FLASHBACK - Israel Campaigns Against Global Free Speech

Alarmed at the rise of anti-Semitism and anti-Israeli sentiments on the internet, Israeli politicians recently called for nations around the world to enact legislation prohibiting criticism of Jews and Israel. Lobbying to outlaw global free speech is nothing new for Israel, however; it has been in the business of criminalizing speech for decades.

The real reason Bibi wants French Jews to move to Israel

snip: Strange. The leader of a country that is constantly in a state of war, and that every few years actually goes to war, is imploring France’s Jews to leave their country in the wake of two terrorist attacks (one of which was not directed at a Jewish target), and move to Israel. Even if we ignore the downright chutzpah of his demand vis-a-vis the French government (try imagining a leader of a Western state calling on Israelis to immigrate to his country because of the security situation in Israel), no one doubts that French Jewish immigrants will be in much greater danger living in Israel. Perhaps our foreign minister would do well to update Netanyahu on the travel warnings issued fairly often for our country?

Spitting On Other People’s Prophets Is Not A Western Value

In 2009, The Jerusalem Post published an exposé of the growing tendency of Orthodox Jews in Jerusalem to spit on their Christian neighbours. (‘Mouths Filled with Hatred’, By Larry Derfner The JPost, Nov. 26, 2009). Israel Shahak also commented on Jewish hatred of Christianity and its symbols, suggesting, “Dishonouring Christian religious symbols is an old religious duty in Judaism.” According to Shahak, “spitting on the cross, and especially on the Crucifix, and spitting when a Jew passes a church, have been obligatory from around AD 200 for pious Jews.”

Interestingly, Jewish spitting has had an impact on the urban landscape of Europe. The following can be read in a ‘Travel Guide for Jewish Europe.’

Propaganda 101: Operation Mockingbird Continues

Most Americans are under the influence of TV and radio sources for the daily dose of propaganda. Not understanding they are being lied to and made to believe a lie, it becomes a formidable task to get folks to see the light. They want to see, it’s just the lie is so big, so pervasive at this point it is hard for people to grasp the size of the depth and breadth the lie has reached.

Indiana town moves to seize over 350 homes to make room for private developer

A town is working to “demolish a working-class neighborhood” by seizing 354 homes and passing the land off to a private commercial developer. Using federal dollars and the highly-abused power of eminent domain, the city intends to evict multitudes of families to make way for economic progress.

The community under fire is called “Pleasant Ridge.” It contains hundreds of small homes that were built during World War II as military housing. Today the homes are privately-owned and contain working-class and poor families, many of which have owned their homes for decades.

The City of Charlestown intends to demolish the community in order to allow new commercial and residential real estate to be built in its place — privately-owned real estate.

With Power of Social Media Growing, Police Now Monitoring and Criminalizing Online Speech By Glenn Greenwald

snip: In other words: you’re allowed, by our generosity, to mentally harbor your vile opinions. But if you try to publicly advocate them on Facebook, convince others to believe them, or teach them to your children, then you are a dangerous criminal who belongs in prison.

Needless to say, this judge would never lecture, let alone sentence, anyone for “holding to an ideology” that advocates violence by the British government in Muslim countries, nor parents who indoctrinate their children to join the British military, nor those who led that country to invade and destroy Iraq in an aggressive war. To understand the point, one need not equate these views or view some as better than others. The point is that this is the state punishing expression of some viewpoints while sanctioning others. This is about criminalizing specific views anathema to the government’s policies, outlawing particular value systems.

Coretta Scott King: “We have done what we can to reveal the truth, and we now urge you as members of the media, and we call upon elected officials, and other persons of influence to do what they can to share the revelation of this case to the widest possible audience.” – King Family Press Conference, Dec. 9, 1999.

Dr. Martin Luther King’s family and personal friend/attorney, William F. Pepper, won a civil trial that found US government agencies guilty of assassination/wrongful death. The 1999 trial, King Family versus Jowers and Other Unknown Co-Conspirators, is the only trial ever conducted on the assassination of Dr. King. The King Center fully documents the case, with full trial transcript. Bill Pepper’s site has the civil trial on video.

New ‘Monsanto Law’ in Africa Would Force GMOs on Farmers

The front lines of the food sovereignty war in Ghana are swelling as the national parliament gives support to the Plant Breeders Bill. This proposed legislation contains rules that would restrict farmers from ancient practices: freely saving, swapping, and breeding seeds. Under new laws protecting the intellectual property rights of biotech, farmers would be subject to hefty fines for growing anything that has been ‘patented,’ even if their crops were cross-pollinated.

