What world do you live in? Putin, East Ukraine and the Old World Order

It's difficult (in a face-palm kind of way) to listen to people, even well-informed educated people and 'experts', opine on global politics when they are clearly ignorant of (or studiously ignore) this most important fact. There is no 'democracy' in this world, and there has not been for, oh... forever. Western populations are so damn dumbed down and dissociated that they actually can't figure out that nothing of any significance changes with a change of government, despite all the evidence before them. In fact, it's worse than that, things do change, but for the worse from the point of view of the average citizen. Who will argue that Western warmongering and the divide between rich and poor has increased dramatically over the past 40 years? How many administrations does that period comprise, about 10? Democrat, Republican, Democrat, Republican... Whoopee frickin' doo. In the UK, it's Conservative, Labour, Conservative, Labour... In both countries, the supposedly 'bleeding-heart lefty' Democrat and Labour governments fronted by Tony Blair and then Obama actually out-warmongered their supposedly traditionally uber-warmongering opposition parties.

How do you explain that? Easy. There is no difference between them because neither of them, as parties or Presidents or Prime Ministers, actually control anything of any significance. Someone else does.

San Jose police fatally shoot woman holding power drill

When they arrived at the family's home, they saw the woman outside, holding what they thought was a weapon, Randol said.

Officers asked her to drop it, but she did not, pointing it at them instead, Randol said. One of the officers, Wakana Okuma, shot the woman, who was taken to a local hospital and pronounced dead.

Randol said Okuma, who has been placed on administrative leave, "feared for her safety and the safety of the public" when she shot the woman.

Officers later realized the woman had been holding a cordless drill that was painted black, Randol said.

The press takes a holiday…every day

In a minute, I’m going to print a stunning 1978 conversation between a US reporter and two members of the Trilateral Commission.

I discovered the conversation in the late 1980s, and ever since then, I’ve been looking at it from various angles, finding new implications. Here, I want to point out that the conversation was public knowledge at the time.

Anyone who was anyone in Washington politics, in media, in think-tanks, had access to it. Understood its meaning.

But no one shouted from the rooftops. No one used the conversation to force a scandal. No one in the press protested loudly.

The conversation revealed that the entire basis of the Constitution had been torpedoed, that the people who were running US national policy were agents of an elite shadow group. No question about it.

UN just like US Constitution: great law/limit gone forever until Orwellian-criminal ‘leaders’ arrested

*hyperlinks live at source*
A law is a limit of what actions are allowed among groups of people. Laws/limits are natural expressions to support group actions, such as rules to allow a sport to be played, having traffic going in the same direction on one side of the road for efficiency and safety, and community trash-pickup services with a day of the week to expect pickups.

The UN Charter and US Constitution are laws/limits upon government power to support what most people agree are essential outcomes for a national and international community: strict limitations on war, and upholding Natural Rights. The ideas of limited government and constitutional republic are central to American government and values. The very definition of “United States” is our constitution.

Obama’s Secret TPP Deal Would Be Disastrous For America

Meanwhile, corporate lobbyists have been allowed into the negotiations. Why have lobbyists for corporations such as Monsanto been allowed in while Congress and the public are kept out?

Only recently have members been granted very limited access. To get it they were required to make a special appointment to view the draft copy of the TPP. They were only allowed to read sections they specifically asked for; they were not allowed to take notes or discuss any of the details with anyone, not even their staff.

Alan Grayson (D-FL) was one member of Congress who viewed the draft. “What I saw was nothing that could possibly justify the secrecy that surrounds it,” he said. “It is ironic in a way that the government thinks it’s alright to have a record of every single call an American makes, but not alright for an American citizen to know what sovereign powers the government is negotiating away.”

Stop the Police Tobacco-Related Murders of Black Guys

This is not to make light of the recent extremely high-profile killings of two young black males. People are killed by police every day across the country. More innocent people are killed by police than by "terrorists." Police are militarized, trained by the Israeli government, and are completely out of control. We live in a fascist police state. But one interesting point of late is that this is the second black guy killed over incidents which began involving cigarettes/tobacco products. Eric Garner was allegedly selling black-market untaxed cigs in NY, and Michael Brown was allegedly shoplifting tobacco products in MO. Let's address policy here, which is the crux of the matter. Policy affects lives.

