"An unconstitutional law is void and is as no law.  An offense created by it is not crime.  A conviction under it is not merely erroneous but is illegal and void and cannot be used as a legal cause of imprisonment." -- Ex parte Siebold, 100 U.S. 371 (1879)

The most senior medical oncologist in Japan recently slammed the COVID-19 mRNA shots as “the work of evil” that has caused “essentially murder.”

In an interview published April 19, Dr. Masanori Fukushima, who spearheaded the first cancer outpatient clinic at Kyoto University and launched the first course in pharmacoepidemiology there, listed a slew of problems with the COVID mRNA jabs, evidencing what he called an evil “abuse of science.”

He pointed out that “turbo cancers,” a kind “previously unseen by doctors” that progress extremely quickly and are typically in stage four by the time they are diagnosed, have started to appear after the jab rollouts. These “turbo cancers” are emerging along with excess mortality due to cancer in general, which Fukushima says cannot be explained only by lost opportunities for screenings or treatment during the COVID outbreak.

As a tragic example of the fatal danger of the COVID shots, the oncologist shared the story of a 28-year-old man who was found dead by his wife when she tried to wake him in the morning, five days after he received his second Pfizer shot.

“You know you’re flying over the target when you’re getting flak,” the WWII saying goes.  It means, “If you’re not a threat, they can safely ignore you, but when you’re directly over the target, they start shooting.”

United Sovereign Americans (USA), a 100% volunteer, nonpartisan organization, has been working for the last two years to expose errors and demand honest and accurate elections.  They now share their technical and legal expertise with teams in 24 states. Their peer-reviewed audits of state voter rolls have found millions of errors that violate multiple federal election laws. Recently they joined an election lawsuit in federal court in Maryland, alleging that diluting real votes with fake and illegal votes violates our civil rights to honest elections. More lawsuits are on the way.

Looks like their efforts have struck a nerve.

It’s obvious that anyone elected in this new climate of “anything goes” voting rules probably wouldn’t want those rules to change.  Instead, laws have consistently been weakened to the point where absentee ballots are mailed like sportswear circulars.  In some states, signature verification on mail-in ballots has been reduced to a bored election worker clicking a mouse in one or two seconds, when a proper review takes up to thirty seconds.

This means that anyone who picks up an unclaimed ballot from an apartment complex’s postage room floor can fill it out with no fear of getting caught.  In a blockbuster poll that should have made front-page national news, Rasmussen Reports revealed that “21% of Likely U.S. voters who voted by absentee or mail-in ballot in the 2020 election say they filled out a ballot, in part or in full, on behalf of a friend or family member, such as a spouse or child,” and “17% of mail-in voters say that in the 2020 election, they cast a ballot in a state where they were no longer a permanent resident.”

This is more than enough to have changed the results in 2020, and to confirm Americans’ suspicions that our elections are out of control.  Inaccurate voter rolls allow for millions of extra votes to be cast by unscrupulous actors, as well as ordinary citizens with an extra ballot in their mailbox.

An Interior Department staffer abruptly resigned on Wednesday in protest over the Biden Regime’s stance on the Israel-Gaza war.

Lily Greenberg Call, a Jewish special assistant to the chief of staff in the Department of Interior, resigned in protest and blasted Joe Biden in a phone call with the AP.

In a phone interview with The Associated Press, Call blasted Joe Biden’s comments on Israel and Jews.

“In an interview with The Associated Press, Call pointed to comments by Biden, including at a White House Hanukkah event where he said “Were there no Israel, there wouldn’t be a Jew in the world who was safe” and at an event at Washington’s Holocaust Memorial last week in which he said the Oct. 7 Hamas-led attacks that triggered the war were driven by an “ancient desire to wipe out the Jewish people.”” The AP reported.

“He is making Jews the face of the American war machine. And that is so deeply wrong,” Call told the AP, noting that ancestors of hers were killed by “state-sponsored violence.”

A United Nations scientist has called for billions of human beings around the world to be “culled” in order to “save the planet” from “global warming.”

UCL Professor Bill McGuire, a United Nations (UN) “agenda contributor,” warns that the only “realistic way” to “avoid catastrophic climate breakdown” was to “cull” the human population with a “high fatality pandemic.”

The statement was issued in a post on X that was subsequently withdrawn by McGuire amid an immense backlash.

However, he argues that he deleted the post because people took it the wrong way, “not because I regret it.”

McGuire was previously a member of the Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (SAGE), a British government body that advised politicians on the Covid pandemic response.

“The World Health Organization has started [May 2022] drafting a Global Pandemic Treaty on pandemic preparedness that would grant WHO absolute power over global biosecurity, such as the power to implement digital identities / vaccine passports, mandatory vaccinations, travel restrictions, lockdowns, standardized medical care and more.

This Pandemic Treaty, if implemented, will change the global landscape and strip you and me of some of our most basic rights and freedoms.

