Hate Speech from a Christian (sic) Organization

The demand conveyed in the above box is plastered on top of the most non-Christian web site on the internet: CUFI, Christians United for Israel. Would that it would read: Christians United for Isolation of Israel, then it would offer a Christian message of a peaceful means to stop genocide in Palestine. The very thought that an organization could call itself Christian and demand that Christians support the wanton slaughter of children and mothers and fathers caught like animals in a cage and mercilessly shot to death borders on the actions of human madness. What ministers of god would dare such mendacity in Christ’s name? How abhorrent.

BREAKING: CDC whistleblower confesses to MMR vaccine research fraud in historic public statement

CDC whistleblower William Thompson has now gone public with a statement posted on the website of the law firm representing him, Morgan Verkamp LLC. (See the full statement reprinted below.)

The statement opens with a blatant admission of scientific fraud at the CDC:

Bill Gates Sets His Sights on the NRA

Things are about to get interesting for the National Rifle Association: Bill Gates has set his sights on the NRA and their opposition to stricter gun control.

Whenever Bill Gates gets involved in politics or social issues, the world tends to sit up and take note. Things should be no different now that he’s chosen to donate $1 million to Initiative 594, which would impose a mandatory criminal background check for every firearm purchase, regardless of where it’s sold.

There’s no doubt that the NRA and the rest of the gun lobby has a great deal of power on their side, but Gates is hardly the first activist to throw his weight behind efforts to oppose them. Michael Bloomberg, mayor of New York City, has also vowed to take part in gun control campaigns.

Israel lobby eliminates another critic

The United States, wallowing in arrogance and hubris, pretends to be “the world’s sole superpower,” the “exceptional and indispensable nation” chosen by history to exercise hegemony over the world.

In truth, the US is the two-bit punk puppet of the Israel Lobby. If the Zionist government orders Washington to eat dog excrement, Washington eats it.

Not even the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the US Military could get the facts acknowledged that Israel’s attack on the USS Liberty in 1967, which made casualties of most of the crew, was not a “mistake,” but the intentional act of destruction of a US Navy vessel and its crew.

Not even state universities in the hinterlands of America are independent of the Israel Lobby, which can determine tenure and hiring decisions independently of the decisions of faculty and deans.

40 Holocaust survivors condemn ‘massacre’ of Palestinians, call for BDS against Israel

40 survivors of the Holocaust signed the letter and 287 descendants of victims also added their names.

A group of Holocaust survivors and descendants of those targeted by Nazi Germany have harshly criticized Israeli actions in Gaza and called for boycotts, divestment and sanctions (BDS) against Israel.

Following a letter from survivors of the Holocaust printed in the New York Times on Saturday, the International Jewish Anti-Zionist Network, which helped coordinate the letter, organized a press call Monday, where some of those who signed the letter spoke out against the assault on Gaza.

Fake Al Qaeda Actors EXPOSED! Adam Gadahn & Yousef al-Khattab

Webmaster's Commentary:

ISIS is just more of the same; a ruse to trick you into supporting a third invasion of Iraq.

MEGA PUKE FACTOR 9.9 BEX ALERT - Al Qaeda magazine hints of looming attack; urges bombing of Vegas, military targets

A new English-language Al Qaeda magazine features a how-to article on making car bombs and suggests terror targets in the United States, including casinos in Las Vegas, oil tankers and military colleges, and implies that an attack is imminent.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This is signaling a new false flag. First off, the media arm of Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, or AQAP, is a known propaganda front, as they have in previous issues featured Adam Gadahn, the "American Al Qaeda" on their cover. Adam Gadahn is a known fake. His real name is Adam Pearlman and he is the grandson of a member of the board for the ADL. But every major corporate media outlet is running this story without question, trying to scare us all into agreeing to more wars waged across the globe, even though this present story reeks of stolen Kuwaiti incubators and Saddam's nuclear weapons!

The Time Is Ripe For A False-Flag Attack On American Soil

Brandon Smith
Activist Post

Government engineered false-flag terrorism is a historically established fact. For centuries, political and financial elites have been sinking ships, setting buildings on fire, assassinating diplomats, overthrowing elected leaders, and blowing people up, then blaming these disasters on convenient scapegoats so that they can induce fear in the public and transfer more power to themselves.

