Scott Walker Targets Jeb Bush

Scott Walker Targets Jeb Bush in South Carolina Speech
***
“From our family, we didn’t inherit fame or fortune, what we inherited was the belief that if you work hard and you play by the rules you can do and be anything you want,” he said.
***
...In South Carolina, he offered a subtle corrective, noting that he is headed to Israel later today and assuring the audience — which was full of military service-members and their families — that he cares about national security as much as anyone.

Walker said he prefers to use the term “safety,” rather than national security.
“National security is something you read about in the newspaper; safety is something you feel,” he said. “It’s something that — even though as a governor I don’t deal with it day in and day out — it has increasingly become one of the most important things for me to focus in on, because when I think about safety, I think about my own children and I think about yours as well.”
***
Walker exited to another enthusiastic standing ovation

Jeb Bush Courts Christian Conservatives In Commencement Speech

Charging that "the Christian voice" isn't heard enough in the world, the Republican White House prospect lashed out at the Democratic president's administration for "demanding obedience in complete disregard of religious conscience."

"The present administration is supporting the use of coercive federal power. What should be easy calls in favor of religious freedom have instead become an aggressive stance against it," Bush told an estimated 34,000 gathered for a graduation ceremony.

"Somebody here is being small-minded and intolerant, and it sure isn't the nuns, ministers, and laymen and women who ask only to live and practice their faith," he said.

Will Central Banks Abolish Cash?

By Mark Nestmann

Cash has never been a popular asset with the totalitarian set. It’s difficult, if not impossible, to trace. Cash makes it possible to do business “off the books.”

For decades, with the US leading the effort, governments have engaged in a War on Cash. The original justification for this war was to fight racketeering. The War on Cash morphed into the War on Drugs, then the War on Money Laundering, and subsequently, the War on Terror.

But now, central banks and their lackey governments have a new rationale for the War on Cash: the very existence of cash makes it more difficult to enforce negative interest rates...

Panic on Mass Common Core Test Refusals, Threaten Reprisals

Public resistance to Common Core is exploding across America, and officials are not happy about it. The Obama administration’s Department of Education, along with pro-Common Core government officials across the country under pressure from the feds, appear to be in panic mode. Facing a growing nationwide “opt out” movement to refuse participation in the unconstitutional federally funded testing regime aligned with the Obama-backed national school standards, senior bureaucrats, including Education Secretary Arne Duncan, have actually started resorting to lawless threats against parents, teachers, students, and entire state governments. Some parents were threatened by officials with jail time. Even small children are being punished by the state for “opting out” of the deeply controversial tests, with one California mother telling The New American that her daughter was publicly denied ice cream in retaliation.

But so far, the threats are only emboldening the opposition.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I have known teachers hired by a private education organisation to implement Common Core here in Hawaii: it was an unmitigated disaster; prevented the kids from truly learning; discouraged critical thinking; and made the child feel like little more than a herd animal.

One of the outcomes I would love to see happen from this growing federalization of education is a massive movement toward home schooling, either individual or group, and supported by states which are truly education friendly.

US Tells Greece To Reject Putin Pipeline Marking Return To Cold War Politics

In short order, it leaked that Moscow was set to advance Greece $5 billion against the future potential profits from the pipeline, a payment which we characterized as a get-out-of-Troika-jail free card and although conflicting reports emerged thereafter regarding just how soon money would actually be flowing from Moscow to Athens, discussions around the pipeline continued to move forward when Gazprom chief Alexei Miller visited Greece late last month to discuss “current energy issues of interest.”

That visit proved more than Europe could bear, and so the European Commission promptly filed antitrust charges against the Russian gas giant in an absurdly transparent attempt to punish the Kremlin for interfering in negotiations between the EU and its Aegean debt serf.

CITIZEN JOURNO WHO VIDEOD ERIC GARNER'S MURDER NOW HOUNDED BY NYPD

Ramsey Orta was hounded, framed, beaten and jailed by cops who also beat his disabled mother -- and he's not the only citizen journalist who faced reprisals for recording the NYPD's public execution of Eric Garner.