Gaza, Ukraine: The War Drums are Sounding the Alarm

As a writer of articles reporting news events of the world, I often seek to expose the concealed truth beneath the layers of a monolithic state sponsored propaganda machine called mainstream media that simply spreads the lies our leaders tell. And as perilously out of control the earth appears to be spinning this year, no events or developments cut to the core of what it means to be human than responding to what has been taking place this summer in Gaza.

2014 may go down in history as the year that the West initiated the Second Cold War on its way to initiating the Third World War. Spearheaded by arrogant American Empire power lusting desperately for global hegemonic control, this year the US rush to war is backed by its usual suspects, Europe-NATO-British Commonwealth, and its usual Middle East partners-in-crime Israel and Saudi Arabia.

Webmaster's Commentary:

What we have in Gaza, and Eastern Ukraine, are war crimes against helpless citizens, women and children, who are killed by both the IDF and Poroschenko's troops with impunity.

But the war against the world's citizens doesn't end there.

We are witnessing some shocking repression right here in the United States, as the police become more militarized, courtesy of their Israeli trainers, and feel that throwing tear gas cannisters at peaceful protestors; spraying them with pepper spray; and shooting them with rubber bullets, are all standard practices against peaceful protest.

There is a law in physics that for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction; so too with poliical and physical repression.

Ask the people whooverthrew the reign of Batista in Cuba; the people overthrew the Shah of Iran; and the Romanian people overthrew Ceausescu.

And please remember: all wars are banker's wars, because banks profit from all sides, at usurious interest rates, and countries may need decades to pay back all the capital, plus the interest on the loans they take in order to wage wars.

But the biggest war crime of them all is starting a war that has no basis whatsoever in terms of national defense, which is what the US government is getting ready to do.

It is about saving the currency, when ultimately all the blood and money spent is to fatten the coffers of private corporations. It is not about freedom; it is not about protecting our rights; war is a method to insure the supremacy of the US dollar in international trade, period, end of discussion.

Michael Brown, Ferguson and the indifference towards the lives of young black men

Many Americans share president Barack Obama’s sentiment regarding the death of 18-year-old Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri. This is clearly indicated in the deeply felt hurt experienced by so many and the massive swell of moral support people of all backgrounds offered to the young man’s parents in recent days.

But to suggest that all, or even most, Americans feel the same would be severely misleading. Some citizens, drawing on media-fed imagery and timeworn stereotypes of young black men, have gone so far as to suggest that the unarmed teenager’s tragic death at the hands of a Ferguson police officer was self-inflicted, of his own doing, deserved and the result of his defiance of state authority.

A young man with a promising future notwithstanding, too many in the United States view the disputed events that led to Brown’s death as the reasonable, albeit unfortunate, consequence of his errant behaviour.

The Real Issue Behind the Ferguson, Missouri Police Response: Protest Is Treated As Terrorism In America Today

Washington Post writer Radley Balko is the leading expert on militarization of police in America. Balko has testified to Congress and written books on the subject.

Balko said today that the real issue behind the Ferguson, Missouri police response wasn’t the militarized police response – or the minor incidences of looting, rock-throwing and possibly Molotov cocktails by a handful of protesters – but a crackdown by government on all protest:

What we’re seeing in Ferguson, this is not a local issue, really. I mean, this is something that’s been driven by national policies, by policies that Congress has approved of and has oversight of, and could end tomorrow, if they wanted to.

7 Pages to Drone Kill an American Citizen

That’s all that current 1st Circuit Court Judge and then acting OLC head David Barron needed — in February 2010 — to dispense with niceties like the Constitution and Rule of Law before he okayed the drone killing of Anwar al-Awlaki.

Lucky for Barron — and President Obama — International Law scholar Kevin Jon Heller, never having seen that 7 page memo, raised some things Barron hadn’t considered. Which led Barron to write a still totally laughable but nevertheless less ridiculous 41-page memo 5 months later, which Barron’s friends insist is not-so-bad if you want to rationalize drone killing an American with no due process.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Due process lies at the heart and soul of the American judicial process.

But if Obama can rationalize this extrajudicial assassination, what is to keep Obama from performing extrajudicial assassinations against Americans right here at home?

And terrifyingly, the short answer is, not much.

I am a Christian pacifist who never advocates violence, but am reasonably adept at throwing a great deal of logic at various administrations with which I have been morally at odds (and that includes MOST of them, recently).

In a country where the military/industrial complex and security/industrial complex constantly screams for war as the only solution to America's problems, will I be branded as someone who speaks a litany of "inconvenient truths" to the point where, under the language of the NDAA, I can be involuntarily confined INDEFINITELY, with no due process?!?

