PRISONS WITHOUT WALLS: WE’RE ALL INMATES IN THE AMERICAN POLICE STATE

To those of us who see the prison that’s being erected around us, it’s a bit easier to realize what’s coming up ahead, and it’s not pretty. However, and this must be emphasized, what most Americans perceive as life in the United States of America is a far cry from reality. Real agendas and real power are always hidden.

As Author Frantz Fanon notes, “Sometimes people hold a core belief that is very strong. When they are presented with evidence that works against that belief, the new evidence cannot be accepted. It would create a feeling that is extremely uncomfortable, called cognitive dissonance. And because it is so important to protect the core belief, they will rationalize, ignore and even deny anything that doesn’t fit in with the core belief.”

Take the warning signs seriously. And take action because the paths to destruction are well disguised by those in control.

GOP Leadership’s Latest Obamatrade Ploy Revealed: Small Business Tax Hike That Violates GOP’s Anti-Tax Pledge

Establishment Republicans desperately trying to secure the passage of Trade Promotion Authority (TPA), which would give President Obama fast-track authority to secure congressional approval of at least three secretive trade deals, are now willing to increase taxes on small businesses in a way that would violate a pledge almost every Republican Congressman has taken when elected into office.

Showdown Between Judge Sullivan and IRS This Week…Expect Fireworks and Possible Criminal Charges

Let’s begin with the emails that traveled between the IRS and the White House. I suggest you duct tape your head before continuing to read. The IRS sent emails to the White House containing confidential taxpayer information. Congress wants those emails as well as Cause of Action, who filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for them. Sending out taxpayer’s confidential information is a federal crime. So, when will the emails be handed over? Never. Jacob Lew of the Treasury Department refuses to turn them over because………….drum roll, please. They contain confidential taxpayer information. Duh!

Those emails are proof that a federal crime was committed. The IRS refuses to turn their copies over, the White House, through the Treasury Department refuses to turn their copies over and the Department of Justice has refused to investigate. Bartender….a round of obstruction of justice for everyone.

Top firms 'use poshness test to keep poor out of best jobs': Bosses admit favouring applicants who went to top universities and who did not speak with an accent

Elite companies in the City of London are applying a ‘poshness test’ to job applicants which is preventing working class youngsters from getting the best posts, it is claimed.

Researchers found that leading law, financial services and accountancy firms in the Square Mile are ‘systematically excluding’ candidates if they are not middle or upper-class.

A staggering 70 per cent of job offers went to graduates educated at selective state or fee-paying schools.

Boy Tasered for Playing in a Tree, Mom Says

Castro says her son had merely "climbed up a tree to play" when the three officers "arrived with their firearms drawn" and ordered him "to come down from said tree."

She says her son "fully complied" with their orders, but the deputies beat the hell out of him anyway, throwing him to the ground, kneeing him in the head and Tasering him. She says the deputies did not formally arrest him "for any reason."

He needed medical care and still suffers from "emotional distress and anxiety," according to the complaint.

The American far-right’s trojan horse in Westminster; Elites are using the Henry Jackson Society to sell surveillance, war, white supremacism, banks, and misogyny

There is a violent extremist fifth column operating at the heart of power in Britain, and they stand against everything we hold dear in Western democracies: civil liberties, equality, peace, diplomacy and the rule of law. You wouldn’t think so at first glance. In fact, you might be taken in by their innocuous-looking spokespeople, railing against the threat of Muslim extremists, defending the rights of beleaguered Muslim women, championing the principle of free speech?—?regularly courted by national TV and the press as informed experts on global policy issues. But peer beneath the surface, and an entirely different picture emerges: a web of self-serving trans-Atlantic elites who are attempting to warp public discourse on key issues that pose a threat not to the public interest, but to their own vested interests.

Voting for your own executioner!