In addition to lengthy stays on Riker's resulting from trumped-up gun charges and pre-dawn raids on his family home, Ramsey Orta has been smeared by anonymous "police sources" in the press who invented a rapsheet that does not accord with the reality of his criminal record. He won the World Press Award for recording the now-notorious video of Eric Gartner being murdered by NYPD officers nine months ago.

He lives in fear for his life.

Webmaster's Commentary:

THE COPS BEAT UP HIS DISABLED MOTHER?!?

Now,these actions represent a very interesting interpretation of the police motto "to protect and serve".

US Tells Greece To Reject Putin Pipeline Marking Return To Cold War Politics

The US is applying political pressure to Greece in an effort to dissuade Athens from participating in Russia's Turkish Stream Pipeline project which has been implicitly used, at various times, as a negotiating tactic in discussions with EU creditors. As the Times suggests, this is further evidence that Washington is becoming increasingly concerned that the world is rapidly shifting away from the US-dominated, unipolar model that has existed, in one form or another, since the collapse of the Soviet Union. This consternation is beginning to manifest itself in the revitalization of Cold War politics.

Egyptian court sentences Mubarak, sons to three years in jail

***
A previous court decision to drop charges against him of conspiring to kill protesters in the uprising, centered in Cairo's Tahrir Square, and the release of some of his associates from jail have cast doubt over Egypt's political transformation.

Last May, Mubarak was sentenced to three years in prison on charges of diverting public funds earmarked to renovate presidential palaces and using the money to upgrade family properties. His two sons were given four-year jail terms in the same case.

In January, Egypt's high court overturned the convictions, and the case went back to court for retrial.

"The ruling of the court is three years in prison without parole for Mohamed Hosni Mubarak and Gamal Mohamed Hosni Mubarak and Alaa Mohamed Hosni Mubarak," Judge Hassan Hassanein announced on Saturday.

Congress Tells Court That Congress Can’t Be Investigated for Insider Trading

Jade Helm:Some Thoughts From Army ATC and Friends

by ArmyATC » Sat Apr 04, 2015 3:16 pm
A lot of people are trying to decode what jade Helm means. But very few are looking at the second line , which is the overall mission objective.

In combat ops there are 5 phases of combat. I'm not going to go into detail, but you can find it. But phase 0 operations are relatively new. In the NDAA 2014, if you read through it, it provides increasing the budget for phase 0 operation.

What this is. Well this has to do with using infiltration techniques to identify who will be a problem BEFORE the fighting begins. Identifying individuals and groups that would be assessed by the military as possible non state actors.

That way, they can extract these individuals before ops begin thus severely limiting organized resistance.

McRaven: Success in Human Domain Fundamental to Special Ops

While special operations forces are comfortable in the realms of traditional warfare, the human domain is perhaps more important -- both to the troops and to policy makers, McRaven said.

The human domain encompasses the totality of the physical, cultural, and social environments that influence human behavior, he explained. Success in this domain won't be achieved by traditional ground, naval or air forces, he added.

“Instead, success in the human domain will depend upon understanding the human terrain and establishing trust with those humans who occupy that space,” the admiral said. Building understanding and trust takes time, but once it’s built, “we can apply unique capabilities that are designed to assess, analyze, operate and prevail in population-centric strategies or struggles,” he said.

May 08 21:11

Human Terrain System

The Human Terrain System (HTS) is a United States Army, Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) support program employing personnel from the social science disciplines – such as anthropology, sociology, political science, regional studies and linguistics – to provide military commanders and staff with an understanding of the local population (i.e. the "human terrain") in the regions in which they are deployed

A Brief Overview Of ABI And Human Domain Analytics

In Iraq, the Intelligence Community was tasked with finding terrorists and insurgents bent on harming US Forces and their interests. These terrorists or insurgents rarely performed activities that were dissimilar from non-terrorists (especially in the planning phases). In terms of Iraqi mysteries, the questions were “Will something happen?” and “How can we predict it and prevent it?” Analysts began to develop techniques to address these mysteries using any means at their disposal to aggregate these activities, assess transactions, and develop networks of interest.