Unfortunately, right now in this country, the short answer to this is, absolutely.

People with skills and kids, please get the hell out of this country before it is absolutely too late, and no one is allowed to leave, and the silicon curtain falls.

ALL WARS ARE BANKERS' WARS! THE ORIGINAL ARTICLE

"If the Nation can issue a dollar bond it can issue a dollar bill. The element that makes the bond good makes the bill good also. The difference between the bond and the bill is that the bond lets the money broker collect twice the amount of the bond and an additional 20%. Whereas the currency, the honest sort provided by the Constitution pays nobody but those who contribute in some useful way. It is absurd to say our Country can issue bonds and cannot issue currency. Both are promises to pay, but one fattens the usurer and the other helps the People. " -- Thomas A. Edison

New Video of SWAT Team Attack on Al-Jazeera in Ferguson You Haven’t Seen

Infowars reporter Jakari Jackson was standing behind Al-Jazeera America and recorded this footage of the SWAT team purposely shooting at an obvious news crew who announced their presence.

“This is press over here! Why are you shooting at us with bullets?” One of Al-Jazeera’s reporters yelled to the SWAT team. “This is media over here trying to cover the story!”

The SWAT team responded by shooting tear gas at the reporters, who were by themselves blocks away from the nearest protestor.

After previous footage of the attack went viral across the globe, the St. Charles County Sheriff’s Department responded by stating that “SWAT team officers were assisting the media in moving their camera equipment and media personnel to a safer area with their consent so that they could continue to cover the event.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

I do so LOVE how American cops, all over this nation, are interpreting the phrase "to protect and serve" in this country.

At the moment, in any state in this country, police are behaving in terrorizing ways against the people they are allegedly there to help.

At this point, never, EVER call the police if you see something suspicious; you are much more likely to get your own head blown off in such a circumstance, even if you have absolutely nothing to do with what is happening.

Take a fire arms safety course, get a gun, if you can, and be able to protect yourself, calmly and cautiously, should something happen from which you need to protect you and yours.

But what I am seeing in this case, outside of the police attempting to collectively lie their heads off, is a very clear pattern of trying to flame up controversy, and riots, across the country.

So to all our brothers and sisters of all backgrounds and creeds, please understand something: this Administration would love NOTHING less than to suspend the Constitution and Bill of Rights, and invoke martial law on this country. And perhaps, even suspend this year's Congressional election.

So, peaceful protests? Absolutely.

But be aware; there may well be agents-provocateurs among you, inserted by the government in order to inflame crowds to get them to do really dumb things.

The smelly person advocating the use of Molotov cocktails against any law enforcement agency is most likely an undercover CIA/FBI/DHS plant, tasked with making you look really bad and evil.

Order Out Of Chaos: The Doctrine That Runs The World

From the days of Spartacus-Weishaupt to those of Karl Marx, and down to Trotsky (Russia), Bela Kun (Hungary), Rosa Luxembourg (Germany), and Emma Goldman (United States), this world-wide conspiracy for the overthrow of civilization and for the reconstitution of society on the basis of arrested development, of envious malevolence, and impossible equality, has been steadily growing. It played, as a modern writer, Mrs. Webster, has so ably shown, a definitely recognizable part in the tragedy of the French Revolution. It has been the mainspring of every subversive movement during the Nineteenth Century; and now at last this band of extraordinary personalities from the underworld of the great cities of Europe and America have gripped the Russian people by the hair of their heads and have become practically the undisputed masters of that enormous empire. - Winston Churchill, February 1920, in an article that appeared in the Illustrated Sunday Herald

False Flag - The Movie!

Webmaster's Commentary:

Click for larger image

I wish this were only humor, but right now we are seeing a repeat of the year 2001, where for months the corporate media promoted the idea of Al Qaeda and Osama Bin Laden as Uber Villains we were supposed to be afraid of, because they were coming to get us unless we got them first. So intense was the obvious advertising to promote the Osama "brand" that I wrote an article over at Free Republic in August of 2001 suggesting some grand deception was being planned centered on Osama, mere weeks before 9-11.