At this point in time, the myth of the United States of America as a good and decent country has been pretty much vaporized by the constant betrayal of its own citizens and its neverending attacks on the rest of the world. I mean, with a leadership that supervised the demolition of its two tallest buildings as a pretext for making war on the world, abandoned its own people by deliberately sending most of its jobs overseas, and lastly, is about to round up and dispose of all its dissenters in the name of falsified terror threats, how could anyone with a functioning brain lend any degree of support to this political monster in Washington that is clearly and deliberately eating its own tail?

And to make it perfectly clear — deliberately destroying its own country at the behest of a demonic foreign power!

POLICE SHOOT MIDDLE SCHOOL KIDS DURING 'TEMS' ACTIVE SHOOTER DRILLS WITH EMS AND FIREFIGHTERS

The Explorers program, a coeducational affiliate of the Boy Scouts of America that began 60 years ago, is training thousands of young people in skills used to confront terrorism, illegal immigration and escalating border violence — an intense ratcheting up of one of the group’s longtime missions to prepare youths for more traditional jobs as police officers and firefighters. (Germany had the Hitler Youth program, which bears a striking resemblance to the "explorer program")

The Explorer training, which leaders say is not intended to be applied outside the simulated Explorer setting, can involve chasing down illegal border crossers as well as more dangerous situations that include facing down terrorists and taking out “active shooters.” In a simulation here of a raid on marijuana field, several Explorers were instructed on how to quiet an obstreperous lookout.

School to Jail Pipeline for Disabled Kids?

Albuquerque police jailed a middle school special ed student twice because they thought it better to jail disabled kids to than leave them in school, the teenager claims in court.
Sidney Summers, now 18, sued the Albuquerque Police Department and Sgt. Michael Archibeque in Bernalillo County Court, citing two incidents from 2009, when Summers was 12 years old.
Summers claims his arrests and jailings exemplified a culture of discrimination against special education students under Archibeque, who supervised Albuquerque's school resource officers at the time. Archibeque is the only individual defendant.
In his June 10 lawsuit, Summers says he was arrested for childhood temper outbursts in which no one was injured.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This is so wrong, on so many levels, that I hardly know where to start.

I have personally worked with special needs kids at a private facility, and know firsthand that nothing reaches these children like love, kindness, and structure. Jailing special needs kids sends absolutely the wrong message, as does not dealing with kids who torment kids like this, and think it is perfectly fine.

This is a really lousy policy on the part of the Albuquerque police, and needs to be changed, STAT!!

Alabama child services abducts autistic boys damaged by MMR vaccine; starves, forcibly drugs them in foster care

The cries of the innocent who seek justice in today's America are reaching a piercing crescendo. Case after case of unwarranted medical child abduction portends a ruthless totalitarian future for every single parent trying to raise children in this country -- this, as a result of growing oppression from a hostile police state that sees nothing wrong with ripping children away from their parents for no legitimate reason and throwing them into the foster system.

Such a harrowing scenario is exemplified in the ongoing case of Arnold and Alan Cullins, a pair of autistic boys from Alabama who were recently abducted from their birth mother without cause. Alabama's Department of Human Resources (DHR), commonly known in other states as Child Protective Services (CPS), literally snatched the two brothers away from their mother not long after she was admitted to a hospital with cardiac issues, and is now holding them captive.

Hidden Dispensary Raid Video Shows Cops Eating Pot-Laced Baked Goods, Joking About Assaulting Amputee

The footage shows that eight officers had masks on and their guns drawn when they entered Sky High Holistic, shouting “everybody on the ground” to customers and workers. Marla James, the amputee seen in the footage, intends to sue the city for allegations of police misconduct. Her reasons stem from a part of the video showing that as soon as she left the building, the cops started to crack jokes about her condition. One cop even said, “I was about to kick her in her f—ing nub.”

“They intimidated me. They threatened me,” James said, who is considered legally blind. “What they did, it was like shooting fish in a barrel.”

US and Israel Bar Palestinian Filmmaker From NYC Film Premiere About Intifada Cows

The annual Human Rights Watch International Film Festival is underway here in New York City, but one of its featured directors won’t be able to attend his film’s US premiere this weekend. Then he went to Amman, Jordan, where the US approved a visa but said their visa machine was broken. Shomali had previously attended half a dozen European festivals without incident, and his film has drawn international acclaim.