Thinking Differently: Unlocking the Human Domain in Support of the 21st Century Intelligence Mission

People are the currency of the human domain; their visible behaviors and symbols are one of the only ways to really discern their thoughts and motivations. Add in the cultural complexity of differing worldviews, beliefs and values that play on those thoughts and motivations and the domain becomes even less certain to decode. Factor in that U.S. military and civilian personnel directly, and indirectly, influence the course of interactions and behavior in the domain and the human domain becomes incredibly layered and dense, where meaning and purpose is difficult to extract and effort and skill necessary for success within the domain difficult to master.

May 08 20:30

Adaptations Required To Survive In The Human Domain

Indeed,if America ever finds itself once again contesting in wars in which the object is not the destruction of enemy forces but instead to influence relevant populations toward our desired ends, then Army formations and land forces must understand the people they are trying to influence.

US Government: Court cannot review wrongful executive secrecy

The Obama Administration today told a US appeal court that it had no right to challenge the wholesale suppression of video evidence of prisoner abuse at Guantánamo Bay.

The Administration further defended its absolute right to classify any information wrongfully — such as, hypothetically, censoring the Gettysburg address.

Border Patrol Agent Tases, Tackles, Handcuffs Woman for Questioning his Authority

A 21-year-old criminal justice major with aspirations to become a Border Patrol Agent ended up tackled, tased and handcuffed at an immigration checkpoint in New York Thursday after she began demanding to know why they were detaining her.

But she didn’t sound nervous in the video she posted on Facebook as she peppered them with questions about her detainment.

Kentucky ‘free range’ family loses custody of 10 kids over apparent ‘unschooling’

entucky “off-grid” family had their 10 children seized this week by authorities, and their supporters say they were targeted “simply because the government disagrees with their lifestyle and their educational choices.”

An anonymous tip sent sheriff’s deputies Wednesday to the 26-acre rural Breckenridge County home of Joe and Nicole Naugler, who document their “back to basics” lifestyle on social media.

They believe the complaint was lodged by an acquaintance who threatened to report the family to Child Protective Services during a Facebook feud with Joe Naugler.

The father was away with eight of the couple’s children when deputies arrived, and Nicole Naugler – who is five months pregnant – tried to drive away with the couple’s two oldest sons, according to a fundraising page set up by the family.

Investigators attempted to question the teens away from their mother, and she was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest when deputies said she interfered.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I would almost be willing to bet that these kids spoke better, were better at critical thinking, and understanding math and science than most of their contemporaries in public school.

Some spelling bees across the country have banned home schooled kids because they do so much better than do their public school educated counterparts.

But when your children can be taken away from you simply because you educate differently, you no longer can be part of a free society or country.

IN A COP CULTURE, THE BILL OF RIGHTS DOESN’T AMOUNT TO MUCH

“In a democratic society,” observed Oakland police chief Sean Whent, “people have a say in how they are policed.”

Unfortunately, if you can be kicked, punched, tasered, shot, intimidated, harassed, stripped, searched, brutalized, terrorized, wrongfully arrested, and even killed by a police officer, and that officer is never held accountable for violating your rights and his oath of office to serve and protect, never forced to make amends, never told that what he did was wrong, and never made to change his modus operandi, then you don’t live in a constitutional republic.

You live in a police state.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I guess I am enormously lucky to have never, in almost 66 years on this planet, had a confrontation with a police officer. Yes, I have had some speeding tickets (which I earned) and some parking tickets at metered spaces, which I also earned.

But I have a hard time around wrapping my head around the reality that for many Americans, they are thought to be guilty until proven innocent, which is a throwback to French law under Code Napoleon. I can understand suspects running away from police, because they are terrified of getting killed, even for the slightest, most trumped up charge, of which they are totally innocent.

These are really dark, difficult days in which to be an American.