ISIS is starting to look like a repeat of that same propaganda strategy. ISIS, originally (if not still) a creation of the US and Israel, is being heavily promoted to us as the new replacement for Al Qaeda, the boogie man we are all supposed to be afraid of and blame when a loud "bang" happens. Apparently the US Government is totally convinced that We The People do not remember the fraud of 9-11, or Saddam's nukes, or Assad's gas, and think they can pull another fast one to get their war wagon back on track. But at this point, given that many of the ISIS video threats have already been exposed as hoaxes, together with the pathetic selfie with the ISIS flag in front of the White House, we are being told that because of the wide open border with Mexico, ISIS is already here inside the United States, preparing to do something nasty, with the implication that they will be aided and supplied by the long list of nations the US wants to send your children off to invade!

Lawyer: Store didn't call cops on Michael Brown

The cops story is falling apart! And where is the video of the cash register and cashier!

FERGUSON, Mo. (AP) - The attorney for a convenience store where a Missouri teenager allegedly stole cigars before he was shot by police says a customer, not store workers, called police.

Ferguson police released surveillance video Friday that they say shows 18-year-old Michael Brown grabbing the shirt of a smaller man who'd walked out from behind the counter. Police say Brown was suspected of stealing a box of $49 cigars.

The store's attorney, Jay Kanzler, insisted Friday that store workers didn't call police.

There's 4 sides to every story! No video on cash register...so far!

I've watched the video released by the police in Ferguson Missouri.
One question! Where is the view of the cashier and cash register? All I see is 3 sides of the store. Front door where you see the kid and his friend come in and then go out with some kind of a shoving contest between the big guy and the little guy. The other view is of a long wall with racks and soda dispenser all the way to the back wall. No angle on the cash register or cashier.
Why did they leave out that angle. Does it show the 2 individuals making their purchase or not. Do the police have that third angle. What does it show!

UPDATE:We know now the store didn't call the police. Supposedly a customer did.
We also know courtesy of the police chief that his officer didn't know about any strongarmed robbery at the convenience store at the time of the shooting.
The story keeps changing always a sign that something is amiss!

Useful Idiots and the Something For Nothing Society - Part III of IV

The greatest man made societal and economic collapse in history is unfolding before our eyes. This Journey to the collapse of the developed world's civilization and empire began over 100 years ago during the Presidency of Woodrow Wilson with his subversion/betrayal of the constitution of the United States and creation of a privately owned banking and currency monopoly called the Federal Reserve and the creation of the income tax to fund the beginning of the Confiscationism of the progressive socialism we see today. In exchange for a monopoly on money to multi century banking cartels which allowed the country to be run for the benefit of the banking systems. In exchange for unlimited funding for government. Private property rights began its road to demise at that time.

DOCUMENT: Homeland Security Predicts Rise of 'Anti-Government' Violence

A leaked document from the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Intelligence and Analysis predicts increased “anti-government violence over the next year.” The document says the inspiration for violence is Cliven Bundy’s Bunkerville standoff with the Bureau of Land Management from earlier in the year.

Webmaster's Commentary:

No, the inspiration for the violence is a government that has delegitimized itself by failing to keep to the rules in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, and sees as its divine right the authority to loot the people for the banks, trick us into wars of conquest, and spy on our every move.

One Nation Under SWAT

Think of it as a different kind of blowback. Even when you fight wars in countries thousands of miles distant, they still have an eerie way of making the long trip home.

Take the latest news from Bergen County, New Jersey, one of the richest counties in the country. Its sheriff’s department is getting two mine-resistant ambush-protected vehicles, or MRAPs – 15 tons of protective equipment – for a song from the Pentagon. And there’s nothing special in that. The Pentagon has handed out 600 of them for nothing since 2013, with plenty more to come. They’re surplus equipment, mostly from our recent wars, and perhaps they will indeed prove handy for a sheriff fretting about insurgent IEDs (roadside bombs) in New Jersey or elsewhere in the country. When it comes to the up-armoring and militarization of America’s police forces, this is completely run-of-the-mill stuff.

Tax dodgers' land for sale; may be booby-trapped

The New Hampshire compound of a tax-evading couple convicted of amassing an arsenal of weapons and holding federal law enforcement officials at bay for months is being sold at auction — even as prospective buyers have been kept off the land because it could still be booby-trapped.

The auction of Ed and Elaine Brown's fortress-like home on 100 acres in Plainfield is scheduled for Friday afternoon at U.S. District Court in Concord. The minimum required bid is $250,000. Elaine Brown's dental office in Lebanon also is being auctioned.