Police in Michigan Seize 6 Children Because Family Was Camping in Tents

A Michigan family which had dreams of camping during the summer in the great outdoors was horrified when state officials seized their six children simply because they were temporarily living in tents, Off The Grid News has learned.

“The government has tried to standardize what a home is and what a home must have, without consideration for if the children’s needs are being met or not,” Christopher and Antonia said in a joint statement. “This was not a case of neglect, but a case of the government telling us how we have to raise our children — that we must have running water, we must have electricity and we can’t stay in a tent for the summer. To the government it makes no difference if the children are happy and healthy. We need to conform to their idea of normal or they can take your children away.”

Fast-track Hands the Money Monopoly to Private Banks — Permanently

In March 2014, the Bank of England let the cat out of the bag: money is just an IOU, and the banks are rolling in it. So wrote David Graeber in The Guardian the same month, referring to a BOE paper called “Money Creation in the Modern Economy.” The paper stated outright that most common assumptions of how banking works are simply wrong. The result, said Graeber, was to throw the entire theoretical basis for austerity out of the window.

The revelation may have done more than that. The entire basis for maintaining our private extractive banking monopoly may have been thrown out the window. And that could help explain the desperate rush to “fast track” not only the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) and the Trans-Atlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), but the Trade in Services Agreement (TiSA). TiSA would nip attempts to implement public banking and other monetary reforms in the bud.

Saban replied with a tone of menace in his voice that any country that is even thinking about boycotting Israel should think twice because the harsh treatment being meted out to Richard is just the beginning for him. In other words, if you’re a corporate CEO and want to keep your job, heed Saban’s warning or you may be out in the street.

Will Israel’s “whiff from hell” weapon be used to crush US protests?

US police departments are interested in procuring the foul-smelling skunk water that Israeli forces routinely use on Palestinians, according to The Economist.

The Economist, which refers to skunk water as “a whiff from hell,” reports that the weapon “has attracted the interest of law-enforcement agencies in America which, after riots in Ferguson and Baltimore, crave better ways to scatter rioters without killing or injuring them.”

Amcha attempt to block “Palestinian Voices” university course fails

An anti-Palestinian campus watchdog attempted to shut down a student-led course on the history of Palestine at the University of California at Riverside (UCR). But the university this week rebuked the group’s efforts and stated its commitment to academic freedom.

The Amcha Initiative spearheaded demands to have the UCR administration investigate the course. Amcha has a history of obsessive attempts to silence criticism of Israeli policy and label supporters of Palestinians’ rights as anti-Semites.

Judge orders University of Illinois to release Steven Salaita emails

Illinois Circuit Judge Thomas Difanis today ordered the University of Illinois to release thousands of pages of emails that may cast light on the state institution’s decision to fire Steven Salaita last August.

The decision in the Champaign County Court was a big victory for Salaita, who brought a lawsuit against the university under the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

Difanis rejected the university’s claims that the request would be too burdensome and agreed with Salaita’s lawyers that there was a significant public interest in whether hiring decisions by the university have been unduly influenced by donors.

Wherein the Justice Department declares instructions on how to use Bitcoin to be "material support for terrorism."

Ali Shukri Amin, 17, admitted Thursday that he was behind the the now-suspended Twitter account @Amreekiwitness, which at one point had over 4,000 followers. Through it, according to a Department of Justice statement on Amin, he provided instructions on how to use the world’s dominant online cryptocurrency, and how to set up a Bitcoin wallet for would-be donors. In corresponding blog posts, Amin added more advanced tips, like recommending the use of the anonymizing Dark Wallet.

He was charged with conspiring to provide material support and resources to a terrorist organization, charges that carry a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison.

Bitcoin Shop Cofres Bitcoin Gets Smashed by a Car in Alleged Accident

South America’s first bitcoin exchange is assaulted with a one ton FIAT:

On June 9 at 5:02 AM the driver aimed his car between large support columns then bailed out before impact at Cofres Bitcoin, located at Plaza Independencia 823 in Montevideo, Uruguay. The driver was not under the influence. He was detained by police.

