C. field office tanked potential appointees by selectively reporting unsubstantiated, derogatory information while disregarding the mitigation procedures required by the FBI’s Manual of Investigative Operations and Guidelines (MIOG),” AFL reports.

Under President Joe Biden’s administration, the Office of Legal Policy at the Department of Justice rescinded the regulations to protect Biden’s appointees from the broken BI process.

Reps. Rashida Tlaib and Cori Bush have come out in defense of far-left agitators indicted for their role in the violent "Stop Cop City" protests against the creation of a police training facility near Atlanta, Georgia.

The Squad members deemed the construction of the compound "racist," and suggested the decision to prosecute those who tried to prevent the project from taking off was "dangerous and dystopian."

"Last week, Georgia's Republican attorney general doubled down on his politically motivated prosecution of protesters, charging 61 people with state [Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act] charges," the duo wrote in a September 14 piece for The Nation.

They claimed Christopher Carr was "sending a clear message that dissent will be punished," and that the indictment "reads less like a legal document and more like a MAGA manifesto."

As leading American politicians, generals, and pundits continue advocating for open-ended support to Kyiv in their war against Russia, a sober, accurate analysis of Ukraine's nearly completed summer offensive reveals that the heroic sacrifice Ukraine continues to make is producing little to no meaningful progress toward the objective of evicting Russia from Ukraine's territory.

Washington should instead employ a necessary course correction and form a new policy, based on the harsh, ground-truth combat realities in Ukraine. Revising the objectives would give Washington and Kyiv a chance to preserve Ukrainian lives and American interests.

Washington's current policies do neither.

A former Yale student who was kicked out of the school in 2019 after being accused and acquitted of rape in 2018 can now sue his accuser for defamation over statements she made during a school hearing on the matter after a Connecticut Supreme Court ruling over the summer.

According to the New York Post, 30-year-old Saifullah Khan has had a $110 million defamation lawsuit pending against the school since 2019, and has been fighting to bring his accuser into the suit.

In June, the state’s supreme court granted Khan’s request, and ruled that the accuser, a fellow student, shouldn’t receive "qualified immunity" from her testimony in a school hearing that Khan raped her after a 2015 Halloween party.

Qualified immunity protects people from being sued over statements they make in judicial cases, but the court ruled that the university hearing wasn’t a stand-in court proceeding, since Khan wasn’t allowed the chance to cross-examine his accuser.

"For absolute immunity to apply under Connecticut law," the June decision states, "fundamental fairness requires meaningful cross-examination in proceedings like the one at issue."