Prospective bidders have not been allowed to tour the property, and last year, the U.S. Marshals Service cited the possibility of land mines and other explosives buried on the property as a complication.

Pentagon Hands Lucrative Guantanamo Bay Deal to Notorious Private Security Company g4s

A British private security company that has been accused of numerous human rights violations has been handed a $118 million deal by the Pentagon to provide "operating support services" for the Guantanamo Bay naval base that houses the U.S. military's notorious prison.

The Department of Defense announced earlier this week that G4S has been granted the contract to provide services that include "family housing, facility management, facility investment, other (swimming pools), custodial, pest control, integrated solid waste management, grounds maintenance and landscaping, base support vehicles and equipment, electrical, wastewater, water, and limited facilities support functions." The statement did not mention any duties relating to the Guantanamo Bay prison, which currently holds 149 men without charge or trial.

Webmaster's Commentary:

"Hey, we HAD to contract these services out to a firm which embraces human rights violations; otherwise, the contract just wouldn't have worked out!! (Official DOD Souse)

But seriously, this company's penchant for violently handling prisoners is well-documented. As reported at huffingtonpost.com on 29 April, 2014:

More than 100 Palestinian prisoners in Israeli prisons launched a mass hunger strike last week against Israel's policy of administrative detention, a draconian practice whereby Palestinians are detained on "secret evidence" and without being charged. According to Randa Kamel, an advocacy officer for Addameer, a group that monitors Israel's arrests and imprisonment of Palestinians, many of these hunger strikers are being held in prisons using surveillance and security equipment provided by the controversial British security firm G4S. Earlier this month, Palestinian human rights organizations launched a campaign calling on the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to divest from G4S, which they say is "at the heart of [Israel's prison] system, installing and running security systems at Israeli jails." Across the Israeli-occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem, G4S also provides security services at many Israeli military checkpoints that control Palestinian movement. The petition is being spearheaded by Addameer and the Palestine Boycott Divestment and Sanctions National Committee. It was also endorsed by an additional 121 Palestinian and international organizations. The Gates Foundation is a global development organization that works in the areas of global health, global development, and betterment in the United States. Despite its public record as a force for global betterment, the Gates Foundation solicited widespread criticism when it purchased $172 million in G4S shares.

Ferguson police: Michael Brown was robbery suspect

Michael Brown, the black teenager shot by police on Saturday in Ferguson, Missouri, was a suspect in a robbery just moments earlier, police have said.

Police say Mr Brown, 18, was one of two men suspected of robbing a nearby convenience store.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Assuming these photos are not after-the-fact stagings, at best they show an altercation between two people, not a robbery.

Missouri is a "shall issue" state for carry permits. Why didn't the store owner have a weapon and use it to defend his store with, if he was actually being robbed?

According to the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's office, Michael Brown had no criminal record at all, and he was a week away from starting college. That does not fit the profile of a convenience store holdup man.

But ...

Even if Michael Brown was a suspect, THE POLICE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO EMPTY THEIR GUNS INTO SOMEONE JUST FOR BEING A SUSPECT!

Why didn't the officer use his taser?

More to the point, why didn't the officer call in the shooting on his police car radio? The recording of the St. Louis dispatch radio calls confirm that they only learned of the shooting from the news media. St. Louis dispatch called the Ferguson police station and they had not heard anything at all. The fact that the officer failed to immediately report the shooting is not consistent with the officer thinking his shooting of a suspect was justified.

The corporate media is still trying to spin this as a white versus black issue, to divide us against each other. But this is an issue of We The People, OF ALL COLORS, fed up with a domestic police force armed with military weapons and trained by the Israelis to treat Americans the way the IDF treats the Palestinians.

Since 9-11, the domestic police in the US have murdered 8 times as many innocent Americans as terrorists have, and we are supposed to quietly accept that?

I don't think so!

Michael Brown had no criminal background

An 18-year-old shot and killed near a Ferguson apartment complex Saturday afternoon had no criminal record, according to the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's office.

According to police, Brown pushed an officer into his car. Then, both struggled and at some point, Brown reached for the officer's weapon before a shot inside of the car followed by a number of other shots. Brown was not armed.

Massacre Announced: Brazil PM to evict 20K people in $6.5B land grab

20,000 people in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, are to be attacked by 10,000 military police and evicted from their homes in a land grab mega-operation intent on creating a 6.5 billion dollar profit. 8,000 families will have their houses be demolished, and be thrown into total poverty and homelessness. The military police’s operation is illegal, there is not even a court decision yet for the mass eviction, and the state has not and does not intend to provide alternate housing. Police are simply interested in clearing the land from the 20,000 inhabitants so that real estate can turn it into profit.

US police armed with 93,763 new machine guns

If Ferguson, Missouri, looks like a war zone, that may be because its police force is armed to the teeth with military equipment. In photographs from this week’s protests, officers can be seen toting assault rifles, wearing gas masks and body armour loaded with extra ammunition magazines, and riding around in mine-resistant armoured personnel carriers.

The militarisation of US police departments has escalated exponentially in the years since 9/11, with many local forces increasingly resembling US troops fighting overseas.

And with the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan wound down, much of the military’s surplus equipment has been handed to domestic law enforcement agencies.

Watchdog: The FBI Spied on the Wrong People Because of Typos

The FBI unintentionally spied on the communications data of some Americans who were not targets of investigations because of typographical errors, according to a government watchdog.

The Justice Department's inspector general concluded in a report Thursday that the FBI has improved its overall handling of national security letters, which permit the agency to collect telephone and Internet data of suspects believed to be tied to a national security investigation.

But the inspector general identified a number of areas that "require additional effort and attention," such as a tendency to collect data on the wrong person because of routine mistakes.

This Is the Sound Cannon Used Against Protesters in Ferguson

The LRAD 500X-RE, the model that appears to have been present at the Ferguson demonstration, “achieves maximum sound projection and penetration beyond 2,000 meters” and can reach 149 decibels. The 500X-RE gives law enforcement “the ability to issue clear, authoritative verbal commands, followed with powerful deterrent tones.” And according to a report by the Economist in 2004, those deterrent tones cause immediate headaches and pain. Since LRADs can blast above a person’s 120-decibel discomfort mark, and their 130-decibel threshold for potential hearing loss, there’s no telling what the consequences of encountering a LRAD may be for protesters. One woman sued the city of Pittsburgh for permanent damage caused by an LRAD. And the Missouri Department of Transportation purchased two LRADs in April, though it's unclear if they are the same ones used in Ferguson.

Islamic State Is Covert US Intelligence Operation

WASHINGTON, August 13 (RIA Novosti), Lyudmila Chernova - The Islamic State (IS) is a covert intelligence operation by the United States which aims at setting a predicate for further escalation in Iraq, Francis Boyle, a constitutional scholar and law professor at University of Illinois, told RIA Novosti.

"All the implications so far in the public record are that ISIS [IS] is a covert US intelligence operation," Boyle told RIA Novosti Tuesday. "Head of ISIS Abu Bakr Baghdadi spent five years in an American detention facility, and also three of the four military commanders were also in detention by the US forces. So, my guess is that ISIS is indeed a covert US military intervention to set precedent for US escalation in Iraq."

Do you believe us now? Police state militarization of USA was foretold by alternative media

For the past decade, alternative news websites like Natural News, Info Wars, SHTFplan.com and many others have repeatedly warned about the alarming militarization of domestic police forces across the United States. The response from the mostly liberal mainstream media was raucous laughter and denial. "Government is good!" we were told. "We need strong police forces to fight the..." (fill in the blank with your favorite fictional enemy such as "domestic terrorists" or "the war on drugs" or "protesters.")

But today, the exact scenario the alternative media has been warning you about for ten years is here. The Ferguson (St. Louis) riots have erased all denials and delusions. Police are now soldiers of war rigged up with bomb-proof armored vehicles made for military assaults, automatic weapons, desert camouflage uniforms, Darth Vader-like masks, grenades, laser sniper sights and more.

Eyewitness: Ferguson Cops ‘Allowed Everybody to Loot’

This past Sunday, police cordoned off an area in the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson, Mo., and stood idly by allowing people to destroy commercial property and loot retail establishments, an eyewitness told Infowars.

The witness, whom Infowars reporter Joe Biggs interviewed briefly, said he had been out on Sunday when most of the looting happened and that police let people have a free-for-all after establishing blockades around the community.

“The thing about it is they allowed everybody to loot Sunday,” the Ferguson resident told Biggs.

“That’s what I heard,” Biggs corroborated. “One of the guys we spoke to earlier said the cops were blocking an area and literally letting the masses drive by and go into the shopping centers.”