Since April 2014, Cofres Bitcoin has served as a bitcoin transaction point and safe deposit box facility. The boxes were not damaged nor was anything stolen.

The location has become well known for its open, public letters about 911 truth directed at the president of Uruguay. Uruguay has given refuge to a number of Guantanamo prisoners, who were never charged with a crime.

Where is CNN? Why isn’t this considered an act of Terrorism? Is it only t-t-t-terrorism when certain classes of people are the victims and when it suits the narrative of certain interest groups and their agenda?

Israel Used Same Duqu Malware To Hack Kaspersky, Spy On Iranian Nuclear Negotiations

The virus used to hack the Russian cybersecurity company Kaspersky Labs is an improved version of the malicious software that was used in an attempt to monitor nuclear negotiations with Iran, according to Kaspersky. Israel is believed to be behind both hacks, as each strain of malware is also a variant of the Stuxnet virus deployed against Iran by the U.S. and Israel in 2010.

Kaspersky dubbed the newest virus Duqu 2.0, an updated version of the Duqu virus that targeted three European luxury hotels where diplomats from around the world were staying when they congregated to iron out details of the Iranian nuclear deal over the past 18 months. Representatives from the U.K., the U.S., China, France, Germany and Russia (the so-called P5+1) were on hand for the negotiations, though from afar Israel loudly protested the plan to ease the restrictions on Iran's nuclear program.

THERE’S BIPARTISAN HATRED TOWARDS TPP … BUT CORRUPT CONGRESS TRYING TO PASS IT, ANYWAY

Unfortunately, neither Democratic or Republican Congress people represent the interests of the American people. Indeed, America is no longer a democracy or republic … it’s officially an oligarchy. And the allowance of unlimited campaign spending allows the oligarchs – even foreign ones – to purchase politicians more directly than ever.

So TPP will pass unless we raise hell.

Webmaster's Commentary:

All who vote for this bill are traitors to their alleged constituents, and proving that they only represent the interests of the monied, who I am certain, are paying them well for their efforts.

It should be painfully clear to anyone with half a brain in this country that Congress doesn't represent We the People at this point in this country's history.

The real trick here will be changing the situation without the violence and riots the US government is absolutely ready and able to suppress with extreme prejudice.

Possibly the best way would be for a voting option on all national ballots which states "None of the Above", at which point some candidates worthy of the title of Congressional Representative might emerge.

This may well be wishful thinking on my part, but I have become so thoroughly disenchanted with the US political process, that right now, I couldn't hold my nose and vote for ANY of the "usual suspects" running for President. A choice between two evils... is still evil.

The sociopathic proclivities of those who rise to the top in American politics is pretty scary.

Santa Ana pot shop raid sparks investigation

The Santa Ana Police Department will launch an internal affairs investigation after being provided video clips showing officers engaging in questionable behavior during a police raid last month on a medical marijuana dispensary, Police Chief Carlos Rojas told Voice of OC this week.

Attorney Matthew Pappas, who edited and produced the clips before providing them to Voice of OC, says the video shows officers eating food laced with marijuana, known in pot lingo as “edibles,” and seized during the raid. Officers also played darts inside the pot shop while apparently completing an inventory of the shop’s contents. Pappas represents the shuttered Sky High Holistic dispensary where the video was recorded.

The clips also show officers dismantling video equipment and cameras, indicating they didn’t know other cameras continued to record their activities.

FEDS TIGHTEN RESTRICTIONS ON 3-D PRINTED GUN FILES ONLINE

THE NOTION OF a 3-D printable gun has become the perfect flashpoint in a new conflict between digital arms control and free speech. Should Americans be allowed to say and share whatever they want online, even if that “speech” is a blueprint for a gun? The State Department has now answered that question with a resounding “no.”