The obviously biotech-infiltrated Ghanaian government states that the new laws would “incentivize the development of new seed varieties to ensure the marketability of crops,” but farmers argue it gives rights straight to corporations like Monsanto, and not farmers who have been growing food in Ghana for centuries.

The Republic is No More. We Now Live in a Police State.Anthony Freda Art By Ron Paul

If Americans were honest with themselves they would acknowledge that the Republic is no more. We now live in a police state. If we do not recognize and resist this development, freedom and prosperity for all Americans will continue to deteriorate. All liberties in America today are under siege.

It didn’t happen overnight. It took many years of neglect for our liberties to be given away so casually for a promise of security from the politicians. The tragic part is that the more security was promised — physical and economic — the less liberty was protected.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The false debate between freedom of expression and religious extremism

After the deadly attack, many cartoonists reduced the event to a confrontation between an armed, bearded jihadist and a pen. A simple representation, yet it is both powerful and misleading.

After the 9/11 terrorist attacks, George W. Bush and many like-minded politicians and media outlets confined the attacks to a fight between evil (the "Islamic terrorists") and good (the United States and its allies), or between the free world (led by the United States) and oppression (led by Al-Qaeda and the Taliban).

When Bush famously proclaimed "you are either with us or you're with the terrorists," he truly believed that he had received a divine message to liberate Muslim countries from oppression. He consequently built all of his political and war strategies around this sort of "prophecy."

The National Weather Service is forecasting statewide wind chills to periodically dip down to 20 degrees below zero or lower through at least Thursday, Jan. 8. Exposure to these temperatures could potentially cause frostbite and hypothermia, as well as create hazardous driving conditions."

Mourning Charlie Hebdo Journalists, While Ignoring that US-NATO State-Sponsored Terrorism is the “Number One Killer” of Journalists By Julie Lévesque

snip: Before the James Foley and Steven Sotloff beheadings dozens of journalists were killed in Syria by terrorists armed, trained and financed by NATO countries and their antidemocratic allies such as Saudi Arabia. Hundreds of civilians had also been beheaded long before them, around 200 in one single village, according to a Human Rights Watch report. (See Julie Lévesque, The History of ISIS Beheadings: Part of the “Training Manual” of US Sponsored Syria “Pro-Democracy” Terrorists, Global Research, September 19, 2014)

The outrage and indignation, however, was reserved for the Western beheaded journalists. The war in Syria has been deadly for journalists, with 153 killed according to some estimates, thanks to NATO-sponsored terrorism. No Western journalist holding signs of compassion for Syrian journalists has been seen.

The Police Threat Is Too High Paul Craig Roberts

snip: In other words, any encounter between the public and the police is more than 20 times more dangerous for the public than for the police.

That should raise questions about the absence of restraint on the ability of police to use deadly force as a first resort. Yet authorities and white communities invariably defend police violence against the public.

If Americans had half-decent educations, Americans would know that power comes from precedent. The police, like the executive branch, have now established themselves above the law. The laws that apply to the public do not apply to police, US presidents, presidential appointees, NSA, and CIA.

The farce of Western free speech

Western free speech is nothing but a cynical charade by those in power to maintain their unlawful positions of power.

A satirical magazine championed by Western war criminals for its “free speech” to dehumanize Muslims is hailed as “heroic?” While an informative, serious news channel like Press TV is banned. Now that is farcical cartoon.

Evidently, it’s acceptable to insult Islam, according to Western select use of free speech because it suits political agendas of demonizing Muslim countries so that they can be attacked with Western warplanes or covert terrorist proxies. But it is not acceptable to satirize Zionism or Western ruling classes.

The Move to Muzzle Dieudonné M’Bala M’Bala

French mainstream media and politicians are starting off the New Year with a shared resolution for 2014: permanently muzzle a Franco-African comedian who is getting to be too popular among young people.

In between Christmas and New Year’s Eve, no less than the President of the Republic, François Hollande, while visiting Saudi Arabia on (very big) business, said his government must find a way to ban performances by the comedian Dieudonné M’Bala M’Bala, as called for by French Interior Minister, Manuel Valls.

The leader of the conservative opposition party, UMP, Jean-François Copé, immediately chimed in with his “total support” for silencing the unmanageable entertainer.

Webmaster's Commentary:

In the eyes of the French, Dieudonné must be silenced because of his criticism of Israel, which is declared anti-Semitic, while Charlie Bebdo (which fired one of its own writers for anti-Semitism) is being lionized as martyrs to freedom of expression for publishing this...

And this!