Make no mistake, the WHO Pandemic Treaty is a direct attack on the sovereignty of its member states, as well as a direct attack on your bodily autonomy.”

The European Union’s recent approval of a plan to allocate profits from frozen Russian assets for Ukraine’s weaponry has stirred controversy, with Ukrainian Justice Minister Denys Maliuska decrying the yearly package of over $3.2 billion as insufficient for Ukraine’s battle against Russia.

Maliuska, speaking at the G7 justice ministers’ meeting in Venice, characterized the approved funds as “almost nothing” compared to Ukraine’s extensive requirements for both military and non-military resources in the conflict. While acknowledging the funds as a “good first step,” Maliuska expressed skepticism about their efficacy in addressing Ukraine’s pressing needs.

Despite the EU’s mobilization of over $216 billion from Russian state assets for Ukraine’s reconstruction, Maliuska reiterated Ukraine’s demand for the “full confiscation” of Russia’s assets, citing its pivotal role in resolving the conflict decisively.

In February, EU leaders endorsed an additional $161 billion support package for Ukraine, aimed at providing steadfast and long-term funding to address the nation’s reconstruction needs.

Elon Musk demanded the prosecution of Dr. Anthony Fauci after a National Institutes of Health official confessed that U.S. taxpayer funds were used for risky gain-of-function research in Wuhan, China. The alarming admission by the top NIH bureaucrat directly contradicts sworn testimony that Fauci made when questioned by Congress.

On Thursday, acting NIH Director and current Principal Deputy Director Dr. Lawrence Tabak was questioned during a hearing by the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic. The hearing had a mission to compel Tabak to "explain numerous inconsistencies between the public and private testimonies of NIH employees and EcoHealth President, Dr. Peter Daszak."

Rep. Debbie Lesko (R-Ariz.) asked Tabak about the NIH's role in risky gain-of-function research conducted at the Wuhan Institute of Virology through the Manhattan-based EcoHealth Alliance – the nonprofit organization that was involved in controversial coronavirus experiments.

Ever since losing the House, Nancy Pelosi has stayed mostly out of the limelight. But now that we are nearing a major election, it seems the former House Speaker is eager to be seen. Perhaps she thinks she can help Democrats win big in November—despite her own failed track record.

She has spoken out against Israel—joining Chuck Schumer in condemning America’s longstanding ally.

Now, she is speaking out about President Joe Biden. He recently challenged Donald Trump to two debates, one in June and the other in September. Biden wants the debates to be held on CNN and ABC—with no live audience. Trump accepted the conditions. But Pelosi had some hard words for old Joe.

From Fox News:
Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Wednesday revealed her personal views on a debate between President Biden and former President Donald Trump.

“I myself would never recommend going on stage with Donald Trump, but the president has decided that’s what he wants to do,” Pelosi said…

The final debate between Trump and Biden in 2020 was particularly heated, involving clashes between the candidates over COVID-19 and the economy. Pelosi detailed her concerns about Trump’s demeanor on the debate stage and referenced one of the most famous debates between Trump and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton during the 2016 presidential race.

Professional sports again embraced leftist ideology in an attempt to attract a broader audience and bring in more revenue. The end result has created the opposite reaction as many long-time fans turned away from their favorite sports.

The NFL prominently embraced woke ideology years ago and many fans walked away to never return. Now the once-heralded football league has condemned one of its own for speaking about his faith.

What the NFL said was stomach-churning after a Super Bowl winning player promoted his Christian believes during a college commencement speech. Now the NFL must live with the reaction to league officials attacking a man of faith.

Pfizer Whistleblower Melissa McAtee found evidence on Pfizer's internal database from a lab in Spain that their COVID injection vials had graphene oxide. When she followed up on an update, 28/100 vials contained graphene oxide.

"The first thing I found was in...June or July of 2021, and it was a graphene-oxide report from Spain that this lab had found graphene oxide in one vial of Pfizer vaccine that didn't have a full dosage in it," McAtee tells Brian Hooker in a recent Children's Health Defense video.

The whistleblower adds, "they compared it under microscope to 100 percent graphene oxide and they determined that it looks almost identical, but requested more samples so that they could do a more structural chemical analysis than just visual."

McAtee adds that "later, much later, I followed up on them to see what happened, and if I remember correctly, 28 vials out of a hundred...did have graphene oxide, of the Pfizer vials."

A secret report has emerged from the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that exposes the shocking impact of Covid mRNA injections on American children and young adults.

The bombshell report shows that a staggering half a million American children and young adults have been killed by Covid shots.

The CDC report has revealed that almost 500,000 Americans aged between 0 and 44 years old died from the dangerous side effects of the Covid mRNA injections.

The recorded deaths occurred between the start of the public rollout of the shots in early 2021 and October 9, 2022.

However, due to the timeline of the data, the already shocking figures do not include deaths recorded over the past year and a half.

90s Democrat Bill Maher has come to the defense of Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker over a recent graduation speech in which he said that one of the "most important" jobs a woman can have is being a homemaker.

"How many of you are sitting here now, about to cross this stage, and are thinking about all the promotions and titles you are going to get in your career? Some of you may go on to lead successful careers in the world. But I would venture to guess that the majority of you are most excited about your marriage and the children you will bring into this world," Butker told graduates at Benedictine College last weekend

Butker's speech resulted in a collective gasp from the left, which has spent decades programming young women to believe that becoming a housewife is tantamount to failure, and that real women become titans of industry - delegating the raising of children to others, or hitting peak girlboss and simply not reproducing (and definitely not grappling with deep regret as their eggs expire)

And so, coming to Butker's defense is "Real Time" host Bill Maher, who says he doesn't see "what the big crime is."

During a Friday night panel discussion, Maher mocked Butker's critics for trying to make him out to be "history's greatest monster."

"I can't express how much this guy is not like me," said Maher. "He's religious. He loves marriage. He loves kids… And he's now history's greatest monster."

"Again, I don't agree with much with this guy, but I don't get the thing. He said… ‘Some of you may go on to lead successful careers in the world.' Ok, that seems fairly, like, modern. ‘But I would venture to guess that the majority of you are most excited about your marriage and the children you will bring into this world.’ I don't see what the big crime is. I really don't," Maher continued.

"And I think this is part of the problem people have with the left is that lots of people in this country are like this. Like he's saying some of you may go on to lead successful careers, but a lot of you are excited about this other way that people- everybody used to be. And now can't that be a choice too?"

"And I feel like they feel very put upon, like there's only one way to be a good person and that's to get an advanced degree from one of those a-- h--e factories like Harvard," Maher continued.

Claire's Observations:  However they shake out in the 21st century, families, and the values they transmit to their kids,  matter.

I have a very sharp family member, who "stopped out" of work when her kids were little.  As they got older, and spent more time in school, their mom got more work time.  When the kids were in high school, they were all studying at the dinner table, as mom was getting her Master's Degree in her chosen field. Both young women have excellent, satisfying careers.  But the values, and continuing love and support they get from both parents, continues.   I am very grateful that they are all part of my family.

Scientific propaganda about vaccines has reached dizzying heights, as officials point the uninformed public toward the Day of Liberation, when a COVID shot, otherwise known as God, will rescue Earth.

Here, from a chapter in my 1988 book, AIDS INC., is an excerpt exposing some of the infamous moments in vaccination history—hidden by the press, or simply forgotten.

For those denialists who cling to the notion that vaccines are remarkably safe and effective, this article is a pill you can swallow, bitter to be sure, but immunizing against the effects of bald lies from the bent medical establishment.

Understand: this is only a partial history of disasters and revelations, and it stops at 1988.

Thousands of people across the UK gathered at beaches, rivers and lakes on Saturday to demand change in the country’s water pollution levels.

Protesters gathered at swimming spots from West Pier in Brighton to Gyllyngvase Beach in Falmouth following reports that millions of litres of raw sewage were pumped into Windermere in the Lake District for 10 hours in February.

Some held signs and placards calling for clean oceans while others wore costumes as people were seen paddle-boarding out into the ocean.

Among the demands from activists was an end to sewage discharges into all bathing and high-priority nature sites by 2030.

In a move likely to aggravate political tension at the highest levels of government, Minister-without-portfolio Benny Gantz gave Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu a deadline of June 8 to agree to a comprehensive strategic plan for the “day after” Hamas in Gaza and threatened to leave the government if this did not happen.

“Lately, something has gone wrong,” Gantz said. “Essential decisions were not made. Essential leadership decisions to ensure victory were not done. A small minority has taken over the command bridge of the Israeli ship of state and is steering her toward the rocks,” Gantz said, referring to Netanyahu’s far-right political partners, who repeatedly threatened in recent weeks that they would bring down the government if he made concessions that Gantz supported.

“Personal and political considerations have infiltrated the holy of holies of Israeli security,” Gantz said.

The German Defense Ministry has requested an additional 3.8 billion euros ($4.13 billion) from the government to provide assistance to Ukraine, German newspaper Bild reported, citing sources.

German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius met with Chancellor Olaf Scholz on Wednesday and with Finance Minister Christian Lindner on Thursday, according to the newspaper.

The request for additional funds is due to be submitted to parliament for approval in June, the report pointed out, adding that the Finance Ministry supports the request.

"Germany should not fail in strengthening Ukraine's defense. If possible, we should supply additional weapons this year. If we can reach a consensus in the government, we will find ways in the current fiscal year," a finance ministry official told the newspaper.

The report noted that next year, the Bundeswehr may request a record amount of 15 billion euros ($16.3 billion) to help Kiev.
