Drug Company Corruption Harms Children

"Joseph Biederman of Harvard may be the United States' most influential doctor when it comes to determining whether their children are normal or mentally ill. That's why Iowa Sen. Charles Grassley's recent revelation that Biederman did not declare $1.6 million in drug company consulting fees is so important, scary and tragic. Virtually all doctors who receive drug company money say they are not influenced, but every independent study examining the effects of such money says they are."
-- Lawrence Diller, M.D in the San Francisco Chronicle, 7/13/08

Webmaster's Commentary:

This is a follow-on the revelation that Dr. Biederman, who openly advocates the forced drugging of children in school for "Attention Deficit Disorder" (Otherwise known as teacher is boring me) was being paid by the companies that make and sell the very drugs he was recommending.