U.S. DOT Opens U.S. Border To Mexican Trucks "Marking A Significant Milestone In Implementation Of NAFTA"- Inspector General Warns That Safety of Mexican Carriers Has Not Been Shown

The U.S. Department of Transportation announced today that Mexican motor carriers will soon be able to apply for authority to conduct long-haul, cross-border trucking services in the United States. Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx insisted they have proven "a level of safety at least as high as their American and Canadian counterparts."

However, in a report issued last month, The Office of Inspector General concluded the opposite, noting "Because the pilot program lacked an adequate number of participants, we could not determine with confidence whether the 15 carriers are representative. Without being able to determine the representativeness of the 15 carriers, one cannot project the safety performance for the population of Mexico-domiciled carriers that may qualify for long-haul operating authority in the future."

Hey Everyone, CISPA Is Back... Because Of The Sony Hack, Which It Wouldn't Have Prevented

This isn't a huge surprise, but Rep. Dutch Ruppersberger, the NSA's personal Rep in Congress (NSA HQ is in his district), has announced that he's bringing back CISPA, the cybersecurity bill designed to make it easier for the NSA to access data from tech companies (that's not how the bill's supporters frame it, but that's the core issue in the bill). In the past, Ruppersberger had a teammate in this effort, Rep. Mike Rogers, but Rogers has moved onto his new career as a radio and TV pundit (CNN just proudly announced hiring him), so Ruppersberger is going it alone this time around.

Not surprisingly, he's using the Sony Hack as a reason for why this bill is needed:

“The reason I’m putting bill in now is I want to keep the momentum going on what’s happening out there in the world,” Rep. Dutch Ruppersberger... told The Hill in an interview, referring to the recent Sony hack, which the FBI blamed on North Korea.

The public will likely remain in this state until it hears the whole truth, and not the abridged version peddled by an unscrupulous administration, its Pavlovian Cabinet, our obsequious Congress, and the sycophant media (those dutiful court stenographers of state power). Until this confederacy of knaves is exposed at scale, the Janus-faced narrative streaming from the lips of the Commander-in-Chief — whomever he or she may be — will neither change nor falter. OF THE LIARS, BY THE LIARS, AND FOR THE LIARS

Let's start with some basic concepts. You live in an age of lies. Every day of your life you are literally being drowned in lies. Lies by government. Lies by advertisers. Lies by the corporate media.

Truth has become such a valuable commodity that the government is economizing it!

Liars, meaning good convincing liars (i.e. sociopaths, who evince no guilt when they lie) , lie because they are able to get what they want from people, especially if those people are conditioned from childhood to tell and to believe that others will tell the truth.

It may seem that I am stating the obvious, but the point I want to make is that all ruling power is, is the willingness and ability to do things the ruled may not, or have been conditioned to believe they cannot do.

You are taught not to steal, yet government reserves to itself the right to steal, obfuscating the theft with words like excise, confiscation, pillage, taxation, and in the extreme, conquest.

Here is a long list of the monstrous lies used by rulers to trick their people into wars. The "Terror" attacks (Reg Trademark Mossad) in Paris appear to be more of the same.

Oh there will be the motorcycle gangs with flamethrowers invading supermarkets, the wild-eyed adolescents disobeying teachers and leaving school, the religious conservatives forming new dictatorships, the horde of unwashed illegal immigrants urinating on our golf courses, the rabid murder parties and fornication spilling onto the streets, zoo animals escaping and mauling the children - the end of human civilization.

Well, there has finally been a "virtual stoppage" of police activity in New York, and the people there are... reading blogs, working, buying groceries, watching netflix, waiting in lines, saying hi to strangers, checking facebook. Same as usual. It looks like they haven't murdered each other yet.

Of course they haven't.

Obamacare causing massive wave of hospital closures across USA

A number of acute-care hospitals closed across the United States last year -- 18 to be exact -- and experts who see a raft of new regulatory processes being heaped upon the healthcare industry in the coming years, thanks to the Affordable Care Act, believe that a wave of additional closures are ahead.

WORLD WAR III: Anglo-American Axis vs. BRICS Alliance

The current economic and currency crisis in Russia isn’t your typical economic crisis. That is, this isn’t just a part of the business cycle. And it isn’t something that is happening because demand for oil is up or the supply of oil is down.

This is a two-pronged attack by the U.S. — and it is a desperate one, at that.

With Power of Social Media Growing, Police Now Monitoring and Criminalizing Online Speech

Criminal cases for online political speech are now commonplace in the UK, notorious for its hostility to basic free speech and press rights. As The Independent‘s James Bloodworth reported last week, “around 20,000 people in Britain have been investigated in the past three years for comments made online.”

