NBC sketch-show “Saturday Night Live” delivered a series of comedic slaps to an increasingly gaffe-prone President Joe Biden, focusing on his recent conversation with Chinese President Xi Jinping in California.

The Biden administration has intensified its offensive against former President Donald Trump, focusing on the potential Republican nominee for the 2024 presidential election as a rematch between the two political heavyweights becomes increasingly probable.

Throughout the week, the Biden campaign has been launching daily attacks on Trump, releasing memos that outline the potential implications of a second Trump term on issues such as abortion rights, the economy, and immigration. The campaign has specifically responded to inflammatory remarks made by the former president, in which he referred to his political adversaries as "vermin."

An Israeli rescue agency recently revealed that Israeli helicopters opened fire, killing over 200 civilians, during the initial Hamas attack. Further supporting this was Israeli military-released drone footage, which showed hundreds of scorched cars moved from the Nova music festival – evidence that Israeli forces may have killed many of their own people during the start of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood on October 7.

According to an RT article on November 6, Israeli soldiers were suspected of the massacre as Zaka Search and Rescue reported that they had taken 260 dead out of the event venue of the festival. Meanwhile, the recently released video provided an aerial view of the charred vehicles removed from the festival grounds and arranged in a makeshift junkyard on a dirt parking lot.

On September 22, 1947, Loy Henderson strongly warned Secretary of State George C. Marshall that partition of Palestine into Arab and Jewish states was not workable and would lead to untold troubles in the future. Doctors who tried to save the life of President John F Kennedy after he was shot in 1963 said they believed there was 'more than one shooter' in interviews that are set to air for the first time.

The medics spoke out in 2013 but the footage was kept under wraps for a decade.

It will feature in new documentary JFK Assassination: What Happened in the Trauma Room?, which airs on Channel 5 on Sunday.

Kennedy was shot during an official visit to Dallas, Texas, on November 22, 1963 and pronounced dead after arriving at the Parkland Memorial Hospital. 

Official investigations concluded that he was assassinated by lone gunman Lee Harvey Oswald from a sixth floor window of the Texas School Book Depository.

But numerous books and documentaries have challenged that conclusion in the six decades since the killing.

The seven doctors who spoke out treated Kennedy at Parkland, where he was taken to in his open-top limousine after being shot in the head.

Dr Robert McClelland, who died aged 89 in 2019 and was the assistant professor of surgery at the hospital in 1963, said: 'In all probability there was a conspiracy. There was more than one shooter'.

Dr Michael Hudson was interviewed on the Duran channel. He is a famous economist and we need to listen to him. My favorite one of his books is Super Imperialism. The US ended WW II with the only intact manufacturing capacity of any major nation and most of the world’s gold. By 1960 we were a debtor nation. He sees No Exit on a Good Path for America from its current position. I see an Exit but not on a Good Path.

How did we decline so far so fast?

I would say by design.

Dr Hudson in the interview specifically mentioned the Korean War as the beginning of America’s trade deficit. He is not allowed to mention that the decision to give north Korea to Joe Stalin made the war and our rapid economic decline  possible. That and the addition of 19 million people since 1940.

I have mentioned before Nobel Prize winning economist Wasily Leontief whose empirical study of the US economy proved that American wages were a third higher than Europe’s because we added value with skilled labor to abundant natural resources. Of course when our population went past 150 million in 1950 we were supposed to cut wages so we could buy natural resources from foreigners. Instead we printed I Owe You Nothing Federal Reserve Notes so foreigners who accepted our worthless paper were paying us to occupy their nation and let us to essentially acquire their exports for free.

Scenes of worshippers being prevented by Israeli forces from praying at Jerusalem's Al-Aqsa Mosque have become commonplace since 7 October.

The holiest Muslim site in Palestine usually draws tens of thousands of faithful for prayers every Friday, but seemingly arbitrary restrictions on who can enter the compound mean protests regularly erupt at the site, as worshippers are refused entry.

Over the past few weeks, Israeli troops have fired tear gas on Palestinians attempting to pray in the streets surrounding Al-Aqsa and attacked some journalists covering the events.

“They don’t let us in, oppress us, and hit us,” said Mohammad Salaymeh, an 18-year-old man who has not been able to pray at Al-Aqsa since the beginning of the war.

United States President Joe Biden has delivered two different messages on the Israel-Hamas war to pro-Palestinian and pro-Israel Americans, NBC News has reported, based on copies of official White House correspondence.

While one letter showcased Biden’s support for Israel against Palestinian group Hamas’s “terrorism”, the other spoke about the US administration’s efforts to protect civilians in the Gaza Strip.

US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said on Monday that he had arrived in Kiev, adding that the United States will continue to support Ukraine.

"I just arrived in Kiev to meet with Ukrainian leaders. I’m here today to deliver an important message – the United States will continue to stand with Ukraine in their fight for freedom against Russia, both now and into the future," Austin wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Many high-ranking politicians from the European Union are out of touch with reality when it comes to the Russia-Ukraine conflict, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said on Saturday.  

Unlike other EU countries, Hungary has refused to send weapons or other lethal aid to Ukraine, insisting that it is focused on finding a peaceful resolution to the hostilities. 

“A significant part of the European political elite has practically lost common sense. Some people imagine themselves in Fortnite,” Szijjarto said at a political event in Budapest, referring to the popular multiplayer video game.

“They suffer from military psychosis, and, for some mysterious reason, believe that arms shipments can bring peace.” 

Yair Netanyahu, the son of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, sparked backlash Saturday night when he posted content on his Telegram channel criticizing the IDF, the courts, and the media, coinciding with his father's press conference.

In one post, he claimed that the decisions made by the High Court of Justice led to changes in the IDF's rules of engagement at the Gaza border, enabling Hamas terrorists to approach the border fence.

He then shared posts blaming the IDF for the failure on October 7, when Hamas terrorists massacred 1,200 people and kidnapped hundreds to hold hostage in the Gaza Strip.

The Knesset is set to discuss a controversial draft law on “executing Palestinian prisoners,” Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir said Saturday, Anadolu Agency reports.

“The Knesset will discuss on Monday preparations for the first reading of the death penalty law for Palestinian prisoners,” he was quoted by the Maariv newspaper on its website.

Ben Gvir pointed out that the Otzma Yehudit, or Jewish Power, party he leads “is the one that submitted the draft law to execute Palestinian prisoners,” adding that the draft “is expected to receive support by all members of the Knesset.”

Israel abolished the death penalty in 1954. Since then, it has applied long-term imprisonment that may be hundreds of years.

On November 19, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas Movement, released videos documenting recent clashes with the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) in the northern Gaza Strip.

One of the videos shows Hamas fighters destroying or damaging several Israeli Merkava main battle tanks and Namer armored personnel carriers from a close distance in Gaza City. The vehicles were targeted with rocket-propelled grenades, except for one tank which was blown up with an explosive device that was planted right on top of its chassis.

Mayor Eric Adams’ health team is launching a $4 million “vaccine equity” campaign aimed at curbing infections and deaths from the latest coronavirus strains and the flu, predominantly in the city’s poorer communities. 

The Health Department funding will provide grants to 18 not-for-profit groups to expand vaccine coverage in two dozen mostly minority neighborhoods with lower vaccination rates.

“Funding will also be used to raise awareness of long COVID and the impact it can have on individuals’ health and wellbeing,” says the bid proposal put out by the department’s fundraising arm — the Fund for Public Health.

The communities targeted in the Adams administration’s multi-million dollar Building Resiliency and Vaccine Equity outreach campaign include:
