DHS Approves Amnesty Applications Despite Court Order

After President Obama announced his amnesty plan in November of last year, 26 states filed a lawsuit against the federal government for failing to uphold their own immigration laws. The case was taken to federal court, where Judge Andrew Hanen issued an injunction against the plan on February 16th, ordering the federal government to stop their amnesty roll out. Despite the Justice Department’s assurances that the plan had not been implemented, it was later discovered that the Department of Homeland Security had already started to issue 3 year deferrals to over 100,000 illegal aliens.

Last Thursday, Obama’s lawyers admitted to an additional breach of the law.

Hillary Clinton: Big Friend of Big Bankers

The fact that people would vote for her for president basically just because she’s a woman, ignoring four decades of corruption that trail behind her is nothing short of astonishing. Look how much scandal she’s already faced in the last 40 years… and someone thinks it’s a good idea for her to become president?

American Patriotism is Dying a Slow Death

There was a time not too long ago when Americans were so patriotic, it was palpable. You couldn’t throw a rock in any direction without hitting someone with stars and stripes in their eyes. There was a near unanimous belief that we were the shining city upon a hill, and that we were and always would be the greatest nation on Earth. While it was mostly found among conservatives, it did cross party lines to some extant. It was so pervasive that anyone who didn’t believe it was pegged an extremist, or just plain weird.

But now? Not so much. The sentiment is still there I suppose, but you can almost feel it evaporating a little bit every day. The pride Americans feel for their country is slipping away, and is now an undeniable fact.

Kyle Hunt received his Bachelor of Arts in psychology and is best known for founding the Renegade Broadcasting network. Tom and Kyle return to the program to discuss their monumental collaboration, the documentary film Hellstorm, based on Tom’s book and produced by Kyle. In the first hour, we discuss the impetus of the film, which is to expose the mountain of hate, lies and propaganda that was heaped upon the defeated German nation in the time period surrounding WWII, in what is truly the darkest and best kept secret in world history. We look at the relevance of unmasking the accepted history of WWII, a narrative that fundamentally excludes the truth about the horrific slaughter of tens of millions of innocent German civilians by Soviet communists.

A silver bar believed to be the first piece of the long-lost treasure haul of Scottish pirate William Kidd has been found in shallow waters off Madagascar.

In Jade Helm operation, Texas gives early lessons on the ‘human domain’

The official slogan of Operation Jade Helm 15, “Master the Human Domain,” is just one of many oddities surrounding the eight-week Pentagon training that’s fomented anger and suspicion in Bastrop County and other rural parts of Texas. In bile-green text, the phrase is placed beneath the operation’s logo of a double-edged sword, two crossed arrows and a translucent wooden clog — yes, a clog — all of which have become fodder for widespread, baseless conspiracy theories that the Army Special Operations Command is planning a martial law takeover of Texas come July.

Scott Walker Targets Jeb Bush in South Carolina Speech
***
“From our family, we didn’t inherit fame or fortune, what we inherited was the belief that if you work hard and you play by the rules you can do and be anything you want,” he said.
***
...In South Carolina, he offered a subtle corrective, noting that he is headed to Israel later today and assuring the audience — which was full of military service-members and their families — that he cares about national security as much as anyone.

Walker said he prefers to use the term “safety,” rather than national security.
“National security is something you read about in the newspaper; safety is something you feel,” he said. “It’s something that — even though as a governor I don’t deal with it day in and day out — it has increasingly become one of the most important things for me to focus in on, because when I think about safety, I think about my own children and I think about yours as well.”

Panic on Mass Common Core Test Refusals, Threaten Reprisals

Public resistance to Common Core is exploding across America, and officials are not happy about it. The Obama administration’s Department of Education, along with pro-Common Core government officials across the country under pressure from the feds, appear to be in panic mode. Facing a growing nationwide “opt out” movement to refuse participation in the unconstitutional federally funded testing regime aligned with the Obama-backed national school standards, senior bureaucrats, including Education Secretary Arne Duncan, have actually started resorting to lawless threats against parents, teachers, students, and entire state governments. Some parents were threatened by officials with jail time. Even small children are being punished by the state for “opting out” of the deeply controversial tests, with one California mother telling The New American that her daughter was publicly denied ice cream in retaliation.

But so far, the threats are only emboldening the opposition.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I have known teachers hired by a private education organisation to implement Common Core here in Hawaii: it was an unmitigated disaster; prevented the kids from truly learning; discouraged critical thinking; and made the child feel like little more than a herd animal.

One of the outcomes I would love to see happen from this growing federalization of education is a massive movement toward home schooling, either individual or group, and supported by states which are truly education friendly.

How for-profit prisons have become the biggest lobby no one is talking about

Several industries have become notorious for the millions they spend on influencing legislation and getting friendly candidates into office: Big Oil, Big Pharma and the gun lobby among them. The two largest for-profit prison companies in the United States – GEO andCorrections Corporation of America – and their associates have funneled more than $10 million to candidates since 1989 and have spent nearly $25 million on lobbying efforts.

CITIZEN JOURNO WHO VIDEOD ERIC GARNER'S MURDER NOW HOUNDED BY NYPD

Ramsey Orta was hounded, framed, beaten and jailed by cops who also beat his disabled mother -- and he's not the only citizen journalist who faced reprisals for recording the NYPD's public execution of Eric Garner.

In addition to lengthy stays on Riker's resulting from trumped-up gun charges and pre-dawn raids on his family home, Ramsey Orta has been smeared by anonymous "police sources" in the press who invented a rapsheet that does not accord with the reality of his criminal record. He won the World Press Award for recording the now-notorious video of Eric Gartner being murdered by NYPD officers nine months ago.

He lives in fear for his life.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Illinois' $105-billion public pension fix struck down by state Supreme Court

The Illinois court did not mince words in making it clear that the constitution protected employees even if the state was facing acute problems.

"The financial challenges facing state and local government in Illinois are well known and significant. In ruling as we have today, we do not mean to minimize the gravity of the state's problems or the magnitude of the difficulty facing our elected representatives," Justice Lloyd Karmeier said, writing for the court.

"It is our obligation, however, just as it is theirs, to ensure that the law is followed," he wrote. "That is true at all times. It is especially important in times of crisis when, as this case demonstrates, even clear principles and long-standing precedent are threatened. Crisis is not an excuse to abandon the rule of law."

Egyptian court sentences Mubarak, sons to three years in jail

***
A previous court decision to drop charges against him of conspiring to kill protesters in the uprising, centered in Cairo's Tahrir Square, and the release of some of his associates from jail have cast doubt over Egypt's political transformation.

Last May, Mubarak was sentenced to three years in prison on charges of diverting public funds earmarked to renovate presidential palaces and using the money to upgrade family properties. His two sons were given four-year jail terms in the same case.

In January, Egypt's high court overturned the convictions, and the case went back to court for retrial.

"The ruling of the court is three years in prison without parole for Mohamed Hosni Mubarak and Gamal Mohamed Hosni Mubarak and Alaa Mohamed Hosni Mubarak," Judge Hassan Hassanein announced on Saturday.

Jade Helm:Some Thoughts From Army ATC and Friends

by ArmyATC » Sat Apr 04, 2015 3:16 pm
A lot of people are trying to decode what jade Helm means. But very few are looking at the second line , which is the overall mission objective.

In combat ops there are 5 phases of combat. I'm not going to go into detail, but you can find it. But phase 0 operations are relatively new. In the NDAA 2014, if you read through it, it provides increasing the budget for phase 0 operation.

What this is. Well this has to do with using infiltration techniques to identify who will be a problem BEFORE the fighting begins. Identifying individuals and groups that would be assessed by the military as possible non state actors.

That way, they can extract these individuals before ops begin thus severely limiting organized resistance.

How Big Money and Big Brother won the British Elections

The Conservatives have won the 2015 elections with a slim majority. Labour and the Liberal Democrats suffered unexpected crushing defeats, prompting their leaders, Ed Miliband and Nick Clegg, to resign. And despite winning a significant percentage of votes, UKIP only managed to win one seat, with its leader Nigel Farage also resigning after losing to a Tory MP.

But the Tory victory reveals precisely why British democracy is broken.

The ultimate determinant of which party won the elections was the money behind their political campaigns?—?the winning and losing parties correlate directly with the quantity of funding received. Yet there is also compelling evidence of another factor?—?interference from Britain’s security services.

McRaven: Success in Human Domain Fundamental to Special Ops

While special operations forces are comfortable in the realms of traditional warfare, the human domain is perhaps more important -- both to the troops and to policy makers, McRaven said.

The human domain encompasses the totality of the physical, cultural, and social environments that influence human behavior, he explained. Success in this domain won't be achieved by traditional ground, naval or air forces, he added.

“Instead, success in the human domain will depend upon understanding the human terrain and establishing trust with those humans who occupy that space,” the admiral said. Building understanding and trust takes time, but once it’s built, “we can apply unique capabilities that are designed to assess, analyze, operate and prevail in population-centric strategies or struggles,” he said.

Human Terrain System

The Human Terrain System (HTS) is a United States Army, Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) support program employing personnel from the social science disciplines – such as anthropology, sociology, political science, regional studies and linguistics – to provide military commanders and staff with an understanding of the local population (i.e. the "human terrain") in the regions in which they are deployed

In Iraq, the Intelligence Community was tasked with finding terrorists and insurgents bent on harming US Forces and their interests. These terrorists or insurgents rarely performed activities that were dissimilar from non-terrorists (especially in the planning phases). In terms of Iraqi mysteries, the questions were “Will something happen?” and “How can we predict it and prevent it?” Analysts began to develop techniques to address these mysteries using any means at their disposal to aggregate these activities, assess transactions, and develop networks of interest.

People are the currency of the human domain; their visible behaviors and symbols are one of the only ways to really discern their thoughts and motivations. Add in the cultural complexity of differing worldviews, beliefs and values that play on those thoughts and motivations and the domain becomes even less certain to decode. Factor in that U.S. military and civilian personnel directly, and indirectly, influence the course of interactions and behavior in the domain and the human domain becomes incredibly layered and dense, where meaning and purpose is difficult to extract and effort and skill necessary for success within the domain difficult to master.

Police Abduct 10 Children From A Family In Kentucky Because Of Their ‘Off The Grid’ Lifestyle

The most recent example of this that has made national headlines is particularly egregious. America’s richest congressman says poor in the US are ‘envy of the world’

California GOP Rep. Darrell Issa was challenged by CNN Money correspondent Cristina Alesci on Thursday after he seemingly downplayed income inequality issues in the US.

“America’s the richest country on Earth because we've been able to put capital together and we've been able to make our poor somewhat the envy of the world,” Issa told Alesci.

Webmaster's Commentary:

A memo to Congressional Representative Issa: you really need to get out more before you make a statement like that.

Kentucky ‘free range’ family loses custody of 10 kids over apparent ‘unschooling’

entucky “off-grid” family had their 10 children seized this week by authorities, and their supporters say they were targeted “simply because the government disagrees with their lifestyle and their educational choices.”

An anonymous tip sent sheriff’s deputies Wednesday to the 26-acre rural Breckenridge County home of Joe and Nicole Naugler, who document their “back to basics” lifestyle on social media.

They believe the complaint was lodged by an acquaintance who threatened to report the family to Child Protective Services during a Facebook feud with Joe Naugler.

The father was away with eight of the couple’s children when deputies arrived, and Nicole Naugler – who is five months pregnant – tried to drive away with the couple’s two oldest sons, according to a fundraising page set up by the family.

Investigators attempted to question the teens away from their mother, and she was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest when deputies said she interfered.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I would almost be willing to bet that these kids spoke better, were better at critical thinking, and understanding math and science than most of their contemporaries in public school.

Some spelling bees across the country have banned home schooled kids because they do so much better than do their public school educated counterparts.

But when your children can be taken away from you simply because you educate differently, you no longer can be part of a free society or country.

THE BIG BUSINESS OF CANCER: 100 BILLION DOLLARS WAS SPENT ON CANCER DRUGS LAST YEAR ALONE

If you are an American, there is a 1 in 3 chance that you will get cancer during your lifetime. If you are a man, the odds are closer to 1 in 2. And almost everyone in America either knows someone who currently has cancer or who has already died from cancer. But it wasn’t always this way.

Back in the 1940s, only one out of every sixteen Americans would develop cancer. Something has happened that has caused the cancer rate in this nation to absolutely explode, and it is being projected that cancer will soon surpass heart disease and become the leading cause of death in the United States.

If you are diagnosed with cancer in America today and you choose to trust the medical system with your treatment, you can say goodbye to your financial future. Even if you have health insurance, you will probably end up flat broke one way or the other. Either you will survive and be flat broke, or you will die flat broke.

Webmaster's Commentary:

There are effective, far less toxic and expensive treatments for cancer which absolutely work; for example, there is hydrazine sulfate, developed in Russia, and used widely and effectively world wide. But the profit was not high enough for American drug companies to want to manufacturing it; so the results of the US study were controlled and sabotaged by none other than the National Cancer Institute itself. As reported at http://www.burtongoldberg.com/

It was at this time that the National Cancer Institute decided the best way to handle the situation was to sponsor studies of hydrazine sulfate themselves, which allowed them complete control. Dr. Gold's research had revealed two important caveats in using hydrazine sulfate. First, dosage amounts were critical: too high a dose would not only be devoid of beneficial effects but could create a toxic environment that would increase mortality. Second, patients had to absolutely avoid certain other drugs, including alcohol, barbiturates and antidepressants; these negated hydrazine sulfate's action. Yet in the NCI trials, 94% of the patients were taking those very drugs that Dr. Gold had determined would deactivate hydrazine sulfate and increase mortality.

In sabotaging the trials, the NCI not only managed to discredit the drug's use in the minds of most of the world's doctors, but undoubtedly added to the suffering and shortened the lives of many of the patients involved in the trials.

Nevertheless, hydrazine sulfate, properly administered, just worked too effectively to be totally quashed. In 1987, Jeff Kamen, at that time Washington correspondent for Independent Network News television, ran a series of articles on how the NCI was trying to suppress the truth about hydrazine sulfate. His stories led to a House oversight subcommittee ordering an investigation by the General Accounting Office (GAO).

In 1994 an investigation was begun under the leadership of GAO assistant director Barry Tice. His group compiled a report that scathingly criticized the NCI. The report was initially titled "NIH Actions Spur Continued Controversy Over Hydrazine Sulfate Therapy".

On June 5, 1995, the report was sent out to the FDA, the Public Health Service and the NCI for review. When top officials at the NCI read the report their reaction was characterized by eyewitnesses as going "ballistic," and "really crazy." The NCI went on a campaign to have the GAO change the report - and they succeeded. In-house politicians at the GAO altered or deleted damning portions of the report and retitled it "Contrary to Allegation, NIH Studies of Hydrazine Sulfate Were Not Flawed."

"You can imagine how upset I was - and still am - about that title," Barry Tice told Mr. Kamen in a subsequent interview. "The impact of the changes and a few key deletions was tremendous. Those changes took the NCI almost completely off the hook."

Mr. Kamen wrote another article on this cover-up that provoked the Senate Subcommittee on Investigation to look into the matter. They managed to bring to light the facts as to how top officials in the GAO overruled their own staff and buckled under political pressure from the cancer establishment.

So, if you don't think your money trumps your health, any time you walk into a Doctor's office, you had better think again.

IN A COP CULTURE, THE BILL OF RIGHTS DOESN’T AMOUNT TO MUCH

“In a democratic society,” observed Oakland police chief Sean Whent, “people have a say in how they are policed.”

Unfortunately, if you can be kicked, punched, tasered, shot, intimidated, harassed, stripped, searched, brutalized, terrorized, wrongfully arrested, and even killed by a police officer, and that officer is never held accountable for violating your rights and his oath of office to serve and protect, never forced to make amends, never told that what he did was wrong, and never made to change his modus operandi, then you don’t live in a constitutional republic.

You live in a police state.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I guess I am enormously lucky to have never, in almost 66 years on this planet, had a confrontation with a police officer. Yes, I have had some speeding tickets (which I earned) and some parking tickets at metered spaces, which I also earned.

But I have a hard time around wrapping my head around the reality that for many Americans, they are thought to be guilty until proven innocent, which is a throwback to French law under Code Napoleon. I can understand suspects running away from police, because they are terrified of getting killed, even for the slightest, most trumped up charge, of which they are totally innocent.

These are really dark, difficult days in which to be an American.

Just as the SNP sweeps to utter domination of the Scottish presence at Westminster, the future of Scottish nationalism must move to a rejection of Westminster rule as illegitimate. That is the victory paradox.

There is no doubt that this is the best possible election result for achieving Scottish independence in the near term. FBI sent out bulletin about gunman before Texas attack

The information about Elton Simpson was developed about three hours before the contest, which the FBI had already identified as a potential target for violence because it involved cartoons depicting the Prophet Muhammad. Simpson and his roommate, both from Phoenix, opened fire outside the Garland, Texas, event center but were shot dead before they were able to kill anyone.