But the persecution is by no means viewpoint-neutral. It instead is overwhelmingly directed at the country’s Muslims for expressing political opinions critical of the state’s actions.

Breaking the Chains

The pendulum swung far to the right after 9/11. Now it is swinging back,” Hamm said. “Fear and paralysis gripped the country after 9/11 and the creation of our authoritarian police state. We are overcoming this fear. The rebellion in Ferguson was not planned. It was spontaneous. People said, ‘Enough.’ They struck out in the only way they knew how. All the other ways—and I have no doubt that the people in Ferguson and St. Louis, as we have, marched peacefully, sent letters and went to city council meetings to protest police violence—have proved ineffective. We will see other incidents like this one, but because of demographic changes these rebellions will occur in places that did not rebel previously.”

Cop shoots dead a tased, restrained, 100lb teen: "we don't have time for this"

The central fact concerning the death of Keith Vidal, 18, does not seem to be in dispute: after the schizophrenic youngster was tased and restrained by two officers, a third stepped up, said "we don't have time for this", fired into the scrum, then tried to do so again before being restrained. Vidal, who celebrated his birthday last month, was killed by the gunshot.

EU Showdown: Greece Takes on the Vampire Squid

Greece and the troika (the International Monetary Fund, the EU, and the European Central Bank) are in a dangerous game of chicken. The Greeks have been threatened with a “Cyprus-Style prolonged bank holiday” if they “vote wrong.” But they have been bullied for too long and are saying “no more.”

A return to the polls was triggered in December, when the Parliament rejected Prime Minister Antonis Samaras’ pro-austerity candidate for president. In a general election, now set for January 25th, the EU-skeptic, anti-austerity, leftist Syriza party is likely to prevail. Syriza captured a 3% lead in the polls following mass public discontent over the harsh austerity measures Athens was forced to accept in return for a €240 billion bailout.

Austerity has plunged the economy into conditions worse than in the Great Depression. As Professor Bill Black observes, the question is not why the Greek people are rising up to reject the barbarous measures but what took them so long.

U.S. Cops Kill at 100 Times the Rate of Other Capitalist Countries

How many people are killed every year by the police in the U.S.? The exact number is not known. There is no federal agency that keeps track. The FBI compiles annual statistics for “justified homicides” by police—and all reported police killings are registered as “justified” by the FBI.

The federal government drove $789,473,350,613.20 deeper into debt in calendar year 2014, an increase that equaled $6,875 per household, $7,458 per full-time year-round worker, and $8,853 per full-time year-round private-sector worker.

According to the Treasury, the debt started calendar year 2014 at $17,351,970,784,950.10 and ended it at $18,141,444,135,563.30.

When Obama took office on Jan. 20, 2009, the debt was $10,626,877,048,913.08. Since then, it has increased $7,514,567,086,650.22--which is $65,443 per household, $70,985 per full-time worker and $84,266 per full-time private-sector worker.

Obamacare vote to test Democrats’ resolve under Republican majority

House Republicans will hold a vote this week to change Obamacare’s definition of full-time work from 30 hours a week to the traditional 40, setting up an early test to see how many Democrats are willing to buck President Obama and his signature overhaul now that they are in the minority.

It’s part of the early agenda taking shape on Capitol Hill, where the GOP in both the House and Senate is planning votes on issues that have earned bipartisan support before, but which stalled as Democrats circled wagons to protect Mr. Obama politically.

In Heien vs. North Carolina, the court ruled (nearly unanimously, there was just one dissenting opinion) that evidence obtained as the result of a “mistake of law” can and will be used against you, provided the mistake was (wait for it) “reasonable.” This is an affirmation – or expansion – of the previous idea that if a cop acts in “good faith” his illegalities are to be forgiven.

Nye County commissioners need strengthening in protecting our land & resources against the BLM - Latest from Cliven Bundy

A notice from the federal registry reveals that the federal government is seeking even more power over the Nye County people by claiming further control of the lands and resources. Federal Register / Vol. 79, No.197 Notice, outlines plans to make much more of Nye County, Areas of Critical Environmental Concern (ACECs). ACEC’s are human restricted areas.

The Nye County people soon will have less access to their lands and resources than any other people in the history of this country.

On December 1st Nye County Commissioners held a meeting discussing the federal attempt for more control over the land and resources in the county.

Due to the unanimous voice of the citizens of Nye County, the commissioners ended the meeting with a decision to draft a resolution revoking any authority the county had given the BLM and declaring that federal agencies do not have constitutional authority to administer land or resources in the State of Nevada including Nye County.