Vermont kidnaps and forcibly drugs teen after mother sought help for her anxiety

A simple visit to the hospital to help her daughter manage her anxiety has turned into a nightmare for Karen Maple and her child, Elissa. What should have been a trip to discuss possible options for Elissa led to the hospital's decision to whisk the Vermont teenager to a mental ward several hours away in Massachusetts.(1)

Understandably, Karen was upset to see such a drastic option unfold and, therefore, expressed her dissatisfaction over the decision. Apparently, that didn't set well with certain authorities; just like a page from Orwell's do-like-we-do-or-else book 1984, the Department of Children and Families (DCF) took over, assuming custody of Elissa.

"And while the IRS mercilessly pursues average Americans, they permit tax cheats such as Rev. Al Sharpton, who owes the IRS at least $4 million in taxes, to have access to the Obama White House and other parts of the administration. It's believed he's being let off because he has a TV show on MSNBC on which he echoes the Obama White House propaganda and talking points" Baker alleges.

Courts Won't Stop Data-Hungry Feds

A federal appeals court in New York on Thursday ruled that the once-secret National Security Agency program that is systematically collecting Americans' phone records in bulk is illegal. The decision comes as a fight in Congress is intensifying over whether to end and replace the program, or to extend it without changes.

In a 97-page ruling, a three-judge panel for the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit held that a provision of the USA Patriot Act known as Section 215 cannot be legitimately interpreted to allow the bulk collection of domestic calling records.

FRB Bail-ins: You Don’t Own Your Money

While shocking to some, the bail-in strategy is completely legal. Client account holders can only profess ignorance which – when it comes down to it – will not be enough to protect them. Knowingly, or unknowingly, account holders are investors and not savers.

The event in Cyprus is and will not be an isolated event. We know this because the outline for it happening elsewhere has already been clearly stated and put in writing. The G20 seems to be preparing for a normalization of bail-ins. In Canada, a bail-in regime was announced already in the 2013 budget.

This means that all bank issued debt instruments can be used to save the banks. Demand deposits and guaranteed investment certificates are debt instruments created by the banks which they can do whatever they feel with.

Canada passes anti-terror bill that's bad news for online privacy

An anti-terrorism bill with huge ramifications for online privacy has won over the Canadian House of Commons, despite all the protests held against it across the country. If it becomes a law, C-51, or the Anti-Terrorism Act, will give spy agencies the power to gather more information from its citizens than before. It'll even allow the government to monitor passport applications, since it also broadens authorities' rights to place names on the no-fly list. Further, it will allow sharing of its citizens' information across government agencies, departments and institutions -- and there are many, ranging from the Revenue Agency and the Armed Forces to Food Inspection and Public Health.

Worse, they can share people's info not just on grounds of national security, but also for reasons such as the "economic or financial stability of Canada."

WHY THE NEW WORLD ORDER WILL FAIL

When someone mentions “The New World Order,” it conjures up thoughts of conspiracy involving the Illuminati, the Freemasons, Skull and Bones, old privileged family wealth and royal lineage. Beneath that you think of the already bought and paid for world leaders and the secret agenda. And you might be right. When I think of the New World Order, I’m thinking of an idea. It’s an idea that’s as old as war itself. How many times must we keep hearing this same ideology? Every single empire from the beginning of man had this same dream. You know the one, the dream of controlling everything beneath the sky from horizon to horizon.

NORTH CAROLINA OFFICERS ARRESTED IN MAJOR DRUG BUST

More than a dozen law enforcement officers, including 11 in North Carolina, have been arrested in a government sting that included the FBI, the government announced Thursday. Thomas Walker, the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District, said multiple people were arrested Thursday morning in a major sting of cocaine and heroin operations. Those arrested include five current members of the Northampton County sheriff's office. They were charged with trafficking cocaine and heroin up and down the I-95 corridor.

US appeals court: NSA phone record collection is excessive

The government's bulk collection of millions of Americans' telephone records after the Sept. 11 terror attacks exceeds what Congress has allowed, a federal appeals court ruled Thursday.

A three-judge panel of the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan said the case brought by the American Civil Liberties Union illustrated the complexity of balancing privacy interests with the nation's security.

A lower court judge had thrown out the case. The appeals court said the lower court had erred in ruling that the phone records collection by the National Security Agency was legal.

