President Joe Biden’s reelection campaign is preparing for a wave of negative fallout stemming from the expected release of photos showing careless storage of classified documents as special counsel Robert Hur’s year-long investigation wraps up.

Axios has reported that Biden’s advisors do not anticipate the filing of criminal charges stemming from the investigation. However, they are apprehensive about potentially embarrassing photographs that may be included in Hur’s forthcoming report, expected to be released as early as this week.

The images might reveal how Biden stored classified materials, which were found in late 2022, both in the garage of Biden’s Delaware residence and in a private office he frequented. The classified documents date back to Biden’s tenure as vice president during the Obama administration.

In the run-up to their anticipated rematch in the 2024 election, close advisers to President Biden have expressed concern to Axios that the former President Trump’s campaign might potentially exploit the images.

Webmaster addition:  Keep in mind that as Vice President, Joe Biden did not have authority to declassify and remove those documents. Trump, as President, did.

Judge McAfee has concluded that the attorney for Nathan Wade must retake the stand at the Fani Willis hearings and that he must answer questions that are not protected by the attorney-client privilege.

“A witness in the ongoing Fulton County district attorney disqualification controversy met behind closed doors with the judge overseeing the case Monday,” two lawyers involved with the case confirmed to 11Alive.

“The witness, Terrence Bradley, is a former law partner and one-time divorce attorney for special prosecutor Nathan Wade,” the report continued.

“Defense attorneys have asked Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee to disqualify both Wade and District Attorney Fani Willis, alleging they financially benefitted from a romantic relationship they shared during their ongoing prosecution of former president Donald Trump and co-defendants accused of interfering with the 2020 election in Georgia,” 11Alive added.

For three years now we have witnessed Joe Biden’s intentional destruction of America on a daily basis.  His failed economic policies, overspending, foreign policy nightmares, and persecution of his political opposition are only overshadowed by his open border policies that have allowed over 10 million illegal aliens to walk across the open US border with Mexico into the United States and immediate government benefits.

No country in history can survive with open borders and the annual invasion of millions of unknown and undocumented aliens invading their country.

According to the House Committee on Homeland Security, the massive cost to house and take care of illegal aliens and so-called asylum seekers inside the US is $451 billion.

Former President Donald Trump continues to gain momentum and support as he appears to be on a glide path to the 2024 GOP presidential nomination, barring him being convicted of charges filed against him by President Joe Biden’s Justice Department.

Over the weekend, Sen. John Thune (R-S.D.), the chamber’s No. 2 Republican and a top deputy to Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), publicly endorsed Trump.

“The primary results in South Carolina make clear that Donald Trump will be the Republican nominee for president in this year’s pivotal presidential election. The choice before the American people is crystal clear: It’s Donald Trump or Joe Biden,” Thune told Fox News Digital.

“I support former President Trump’s campaign to win the presidency, and I intend to do everything I can to see that he has a Republican majority in the Senate working with him to restore American strength at home and abroad,” he continued.

Data obtained by AP VoteCast found that 40 percent of those who voted for Nikki Haley in the South Carolina primary were Democrats who voted for Joe Biden in 2020.

AP VoteCast surveyed over 2,400 voters participating in Saturday’s Republican primary in South Carolina.

The Associated Press found, “About 9 in 10 Trump voters said they were driven by their support for him, not by objections to his opponent. Haley’s voters were much more divided: About half were motivated by supporting her, but nearly as many turned out to oppose Trump.”

Commercial real estate foreclosures in the U.S. increased 97% in January 2024 compared to last year, reaching a high that has not been seen in nearly a decade, according to new data.

With 635 commercial foreclosures in January 2024, foreclosures increased 17% from December 2023 and 97% from January 2023, according to a report last week from property data analyst ATTOM.

The last time that commercial foreclosures were this high was in May 2015, per agency data.

"This uptick signifies not just a return to pre-pandemic activity levels but also underscores the ongoing adjustments within the commercial real estate sector as it navigates through a landscape transformed by evolving business practices and consumer behaviors," ATTOM CEO Rob Barber said.