Protesting the right to protest?

After the tragic death of two NYPD police officers at the hands of a police brutality protest sympathizer, some people have taken to the streets to "protest the protesters".

These anti-protest activists display their complete lack of empathy and decency by wearing "I Can Breathe" T-shirts, mocking the devastating last words of Eric Garner.

Pensions of Union Workers Cut in Federal Budget

Well, there's something very radical happened that people haven't been talking about very much. Normally a budget is supposed to decide what gets funded and what doesn't get funded, and it's simply a decision of what to cut back. A budget is not supposed to rewrite the law.

But what happened is something very radical. They rewrote two laws. One of the laws was about bank derivatives that Elizabeth Warren has spoken about, promising to bail out Citibank and other banks. If they lose on derivatives, they're going to get bailed out like they did in 2008.

And the World Was Split in Twain

In 1991, the Cold War between the US and the USSR ended, as, economically, the USSR had run its course. Since that time, the US has had the ability to back off on armaments and to strengthen itself economically, to become even more powerful as the world’s present empire.

But, of course, that’s not what they did. Instead, they went headlong in the direction of becoming a more highly armed, more fascist state. Along the way, they became extremely reckless with their economy, following a Keynesian model that contributed to the greatest debt bubble the world has ever seen.

Sony Hack a Prime Excuse for New US Cybersecurity Laws

Congress has been reluctant to pass the various draconian cybersecurity laws pushed by the administration in recent years, but that may be changing because of the high-profile Sony Pictures hack .

With the FBI ‘successfully’ pinning it on North Korea, at least so far as everyone on Capital Hill is concerned, there is a great deal of pressure for Congress to “do something,” and little interest in the evidence that North Korea had nothing to do with it.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Memo to the FBI: if you had real, actionable evidence that North Korea hacked into SONY, that would be one thing; but you don't so the charge here is nothing more than a bold-faced lie, and both US citizens, and the world, knows it.

The only bloody reason you pinned this on North Korea is that North Korea, at the New Year, was reaching out to South Korea for a new round of talks, aimed at ratcheting down the tension between the two countries.

Should that have happened, it would have curtailed this administration's ability to engage in war with North Korea, as a back door to a war with China, which must defend it due to treaty obligations.

The FBI's credibility, if it was not before, is in absolute meltdown, and thinking Americans do not believe one word you say.

The Walls Are Crumbling Down Around the “Official 9/11 Story” – Why?

An absolutely monumental shift is in process that most have not recognized yet. The truth, or at least some truth, is about to be shown to the American masses about 9/11. I say American masses because everywhere I’ve gone in the world outside of the US, with few exceptions, almost everyone knows that the US government conspiracy theory on 9/11 is for people with tinfoil hats that are either completely zombified or are under mass hypnosis. Lawmakers seek Saudi 9/11 smoking gun

Some members of Congress are ramping up their call for the public release of 28 classified pages from the government’s 9/11 report. The top-secret pages reportedly reveal Saudi funding of the terrorist attack.

On Wednesday, Reps. Walter B. Jones, R-N.C., and Stephen Lynch, D-Mass., will join former Democratic Sen. Bob Graham of Florida for a Capitol Hill press conference on House Resolution 428, demanding that President Obama declassify the 28 pages of the Joint Inquiry into Intelligence Activities Before and After the Terrorist Attacks of September 2001.

The 28 pages were initially classified by President George W. Bush and have remained under seal.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Saudi Arabia does not have a history of dirty tricks, nor a demonstrated ability to carry out such deceptions. More to the point, Saudi Arabia has no motive to attack the United States.
The Saudi princes have grown very rich indeed through the Petrodollar arrangement. Saudi Arabia buys many American products and weapons ($61 billion in 2011), and unlike Israel, the American taxpayer does not
have to give them the money first with which to buy those weapons. Whereas Israel constantly takes money out of the US, the Saudis pour it in! Private Saudi investment in the US economy is over $400 billion. Saudi Arabia is a major creditor to the US Government. Exact figures are hard to find but Saudi Arabia has loaned the US Government hundreds of billions of dollars.

Saudi Arabia is not going to risk an attack on the US because all that wealth would vanish. The Saudi wealth inside the US would be frozen or seized, and the outstanding loans to the US would never be repaid.
The "useful idiots" trying to save Israel by blaming 9-11 on Saudi Arabia have yet to come up with a motive for the Saudis to do something like 9-11 that risks losing all that cash.