However, the 2nd Circuit declined to block the program, saying it is now up to Congress to decide whether and under what conditions it should continue.

Fifty-Seven Percent of Republicans Want to Undo the American Revolution

The United States is a Christian nation.

That's an idea former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee has harped on time and time again during his political career.

And while he didn't explicitly talk about it today during his presidential announcement, it's bound to pop up some time during his campaign.

That's because most Republicans agree that the US is a Christian nation. In fact, according to one recent survey, 57 percent of them actually want to establish Christianity as the official state religion of our republic.

That's right - 57 percent of Republicans want to turn our democracy into a theocracy!

French Law Forces Backdoors On ISPs

A translated post on OVH's statement shows some of the real dangerous of this law.

... Requiring French hosts to accept real-time capture of connection data and the establishment of "black boxes" with blurred in infrastructure, means giving French intelligence services access and visibility into all data traveling over networks. This unlimited access insinuate doubt among customers of hosting providers on the use of these "black boxes" and the protection of their personal data.
OVH.com

We can all argue in favor of end-to-end encryption, SSL everywhere, ... but that doesn't change the fact that your government is forcing the internet providers in your country to install and maintain a backdoor, so French law enforcement can intervene and spy at their own choosing.

It's a sad day for France and a sad day for ISPs and hosting providers in general.

FEDERAL JUDGE RULES FBI CAN PUT A GPS DEVICE ON YOUR CAR IF THEY CONSIDER YOU A 'THREAT'

A federal judge threw out claims by a California man who became a media sensation after he found a government GPS tracker in his car.

Yasir Afifi says he was due for an oil change in October 2010 when he discovered the GPS device. Based on feedback he received after uploading photos of the device onto the Internet, Afifi determined that it was government issued.

FBI agents descended on Afifi's apartment that day, and two unmarked vehicles followed Afifi when he went out, his amended complaint alleges. When the agents pulled him over, they allegedly admitted that the bureau had been tracking Afifi's movements. Afifi says he turned over the tracker as these agents inquired as to whether he was a threat to national security and if he had traveled to Yemen.
The encounter allegedly ended with Kanaan informing Afifi that the bureau did not consider him a security threat and he returned the GPS device to the agents.

Canada poised to pass anti-terror legislation despite widespread outrage

Widespread protest and souring public opinion has failed to prevent Canada’s ruling Conservative Party from pushing forward with sweeping anti-terror legislation which a battery of legal scholars, civil liberties groups, opposition politicians and pundits of every persuasion say will replace the country’s healthy democracy with a creeping police state.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper is looking forward to an easy victory on Tuesday when the House of Commons votes in its final debate on the bill, known as C-51. But lingering public anger over the legislation suggests that his success in dividing his parliamentary opposition may well work against him when Canadians go to the polls for a national election this fall.

The Surveillance Engine: How the NSA Built Its Own Secret Google

The National Security Agency is secretly providing data to nearly two dozen U.S. government agencies with a “Google-like” search engine built to share more than 850 billion records about phone calls, emails, cellphone locations, and internet chats, according to classified documents obtained by The Intercept.

The documents provide the first definitive evidence that the NSA has for years made massive amounts of surveillance data directly accessible to domestic law enforcement agencies. Planning documents for ICREACH, as the search engine is called, cite the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Drug Enforcement Administration as key participants.

ICREACH contains information on the private communications of foreigners and, it appears, millions of records on American citizens who have not been accused of any wrongdoing. Details about its existence are contained in the archive of materials provided to The Intercept by NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden.

However, a Washington Free Beacon analysis found that the Obama administration and Democratically-controlled Congress did make a “massive” investment into Baltimore, appropriating $1,831,768,487 though the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), commonly known as the stimulus.

Recording the police is legal, and it can mean the difference between accountability for peace officers and the gross injustice of abuse with impunity. Wired rounds up a good selection of apps from the likes of the ACLU and Occupy that are designed to help you record your interactions with the police, sometimes covertly, often with the option of real-time backup to the cloud so that your files can be recovered even if your phone is illegally seized and/or smashed.

