Former President Donald Trump said Thursday night that "the corrupt Biden administration" informed his attorneys that he has been indicted "seemingly over the boxes hoax."
Trump wrote on Truth Social:
The corrupt Biden Administration has informed my attorneys that I have been Indicted, seemingly over the Boxes Hoax, even though Joe Biden has 1850 Boxes at the University of Delaware, additional Boxes in Chinatown, D.C., with even more Boxes at the University of Pennsylvania, and documents strewn all over his garage floor where he parks his Corvette, and which is "secured" by only a garage door that is paper thin, and open much of the time.
I have been summoned to appear at the Federal Courthouse in Miami on Tuesday, at 3 PM. I never thought it possible that such a thing could happen to a former President of the United States, who received far more votes than any sitting President in the History of our Country, and is currently leading, by far, all Candidates, both Democrat and Republican, in Polls of the 2024 Presidential Election. I AM AN INNOCENT MAN!
Most people watch television simply to relax. After a long day, you have dinner, clean up, then sit down and watch something mildly entertaining before going to bed. But that everyday activity has become nearly impossible to indulge because so much of the content has been created by people who barely hide the fact that they seriously despise you—and by you, I mean white people.
We see this anti-white antipathy most obviously in what one might call Replacement Programming, where established white fictional (or historical!) characters have been updated with minority actors such as Netflix’s Troy: Fall of a City, which features a black Achilles and Patroclus, or Bridgerton, a Regency-era drama where several of the 19th Century British nobility are portrayed by black actors. [Bridgerton’s’ Approach to Race and Casting Has Precedent Onstage, by Matt Wolf, New York Times, May 24, 2021]
(Anyone who has watched British television in recent years knows that the problem is even worse on the other side of the pond: BBC is 'taking political correctness too far' by removing comedy classics like Little Britain from iPlayer over fears of offending modern viewers, culture minister John Whittingdale says, Daily Mail, July 21, 2020.)
Moreover, television commercials routinely depict whites as clueless and morally degenerate while minorities are wiser and morally superior.
Any reader of Anne Applebaum’s Iron Curtain: The Crushing Of Eastern Europe 1944-1956 will instantly recognize Donald J. Trump’s federal indictment today: this politicized prosecution of opponents over spurious technicalities was key to the Communist takeover of Eastern Europe in the late 1940s. (For reasons that bear analysis, Applebaum [Tweet her] has become a fanatical Never Trumper and doesn’t seem to have noticed this parallel).
I discussed this emerging communist coup in my speech to the 2021 American Renaissance Conference. (Sign up now for the 2023 Conference—Lydia and I will be there!) We’ve been anchor-linking to this section of my speech in subsequent articles, but it seems not to work with some browsers, so we’re reposting the whole thing here. Note that I’m lower-casing “communist” because it’s not really a proper noun—as I explain, it means Left Totalitarian, not card-carrying members of a specific party.
…we have to recognize that we are in the early stages of a communist coup. It just crept upon us.
A few years ago, very few people understood the concept behind color revolutions.
Had Russia and China’s leadership not decided to unite in solidarity in 2012 when they began vetoing the overthrow of Bashar al Assad in Syria- followed by their alliance around the Belt and Road Initiative, then it is doubtful that the color revolution concept would be as well-known as it has become today.
At that time, Russia and China realized that they had no choice but to go on the counter offensive, since the regime change operations and colour revolutions orchestrated by such organizations as the CIA-affiliated National Endowment for Democracy (NED) and Soros Open Society Foundations were ultimately designed to target them as those rose, orange, green or yellow revolution efforts in Georgia, Ukraine, Iran or Hong Kong were always recognized as weak points on the periphery of the threatened formation of a great power alliance of sovereign Eurasian nations that would have the collective power to challenge the power of the Anglo-American elite based in London and Wall Street.
Efforts by Biden regime appointees in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Border Patrol to release millions of illegal entrants into local US communities have been blocked by the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in a lawsuit brought against the Biden DHS by Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody. https://floridacapitalstar.com/news/florida-ag-moody-defeats-biden-administration-in-court-again/tcsquare/2023/06/07/
Americans do not know what is going on because there is no American media to tell them. The US media–CNN, Fox News, ABC, NBC, NPR, NY Times, Washington Post– function as a propaganda ministry for the Biden regime and the elite establishment that the Biden regime fronts for.