In the last few days, the State Department has issued two new statements confirming its intention to act as gatekeeper for when Americans can legally publish online data that could allow someone to digitally fabricate a gun. And those statements outline how it plans to restrict those publications as a controlled “foreign export” of munitions.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Call me dubious, but by what Constitutional law is the State Department allowed to make such restrictions?!?

This ruling should be contested legally, all the way to the Supreme Court, which very well may not hear it, but to make the following point: the framers of the Constitution and Bill of Rights wanted guns in the hands of this country's citizens to prevent tyranny from taking over this government.

And what we have experienced, from the first Bush presidency, to the current Administration, has been serial tyranny, a gradual "boiling the frog" series of laws which have codified repression; taken jobs away from the middle class; and make sure the big money gets protected by companies which overtly and covertly sponsor their pet Congressional Representatives.

"Learned helplessness" is not only for those with the bad luck to be incarcerated at Gitmo; it has become a state of being for far too many American citizens. And if you don't believe that, take a look at the staggering number of Americans now on some kind of public assistance, particularly for food.

And again, I have to ask; what is the legal, Constitutional precedent for this ruling?!? And I bet that the honest answer is...none.

Big Brother is Watching Closer Than You Think

The plane's flight path, recorded by the website flightradar24.com, would eventually show that it circled downtown Minneapolis, the Mall of America and Southdale Center at low altitude for hours starting at 10:30 p.m., slipping off radar just after 3 a.m.

"I thought, 'Holy crap,'?" said Zimmerman.

Bearing the call sign N361DB, the plane is one of three Cessna 182T Skylanes registered to LCB Leasing of Bristow, Va., according to FAA records. The Virginia secretary of state has no record of an LCB Leasing. Virtually no other information could be learned about the company.

Zimmerman's curiosity might have ended there if it weren't for something he heard from his aviation network recently: A plane registered to NG Research — also located in Bristow — that circled Baltimore for hours after recent violent protests there was in fact an FBI plane that's part of a widespread but little known surveillance program, according to a report by the Washington Post.

Ex-Gitmo inmate stopped from boarding flight to Montreal that overflies U.S.

A former Guantanamo prisoner who was invited to address a conference on youth radicalization in Montreal says he was prevented from boarding a flight in France because the aircraft would fly through U.S. airspace.

Mourad Benchellali, who addresses youth groups in Europe in a bid to dissuade them from joining the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) or other groups waging holy war in Syria and Iraq, was not allowed to board the Air Transat flight from Lyon to Montreal.

Air Transat said because the flight flies through U.S. airspace its personnel had to, and applied the provisions of a U.S. security program known as Secure Flight — a program that checks passengers against the U.S. No Fly list.

Benchellali, 33, who was released from the U.S. naval base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, in July 2004, said in a telephone interview he was unaware he was on the U.S. list.

House Votes To Change Law Due To Trade Agreement, While Insisting That Trade Agreements Don't Change Laws

Two weeks ago, the House Agriculture Committee voted 38-6 to repeal country-of-origin-labeling. (COOL), and now it's the full House's turn. In a 300-131 vote yesterday the "country of Origin Labeling Amendments Act" (HR 2393) passed with the support of a significant number of Democrats as well as the majority of Republicans.

The bill's prompting and passage came after the World Trade Organisation ruled in favor of Canadian farmers, who sued claiming it was "discriminatory" and thus in violation of Free Trade Agreements. The problem? Cattle bought from abroad would have to be segregated from domestic cattle, increasing costs and making imports less desirable.

With Fast Track coming up for a vote -- perhaps even today -- it's curious to see this snippet in the Associated Press report on the vote by the Speaker of the House:

The Emperor’s New Clothes is the story of current wars and central “monetary” policy: “official” stories easily and completely refuted by anyone caring to look at the facts. All three are tragic-comedies because even children see the truth with just a few moments of attention.

This was the theme of a conference paper; full professional explanation and documentation here.

In The Emperor’s New Clothes story, upon public initial conversations of the facts, the emperor continues the pretense, along with “officials.” However, the illusion is shattered within moments as the “whole town” began speaking about what was clear for everyone upon minimal attention.

Mike Wallace Interviews Margaret Sanger on Eugenics, Her opposition to the Catholic Church, 1957

With Hillary Clinton recently admitting that she admires Margaret Sanger, this 1957 interview of Sanger by Mike Wallace is very interesting watching. Wallace asks Sanger her motivation is not based on opposition to the Church. Sanger's mother was Catholic from Ireland, and had 11 children. "The population question is a great concern today", Sanger opines. They spend a great deal of time discussing the Catholic position on artificial birth control, in a very interesting interview the likes of which would probably not be aired on secular TV today. Wallace then focuses on Sanger's history of publicly opposing the church. As Wallace confronts Sanger on her past statements, she gets fidgety, blinking, rubbing her face, and darting out her tongue.

11-Year-Old Boy Played in His Yard. CPS Took Him, Felony Charge for Parents.

One afternoon this past April, a Florida mom and dad I'll call Cindy and Fred could not get home in time to let their 11-year-old son into the house. They were put in handcuffs, strip searched, fingerprinted, and held overnight in jail.

TTIP vote in European Parliament descends into chaos after Ukip MEPs spark protest

Ukip MEPs sparked a protest that sent the European Parliament into chaos today after a crucial vote and debate on the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) was suspended.

Nigel Farage marched to the front of the room after MEPs narrowly voted in favour of a a last-minute delay in the latest debate on the free trade agreement with the United States. The Ukip leader claimed this was proof the EU was "running scared" of the strength of opposition to TTIP.

Homeland Security looks for leaker of report on airport-checkpoint failures

The inspector general for the Department of Homeland Security said Tuesday that he is investigating the leak of classified information from an undercover operation in which investigators were able to slip through airport security with weapons and phony bombs more than 95 percent of the time.

“We have started an investigation to determine where the leak was,” Inspector General John Roth told the Senate Homeland Security Committee.

ISRAELI ATTEMPTS TO SILENCE THE TRUTH

Set up by a group of academics, lawyers and politicians more than 25 years ago, the NGO – whose name means “in the image of” and is a synonym in Hebrew for human dignity – has at times portrayed itself as the conscience of the nation.

But legislation being proposed by Israel’s new right-wing government threatens to severely limit the work of B’Tselem and scores of other Israeli NGOs that receive millions of dollars each year in donations from foreign governments and foundations.

While the legislation is in draft form, Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked of the ultra-nationalist Jewish Home party says she is determined to crack down on those who take foreign money and then criticize Israel, accusing the NGOs of “eroding the legitimacy of Israel to exist as a Jewish and democratic state.”

Judge Rules Administrative Court System Illegal After 81 Years

A federal judge’s ruling against the Securities and Exchange Commission for using its own Administrative Law judges in an insider trading case is perhaps the beginning of the end of an alternative system of justice that took root in the New Deal. Constitutionally, the socialists tore everything about the idea of a Democracy apart. It was more than taxing one party to the cheers of another in denial of equal protection. It was about creating administrative agencies (1) delegating them to create rules with the force of law as if passed by Congress sanctioned by the people; (2) the creation of administrative courts that defeated the Tripartite government structure usurping all power into the hand of the executive branch, as if this were a dictatorship run by the great hoard of unelected officials.

African-American community rages against SB277 and the Tuskegee-like crimes of mandatory vaccines that destroy black babies' lives

The sleeping giant of the African-American community has awakened against the crimes of the vaccine profiteers and their relentless destruction of young black lives.

It's happening right now, and it touches my heart to see this community rising up and waking up to the life-destroying deceptions of the CDC and its pharmaceutical puppet masters that have dictated "public health policy" in America with wildly destructive consequences for the black community. An entire generation of black babies now suffers under the vaccine injury side effects that the CDC has known about but has willfully hidden from the world in order to protect vaccine profits, all while black children suffer from autism caused by vaccines!

