One interpretation of this statement would be that now that the U.S.-Israeli arms dealers are instabilizing the Baltic countries, including Estonia, a brotherly nation belonging to the Fenno-Ugrian stock (as Finland), hoping to draw them into war and with that Finland, nothing will come out of it.