The Department of Homeland Security is a George W. Bush regime creation. The name has always bothered me because of its Gestapo connotations. It is more worrisome because the Biden regime associates the security of the homeland with the release of millions of illegal entrants into local communities. In other words, the DHS is providing the opposite of securing the homeland. Biden is giving a pat on the back to illegal entrants who have violated US law.
The Establishment has sent the message via their Democrat henchmen that it is perilous for any politician to attempt to represent the people.
The message is also going out to the alt-media that truth telling is not permitted.
In other words, there has been a coup. Our country has been stolen from us.

Interesting business values for Lululemon CEO Calvin McDonald. The two employees who called the police after three men robbed their store in Georgia are fired. "It's only merchandise," McDonald said. “We have a zero-tolerance policy that we train our educators on around engaging during a theft.”

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the potential Democratic presidential nominee, visited Yuma, Arizona, this Tuesday to evaluate the repercussions of the Biden administration's border policies.
During his visit, he spoke with local authorities, Yuma Mayor Douglas Nicholls and Yuma County Sheriff Leon Wilmot, who grapple with the aftereffects of the border crisis.
In a poignant scene at an unfinished portion of the border wall — an ambitious project abruptly halted by President Biden on his first day in office — Kennedy recorded via his cellphone hundreds of foreign nationals allegedly infringing upon U.S. immigration laws to illicitly infiltrate the country.
Former Marine Daniel Penny felt a moral obligation to act when he witnessed a homeless man allegedly threatening to murder passengers on a New York City subway, including women and children.
Penny, who had internalized the message of late civil rights activist Eli Wiesel, who spoke to his high school class about the Holocaust after the students read "Night," the author's autobiographical account of Nazi death camps, said that he carried the lesson that good people did nothing with him to this day.
Penny dragged Jordan Neely, 30, to the floor of a northbound F train on May 21, putting him in a chokehold caught on cellphone video. Neely ended up dead. Despite a five- to 15-year prison term looming over him, Penny said he does not regret the decision that has turned his life upside down in ways he could never have imagined.
Penny grew up with three sisters in a working-class neighborhood on the South Shore of Long Island, New York. After their parents split up when he was 11, their grandparents raised the kids. Penny became an avid surfer and swimmer — pastimes that remain part of his weekly routine. The 9/11 terror attacks had left an indelible impact on his community.
"It was a very patriotic time," he said. "A lot of my friends' parents were first responders, law enforcement, and a lot of them responded to the Twin Towers." After seeing an ad on TV, he joined the service. "They were going out and helping the world, and I wanted to be a part of that," he said.

House GOP leaders are facing a backlash from conservatives who have blocked legislative business in an unprecedented move after a procedural vote failed Tuesday.
The move has left the chamber paralyzed, with some conservatives unhappy about the debt limit deal reached by House Speaker Kevin McCarthy and President Biden. They believe the procedures used to pass the value in the House last week were not faithful to their agreement with McCarthy that gained their acquiescence to his speakership. McCarthy consented to allow conservatives more sway over decision-making and the mechanics of passing bills in the January deal.
Conservatives are also accusing the leadership of exacting revenge on members who tried to tank a procedural vote before the House's final debt limit bill by stymieing a resolution from Rep. Andrew Clyde, R-Ga., aimed at rolling back a Biden administration firearms rule.
Renowned lawyer and author Alan Dershowitz and conservative commentator Glenn Beck have found common ground in their criticism of billionaire philanthropist George Soros.
Dershowitz recently penned a scathing article about Soros, and Beck invited him on his show to discuss it. Beck claims that Soros has "rallied people" to label him an anti-Semite, despite winning the Defender of Israel award. Dershowitz, who is Jewish, refutes these claims, stating that Soros is an authentic anti-Semite. "The only anti-Semite that we've discussed on this show so far is George Soros," Dershowitz asserts. He believes Soros is "self-hating" and "not even a Jew."
Dershowitz accuses Soros of profiting from the Holocaust, claiming he made his first fortune "by collecting the property of Jews who were being sent to the concentration camps." He further alleges that Soros has "devoted his life to hurting Jews, to hurting Israel, to hurting America," and that he is shielded from criticism because of his Jewish heritage. Dershowitz vows to continue criticizing Soros, a stance he has maintained for the past two decades alongside Beck.
Actress Alicia Silverstone, known for her role in the movie Clueless, has taken to social media to endorse Democrat Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for the upcoming 2024 presidential election.
