Miliband refuses to rule out military action against Iran after discovery of secret nuclear plant

After the dramatic disclosure that the Islamic Republic was building another secret nuclear facility, the Foreign Secretary said there was a '100%' commitment to diplomacy. But he repeatedly declined invitations to describe military intervention as inconceivable.

Problem is, the "Dramatic Disclosure" was by IRAN, WHICH FORMALLY NOTIFIED THE IAEA OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF THIS FACILITY LAST MONDAY!"