Oregon Grass-fed Ranchers Face Criminal Charges for Grazing Animals

On Tuesday, January 27, 2015 we became accused criminals. The Union County Sheriff’s Department served us with a search and seizure warrant after several animals died over an extended period of time. The next day, they confiscated every head of livestock from our Summerville, Oregon property on the grounds of “criminal neglect”—but nothing more specific than that. They stole our breeding boar and sow, 6 mules, 5 horses, 23 yearling calves, 2 bulls, 4 steers, and 43 cows. The mother cows represent years of genetic selection for cows that will do well living on pasture and eating only grass. Almost all of our mother cows, all of our future beef, and hog breeding stock were taken. This is the majority of our livestock. Prior to the seizure, law enforcement had not presented us with any specific concerns that they wanted to see addressed. They did not work with us to have a veterinarian come on the property to assess our animals.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Being a farm kid myself, I know that all farms lose animals. The "crime" here seems to be that these farmers were feeding their animals grass, instead of buying commercially produced "approved" animal feed from agribusiness.

Obama’s secret TPP ‘trade assistance’ rider includes $700 million in proposed cuts to Medicare –Unions, Seniors Groups Urge Congress Not to Cut Medicare to Fund Trade Assistance

An already difficult road for the Trans-Pacific Partnership in the House of Representatives got bumpier on Monday, as controversial Medicare cuts were brought into the mix. Labor unions and senior citizens’ groups are launching efforts to lobby House members against a bill that includes $700 million in proposed cuts to Medicare reimbursements for doctors and hospitals. The cuts would be used to fund a $2.5 billion extension of Trade Adjustment Assistance funding, which aids workers who lose their jobs as a result of trade [sic] deals.

Basically, TPP is going to screw the American people; the only debate as to just who and for how much.

'Draconian' French Charteur des Snoopeurs gets senate approval

Why Greece Must Leave

Greece should get out as fast as it can, all member countries should, especially the poorer ones. There is no benign or even economically viable future for any of them in the Union. A future inside the union is infinitely more frightening than one outside. What is evident by now is that the troika creditors don’t come to the table to negotiate, they come to impose their will. And those countries that carry the most debt are most vulnerable to the threats flung across the table. If you don’t get out, in time Germany will decide what you can eat, what your children learn in school, and how you are to behave. You will no longer live in sovereign nations.

BILDERBERG GROUP’S TRANSHUMANIST CORPORATE COMMUNISM

The elusive, secretive Bilderberger Group is set to meet this week in Watford, England with plans to reportedly hand the “baton” of leadership on to Google. I recall back in 1999 first reading about the Bilderberg Group on an obscure conspiracy site now long gone. At that time, if you mentioned the Bilderberg Group or other leftist elite combines, you were considered insane. Indeed, even a few years ago, major news and so-called “conservative” news refused to mention Bilderberg, with neo-con talkmongers cowering to what they falsely consider capitalism. While it may be considered a good sign that Bilderberg is now appearing in mainstream news due to sites like Drudge and Infowars forcing the elite entity into public view, Bilderberg is still able to hide behind a mask of so-called capitalism.

California Lawmakers Pass Controversial School Vaccine Bill

California lawmakers on Tuesday approved a bill mandating that schoolchildren be vaccinated, after five hours of highly emotional testimony that brought hundreds of opponents to the Capitol.

SB277 is intended to boost vaccination rates after a measles outbreak at Disneyland that sickened more than 100 in the U.S. and Mexico. It has prompted the most contentious legislative debate of the year with thousands of opponents taking to social media and legislative hearings to protest the legislation.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Baltimore court rejects Mosby’s request for gag order in Freddie Gray case

We’ve been following the events in Baltimore coming out of the Freddie Gray case pretty closely and, as usual, the story seems to be swinging further and further away from the original incident and focusing on the city government. As you may recall, State Prosecutor Marilyn Mosby recently asked for a gag order preventing the release of the autopsy in the case, as well as barring any discussion in the media of relevant information. It didn’t take long for an answer to come down, and the court has declined her request.

But the reason is probably not what you were first thinking. This wasn’t some comment on the strange nature of asking for the gag order itself… it was because of a technicality. Mosby filed the request with the wrong court.