Remember that Saudi Arabia was being framed for 9-11 right from the start. One of the accused hijackers, a Saudi Pilot named Saeed Al-Ghamdi, was
still alive after 9-11
and sued the US Government for defaming him.

And finally, here is some common sense that totally undermines the attempt to frame Saudi Arabia for 9-11. If Saudi Arabia really wanted to hurt the United States, they don't need to fly airplanes into skyscrapers to do it. All they have to do is ask for their money back, all at once. The resulting damage to the US financial system would make 9-11 look like a minor inconvenience in comparison.

And it would be perfectly legal for Saudi Arabia to ask for their money back.

What Most Police Officers Think Of The US Constitution

Face the facts. Most police officers swore to uphold the constitution because it was a necessary component of their induction ceremony. No induction equals no job, and no job equals no paycheck. People will metaphorically roll their eyes and swear to uphold anything if it means the difference in bringing home the bacon or not.

If the constitution is something a lot of them really don’t have “the feels” for, then you obviously need to possess it for yourself. Because you cannot count on the police to follow the rules, nor abide by the limitations on authority that the document is supposed to enforce.

DARPA Developing Microdrones Designed to Sneak Into Homes

The federal government apparently isn’t content with remotely watching and recording your every electronic (and real world) movement; it will soon control microdrones that could then be sent surreptitiously into your home. And unless the warrentless eletronic surveillance already being conducted by government-run-amok is brought to a halt, this new form of home invasion will also be warrantless.

DARPA, the military’s research and development arm, has announced its intent to sponsor development of a new category of these tiny monitors.

In a press release soliciting bids for manufacture of the microdrones, DARPA doesn’t define the potential target theatre, but any promise of foreign focus is illusory in a world where the Constitution’s prohibition on warrantless searches is seen as nothing more than a quaint parchment barrier to those determined to keep an eye (and ear) on every person in the world.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I will tell you precisely where I would like to see those microdrones deployed immediately after they have been developed: in the homes of every family of every military or research entity which has signed off on this concept, permanently.

Between the unholy trinity of the Patriot Act, the Homeland Security Act, and the NDAA, US citizens no longer have the rights to life, liberty, or privacy, even when you are doing absolutely nothing wrong or illegal.

And folks with kids and skills, please get the hell out of this country while you still can!!

Remember This When the Media Tells You “The Cop Had to Shoot Him Because He Was Armed”

How is it that these guns (sometimes knives) keep showing up on people after being shot by police?

The answer: throw-away weapons.

Throw-aways, or what are sometimes called drop weapons, became very popular in Iraq. Some US troops would carry a few throw-away AKs in their vehicles.

The idea behind having throw-aways is that when you kill an innocent person, you can plant the throw-away weapon on them moments after their death.

This allows you to maintain that the victim — who will now be named a “suspect” by Statist media outlets — was armed, that you had no choice but to shoot him, and that you “feared for your life.”

Quite literally, a throw-away weapon allows you to get away with murder.

‘US pursuing political agenda, not justice, sanctioning N.Korea over Sony hack’

There is no hard evidence for the United States’ claims that the North Korea was behind the hack on Sony. In fact, the evidence seems to point in a very different direction. Reports in US and global media say experts taking part in the investigation essentially rule out North Korea’s participation. They say the evidence simply isn’t there to point that finger.

Moreover, those very same experts point out that due to the complexity of the cyberattack it is not quite possible to determine who was behind it in mere 48 or 72 hours as was the case with the US government. Rather than seeing the evidence and drawing conclusions from that, it seems that Washington is pursuing a political agenda and using this issue to further that agenda.

Jan 04 09:24

How Many of These Secret Surveillance Programs Do you Know About?

According to various publications in the American and foreign media, the United States has created a global system of cyber espionage that allows the interception and processing of personal data around the globe in violation of fundamental human rights. Tapped phones, intercepted short messages, supervised discussions in social networks and stolen emails – this is the ugly reality we are living in. The NSA and other units of the United States Intelligence Community are more than capable of breaching any mobile operating system, be it iOS, Android or BlackBerry OS.

Washington and its agencies are literally spending billions of taxpayer dollars annually under the convenient guise of the “war on terror”, which in fact turns out to be a hidden war against its own citizens, now deprived of basic human rights. But what makes it even worse is that it’s pushing its satellite countries to launch an all-out offensive against the civil liberties of Europe and beyond.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The alleged "war on terror" is simply a cover for a continuing surveillance war against Americans.

We have moved so quickly from "the land of the free...and the home of the brave" to the "land of the cowed...and the home of the surveilled" quickly enough to make my head spin.

Prince Andrew named in US lawsuit over underage sex claims

A woman who claims that an American investment banker loaned her to rich and powerful friends as an underage “sex slave” has alleged in a US court document that she was repeatedly forced to have sexual relations with Prince Andrew.

The accusation against the Duke of York is contained in a motion filed in a Florida court this week in connection with a long-running lawsuit brought by women who say they were exploited by Jeffrey Epstein, a multi-millionaire convicted of soliciting sex with an underage girl after a plea deal.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The Prince's lawyers are already claiming that the Prince is protected from prosecution by Epstein's prosecution deal, which blocks prosecution of all "co-conspirators", meaning the rich and powerful Epstein was pimping the girls to.

But in the court of world opinion, this is looking really bad for the elites (and really good for the masses, who need to face up to the reality of what kind of sub-humans rule them).

The above is a photograph of Prince Andrew. The young woman he has his arm around is identified as Virginia Roberts, who has come forward as Jane Doe #3 in the lawsuit. Virginia's presence at Epstein's "events" is confirmed by aircraft records and court documents.

A New IRS Horror Story That Makes Past Scandals Pale In Comparison

The practice has resulted in emptying the bank account of an innocent restaurant owner and an army sergeant in Virginia who was saving money for his daughter’s college education.

Then there was the retail business whose insurance only covered $10,000 in the event of a lost or stolen sum of money. As a result, the owner, who was cautious about keeping too much cash on site, was careful to send employees to make bank deposits throughout the day in amounts less than $10,000 so he could rely on his insurance policy.

In each of these cases, and many others, the IRS, without notice or so much as a criminal complaint or indictment, swooped in and emptied the bank accounts of these completely legitimate people and businesses.

We are continually lied to and deceived by the mass media and our government institutions. Professionally-crafted propaganda techniques to frame the story and, in many cases, to advance totally fabricated events, have been used to goad on the population and gain support for the State, even at the expense of what is best for the people.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The US government does not have a legal right to lie to its people.

And if you want a recent example of this, just take a look at Obama's declared intention to punish North Korea with sanctions about the Sony data breach, which North Korea did not do.

But North Korea was making overtures to South Korea about meeting, at a very high level, to replace the armistice, well over 60 years old this year, with a real peace treaty; and of course, Obama couldn't stand to see that happen, because it would ruin his chances of starting his war against North Korea as a back door to a war with China, because both China's currency and military are on the ascendent.

Florida Cop Caught Stealing from Walmart

Authorities in Coral Springs, Fla., caught one of their own allegedly stealing from Walmart ... and the Broward Sheriff's Office detention deputy didn't even bother taking off his uniform to do it. A BSO rep says Theodore Parrish turned himself in this week after he was spotted on surveillance video using the store's self-checkout lanes—and allegedly putting some of the items into his shopping cart without actually paying for them. Police say he stole $176.14 on five separate occasions; during the last two, he was wearing his BSO uniform. He now faces a charge of petit theft.

It’s time to abolish the CIA

After a trial run of 67 years, the agency has proven a sorcerer’s apprentice. The director and his subordinates have became insufferably arrogant Platonic Guardians hiding behind secrecy in the belief that the rest of us are too stupid or naive to judge what risks to accept to preserve liberty and the rule of law. The CIA has made Americans less safe.

US President Barack Obama signed an executive order on Friday authorizing the imposition of new sanctions against certain North Korean entities in the wake of the recent Sony hack the White House continues to blame on Pyongyang.

Why is it illegal for communities to protect themselves from harm?

The supposed answer to that question is the Supremacy Clause of the US Constitution, Article 6, paragraph 2:

“This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.”

By inference, the individual states declare their own supremacy when local communities try to nullify or avoid state statutes.

Keep in mind that the US Constitution enumerates powers granted to the federal government, and reserves all other powers for the states or the people. But this restraint has been trampled on so many times it’s barely visible under the tonnage of federal law and regulation.

UN Seeks to Criminalize Free Speech, Citing “Human Rights”

Under the guise of advancing what the United Nations refers to as “human rights,” the dictator-dominated global body is waging a full-blown assault on free-speech rights by pressuring governments to criminalize so-called “hate speech.” Indeed, working alongside radical government-funded activist groups and anti-liberty politicians around the world, the UN and other totalitarian-minded forces have now reached the point where they openly claim that what they call “international law” actually requires governments to ban speech and organizations they disapprove of. Critics, though, are fighting back in an effort to protect freedom of speech — among the most fundamental of all real rights.

