Apple is set to host specialized entrepreneur training camps that bars applicants based on their race and sex. To participate, organizations must have “black, Hispanic/Latinx, or Indigenous” members in both leadership and on staff.
The Biden administration "won't hesitate" to impose more sanctions on Russia and North Korea if they conclude any new arms deals, the U.S. State Department said on Wednesday.
State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller issued the warning at a briefing in response to questions about the meeting in Russia between Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.
"We have taken a number of actions already to sanction entities that brokered arms sales between North Korea and Russia and we won't hesitate to impose additional actions if appropriate," Miller said.
It was troubling that Russia and North Korea are discussing increased cooperation that could violate U.N. Security Council resolutions, he said.
"When you see what looks to be increased cooperation and probably military transfers, that is quite troubling and would potentially be in violation of multiple U.N. Security Council resolutions," Miller said.
That's how the world's richest man describes the apparent 'beef' that the Biden administration has with him (apart from him calling them on their bullshit and enabling a free-speech platform for others to discuss non-approved narratives).
Specifically, Elon Musk told the panel on the 'All-In' Podcast Summit yesterday:
"...there does seem to be some significant increase in the weaponization of government and really sort of misuse of prosecutorial discretion in many areas... I think this is really a dangerous thing for there to be partisan politics with government agencies.”
"Elon, does the Biden administration have it out for you, and why?" All-In host entrepreneur David Sacks asked Musk.
"Ha. What ever gave you that idea?" Musk joked.
“I don't think the whole administration has it out for me,” he added.
“But I think there’s probably aspects of the administration... or aspects of interests aligned with President Biden who probably do not wish good things for me.”
In July of last year as the hype surrounding the covid pandemic was finally dying out I published an article about a barely publicized project called the “Council For Inclusive Capitalism.”
The group, headed by Lynn Forester de Rothschild who now seems to be the public face of the notorious Rothschild dynasty, is the culmination of decades of various globalist agendas combined to represent the ultimate proof of “New World Order” conspiracy.
Remember when people used to say that global governance by elitists was a paranoid fantasy? Well, now the plan is an openly admitted reality.
The CIC is intimately tied to institutions like the World Economic Forum, the UN and the IMF, but it is primarily an attempt to link all these organizations more closely to the corporate world in an open display of collusion. The group pushes the spread of what they call “Stakeholder Capitalism” – The idea that international corporations have a responsibility to participate in social engineering, and that they are required (in the name of the greater good) to manipulate civilization through economic punishments and rewards.
We witnessed this agenda in action during the covid lockdowns and the rush to enforce vaccine passports. These efforts would not have been possible without the participation of major corporate chains working hand-in-hand with national governments and the World Health Organization. Luckily, the strategy failed as local governments and the public fought back.
Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) is touting a $267 million investment to help officials in combating organized retail theft in the Golden State.
Newsom promoted the $267,118,293 recommended by the state to be awarded to 55 law enforcement agencies for fighting retail crime in California. The recommended funding will be voted on by the Board of State and Community Corrections on Wednesday and will be distributed to agencies on Oct. 1.
“Enough with these brazen smash-and-grabs. With an unprecedented $267 million investment, Californians will soon see more takedowns, more police, more arrests, and more felony prosecutions," Newsom said in a statement. "When shameless criminals walk out of stores with stolen goods, they’ll walk straight into jail cells."
The California governor's office says that grants of up to $23.6 million would be sent to 41 police departments and sheriff's offices, in addition to a probation department, for various initiatives, including increasing arrests, creating new task forces, and installing more advanced surveillance technology.
The funds would also provide 13 district attorneys' offices with up to $2.05 million to establish "new teams dedicated to prosecuting organized retail theft."
The judge in the Georgia election interference case has decided that Kenneth Chesebro and Sidney Powell will not be tried alongside Donald Trump and the other 16 co-defendants in the case.
“Defendants Chesebro and Powell will join each other at trial, however, the other 17 defendants are severed from these two. Additional severances may follow. All pretrial deadlines will proceed as scheduled without a stay of proceedings,” Judge Scott McAfee at the Superior Court of Fulton County wrote in a ruling issued on Thursday.
The judge noted that the action was taken as a result of Mr. Chesebro and Ms. Powell exercising their right to a speedy trial.
The 18 other defendants in the case with Trump are also pursuing early defense strategies, which is quickly complicating the prosecution’s plan to hold a trial the following month.
District Attorney Fani Willis attempted to keep all of the co-defendants together for a single trial starting on October 23, but a number of ongoing legal maneuvers pose significant obstacles to Willis’s goal, which legal experts have referred to as extraordinarily ambitious.
A federal judge in Texas has ruled an Obama-era immigration policy unconstitutional, setting up the potential for hundreds of thousands of deportations to begin.
On Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen ruled that DACA, or the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, policy violated the U.S. Constitution, which requires Congress to manage immigration affairs, not the White House. Former President Barack Obama infamously declared that the children of illegal immigrants, referred to as Dreamers, would be protected from deportation through an executive order.
While Judge Hanen did not call for an immediate end to the program while it works its way through the appeals process, he barred the Biden administration from processing any new applications.
“While sympathetic to the predicament of DACA recipients and their families, this Court has expressed its concerns about the legality of the program for some time,” Hanen wrote in his 40-page ruling. “The solution for these deficiencies lies with the legislature, not the executive or judicial branches. Congress, for any number of reasons, has decided not to pass DACA-like legislation … The Executive Branch cannot usurp the power bestowed on Congress by the Constitution — even to fill a void.”
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s (D-NY) office says that she has never been married — but according to a new report from The Washington Free Beacon, she has identified her fiancé as her “spouse” on several forms filed with the House Ethics Committee.
GOP lawmakers on Wednesday released more than 20 examples alleging President Joe Biden’s past involvement with his family’s foreign business dealings as they accused “Democrats and their corporate media allies” of ignoring the “mounting evidence.”
Sen. Mitt Romney, 76, the GOP presidential nominee who lost the 2012 election to Barack Obama and later became a United States senator from Utah in 2018, said he will not seek a second term in the Senate in 2024.
After doctors found an aggressive malignant tumor in Tasha Kann’s brain, the medical team advised the young mother to abort her unborn child and immediately start cancer treatments. Kann, leaning on her faith in God, told the doctors no.

Former President Donald Trump is taking aim at George Soros, accusing the liberal billionaire and Democratic donor of using his “dynasty” to stop him from returning to the White House.
In an email sent to supporters, which was signed by Trump, the former President led with a headline from the Post Millennial: “George Soros’ son shifts priorities, resources to focus on defeating MAGA in 2024.”
“Soros is desperate to stop us. His dynasty is pouring millions into ‘defeating MAGA’ in 2024. Important: This was written months before any indictments or DeSantis entered the race. It’s all come true . . . and he says more is yet to happen! See Here,” the email said with a link to the Post Millennial article.
“The Soros Dynasty just revealed their new plan for 2024: spend whatever it takes to try and stop the people from having a voice in their own country,” the email continued.
The call to action follows an opinion piece that Alex Soros, the activist billionaire’s son who has close ties to Democrats and leftist figures, recently wrote for Politico.
The younger Soros is in charge of his father’s globalist Open Society Foundations (OSF), which during Trump’s presidency opposed his America First agenda.
Providence Hospital System has just dropped a bombshell on its employees in a move that can only be described as Orwellian.
The healthcare giant announced on its InOurCircle app—a platform designed for employees to “stay up-to-date on company news”—that all workers (including those who are vaccinated and boosted by previous shots) are now required to receive the latest COVID-19 vaccine. And get this: failure to comply could result in unpaid leave or even job termination!
According to the announcement, all employees are now required to receive the latest COVID-19 vaccine, which was recently granted Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA). The updated mRNA vaccines were approved on Tuesday, September 12 and are expected to be available soon.
“PROVIDENCE FAMILY OF ORGANIZATIONS – We’ve all heard that cases of COVID-19 are on the rise and the latest updates to COVID-19 vaccines are proving effective at preventing serious illness from the latest strains. Webmaster addition: And when people start dying from this latest shot, we'll be told that nobody forced them to take the shot!
Seattle police union rank-and-file leaders are under investigation after an officer was heard on his body camera footage laughing and joking about a woman fatally struck by a separate patrol cruiser earlier this year. The officer who was recorded has stated that he was mocking the callousness of those who would litigate “a tragedy.”
When Utah’s Republican attorney general Sean Reyes was spotted in 2022 at the World Cup in Qatar, a tiny oil-rich kingdom in the Middle East best known for its human rights abuses and financing of terrorism, his team gave an odd explanation. Qatar did pay for his trip, but it provided the funds through an American nonprofit organization: the Attorney General Alliance.
Attorneys working with one of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) agent whistleblowers in the criminal investigation of Hunter Biden released their client’s notes in response to an FBI agent’s testimony casting doubt on a key claim.
The U.S. Supreme Court is "extremist" for not allowing various government officials to simply overturn the U.S. Constitution's Second Amendment and ban guns, or carrying guns, whenever they want.
That is the verdict from Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., who is most popularly known for falsely claiming for years to be Native American, when she isn't.
According to a report at Breitbart, her comments arose because of an attempt by New Mexico Gov. Michelle Grisham to cancel the state's gun laws and ban carrying a weapon in Albuquerque and Bernalillo County.
Many experts have described Grisham's attempted action as simply unconstitutional and even the state's attorney general announced that office would not defend Grisham's political move.
