For the sixth year in a row, the Department of Defense (DOD) has failed a self-audit of 29 standalone entities controlling $3.8 trillion in assets and responsible for $4 trillion in liabilities. Seven of the 29 audited entities achieved a passing score. The Medicare-Eligible Retiree Health Care Fund received a "qualified opinion" indicting auditor found "misstatements" (if you do this when talking to an FBI agent you go to prison) that allegedly did not change the bottom line. Three audits are still in progress. The remaining 18 failed, including money sumps like the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency and National Security Agency.

Our “Justice” Department is irredeemably corrupt, which is why Vivek Ramaswamy’s idea of firing half the employees there (along with prosecuting those who engaged in illegal acts) is a great idea. We’ve seen this corruption daily on display with the DOJ’s obsessive focus on destroying Donald Trump to deny Americans their right to vote for the candidate of their choice. Now, news has broken about the flip side: The same DOJ that is prosecuting Trump for allegedly “mishandling” classified documents, even though, as President, it was impossible for him to have done so, will be giving a pass to Joe Biden, who, as both Vice President and Senator manifestly violated national security laws.

In August 2022, the DOJ broke all norms by raiding the home of a former American president, claiming that he had improperly handled documents related to national security. Then, in July 2023, this same DOJ indicted the former president of the United States on 37 counts of mishandling documents that he came into possession of while still president.

No one, Adams included, has so far been charged with or accused of any crime. Adams, a former police officer, has strenuously denied wrongdoing. “We don’t do quid pro quo, we follow the law,” he said at a press conference on Tuesday, his first public remarks acknowledging the investigation since it entered headlines. The city’s chief counsel, Lisa Zornberg, sat next to Adams and frequently interjected after reporters’ questions. “We’ve been fully cooperative. We are not going to impede an active investigation by providing more detail,” she said. “There has been no indication that I’ve seen that the mayor is a target.”

In an email, a spokesperson for Adams referred to Zornberg’s comments and said the mayor’s office was committed to cooperating with federal investigators, but declined to offer further details.

Webmaster addition: Note that this all started after Adams stood up to the open border agenda!

New York City’s Democrat Mayor Eric Adams is begging NYC’s wealthy residents for financial help as the “sanctuary city” struggles to cope with the strain on resources caused by President Joe Biden’s migrant crisis.

Adams is urging rich New Yorkers to open their wallets to help weather a financial storm as the city remains overwhelmed by the flood of illegal aliens.

The call from Adams comes just days after the city unveiled deep budget cuts.

“This is a moment where it’s an all hands on deck moment,” Adams told a Police Athletic League lunch on Friday.

A Russian propagandist with close ties to Vladimir Putin has warned nuclear war is "unavoidable" but that it won't lead to the collapse of humanity by citing previous nuclear blasts.

In a recent debate on state TV, Rossiya-1 host Vladimir Solovyov justified his view by saying that a nuclear strike would not lead to widespread death and destruction if "used against a non-nuclear nation"—perhaps a foreboding hint at the ongoing invasion of Ukraine, which has turned into a slow, attritional war with over 300,000 Russian casualties.

Newsweek reached out to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs via email for comment on Friday.

The use of nuclear arms is something the Russian president has previously threatened, sparking outrage from NATO, but has yet to act on given the nuclear arsenal held by members of the alliance, including the United States.

However, the threat of nuclear attacks by Russia is something propagandists have increasingly been mentioning as the military situation in Ukraine grows more dire.

The Democrat strategist who helped mastermind Barack Obama's 2008 White House victory has offered a damning indictment of Joe Biden's chances next year.

David Axelrod shared his analysis on the poll, published on November 5 by The New York Times and Siena College, which showed the president, 80, behind Trump in five of six key battleground states

He claimed the data 'will send tremors of doubt thru the [Democratic] Party' and added that Biden needs to decide whether running in the 2024 presidential race is in his or the country's best interests.

Webmaster addition: Another Biden administration is not in this country's best interests!

Republicans are expressing their delight after House Speaker Mike Johnson began releasing thousands of hours of surveillance footage from the US Capitol riot on January 6, 2021.

The first tranche of around 90 hours of footage was released on a public committee website Friday, with the rest of the 44,000 hours expected to be posted over the next several months.

Rep. Matt Gaetz, who led the ouster of Johnson's predecessor Kevin McCarthy, praised the new speaker for keeping his promise to the caucus to release the footage.

'HE WON'T LIE,' Gaetz wrote in a post on X. 'If he says he is going to do something, he is going to do it.'

The Israeli Ministry of Intelligence is recommending the forcible and permanent transfer of the Gaza Strip’s 2.2 million Palestinian residents to Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula, according to an official document revealed in full for the first time by +972’s partner site Local Call yesterday.

The 10-page document, dated Oct. 13, 2023, bears the logo of the Intelligence Ministry — a small governmental body that produces policy research and shares its proposals with intelligence agencies, the army, and other ministries. It assesses three options regarding the future of the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip in the framework of the current war, and recommends a full population transfer as its preferred course of action. It also calls on Israel to enlist the international community in support of this endeavor. The document, whose authenticity was confirmed by the ministry, has been translated into English in full here on +972.

Webmaster addition: At which point Israel gets the almost half-trillion worth of natural gas off the Gaza coast!

Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson delivered a brutal correction to claims Hollywood stars all support President Biden, noting that they may be 'loyal to the (Democratic) Party' but laughed at the assumption they are Biden fans.

The actor and wrestler, 51, walked back support for Biden in a discussion with podcast host and frequent Biden critic Joe Rogan this week, where they got into a lighthearted back-and-forth about America's hostile political divides.

After declaring that he had friends across the political spectrum, Rogan questioned: 'Do you really have friends who support Biden?'

'No no no no,' Johnson responded while laughing, as he clarified that Biden has hardly won the hearts and minds of Hollywood's diehard Democrats

A group of migrants have been forced to move into Boston's Logan Airport as the 'sanctuary city' has run out of beds for them to sleep in.

The party of up to 20 people, which includes babies, was seen sleeping underneath blankets on benches on Friday.

They arrived in Boston as the Massachusetts shelter cap reached its maximum and there is deadlock over how best to spend $250million for emergency shelters.

Those migrants have been put on a waiting list after the state's system for emergency accommodation hit a cap of 7,500 families last week.

Russian energy major Lukoil has warned that Bulgaria’s decision to terminate its exemption from an EU embargo on Russian oil ahead of schedule will jeopardise operations at the country’s sole refinery, and poses risks to the nation’s fuel market.

Neftochim Burgas, Bulgaria’s largest refinery, is majority-owned and operated by Lukoil, a Russian private oil and gas corporation. The likely halt in production at the facility carries logistical risks that could cause a fuel supply crisis in the Balkan state.

“Cancelling quotas for exports of petroleum products that are not used on the Bulgarian market from January 1, 2024 is equivalent to termination of permission to use Russian oil starting December 2023,” Lukoil said, as cited by Bulgarian media.

Finland’s border guards had to resort to “gassing” people at the nation’s border with Russia as the situation became heated ahead of the planned closure of crossing points, state broadcaster Yle reported on Friday. At least one person was “gassed in the face,” according to the report.

“There was a group that did not obey the orders … of the border guards,” Deputy Commander of North Karelia Border Guard Samuli Murtonen told Yle, adding that the group failed to properly declare their “intentions.” In response, “the mildest possible means of force had to be used,” he added.

“To shame me for something that helped create the life that I have today where I have opportunity … made me really mad," Casgraux said. "Because it felt like an attack on women, not just an attack on me."

Instead of folding to the frustration of having the video of her released into the world, she apparently decided to "reclaim her sexuality" by posting a Playboy profile and selling photos of herself for up to $150 each.

The HF-GCS is used by the United States Air Force to send instructions for their operations through messages, and most commonly send Emergency Action Messages (EAMs). The HF-GCS is not exclusive to the USAF, and is used by other countries too, but not as often. They also send higher priority messages known as “Skyking Messages” which will even be read over-top and interrupt an EAM to be read. Both of these messages are time sensitive and are read live in NATO Phonetic letters.

This is the second attempt by the House Republicans to release the January 6 videos to the American public. Estonian authorities have brought apparent “dragon teeth”-style anti-tank obstacles to the river bridge crossing in the town of Narva, located immediately across the border from Russia’s town of Ivangorod. The obstacles were delivered by a military truck and unloaded onto the bridge, footage circulating online shows.

Tallinn is prepared to reinforce – or even fully close – its border crossings with Moscow, multiple senior officials have said.

Thus far, the concrete pyramids and bundles of concertina wire have not been deployed and remain stashed on the side of the road.

West Jerusalem needs to maintain a good relationship with Moscow in order to keep its war on Hamas from escalating into a global conflict, retired Israeli Air Force general Israel ‘Relik’ Shafir has said.

Shafir is part of an elite corps of Israeli aviators, having flown the 1981 mission to bomb the Iraqi nuclear reactor in Osirak. He later commanded the main IAF airbase at Tel Nof and the pilot’s school at Hatzor, retiring in 2002 as a brigadier-general after 31 years in service.

Speaking to the Jerusalem Post in an interview published on Thursday, Shafir argued that there was no reason for Israel to antagonize Russia.

A significant majority of Palestinians living in the West Bank and Gaza say that they don’t envision a future where they can coexist peacefully alongside Israel, according to the findings of a poll.

The densely-populated Gaza enclave has been subjected to an unprecedented bombardment for more than five weeks as part of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s vow to “eliminate Hamas” in response to the militant group’s cross-border attack on October 7.

But amid signs of an increasing erosion of international support for Israel’s military response, which aid organizations say is worsening an already alarming humanitarian crisis in the besieged strip of land, a large majority of Palestinians have indicated that they will be unable to “forgive” Israel for its actions.

A military pilot from the Armed Forces of Ukraine has defected to Russia, TASS reported on Saturday, citing a person who allegedly organized the pilot’s flight over the frontlines. The Ukrainian is an active-duty serviceman who held the rank of “senior officer” with Kiev’s forces, a Russian Telegram channel following the situation has claimed.

“The Ukrainian armed forces pilot is currently in Russia and is being interviewed by the Federal Security Service,” a Russian military strike helicopter pilot, identified by TASS as Aleksey Voevoda, told the agency. Russians were reportedly behind the operation.

Voevoda declined to reveal any details about the operation, adding that he could not share them now. Some Russian Telegram channels have claimed that an interview with the Ukrainian pilot might be published soon. His identity and rank remain unclear. According to Voevoda, the pilot was a flight commander in Ukraine.