Five American Muslims sue FBI, attorney general over travel watch list

A group of five Muslims (four of whom are United States citizens) have sued top American government officials, alleging that their constitutional rights have been violated for having been put on a federal watch list.

The plaintiffs' lawsuit, which was filed on Thursday in federal court in Detroit, accuses numerous leaders—including the attorney general, the directors of the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security, and others—of violating their constitutional rights to due process and the right to be free from religious discrimination.

In the complaint, each person outlines a similar story: being detained at the border, often having digital devices seized, and being subject to prolonged physical searches. One was told that he was on the no-fly list and was later offered a chance to work on behalf of federal law enforcement in exchange for removal. He seems to have declined

13 Photos From The Protests In Ferguson, Missouri, You Won't Believe Happened In The United States Of America

Protests entered their fifth and most tense day in Ferguson, Missouri, in response to a police officer on Saturday fatally shooting 18-year-old Michael Brown, an unarmed black man, and it's hard to look at the photos and believe the scene is in the United States.

From heavily armed SWAT officers aiming rifles at unarmed civilians to the use of intimidating armored vehicles — it looks less small-town U.S.A. and more like Egypt's Tahrir Square during the Arab Spring. The behavior of police is similar — albeit less deadly — in the use of tear gas, rubber bullets, and a deafening loudspeaker meant to break up the demonstration officers had declared "no longer peaceful."

Analyst: All NSA intel goes directly to Israel

The US National Security Agency (NSA) directly sends all of the intelligence that it gathers to the Israeli regime, a political analyst tells Press TV.

“We now know that all of the NSA’s spying is going directly to Israel,” James H. Fetzer, a professor at the University of Minnesota Duluth, said in a Saturday interview.

“I believe that all of our allies should discontinue sharing their intelligence with the Unites States unless they are willing that it should go directly to Tel Aviv,” the analyst said.

“It would be advisable for the Unites Nations to undertake an exploration of this because it appears to be a violation of national sovereignty for one nation to be spying on the communications of its highest executive officials,” Fetzer added.

How computer hackers changed the Ferguson protests

Exposed to the light the cops run like cockroaches when you turn on the light!

FERGUSON • The Internet crashed at City Hall here on Tuesday morning. Ferguson’s website went dark. The phones died.

City officials didn’t say what happened — only that a flood of traffic aimed at the City Hall website “just kept coming.”And the hackers vowed retribution if police harmed protesters.

“We are watching you very closely,” Anonymous’ distinctive electronic voice rasped in a video posted Monday on Twitter. “If you abuse, harass or harm the protesters in Ferguson we will take every Web-based asset of your departments and federal agencies offline.”

The hackers would also, the video continued, begin publicly releasing police officers’ personal information.

Then they did.

Early Tuesday morning, someone posted the home address and phone number of Jon Belmar, the relatively new chief of St. Louis County police. And that was just the beginning.

Chappelle-Nadal, a Democrat, said she had been tear-gassed while peacefully protesting the death of Michael Brown, the unarmed African-American teenager shot to death by a police officer on Saturday.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The corporate media is trying to frame this confrontation as a racial issue, and even try to use it to call for more gun control. But it isn't. This is about people OF ALL COLORS tired of oppressive police brutality at the hands of a government that sees such brutality and control as preferential to working with the people as the Constitution demands.

Demonstrators protest the violence in Gaza during a pro Palestine rally in Seattle. As protestors lined the sidewalks in Westlake Park, a pro Israel supporter walks by, harassing the demonstrators, yelling in peoples faces, screaming obscenities, and racial slurs. After crossing the street and harassing another group of demonstrators, the man tore off his shirt and began walking towards the group with fists clenched. As someone who wasn’t a part of the demonstration walked by, the pro Israel supporter turned and said something as he passed. The man then turned around as if he was going to swing, but thought better of it. The pro Israel supporter squared off with him, but a Westlake security guard who was watching the interaction pulled out his pepper spray, and sprayed the innocent passerby, grabbed him by the arm and tried to wrestle him to the ground. The materials range from small items, such as pistols and automatic rifles, to heavy armored vehicles such as the MRAPs used in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Why Do They Hate Us?

For ages have been trying to destroy us, but we stood firm and we fought back, proudly. They invaded, ruined, burned our lands, and they murdered the people of Russia, of China and of the entire part of the world, now called Latin America. They, of course, also murdered and destroyed tens or hundreds of millions of people in the Middle East, in Africa, Asia and Oceania.