COINTELPRO: The Sabotage Of Legitimate Dissent

GREAT MOMENTS IN THE HISTORY OF THE FBI.

"[Your information is] too precise, too complete to be believed. The questionnaire plus the other information you brought spell out in detail exactly where, when, how, and by whom we are to be attacked. If anything, it sounds like a trap."

FBI response to the top British spy, Dusko Popov (code named "Tricycle") on August 10, 1941, dismissing Popov's report of the complete Japanese plan for the attack on Pearl Harbor.

Pearl Harbor: The Verdict Of History by Gordon Prange, appendix 7 published in 1986. Based on records from the JOINT CONGRESSIONAL COMMITTEE on the Investigation of the Pearl Harbor Attack, Nov 15, 1945 to May 31, 1946.

Webmaster's Commentary:

As we see the blacks pitted against the whites, gays against straights, men against women, and so forth, it is important to remember that these social schisms are engineered by the government in a divide-and-conquer strategy to keep us fighting with each other so that we cannot united against the real cause of our suffering, which is Wall Street and Washington DC. It is worthwhile studying the history of COINTELPRO, the one moment in US history when these dirty tricks were exposed to public scrutiny.

Following the Money: The New Anti-Semitism?

In the 1976 docudrama about the Watergate affair and the fall of Richard Nixon, All the President’s Men, Bob Woodward’s source at the FBI, Deep Throat, tells him to “follow the money.” To the Post editorial board in 2015, doing just that is problematic—and probably anti-Semitic.

Suit filed against Put-in-Bay, police chief, officers

The recently filed suit states that it “relates to but a few of a long line of arbitrary and abusive behaviors” by the Put-in-Bay Police Department.

The individual plaintiffs are Lisa Cooper, of Put-in-Bay; Eric Haines, of Stow, Ohio; and Rikki Singstock, of Southgate, Mich, who were arrested by Put-in-Bay police in 2013. Police responded to a confrontation and arrested the three on a variety of charges. Ms. Singstock’s case was dismissed.

Ms. Cooper charged with obstructing official business, and Mr. Haines charged with theft and unlawful restraint, were found not guilty by a jury in October.

The new suit describes the arrests as “unlawful” and “unjustified” and seeks unspecified compensatory and punitive damages.

Republican Louie Gohmert: Calls to end mass incarceration are a 'real shame'

Louie Gohmert (R-TX) over the weekend lashed out at Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton for calling to end mass incarceration in the United States.

Last week, Clinton had broken with policies of her husband’s presidency and called to “end the era of mass incarceration.” Since 1983, the number of black men in U.S. prisons have increased 231 percent, compared 198 percent for white men.

US Town of 300 has 50 Cops!

How bad does the US Police State have to get? Is the international police union too powerful taking away our tax dollars, property, jobs, families, children, guns, rights, freedom, and our future?

Does the International Police Union hate US sovereignty and the US Constitution. Officers are being taught that average Americans are the enemy. Police recruit their own youth gangs to terrorize the populace. I have asked the Connecticut Attorney General [these questions] and have yet to receive an answer.

FLASHBACK 2013 - Hungary Sheds Bankers’ Shackles

Hungary is making history of the first order.

Not since the 1930s in Germany has a major European country dared to escape from the clutches of the Rothschild-controlled international banking cartels. This is stupendous news that should encourage nationalist patriots worldwide to increase the fight for freedom from financial tyranny.

Already in 2011, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán promised to serve justice on his socialist predecessors, who sold the nation’s people into unending debt slavery under the lash of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the terrorist state of Israel. Those earlier administrations were riddled with Israelis in high places, to the fury of the masses, who finally elected Orbán’s Fidesz party in response.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I assume Hungary is now on the US Government's Special High Interest Targets list!

Conflicting reports on gun incident in Baltimore

Conflicting reports about a police chase that may have involved gunfire roiled Baltimore Monday, just a week after riots rocked the city.

Initial reports said a man had been shot, but police then said a gun dropped by a man running from police went off, and that no one was hit by a bullet. Earlier, Baltimore Police tweeted the man was shot "multiple times," but police later said no one had been shot.

