Until now, the foundation of US jurisprudence has been that all accused were presumed innocent until proven guilty.
It is that fundamental presumption of innocence which has been stripped away from We the People by these guidelines, and will nearly guarantee guarantee that we're going back to the "Star Chamber" judicial mentality.
