Poll: 65% of Jewish Israelis say U.S. Jews should criticize Obama's Mideast policy

Sixty-five percent of Jewish Israelis believe U.S. Jews should criticize the Obama administration's policy toward Israel, according to a survey published in June that was conducted on behalf of the B’nai B’rith World Center in Jerusalem.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Memo to President Obama: you have allowed Israel to get away with murder - literally - on your watch, both in terms of supporting Israel's thoroughly vindictive policy against the Palestinians, and the cold-blooded murder of American humanitarian aid workers on the flotilla massacre.

You have done.... absolutely nothing about either situation, and frankly, Americans are tired and furious of this country forking over 3 billion dollars' worth of aid to Israel annually, while homeless Veterans sleep in our streets.

So, here's the deal, Mr. President: stop signing and sending the checks.

Disintegrate the US's military from that of Israel, which is right now is functioning at such an deep level that it has severely negative implications for America's own safety and security.

It is high time that the administration and Congress put the interests of the American people first, second, and third.

Israel is not going to change its attitude of collective hubristic paranoia toward the Palestinian people, and there is nothing you can do to change that. What we will see, very shortly, is a brisk annexation of Jerusalem and the West Bank by Israel, with forced expulsions of Palestinians to Gaza.

So, stop writing the checks, and stop integrating our military with that of Israel: this is not working, and it never will.

Let's see what that 3 billion dollars can do to repair American infrastructure; roads, bridges, hospitals, etc..

Because, sir, what what we have in Israel is a pathologically intransigent government impervious to logic, which consistently condemns US foreign policy toward it while holding out its hand begging for more aid.