Shooting: 2500 block Marbourne Ave. Man reported to be shot multiple times. Southern District detectives investigating.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This is where the long years of government lies comes back to bite them. Nobody is going to believe the corporate-media fed official story about this or anything else going on.

California Dreaming: Police have no obligation to protect any individual from harm

"Do you believe that law enforcement officers have a duty to protect you from harm?" Ask yourself that question, and, your answer is..?
That is a question I have frequently asked. The overwhelming majority of answers have been affirmative; ranging from "Yes." to "That's what they are paid to do!" The next logical question is "How can we be certain we know the correct answer?"
The correct answer is found in appellate court decisions. The following summaries of a few appellate court decisions will provide some insight into this area of the law. These example cases are from California - but understand that the police are not responsible for your individual safety in any state.

POLICE REPORT PART I: BADGE ABUSE

April 2015 was a tumultuous month for policing in “The Land of the Free”. From traffic stop confessions of ticket-writing “expectations” to men being beaten by uniformed officers for sadistic pleasure to a shackled city rupturing in violent riots, the past month has been a horrific case study on the state of police in the United States. This Police Report documents the most egregious cases of police brutality, wrongful deaths, extortion via court fines and surveillance tactics used by local law enforcement. We also explore the perspective from behind the body camera, speaking to a former police chief and current city manager who implemented body cameras in his city two years ago. The unprecedented national attention paid this month to the issue of police brutality will prove historic as citizens take power over the police narrative through camera lenses. This is the April 2015 Police Report.

Americans will 'take more desperate acts due to desperate conditions'

“There is indeed a crisis. The crisis is a product of long standing policy. Housing policy, job creation policy, education policy, [and] healthcare policy. All of the things that are required as fundamental human rights for life in the 21st century,” he stated.

“There’s also the crisis of mass incarceration of particularly black and brown men and the crisis of police murder with impunity,” he added.

Baltimore as a Microcosm of America

In these drug-saturated neighborhoods, they weren’t policing their post anymore, they weren’t policing real estate that they were protecting from crime. They weren’t nurturing informants, or learning how to properly investigate anything. There’s a real skill set to good police work. But no, they were just dragging the sidewalks, hunting stats, and these inner-city neighborhoods — which were indeed drug-saturated because that’s the only industry left — become just hunting grounds. They weren’t protecting anything. They weren’t serving anyone. They were collecting bodies, treating corner folk and citizens alike as an Israeli patrol would treat Gaza, or as the Afrikaners would have treated Soweto back in the day. They’re an army of occupation. And once it’s that, then everybody’s the enemy. The police aren’t looking to make friends, or informants, or learning how to write clean warrants or how to testify in court without perjuring themselves unnecessarily.

Webmaster's Commentary:

For the public to trust the system, punishment must be seen to be inflicted on the guilty and only on the guilty. When the public sees punishment inflicted at random in the innocent while politically connected guilty go free, the public soon understands that the police are not about justice or law enforcement but merely a tool of oppression by the haves against the have-nots.

UK may impose internet rationing as electricity depletion looms

Britain could face mandatory internet rationing as web electricity consumption threatens to consume the country’s entire power supply, experts warn.

Internet rationing or increasing costs in order to update infrastructure might be required, otherwise fiber optical networks will reach their limit within the next eight years, The Independent quoted Professor Andrew Ellis as saying on Sunday.

The capacity people have been able to reach has been doubling every two years, he added.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The difference between a net connection carrying data and a net connection waiting for data is miniscule. This is the start of an attempt to limit access to the net by ordinary citizens, to drive them back to the corporate media propaganda machine!

FLASHBACK: Pam Geller: Israeli Secret Agent?

But is Pamela Geller really an Israeli spy? As Geller says, "At the end of the day it is Israel. It is Israel. And Hamas must be crushed, eradicated... I hope cooler heads prevail and they wipe out that nest of Islamic terror (Hamas.)" Geller claims those living in Palestine today are nothing but Arab invading and occupying Jewish holy land.