In an Instagram post, Silverstone expressed her disappointment with political leadership and praised Kennedy Jr. for providing hope for people to trust the government once again. She called him a true leader who fights for all mothers and children, the planet, fairness, and freedom. Silverstone also noted that she has worked with Kennedy Jr. on children’s health and environmental issues for over 15 years.
“Last year, I cancelled my Democratic Party registration and registered as an Independent voter. Like many others, I am deeply disappointed with political leadership at every turn,” Silverstone wrote in her Instagram caption. “But [Robert F. Kennedy Jr.] gives me hope. This man gets me excited about the potential for truth and justice. He provides hope for young and old to trust our government once again. RFK Jr. is a person we can be inspired and be proud to call President.”
Former President Donald J. Trump has been indicted in the district court in Miami on federal counts stemming from Special Counsel Jack Smith’s months-long investigation into Trump’s handling of classified documents.
The indictment represents the first time in U.S. history a former president will face criminal charges. Trump announced the indictment Thursday night on Truth Social. “The corrupt Biden Administration has informed my attorneys that I have been Indicted, seemingly over the Boxes Hoax, even though Joe Biden has 1850 Boxes at the University of Delaware, additional Boxes in Chinatown, D.C., with even more Boxes at the University of Pennsylvania, and documents strewn all over his garage floor where he parks his Corvette, and which is “secured” by only a garage door that is paper thin, and open much of the time,” Trump said in a post at 7:21 p.m. eastern time.
He will surrender to authorities in Miami on Tuesday.
President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice will work “hand-in-hand” with the LGBTQ community as a response to Republican-led legislation and “threats” tied to “hate groups and domestic violent extremists,” the White House announced on Thursday.
The administration’s new action to “protect LGBTQI+ communities from attacks on their rights and safety” specifically cites Republican-sponsored legislation that bans biological males from women’s sports, protects children from irreversible sex-change procedures, and bans discussions of sexual and ideological topics in the classroom.
The White House framed those bills as “anti-LGBTQ+” and called them “cruel and callous to our kids, our neighbors, and those in our community.” And as a response, the White House said, the Biden administration is partnering with federal law enforcement agencies to launch a new LGBTQI+ Community Safety Partnership.
The move is sure to draw the attention of Republican lawmakers and conservative activists, who have accused the Justice Department of ideologically targeting perceived opponents of the Biden administration, such as pro-life activists and parents concerned about ideology in schools.

Former President Donald Trump announced Thursday evening that a federal court in Miami has indicted him.
The indictment is currently sealed. However, Trump connected the charges to documents he held after leaving the White House.
Trump released a statement about the charges that he posted on Truth Social:
The corrupt Biden Administration has informed my attorneys that I have been Indicted, seemingly over the Boxes Hoax, even though Joe Biden has 1850 Boxes at the University of Delaware, additional Boxes in Chinatown, D.C., with even more Boxes at the University of Pennsylvania, and documents strewn all over his garage floor where he parks his Corvette, and which is “secured” by only a garage door that is paper thin, and open much of the time.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit held this week in Range v. Garland that the government cannot disarm people convicted of minor, nonviolent offenses. In doing so, it handed down perhaps the most significant Second Amendment victory since the Supreme Court’s landmark decision last year, where it held that Americans have a constitutional right to carry handguns in public for self-defense.
The Third Circuit’s decision in Range is noteworthy for several reasons and likely sets up one of the next major Second Amendment battles at the Supreme Court. So, what, exactly, was this case about, and what can we expect next?
Politico, the mouthpiece of the administrative state, on Friday reported this shocker: With the debt ceiling deal done, the Internal Revenue Service, which lost $21.4 billion in funding, fears it will be cut even further. It seems the agency that for decades has thrived on bullying the taxpayers for whom they work is afraid it will be similarly bullied for what IRS staffers feel is their lunch money.
To which I say, “Heck, yeah!”
Beyond the FBI, CIA, NSA, and any other national intelligence agency that either colluded with or was duped by Russia in the Russiagate scandal, no other federal agency deserves to have its budget, staffing, and overall existence more eviscerated than the IRS.
This is not simply about tax policy. This is about the classic triumvirate that represents why so many Americans hate Washington: the triplets of Waste, Fraud, and Abuse.
Recall that Joe Biden—or, more likely, then-White House Chief of Staff Ron Klein—decided it would be a good idea to increase the IRS budget by nearly $100 billion to hire an army of 87,000 agents he claimed would be deployed only against the wealthiest Americans. It was a laughable claim then, and given what we know about the IRS since, it’s even more ridiculous.