Commercial properties are not the only ones affected by foreclosures.

In a bold move that is raising eyebrows and concerns, the Liberal government of Canada has unveiled its plan to combat what it deems “online hate.” At the center of this initiative is the proposed Online Harms Act, also known as Bill C-63, and it’s stirring up quite the controversy.

The bill, detailed in a technical briefing released to reporters, outlines hefty fines for online speech and stringent punishments, including the possibility of life imprisonment for hate crimes. The aim is clear: curbing the spread of harmful content, including materials that incite violence, promote terrorism, or fuel hatred.

But let’s take a critical look at what this means for freedom of speech. The bill proposes amendments to the Criminal Code, introducing a standalone hate crime offense applicable across all criminal offenses. While the intention may be to denounce and deter hateful conduct, the penalties extend all the way up to life imprisonment. That’s right, life imprisonment for expressing certain viewpoints online.

Multiple sources have come forward alleging the Biden administration’s strategic placement of a Democrat operative, Jeff DiSantis, within Fulton County’s prosecutorial team led by Fani Willis.

The move, aimed at targeting former President Donald Trump, has raised concerns about the integrity of legal processes and the potential for political interference in the 2024 presidential election.

Jeff DiSantis has a rich background that includes serving as the Executive Director of the Democrat Party of Georgia and Deputy Director of Compliance for the DNC, DiSantis’s role in Willis’s 2020 campaign and his subsequent position as Deputy District Attorney suggest a calculated effort to utilize the legal system for political ends.

The city of Denver has been struggling for weeks now to pay for services for illegal border crossers. Early in February it was announced that the city would start cutting some services for taxpayers, and unsuccessfully tried to blame Republicans.

Now the city is going to start cutting the hours of city employees, in some cases down to zero, in order to keep paying for services for illegals.

This is simply not sustainable and anyone with an ounce of common sense knows it.

Convoys of enraged farmers descended in massive numbers on the main European Union offices in Brussels this week as they encircled police to the backdrop of teargas and the stench of burning rubber, sending a brutal message to the WEF-controlled bloc they are not backing down.

To blaring sounds of tractors’ horns, farmers attempted to break police barriers in fierce defiance of their globalist overlords.

The 900 tractors joined the demonstrations coincided with a meeting of EU agriculture ministers.

The protest comes just weeks after farmers first railed against the climate-related rules, forcing many to the brink of bankruptcy.

Kentucky’s attorney general is investigating a health care company that wired $200,000 to James Biden the same day he wrote a check for that amount to his brother and future president Joe Biden.

James Biden worked as a consultant for Americore Holdings LLC, a Florida-based hospital chain that later collapsed. Americore declared bankruptcy in Kentucky in 2022 under federal law amid reports of massive staff departures, poor patient care, and poor equipment at one of the hospitals in the state.

It’s not clear whether the probe by the office of Kentucky Attorney General Russell Coleman, a Republican, extends to members of the Biden family.

“Since this is an ongoing investigation, we can’t provide further details at this time,” Atley Smedley, Coleman’s deputy communications director, told The Daily Signal in an email.

Testimony by Nathan Wade's attorney, Terrence Bradley, could have a "dramatic" impact on Fani Willis as her ethics hearing continues, legal experts believe.

Earlier this month Willis, the Fulton County district attorney, gave evidence in a two-day hearing following accusations by former Trump staffer and co-defendant Michael Roman that she was having an affair with Wade, a special prosecutor she hired in the high-profile case. It was also alleged the pair had benefited financially from taxpayers' money.

Willis and Wade later admitted they had a relationship but denied a conflict of interest. The timeline of their relationship, however, has emerged as a key point of contention, with Roman saying it started earlier than they admitted and Trump's lawyers examining phone records alleging the pair were in a relationship before the Georgia election-fraud case began. Newsweek contacted Willis via LinkedIn for comment.
