"I don't have a problem with anyone being rich. I have a problem with people who cannot feel they are rich unless everyone else is made to be poor." -- Michael Rivero

On January 22, 2024, a three-judge panel in Boston, led by Obama appointee Judge William J. Kayatta Jr., overruled a lower court opinion when it said that Mexico can continue with a $10 billion lawsuit against U.S.-based firearm manufacturers Ruger, Smith & Wesson, Glock, Barrett and Beretta.

The lawsuit, of course, is a win-win for the current U.S. and Mexican governments who are clearly colluding against the gun industry. For Mexico, it’s a quick money grab that comes with snazzy headlines suggesting that its inept government is fighting for the safety of its people. For anti-gun U.S. leaders who cannot overcome the rights or will of the American people legally, it’s simply a scheme they hope leads to the bankruptcy of these upstanding companies—even if the companies are ultimately cleared of any wrongdoing.

I find the ruling, and the timing of it, rather ironic when you consider that currently 12,000 illegal and unvetted aliens per day are pouring across our southern border and onto the welcome mat that was hand-placed by our own treasonous government and funded by us, the taxpayers. Meanwhile, Mexican cartels are having a heyday exploiting the Biden Administration’s asinine policies by trafficking record amounts of sex slaves and Chinese-made fentanyl into our homeland; the former is destroying the most precious of lives while the latter is killing Americans to the tune of 70,000 per year.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported tens of thousands of cell phone users experienced outages Thursday morning for their home phone, internet, and mobile phone services, which sparked fears of a possible cyber attack.

Now, AT&T says they have identified what caused the shocking outage for over 73,000 Americans as footage has emerged showing helpless AT&T store workers being harassed by angry customers.

The company announced in a statement that the outage was not a cyberattack but an unspecified coding error caused by “the application and execution of an incorrect process used as we were expanding our network.”

In one fell swoop, President Joe Biden blasted former President Donald Trump, Russian President Vladimir Putin and MAGA Republicans during a private fundraiser in San Francisco on Wednesday night.

Taking a swipe at Trump, Biden condemned him for comparing his legal troubles to the prosecution of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny who died last week in an Arctic prison.

“Some of the things that this fellow’s been saying, like he’s comparing himself to Navalny and saying that — because our country’s become a communist country, he was persecuted, just like Navalny was persecuted. I don’t know where the hell this comes from,” he said, adding, “I mean, if I stood here 10, 15 years ago and said any of this, you’d all think I should be committed. It astounds me.”

Turning to Trump’s supporters, he said, “I’ve been around a long time and I’ve never quite seen a crowd like this MAGA Republican crowd. They seem to have very little moral compass on what is important to people.”

He also called the GOP out for what he calls a “lost” moral center which he says the party used to have.

Meta’s new paid subscription service allowed parents to exploit their children by charging pedophiles to gawk at their bikini-clad kids on Instagram, where girls as young as nine years old were attracting comments from men such as “perfect bikini body,” “those thighs are perfection” and “you’re so hot.”

Staffers at Facebook and Instagram parent Meta said that they flagged hundreds of so-called “parent-managed minor accounts” that were using the subscription feature on those platforms to sell exclusive content that included photos of young girls in bikinis and leotards to mostly men, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Israel has outlined its first official 'day after' plan for the Gaza Strip, calling for Hamas to be removed, no 'unilateral recognition' of a Palestinian state and shutting down the UN Palestinian refugees agency UNRWA.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel will keep security control over all Palestinian areas and make reconstruction of Gaza dependent on its demilitarization.

The Palestinian Authority's Foreign Ministry issued a blistering condemnation, calling it 'a plan to prolong the genocide against our people' and show that Israel is trying to buy more time to put through displacement plans.

The document proposes Israel would maintain security control over all land west of Jordan, including the occupied West Bank and Gaza - territories where the Palestinians hope to establish an independent state.

Netanyahu presented the plan yesterday to the security cabinet, which could still demand amendments.

MSNBC on Thursday night told its audience that people who believe their rights come from God and not the government are “Christian nationalists,” not real Christians.

Politico National Investigative Correspondent Heidi Przybyla joined All In With Chris Hayes, saying:

“The one thing that unites all of them, because there’s many different groups orbiting Trump, but the one thing that unites them as Christian nationalists – not Christians by the way because Christian nationalist is very different – is that they believe our rights as Americans, as all human beings, don’t come from any earthly authority. They don’t come from Congress, they don’t come from the Supreme Court, they come from God.”

According to a breaking report by the far-left Atlanta Journal-Constitution, authorities geo-tracked Nathan Wade and found that Nathan Wade made at least 35 visits to Fani’s neighborhood before he was hired as the lead prosecutor in the lawfare RICO case against President Trump and 18 Trump associates.

According to a New York Post report, Catherine Herridge, the fired CBS reporter who was investigating the Hunter Biden laptop story, had her personal files seized by the network in an “unprecedented” move, sources told The Post on Thursday.

From The New York Post:

Catherine Herridge — who is the middle of a First Amendment case being closely watched by journalists nationwide — was among 20 CBS News staffers let go as part of a larger purge of hundreds of employees at parent company Paramount Global.

Her firing had stunned co-workers, but the network’s decision to hold on to her personal materials, along with her work laptop where she may have other confidential info, has left many staffers shaken, according to insiders.

“It’s so extraordinary,” a source familiar with the situation told The Post, noting that the files — which are presumptively now the property of CBS News — most likely contain confidential material from Herridge’s stints at both Fox and CBS.

The source said the network boxed up all her personal belongings except for Herridge’s notes and files and informed her that it would decide what — if anything — would be returned to her.

“They never seize documents [when you’re let go],” a second source close to the network said. “They want to see what damaging documents she has.”