Just as Democrats and their progressive tools have weaponized federal law enforcement and national security against the American people, the IRS has long been a weapon used to inflict fear, abuse, and financial harm on taxpayers. The agency has long been a willing participant in political abuse. And it has long received a free pass. Recall that the IRS under Obama was more than willing to target conservative organizations and individuals, auditing them and slow-rolling their tax-exempt status reviews.

Syndicated host Mark Walters, the founder of Armed American Radio, has filed a defamation lawsuit against OpenAI, alleging that the company’s AI-powered chatbot, ChatGPT, fabricated false legal claims against him. This is believed to be the first defamation complaint related to ChatGPT, which was introduced in November 2022.
According to the lawsuit filed in Georgia’s Superior Court of Gwinnett County, journalist Fred Riehl asked ChatGPT to summarize a case called Second Amendment Foundation v. Ferguson, which involved accusations against Washington’s Attorney General Bob Ferguson. Riehl provided a link to the case but did not know that ChatGPT cannot access URLs, so he received a completely made-up story.
In its fabricated response, ChatGPT falsely claimed that the case was a legal complaint filed by Alan Gottlieb, the founder of the Second Amendment Foundation, against Mark Walters. The AI chatbot even provided an erroneous case number, saying that Walters, “misappropriated funds for personal expenses without authorization or reimbursement, manipulated financial records and bank statements to conceal his activities, and failed to provide accurately and timely financial reports.”
Webmaster addition: OpenAI has already modified their system. When I first started playing with ChatGPT, I asked it what it knew about whatreallyhappened.com and the response was quiet unflattering. But I just checked again and this time the reply was fair and balanced!
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, Donald Trump's leading rival for the 2024 GOP nomination, said the decision to charge the former president demonstrated political bias in the Biden Justice Department and it's "weaponization" of its police powers.
Trump was indicted Thursday on federal charges involving conspiracy, obstruction, and taking classified documents.
"The weaponization of federal law enforcement represents a mortal threat to a free society," Florida Governor Ron DeSantis stated Thursday.
"We have for years witnessed an uneven application of the law depending upon political affiliation. Why so zealous in pursuing Trump yet so passive about Hillary or Hunter?"
DeSantis said his administration "will bring accountability to the DOJ, excise political bias and end weaponization once and for all."
Other GOP candidates made supportive statements, but not all.
Sen. Tim Scott who announced his candidacy last month, said in an interview Thursday evening with Fox News' Harris Faulkner that Trump's indictment indicates the "scales" of the justice system "are weighted."
The Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis camps are trading blows after the Florida governor’s 2024 campaign debuted an AI-generated image depicting the former president hugging Dr. Anthony Fauci.
It’s also further fueling concerns about how AI "deepfakes" of altered video, photos or audio portraying candidates saying and doing things they did not could affect the 2024 campaign.
"Fake images from a fake campaign for a fake candidate. This stunt had the ‘please clap’ energy of Ron DeSanctimonious’ mentor, Jeb Bush," a Trump campaign adviser told Fox News Digital of the images.
One of Trump’s most vocal allies in the Senate, freshman Sen. JD Vance, R-Ohio, tweeted on Thursday, "Smearing Donald Trump with fake AI images is completely unacceptable. I’m not sharing them, but we’re in a new era. Be even more skeptical of what you see on the internet."
President Joe Biden was allegedly paid $5 million by an executive of the Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings, where his son Hunter Biden sat on the board, a confidential human source told the FBI during a June 2020 interview, sources familiar told Fox News Digital.
The sources briefed Fox News Digital on the contents of the FBI-generated FD-1023 form alleging a criminal bribery scheme between then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national that involved influence over U.S. policy decisions.
The FD-1023 form, dated June 30, 2020, is the FBI's interview with a "highly credible" confidential source who detailed multiple meetings and conversations he or she had with a top Burisma executive over the course of several years, starting in 2015. Fox News Digital has not seen the form, but it was described by several sources who are aware of its contents.
Former President Donald Trump said Thursday that he has been indicted on charges connected to his handling of classified national security records, writing on social media that he has been summoned to federal court on Tuesday in Miami.
Prosecutors are charging the former president with seven criminal counts, according to a person familiar with the indictment granted anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly.
The precise charges that federal prosecutors have obtained against Trump were not immediately clear. But one of Trump’s attorneys indicated that a summons issued by prosecutors listed a provision of the Espionage Act and a federal statute criminalizing the obstruction of an official proceeding.
