Ahead of next week's vote to formally move forward with the Biden impeachment inquiry, Rep. Kelly Armstrong (R-ND) has released a 14-page resolution that would authorize the investigation.

"Directing certain committees to continue their ongoing investigations as part of the existing House of Representatives inquiry into whether sufficient grounds exist for the House of Representatives to exercise its Constitutional power to impeach Joseph Biden, President of the United States of America, and for other purposes," reads the resolution, which is set for markup on Tuesday, Dec. 12, putting it on course for a Wednesday vote.

"It’s time for the House to take the next step in the Biden impeachment investigation and adopt an impeachment inquiry resolution. The White House and multiple witnesses have repeatedly refused to cooperate with the investigation and have rejected subpoenas. Despite this refusal, the investigation has uncovered alarming details that demand further scrutiny," said Armstrong in a statement.

"The Biden family and associates received more than $24 million from foreign nationals. Joe Biden received $200,000 from his brother, James Biden, the same day James received a $200,000 loan from a failing rural hospital operator. Joe Biden also received $40,000 in laundered Chinese money from his brother and sister-in-law. It’s become clear that the Biden family sold influence around the world using Joe Biden’s name as the product. An investigation in any jurisdiction around the country would move forward if it had these facts. A vote on an impeachment inquiry puts the House in the best position to prevail in court and uncover the truth," Armstrong continued.

A new report issued Monday by the House Weaponization Subcommittee claims that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) “abused its counterterrorism tools” in order to target Catholics and pro-life supporters “as potential domestic terrorists.”

According to The Daily Caller, the FBI retracted a Richmond field office internal memorandum in February that described Catholics as “radical” and alleged that Catholics promote “anti-Semitic, anti-immigrant, anti-LGBTQ and white supremacist ideology.” In response to the widespread backlash to the FBI memorandum, the House Weaponization Subcommittee launched an investigation into the incident.

“The documents received pursuant to the Committee’s subpoena show that the FBI singled out Americans who are pro-life, pro-family, and support the biological basis for sex and gender distinction as potential domestic terrorists,” the committee’s new report states. “The memorandum recognized ‘the run-up to the next general election cycle’ as a key time frame and cited the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization decision that overturned Roe v. Wade as a flash point.”

The report claims that the FBI met with a Catholic bishop and a choir director in November or December of 2022 while the memorandum was still being developed. Additionally, the report claims the FBI “directly communicated with Catholic clergy and staff about parishioners practicing their faith.”

The U.S. State Department is violating the U.S. Constitution by funding technology to silence Americans who question government claims, says a lawsuit filed Tuesday by The Federalist, The Daily Wire, and the state of Texas.

The three are suing to stop “one of the most audacious, manipulative, secretive, and gravest abuses of power and infringements of First Amendment rights by the federal government in American history,” says the lawsuit. It exposes federal censorship activities even beyond the dramatic discoveries in a pending U.S. Supreme Court case, Murthy v. Missouri (also known as Missouri v. Biden).

This lawsuit alleges the State Department is illegally using a counterterrorism center intended to fight foreign “disinformation” instead to stop American citizens from speaking and listening to information government officials dislike. Employees of Pornhub’s parent company were caught on camera touting the benefits of underage kids watching pornography, and even suggesting that making videos of transgender-identifying people engaging in sex could help young people figure out their sexuality, according to a new video released exclusively on The Michael Knowles Show on Wednesday.

American students scored an all-time low in math on a major international exam, which provided the first comparison of global achievement since the pandemic radically changed education around the world.

According to data released Tuesday, American 15-year-olds had a 13 point plunge out of 1000 on the PISA (Program for International Student Assessment) exam, which was given last year to 620,000 students in 81 countries worldwide.

"These results are another piece of evidence showing the crisis in mathematics achievement," said Peggy Carr, commissioner of the National Center for Education Statistics, in a statement to WaPo. "Only now can we see that it is a global concern."

"These results put U.S. achievement in an international context at a very important time in our history."

From an average of 478 out of 1,000 in 2018, the U.S. math scores tumbled to 465 in 2022, marking an 18-point drop since the first exam in 2003. Countries typically known for their strong performance in math, such as Iceland, Norway, Poland, and Slovenia, also experienced significant declines.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says Israeli forces have surrounded the home of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar on Wednesday.