When I say ‘they’, I mean the West, and once again I refuse to make any distinction between the old colonial devils, Europe, and the new ones that come from the same roots, the same ‘culture’, but kill under the shade of their relatively new flags.

They hate us because we bled and cried over our dead, but we never gave up the struggle.

Making Murder "Reasonable": How the Ferguson PD Will Whitewash the Killing of Michael E. Brown

Neither of the young men was doing anything suspicious to justify a police “contact,” so the officer synthesized one out of the ether: According to Johnson, as the cop drove by he bellowed at the pedestrians to “get the f**k on the sidewalk.”

Johnson, displaying immeasurably more civility than the armed functionary supposedly there to protect and serve him, politely explained that he was only a few hundred feet from his home. He recalls that the officer took offense, slammed on his brakes, threw his vehicle into reverse — nearly hitting the pedestrians -- and growled, “What’d you say?”

According to Johnson’s account, the cop began to exit his vehicle, but his door slammed into Brown. At roughly the same time, the uniformed assailant grabbed the terrified 18-year-old by his neck.

'It is astounding that at a time when we are still reeling from the devastating consequences of reckless financial deregulation, our governments are negotiating further deregulation of the financial sector, solely in the interests of large financial corporations.'

Here's what we know: Fifty countries, including the United States, the EU nations, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Switzerland, Taiwan, and Turkey, have been in TISA talks since 2012. The resulting agreement will set the terms for almost 70 percent of global trade in “services”: everything from banking and construction to telecom and tourism.

The public got its first glimpse of the treaty on June 19, when WikiLeaks published a draft of the agreement's chapter on financial services. It wasn't pretty.

Today in the Surveillance State: The Ghost of Seattle's Wireless Mesh Network Briefly Returns

Yesterday, the Seattle Times reported on civil-liberties advocates who noticed that part of the wireless mesh network was still up and running—and registering on their cell phones during a protest against a new youth jail. The SPD said it was an accident, claiming that "the 'rogue node' had been inadvertently activated when a contractor restored power to the pole."

DHS Diverts Funds From the Coast Guard, TSA and FEMA Budgets to Fund Transporting Illegals Aliens Nationwide. Not Securing the Border

Cutting funding from the Coast Guard has me concerned since Obama wants to invite the third world here. If Coast Guard operations are cut back due to the lack of money. These operations might be cut back along the Florida coast where we might see Cuba and Haiti empty all the jails and sick on boat where the Coast Guard is unable to intervene. Under the wet feet and dry feet policy. Many of these people from the third world might step onto US soil with dry feet meaning if they make with the make shift raft to our shore out running the coast guard. they can stay here. If they have wet feet meaning they were interdicted by the coast guard in US Waters, they are deported. If the Coast Guard is unable to do their job because of millions of dollars diverted to fund moving illegal aliens deeper inside the US from Central America. Our shores are vulnerable.

LAPD fatally shot an unarmed black man lying face down in the street, say his family

A rally has been organized for Sunday in front of the Los Angeles police headquarters to protest the shooting of an unarmed African-American man, whose family said that he was lying face down in the street when an officer pulled the trigger.

A statement released by the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) on Tuesday said that the incident occurred while an officer was conducting an “investigative stop” on Monday evening at around 8:12 p.m. The statement said that a “struggle ensued,” and the officer opened fire.

The gunshot victim was transported to a nearby hospital, where he later died. Lt. Ellis Imaizumi had initially said on Monday that the officer sustained minor injuries, but the official statement indicated that no officers were hurt during the shooting.

Its citizenry live in one of the fifty States, and its laws are based on the Constitution, which is based on Common Law. It has become an administrative (bureaucratic) legislative democracy via the obligation of contract being extended by duplicity and deception.

California SB 967: all males attending universities will be treated as suspect rapists.

Rape and sexual assault are very serious crimes, and we applaud efforts to protect both male and female students on California campuses. However, SB 976 introduced by State Senators Kevin de Leon (D-Los Angeles) and Hannah-Beth Jackson (D-Santa Barbara) would initiate harmful changes with disastrous consequences for California’s sons.

The bill adopts the “preponderance of evidence” standard. That is a lower bar than the “beyond reasonable doubt” standard used in the criminal courts or the middle-ground “clear and convincing evidence” standard typically used in matters with serious consequences to the accused. In the college setting, the accused will be saddled with a lifetime “sex offender” stigma because of an ambiguous social interaction, not a forcible rape.