Skeptics might argue whether certain calamities have been proven beyond a reasonable doubt to be false-flag events, but no one can argue that such tactics have not been used by the establishment in the past. Governments have openly admitted to creating bloody and catalyzing tragedies under false pretenses, like Operation Gladio, a false-flag program in Europe supported by European and American covert agencies which lasted decades, from the 1950s to the 1990s...

“These are war crimes,” says father of Gaza family wiped out by Israeli airstrike

An elder cousin daubed the blood that dripped from a wound near Thaer Jouda’s left eye Tuesday afternoon as the nine-year-old lay in a bed in Gaza City’s al-Shifa hospital.

“He’s very good in English,” the cousin said. But Thaer, his face and body lacerated by shrapnel from an Israeli airstrike on Sunday and his right leg amputated at the knee, had little interest in talking.

The bombing, which injured Thaer and his eleven-year-old sister Rahaf, also killed his mother Rawiya (43 years old), his sisters Tasnim (14) and Raghida (13) and his brothers Muhammad (8) and Usama (6).

The five deaths made the Joudas, residents of Tal al-Zaatar in the northern Gaza Strip’s Jabaliya area, one of the hardest-hit of the 91 families counted by the Palestinian Ministry of Health who lost multiple members during single attacks during Israel’s 51-day military offensive.

Poll: Israel didn't win Gaza war, Netanyahu still best choice for PM

More than half of Israelis said in a poll conducted Wednesday that neither Israel nor Hamas have emerged victorious from the fighting in Gaza, even as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Israel has secured a "great military and political" achievement and dealt Hamas a "heavy blow."

Elizabeth Warren finally speaks on Israel/Gaza, sounds like Netanyahu

The last time Elizabeth Warren was asked about her views on the Israeli attack on Gaza – on July 17 – she, as Rania Khalek put it, “literally ran away” without answering. But last week, the liberal Senator appeared for one of her regularly scheduled “office hours” with her Massachusetts constituents, this one in Hyannis, and, as a local paper reported, she had nowhere to run.

One voter who identified himself as a Warren supporter, John Bangert, stood up and objected to her recent vote, in the middle of the horrific attack on Gaza, to send yet another $225 million of American taxpayer money to Israel for its “Iron Dome” system. Banger told his Senator: “We are disagreeing with Israel using their guns against innocents. It’s true in Ferguson, Missouri, and it’s true in Israel . . . The vote was wrong, I believe.” To crowd applause, Bangert told Warren that the money “could have been spent on infrastructure or helping immigrants fleeing Central America.”

BEX ALERT - Snow foolin': Blizzards still likely despite global warming

Big snowstorms won't be a distant memory, even with global warming, says a new study out Wednesday.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Back in 2000, the climate "experts" said exactly the opposite; that snow was a thing of the past! (UK Independent, March 20, 2000)

At the very least this reversal should tell us these experts don;t have a clue what they are talking about.

But in fact there is a motive behind this latest claim that global warming produces blizzards. The screams about human-caused global warming, the refusal to acknowledge that warming was actually a good thing during the Roman and Medieval warm periods, the dismissing as fluctuating solar output as controlling climate, are all routed in the agenda to trick the public into paying carbon taxes and buying/selling carbon credits. Especially in the US, where Obamacare has failed to generate billions in new tax revenues, the desperately broke Federal Government is pushing as hard as they can for the carbon tax. Back in the 1990s, when the world was getting warmer, Al Gore and his co-conspirators promoted the idea that naturally occurring warming was a "crisis", and all the fault of humans, to guilt us out of money and obedience. Then mother nature (meaning the sun) changed course, and the Earth has been cooling for the last 17 years, with record-setting winters as a result. So whereas in 2000 the corporate media was proclaiming that human-caused global warming meant no more snow, today they are responding to indications of anther harsh winter on the way by claiming that blizzards should not cause us to doubt, even for a second, the "truth" of human-caused global warming!

Breaking: CDC whistleblower’s contact censored

The journal Translational Neurodegeneration has removed Brian Hooker’s analysis of the vaccine-autism connection from its website—after having published it.

CDC whistleblower William Thompson contacted Hooker months ago to tell him that yes, the CDC had committed egregious fraud in 2004, when it gave the MMR vaccine a free pass.

Based on information Thompson sent him, plus FOIA requests, Hooker put together a re-analysis of the 2004 CDC data and concluded: the vaccine causes great harm; there is a connection between the vaccine and autism; and African-American male babies are at a 300% increased risk of autism from the vaccine.

This is what the journal Translational Neurodegeneration published—and this is what it took down and censored this morning.

Measles-mumps-rubella vaccination timing and autism among young african american boys: a reanalysis of CDC data

A significant number of children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder suffer a loss of previously-acquired skills, suggesting neurodegeneration or a type of progressive encephalopathy with an etiological basis occurring after birth. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectof the age at which children got their first Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR) vaccine on autism incidence. This is a reanalysis of the data set, obtained from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Protection (CDC), used for the Destefano et al. 2004 publication on the timing of the first MMR vaccine and autism diagnoses.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This is the report by Brian Hooker which Translational Neurodegeneration has removed from their servers after the whistle was blown regarding the CDC's cover-up of the link between vaccines and autism.

Mercury/vaccines/autism: more fraud at the CDC

Tommy’s thrust, of course, was to exonerate mercury in vaccines and give these vaccines a free pass. Which he eventually did, in the final version of a study published three times.

In the Simpsonwood transcript, the real explosion comes on page 43. No one, to my knowledge, has emphasized this enough.

On page 43, a Dr. Rapin asks Tommy a basic question:

“How did they make these diagnoses [of neuro-developmental delay, aka neurological damage, in the children you’re tracking]?”

Tommy replies: “What I am presenting to you now is just the results of the automated data. That means I don’t know anything about how these diagnoses were made…[but later in my presentation we’ll be in a] better position, at least for some of the outcomes [of neuro-developmental delay] to tell you how they were diagnosed.”

Translation. The whole presentation has just fallen apart.

CDC scientific fraud: an update on Dr. Poul Thorsen who authored fraudulent study 'disproving' vaccine-autism connection and stole millions of dollars

The very legitimacy of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as a trustworthy safeguard of public health hangs in the balance as evidence continues to emerge about rampant deception, fraud and even money laundering within the agency. Specifically with regard to vaccines and autism, key players involved in the propaganda campaign to deny this link are now being exposed as liars working on behalf of the vaccine industry.

One such liar is Dr. Poul Thorsen, a Danish scientist who was indicted for stealing millions of dollars from the CDC and using it to cover up vaccine dangers. Thorsen, as you may recall, was heavily involved in producing a stream of fraudulent studies that supposedly "disproved" the now-evident link between vaccines and autism. The CDC has also continually cited Thorsen's studies as "evidence" that vaccines are safe, declaring the debate to be over in light of their findings.

“Justified Vengeance”, The Pretext for Bombing Gaza: Was the Netanyahu Government behind the Killings of the Three Israeli Teenagers?

The pretext for bombing and shelling Gaza was the death of three Israeli teenagers allegedly killed by Hamas.

‘Operation Protective Edge (OPE) directed against Gaza is reminiscent of the infamous 2001 Dagan Plan entitled “Operation Justified Vengeance” in which the deaths of innocent Israeli civilians had been envisaged and foreseen by IDF military planners.

The deaths are then used to muster the support of the Israeli public as well as provide a justification for a “legitimate” counter-terrorism operation in the eyes of the international community directed against the Palestinian occupied territories.

18 Signs That The Obama Administration Is Openly Hostile To The Military

Has there ever been an administration that has had more disdain for the U.S. military than the Obama administration? The way that this administration treats our veterans and the way that this administration is gutting our armed forces is absolutely shameful. As you will read about below, Obama and his minions have been purging the military of officers that do not agree with their agenda, they have labeled veterans returning from overseas wars as “potential terrorists”, and they have turned our military into a playground for political correctness and social experiments. Not that Obama has been afraid to use the military. In fact, he has sent troops more places than just about any other president in U.S. history. He is running our brave men and women into the ground at the same time that he is relentlessly reducing the size of the Army, Navy and Air Force.

The proposed submarine design would work by applying the concept of supercavitation – a method of speedy underwater travel that was first developed by the Soviets in the 60s, but that has only previously been fitted to torpedoes.

Column: Local government funds vacationing in Israel

Congratulations to Ohio Treasurer Josh Mandel for further instilling the AIPACer ideology in Ohio government. Now, Ohio municipal and school administrators will quit complaining about the cessation of state funding.

The cessation of local funding has created surpluses in the Ohio treasury. Consequently, Mandel has increased transfers of Ohio money to Israel. The 2013 transfers amount to $26 million; the 2014 transfers exceed $48 million. Ohio holds $109 million of Israeli bonds which have a significant default risk. Ohio administrators should now be placated, with the knowledge that their lost revenue has gone to Israel, our allied theocracy.

In an Aug. 8 Washington Times advertisement for Israeli bonds, Mandel adroitly explains why Ohio is holding the $109 million of Israeli bonds. Cynics may question why Mandel is promoting investment in Israel instead of investment in Ohio. For Mandel, that question is unfair, since it goes to the essence of his AIPAC ideology

What's Really Responsible for Those Pesky Cravings?

by Dr. Victor Marchione

There’s always that moment, usually around midday or late at night, when I have a craving for something sweet or salty. I try to resist, but I admit, I don’t always succeed.

But when you really think about it, cravings are an interesting thing that can be quite dangerous. Cravings have thrown people off of their diets, have made it difficult to eat and live healthily, and have helped to propel the obesity epidemic. Giving into a craving now and then might not seem like a lot, but it can add up!

So what is it that makes your mind crave those usually off-limits treats?

Nuri has been assigned as the minister of administrative development, while other ministerial posts remained unchanged, including the prime minister as well as foreign and defense ministers.

Rosetta Takes 3D Photos of Comet, Raises Questions

Using a Visible Infrared and Thermal Spectrometer (or VITRIS), Rosetta observed that the surface temperature of the comet was minus 94 degrees Fahrenheit. This temperature is much warmer than scientists originally expected it to be and that has them scratching their heads.

The equivalent of minus 70 degrees Celsius, this new data suggests that the surface of a comet may not be a frozen mass or a sheet ice as originally believed.

Ukraine Accuses Russia Of Imminent Gas Cut-Off, Russia Denies, Germans Anxious

So much for the Russia-Ukraine talks bringing the two sides together as even Germany's Steinmeier could only say it's "hard to say if breakthrough made." Shortly after talks ended, Ukrainian Premier Yatsenyuk stated unequivocally that "we know about the plans of Russia to cut off transit even in European Union member countries," followed by some notably heavy-on-the-war-rhetoric comments. The Russians were quick to respond, as the energy ministry was "surprised" by his statements on Ukraine gas transits and blasted that comments were an "attempt at EU disinformation."

Ebola Devastates West Africa: Revenues Down; Markets Not Functioning; Projects Canceled; GDP Plunges 4%

The market, in its infinitely rigged wisdom, has concluded that the worst Ebola outbreak in history is a non-event, even though it has put virtually all of western Africa on indefinite lockdown, and as Reuters reports, is "causing enormous damage to West African economies and draining budgetary resources." In fact the damage from Ebola to Africa is already so acute, it is expected that economic growth in the region will plunge by up to 4 percent as foreign businessmen leave and projects are canceled, according to the African Development Bank president said. Revenues are down, foreign exchange levels are down, markets are not functioning, airlines are not coming in, projects are being canceled, business people have left - that is very, very damaging," African Development Bank (AfDB) chief Donald Kaberuka said in an interview late on Tuesday.

Dozens of Businesses Move HQs Outside America Under Obama

This process, called inversion, has been occurring more and more often, despite the fascistic suggestion by President Obama that headquartering outside the United States represents a betrayal of God and country. Members of the Obama administration have taken to labeling business inversions a lack of “economic patriotism” – presumably under the assumption that to stay in America, cut jobs, and lose all profits in order to pay higher taxes represents a sort of higher moral value than moving one’s headquarters and continuing to pay millions of workers and reward consumers with better and cheaper products.

Watch: A brief explanation of Libya’s demise

For the casual observer, the crisis in Libya has spun beyond comprehension.

Gone is the simple dichotomy of Muammar Gaddafi versus “the revolutionaries”.

Nor do the equally binary “Islamist versus secularist” or “liberal versus conservative” models fully apply in Libya where there are no “seculars” or real liberals to speak of.

Instead, what we have is numerous factions with different international and domestic connections, varying goals and competing interests. It is a complex picture of Islamists, organised crime, ultra-conservatives and traditionalists.

The video, reproduced courtesy of Middle East Eye, outlines briefly the political turmoil that has wracked Libya since the overthrow of Gaddafi in 2011 and culminated in the seizure and destruction of Tripoli airport by Islamist militias on 23 August 2014.

Florida Police Chief Defends Cops’ Aggressive, Violent and Life-Threatening Reaction Against Men Video Recording them

Boynton Beach Police Chief Jeffrey Katz defended the aggressive reaction of his officers in a Youtube video Tuesday, claiming the men in the car were “escalating” the situation by “recording the interaction,” causing one of the officers to fear for his life when a man “reached out of his window with a black object in his hand,” which was nothing more than a camera phone trying to record the cop’s name tag after he refused to provide it.

That cop slapped the phone out of his hand, then yanked the man out of the car, throwing him facedown on the grass while another cop with his gun drawn comes charging towards the other men, threatening to shoot one of them for who knows what.

“I’ll put a round in your ass so quick,” the cop said, even though none of the men in the car were doing anything more than being assertive about their rights, even if they were doing it in a profane manner, which is protected by the First Amendment.

America’s Corrupt Institutions — Paul Craig Roberts

Judges prefer plea bargains despite the fact that plea bargains amount to self-incrimination, because plea bargains dispense with time-consuming trials that cause backed-up and crowded court dockets. Trials also demand far more work on the part of a judge than accepting a plea bargain.

The fact of the matter is that in America today you are expected to convict yourself. Even your lawyer expects it. The torture is not physical; it is psychological. The system is severely biased against the defendant. Conviction by a jury brings a much heavier sentence than conviction by a deal that the defendant’s attorney negotiates with the prosecutor’s office. All the prosecutor wants is a conviction. Give him his conviction for his record as an effective prosecutor, and you get off lighter.

The injustice lies in the fact that the rule applies to the innocent as well as to the guilty.
The prosecutor and often the judge do not care whether you are innocent or guilty, and your lawyer knows that it does not matter to the outcome.

‘The Chinafication of America’: Reaction to Obama Bypassing the Senate with UN Climate Treaty: ‘Obama is taking a page from China’s government’

New York Times: ‘U.S. seeking climate deal that would skirt Senate’: 'Under the Constitution, a president may enter into a legally binding treaty only if it is approved by a two-thirds majority of the Senate. To sidestep that requirement, President Obama’s climate negotiators are devising what they call a “politically binding” deal that would “name and shame” countries into cutting their emissions...American negotiators are instead homing in on a hybrid agreement — a proposal to blend legally binding conditions from an existing 1992 treaty with new voluntary pledges. The mix would create a deal that would update the treaty, and thus, negotiators say, not require a new vote of ratification.’

Video shows police shot Ohio man ‘on sight’ as he leaned on toy gun in Walmart, attorney says

John Crawford III died Aug. 5 after police were called to Walmart in Beavercreek, near Dayton, by another shopper who reported a man carrying what appeared to be an AR-15 rifle.

The 22-year-old Crawford was instead carrying an unpackaged MK-177 (.177 caliber) BB/pellet rifle he picked up in the store’s toy department.

Police claim Crawford ignored their commands to drop the weapon, and the former Marine who called in the report and witnessed the shooting said Crawford “looked like he was going to go violently.” But attorney Michael Wright said surveillance video from the incident, which Ohio’s attorney general allowed him to watch with Crawford’s family, contradicted those accounts.

Iranian sail boat defended itself against U.S. Coast Guard

As preposterous as it may sound, the U.S. coast guard boards boats everywhere in the world, not just along the American coast, and if things are not perfect, they detain everyone on the boat and burn it, even if it is a multi million dollar yacht. Knowing this policy, an Iranian fishing boat that was operating off the coast of Iran refused to allow boarding by the U.S. coast guard. The Coast Guard fired on this boat, but according to the Washington Post, left it floating with all aboard. In Senate-CIA fight on interrogation report, another controversy

The background of a key negotiator in the battle over a Senate report on the CIA’s use of interrogation techniques widely denounced as torture has sparked concerns about the Obama administration’s objectivity in handling the study’s public release.

Robert Litt, the general counsel for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, is a former defense lawyer who represented several CIA officials in matters relating to the agency’s detention and interrogation program. Now he’s in a key position to determine what parts of the Senate Intelligence Committee’s 6,300-page report will be made public.

Litt’s involvement doesn’t appear to be an ethics issue, at least by the legal definition. But experts say that while it may be acceptable on paper, his involvement in the review should have been a red flag.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The entire report should be released, completely unredacted, so that Americans know just precisely what was done to these prisoners of war.

Obama Talks Up Long Iraq War, Congressional Role Unclear

President Obama has made his latest in a long line of comments on the new Iraq War today, declaring “rooting out a cancer like ISIS won’t be easy and it won’t be quick.”

As usual, the focus was on a long war with a growing collection of missions attached, today’s being revenge for the execution of journalist James Foley. As the signs of an open-ended war in Iraq mount, the question of Congressional involvement remains unresolved.

The administration has downplayed the idea of even needing Congressional authorization for wars, saying they can launch them unilaterally and will “keep Congress informed” of the decisions they make. Where Congress as a whole would stand on such a vote is unclear, though many seem reluctant to hold the vote at all, preferring to avoid scrutiny of their position on the war come election time.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Memo to President Obama: if you had spent even a fraction of the money you have spent on these morally and fiscally disastrous wars on the concept of workable, renewable energy, we could tell those oil producing countries, "Thanks, but no thanks: please solve your own problems!"

Yet it’s not really a question of if, but when, as the surveillance flights are clearly the first step toward such attacks. The primary question is how to start launching such attacks without Syrian coordination, since officials want to avoid the appearance of cooperating with Syria.

The questions abound about expanding the war into Syria and are mostly unanswered, with Gen. Dempsey pushing the attacks, and the US already giving targeting intel to Syria’s government for the ISIS war.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The real reason the US government is going into Syria, and back into Iraq, is that with ISIS controlling so much of the oil (at 2 to 3 million dollars of revenue per day), the oil is not being sold in US dollars, but other denominations.

This is about wrestling back economic control of the oil, and the currency in which is is sold.

Audit blasts UTA, says it gave millions in sweetheart deals

The Utah Transit Authority "prepaid" a developer $10 million to construct a parking garage — which it turns out he never built — just after he made a multimillion-dollar deal benefiting a UTA board member. The agency never got all the money back from that advance.

The Spanish company said it is supposed to be a sheriff's shirt, but many can't help but notice how the shirt resembles the uniforms worn by Jewish concentration camp prisoners during the Holocaust.

NATO chief eyes more bases in E. Europe to confront Russia

Under the pretext of an 'overt' Russian threat, NATO is pushing for a ‘readiness action plan’ that will bring the Cold War military bloc closer to Russian borders than ever - even despite objections from some NATO members.

NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said the 28-nation military bloc, which meets next week in Cardiff, Wales, would attempt to overcome internal opposition and agree to the deployment of military bases near the Russian border.

Amid the ongoing Ukrainian conflict, which is fracturing the country along east-west ideological lines, NATO is preparing to install for the first time military “reception facilities” in Eastern European countries, including Poland and the three Baltic countries: Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Memo to NATO Secretary General Rasmussen: the title of this article should have read: "NATO chief eyes more bases in E. Europe to PROVOKE Russia."

Sir, I would very much like to remind you that so far, Russia has done absolutely nothing wrong.

The legitimate, elected government of Ukraine was overthrown in a US/EU/ECB-sponsored putsch earlier this year, so the Poroshenko could be "installed" as its President.

At that point, Crimea, which has long been a part of Russia, before Kruschiev, an ethnic Ukrainian, annexed it, asked to become part of the Russian Federation. And in what was characterized as a "free and fair election", complete with observers, the Crimean people chose to become a part of the Russian Federation.

And is not "the right to peaceful self-determiniation" one of the underpinnings of the UN Charter?!?

Secretary Fasmussen, Russia is not the aggressor here; NATO, the US, and the West, are the aggressors here.

What I am seeing, Secretary General Rasmussen, is a prelude to a war between Russia, and Europe, NATO, and the US.

This is absolutely the antithesis of what should be happening here, where Russia and NATO should be working collaboratively to establish a broader basis for peace, humanitarian operations, and a more sane world.

IN PHOTOS ~~ THE LITTLE DOLLS OF GAZA’S DEAD CHILDREN

Although they have only finished about 1/3 of our representations of the children murdered in Gaza the Granny Peace Brigade brought them to a demonstration organized by Jews Say No at the subway station on W. 96th St. and Broadway yesterday. Jews Say No does this regularly in an effort to engage with the community and discuss what is happening in Israel/Palestine. The reaction to the Gaza children representations was very strong. Many people gave the Grannies a thumbs-up or came over to speak saying they were glad to see them there. Several others were very passionate in their condemnation, screaming, calling the Grannies ignorant and anti-semites, and accusing them of pandering to people’s feelings. For the most part the demonstrators didn’t respond to the attacks. When there is one representation for each murdered child they will be taken to public places around the city and displayed.

#OperationCeasefire ~~ THE WAR THAT WILL GO DOWN IN THE ANUS OF HISTORY

Some wars are recorded in the annals of history, the last Israeli incursion into Gaza will definitely go down in its anus.

Both sides claim victory, yet there is no victor.

Gaza lost over 2,000 innocent civilians including over 250 children. Neighbourhoods, schools, hospitals were totally destroyed by Israel’s indiscriminate bombings. Israel (re)gained complete control of the Strip by giving legitimacy to the illegitimate Mahmoud Abbas.

Where I come from, THAT IS NOT A VICTORY!

Webmaster's Commentary:

I disagree. In order for Israel to be victorious, they had to prevail over Gaza. For Gaza to be victorious, they merely had to endure, which they did. Game, set, and match, Gaza!

Russia’s Gazprom Neft to Sell Oil for Rubles, Yuan

The Russian oil company Gazprom Neft has agreed to export 80,000 tons of oil from Novoportovskoye field in the Arctic; it will accept payment in rubles, and will also deliver oil via the Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean pipeline (ESPO), accepting payment in Chinese yuan for the transfers, the Russian business daily Kommersant reported Wednesday.

The Russian government and several of the country’s largest exporters have widely discussed the possibility of accepting payments in rubles for oil exports.

Last week, Russia began to ship oil from the Novoportovskoye field to Europe by sea. Two oil tankers are expected to arrive in Europe in September. According to Kommersant, the payment for these shipments will be received in rubles.

Gazprom Neft will not only accept payments in rubles; subsequent transfers via the ESPO may be paid for in yuan, the newspaper reported.

According to the newspaper, the change in currency was made because of the Western sanctions against Russia.

Webmaster's Commentary:

And please note that the US dollar has been neatly expunged from any of these transactions!!

Physical Silver Inventory Declined By 24%

As I mentioned in a earlier article, the Comex is more of a paper trading exchange in which the majority of contracts are settled in cash. However, the opposite is the case with the Shanghai Futures Exchange as the majority of contracts are settled with physical metal.

At the beginning of August, there were 148 metric tons of silver on warrant at the Shanghai Futures Exchange. In just three weeks, 29% of the total inventory was removed. The majority of this decline took place last week when 22 metric tons were withdrawn on Friday alone.

Also, we can see that since the beginning of July, 131 metric tons, or 56% of total silver stocks were removed from the Shanghai Futures Exchange. At this trend, it would only take a few more months to totally wipe out the remaining inventory.

Georgia cops fired Taser 13 times ‘as a cattle prod’ to make tired man walk before he died

A Georgia man died after police shocked him with a Taser as many as 13 times because he said he was too tired to walk due to a foot chase, his attorney said this week.

At a press conference on Tuesday, attorney Chris Stewart said that police records showed that East Point officers had discharged their Tasers 13 times to make Gregory Towns, who was handcuffed, get up and walk.

“This is a direct violation of their own rules,” Stewart explained, according to WSB-TV. “You cannot use a Taser to escort or prod a subject.”

“They used their Tasers as a cattle prod on Mr. Towns.”

Stewart said that he pieced together what led up to Towns’ April 11 death using official city records and eyewitness accounts.

“He wasn’t cursing. He wasn’t being abusive. He was saying, ‘I’m tired,’” the attorney pointed out.

Russia Not Declaring All Gold Reserves To IMF?

Russia now has the world’s 6th largest gold reserves, officially higher than both Switzerland’s 1,040 tonnes and China’s 1054.1 tonnes. As a comparison, in the second quarter of 2009, Russia only had 550 tonnes of gold in its official reserves meaning that their reserves have nearly doubled in just over 5 years.

The ongoing accumulation of official gold by Russia appears to be part of a reserve diversification strategy. Gold is held by central banks as one of their reserve assets alongside foreign exchange assets including US Dollars and Euros, and also IMF Special Drawing Rights (SDRs).

Some Russian analysts point to the threat of continued western sanctions on Russia as a renewed catalyst for the Russian central bank diversifying out of dollars and euros by increasing its gold reserves. Gold now accounts for over 12% of Russian official reserves and could reach 15% by year end if the current trend continues.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This at a time when the New York Fed is struggling to replace the missing gold entrusted to it by several governments.

Western sanctions push Russia, China closer; hurt dollar

y forcing Russia to conduct more business in the yuan and other Asian currencies, the U.S. may be speeding up the end of the petrodollar and giving China more prominence on the world stage.

As the West tightens financial sanctions against Russia over the conflict in Ukraine, Russian businesses are reducing their exposure to the dollar to minimize the damage from still tougher punishments. Many of these businesses have turned to the Hong Kong dollar as an alternative to the greenback.

Russian mobile phone carrier MegaFon said it will convert 40% of its dollar- and euro-denominated cash reserves into Hong Kong dollars.

Major nonferrous metal producer Norilsk Nickel has also decided to shift its U.S. dollar funds into the Hong Kong dollar.

Ten more countries that may default on debt after Argentina

Argentina defaulted for the second time in 12 years after hopes for a midnight deal with holdout creditors were dashed, setting up stock and bond prices for declines on Thursday and raising chances a recession could worsen this year.

After a long legal battle with hedge funds that rejected Argentina’s debt restructuring following its 2002 default, Latin America’s third-biggest economy failed to strike a deal in time to meet a midnight deadline for a coupon payment on exchange bonds.

Even a short default will raise companies’ borrowing costs, pile more pressure on the peso, drain dwindling foreign reserves and fuel one of the world’s highest inflation rates.

However, Argentina is not the only country that has struggled to pay its debt recently. There are 10 other countries currently on Moody’s lists with a rating of Caa1 or worse, meaning they are at risk of default.

Webmaster's Commentary:

IT is amazing that the United States is not on this list, as the economy is very shaky, no matter how the stock market looks right now, and the value of the US dollar is under siege through consistent "qualitative easing" by the Fed.

Monsanto and Ukraine

Finally, a little-known aspect of the crisis in Ukraine is receiving some international attention. On July 28, the California-based Oakland Institute released a report revealing that the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF), under terms of their $17 billion loan to Ukraine, would open that country to genetically-modified (GM) crops and genetically-modified organisms (GMOs) in agriculture. The report is entitled “Walking on the West Side: the World Bank and the IMF in the Ukraine Conflict.” [1]

In late 2013, the then president of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych, rejected a European Union association agreement tied to the $17 billion IMF loan, whose terms are only now being revealed. Instead, Yanukovych chose a Russian aid package worth $15 billion plus a discount on Russian natural gas. His decision was a major factor in the ensuing deadly protests that led to his ouster from office in February 2014 and the ongoing crisis.

Lockdown in Cardiff: City turned into high security 'prison' with 10 mile 'ring of steel' ahead of Nato conference

Police have erected nine feet high security fencing around Celtic Manor resort in Newport and Cardiff city centre.

150 world leaders including Barack Obama and David Cameron will meet in South Wales on September 4 and 5.

Kim Howells, former foreign office minister, fears that home grown Islamic State terrorists could be planning to attack.

More than 9,000 officers from across the UK have been drafted in to police event and traffic disruptions are likely.

The total cost for security is not yet known and is expected to be published after the summit by the Government.

Webmaster's Commentary:

People of Cardiff, you have my utter and complete sympathy.

Ultimately, after we turned around and got back home, I had to call our director, and explain that I was unable to get to church because of all the guys carry rifles, and he was quite understanding.

It felt rather as though the Constitution and Bill of Rights had been suspended on Oahu for that day, and I found myself very, very angry.

Myth of ‘Limited’ US Airstrikes in Syria

The US is once again on the warpath against Syria after the beheading of US citizen James Foley was released on the internet a week ago.

His execution is being used to justify a mixed anti-terror and ‘humanitarian’ intervention in northeastern Syria. An information offensive has now been launched to peddle the myth of ‘limited’ strikes against Islamic State (IS) targets, but in all actuality, such a campaign is impossible to contain within the strict limits US authorities are promising.

Obama has already authorized surveillance flights over Syrian territory, showing that an attack appears to be imminent. A quick exercise in scenario forecasting illustrates how any US intervention in Syria will most certainly evolve from a ‘limited anti-terror operation’ to a massive military offensive, complete with proxy occupations and a full-scale outbreak of chaos throughout the entire country.

Russia can’t set ceasefire conditions in Ukraine’s internal conflict – Putin

Russian and Ukrainian leaders have concluded their first official face-to-face meeting in Minsk during which they discussed Ukraine's Association Agreement with EU and the crisis and humanitarian disaster in the east of the country.

Russia will do everything to facilitate a peace process in Ukraine, President Putin told the press following the 2-hour talks, which he described as “positive.”

However, Russia did not and had never set forth conditions for settling Ukraine’s internal conflict, Putin added, so a ceasefire agreement was not discussed during the talks in the absence of peace suggestions from Ukrainian leadership.

“We, Russia, cannot talk about any ceasefire conditions whatsoever, or possible agreements between Kiev, Donetsk and Lugansk,” Putin stated.