Geller claims, "The IDF is the most benevolent army in the world... (and) It all about the Jews, the Jews, the Jews, the Jews." All the while she calls the President of the United States "the Antichrist." Geller wants to divide and draw Americans into her war on Islam and gain their unconditional support for Israel. And apparently, some seem to have fallen for her rhetoric and are repeating whole sentences and paragraphs of Pamela Geller’s insanity.

Wayne Madsen Report

Pipes and Geller are ciphers for Israeli intelligence and propaganda elements and provide a clear link between Breivik and Mossad, which is under orders to stage false flag attacks to garner support for Israel against Palestine, Cyprus and Norway being the two most recent examples of Mossad-staged attacks.

VA Sending Veterans’ Mental Health Information to FBI to Restrict Gun Ownership

Patrick Howley of the Daily Caller has written that mental health information collected by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is being transferred to the FBI so patients can be added to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) list of individuals restricted from owning or possessing guns.

Webmaster's Commentary:

So the government sends kids into wars to "protect our rights", then declares the stress they suffered from that war grounds to deny those very same soldiers their Second Amendment rights. Yeah, that makes a lot of sense!

The real agenda is to disarm the veterans since they are an already-trained segment of the population the government fears may be a problem in the event of an uprising.

Coalition Dropping US-Made Cluster Bombs on Yemen

The Saudi-led bombing campaign against rebels in Yemen is using U.S.-supplied cluster munitions, endangering civilians and violating an international arms treaty, Human Rights Watch warned on Sunday.

According to the group, there is "credible evidence" that cluster bombs have been used in recent weeks as part of coalition airstrikes in Yemen’s northern Saada governorate, a Houthi stronghold that borders Saudi Arabia. Through analysis of satellite imagery, Human Rights Watch charges that the weapons landed on a "cultivated plateau, within 600 meters of several dozen buildings in four to six village clusters."

Planning Chaos in the Middle East: Destruction of Societies for Foreign Money Control

If one wonders how a desert-crawling line of Japanese open-back trucks gifted by the US filled with countless irregular fighters in plain view could ever have ever made it overnight to the point where Western military and political leaders are saying “the war against ISIL may be interminable”, one begins to see through the game. ISIL is a construction financed and trained by covert US and oil-king allies that ruins every place it enters, like Syria once the regime began to win the civil war. Al-Nusra/Al Qaeda was not enough. ISIL is a step up in the US-led control of the Middle East by terror, chaos and social devastation. “The Salvador option” was the first name for the post-war death squads in Iraq, but “Islamic State” stirs much more apocalyptic passions pro and con. Best of all, the ruling foreign war machines of the US, Israel, Saudi Arabia and NATO are now far better justified to “fight the barbaric terrorists”. Saudi Arabia with US support is now even projecting the “terrorist” and sectarian “Shiite” labels on the popular uprising of the poor in Yemen against a corrupt US-Saudi puppet government. One object alone is achieved. Peoples and resources of the region can be predated without sovereign social defences or unity of collective life purpose, the ultimate target of every US-led aggression. As long as all evils can be blamed on an ever-shifting Enemy, there is no overcoming recognition.

BEX ALERT - Alan Dershowitz: Charges Against Baltimore Police Officers Are About ‘Crowd Control,’ Not Justice

Alan Dershowitz, a well-known criminal lawyer from New York and professor emeritus at Harvard Law School, suggested that State’s Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby’s actions against the officers were motivated more by political expediency and short-term public safety than strong evidence.

He called the charges “outrageous and irresponsible,” especially the second degree murder count filed against the van’s driver under a legal principle known as “depraved heart.”

America’s Control Over the World Is Rapidly Eroding

The U.S. government has angered many countries because of their long history of highly aggressive military actions, but there seems to be no plan of stopping. It would be smart to listen to the other countries and simmer down in the military department before it is too late. It’s no secret that the U.S. is most certainly not the most loved country in the world because of its government’s long history of highly aggressive military actions, as well as its interference in the internal affairs of countless nations. But what we are seeing today is that an increasing number of nations are turning against the U.S. and taking various actions to rid themselves of its presence and influence.
