This is quite true Mike. And there is a reason for that which can be seen in a much more significant difference....
An ex-German citizen, a very good family friend BTW, who lived in East Berlin during Hitler's rise to power told me that prior to the war Hitler was seen as an extremely brilliant man. He had great plans for Germany and he was starting to implement these plans. But the 1930's depression had serious impact on German finances as it did everywhere else. The Zionist Jews really had to work to gain control of Hitler by becoming his fledgling party's financial supporters.
Bush's grandfather, Prescott Bush, was a financial supporter of Hitler too. Bush family money helped the Zionists to sway Hitler.
Bush has never displayed more than very primitive intelligence at best. Everything he has gained over the years has been spoon-fed to him. On his own, he would have been a complete failure many times over.
Today, he is nothing more than a useful idiot for Zionist Jews (since WWII in control of Israel, and, more recently, the UK and the US). With Bush being such a twit, it was easy for the Zionists to gain control of him.
Summary ...
Hitler - intelligent but flawed.
Bush - idiot.
Another key difference exposed.