Egypt: Top Court Orders Retrial of Imprisoned Al-Jazeera Journalists

Egypt’s highest court of appeals has ordered a retrial of three al-Jazeera journalists who were imprisoned there last year, AFP reports, citing a defense lawyer.

Two Al Jazeera Journalists Held in Egypt Could Be Released Soon
"The Court of Cassation has accepted their appeal and ordered a retrial," said Amr Al-Deeb, a defense lawyer for Peter Greste, following a brief hearing.

Greste, an Australian national, as well as Canadian-Egyptian Mohamed Fahmy and Baher Mohamed, an Egyptian national, were found guilty of publishing false news about Egypt, as well as aiding the Muslim Brotherhood, an organization authorities there have considered a terrorist organization since December 2013. Al-Jazeera has demanded the release of its reporters, and is calling the accusations against them absurd.

2014 Year in Review: 7 Examples of Police State Technology Making Our Rights Obsolete

Things are not looking pretty for the land of the free.

The year 2014 has made it very clear that privacy is under threat, and the situation is not likely to improve. Mass surveillance – which became a national issue via the Edward Snowden leaks – is not subsiding or under reform; instead, is becoming more bold and complex with each passing day.

It would take several books to catalog the myriad ways in which the rights of The People have been casually infringed by various levels of government just in years since 9/11 and the introduction of the PATRIOT Act.

And it’s not only are federal agencies like the NSA, Homeland Security and the FBI that are taking liberties with our… umm… liberties; it is local police, too. The rise of technology is rapidly fueling these agencies with data and “intelligence” with very little oversight and even less pause for reflection to use these powerful abilities wisely and yes, judiciously.

‘Caught in dragnet’: Innocent charities lose millions due to anti-terror laws

British charities working in conflict zones are being cut off from millions of pounds worth of funding due to counter-terrorism legislation, a report published on Wednesday suggests.

The paper, produced by the Demos think tank, shows that a wide range of charities, especially those operating in the Middle East, have been affected as major banks continue to shut down bank accounts they believe might be linked to funding terrorist activity.

“Certain users of the banking system deemed to be high risk have found it ever harder to receive, send and store their money,” said the Royal United Services Institute’s (RUSI) director for financial crime and security studies, Tom Keatinge, who authored the report.

“In the worst cases they have had their bank accounts closed, losing financial access.”

Why Is The Fed Hiring An "Emergency Preparedness Specialist Familiar With DHS Directives"

A few weeks ago, we reported that for some still unexplained reason, the US Treasury is ordering "survival kits" to its employees overseeing the federal banking system.

We still don't know why. But what makes things even more surprising, and confusing, is that two days before the survival kit RFP soliciation became public on December 4, 2014, a just as curious notice was blasted by the Fed's recruiting Twitter account:

So the Fed is hiring not just any "emergency preparedness specialist" but one familiar with DHS directives?

#Hiring an emergency preparedness specialist familiar w/ Department of Homeland Security directives. #Job ID:10185 http://go.usa.gov/6rpx

The only question is why does the Fed - a uniformly safe institution, where economists engage in deep contemplation and decide how much of the US deficit they will monetize - need a person with these qualifications?

Webmaster's Commentary:

The only thing which makes sense to me is that the Fed believes, based on some very critical realities, that there is going to be some massive financial and social disruption in the US in 2015.

Folks, I know I sound like a chipped CD on this one, but if the Fed is preparing for a massive financial and social disruption here at home, you had darned well better be preparing for it as well.

Please make sure you have potable water, some kind of filtration, storable food and a means to cook things if power goes off. If you, or the people you care about are on medication, please make sure you have extra medication for yourself, and your loved ones. Buy small amounts of gold and silver, and do not put any more money in the bank than just what you need to pay your bills. Figure out what skills and services you can barter if the US currency crashes completely, and becomes worthless. Have a bug out plan, if you need to leave, and make sure you know how to get your children released from school, if you need to.

Preparing never hurts; when things go haywire, it is the preparing that can keep you and your family alive in the middle of any kind of a disaster.

Couple thrown in JAIL for being unable to pay court fees on traffic ticket they received visiting dying son in hospital

An Alabama couple say they ended up in a modern-day equivalent of a debtor's jail after they had failed to pay court fees in connection to a minor traffic violation as their young son lay dying in the hospital.

Tim Fugatt, a music pastor from Sylacauga, Alabama, was pulled over in Childersburg in December 2010 and issued a ticket for driving with an expired tag on his license plate.

At the time of the traffic stop, Mr Fugatt was returning home from visiting his terminally ill infant son, Cole, suffering from a rare brain disease.

Obama Imposed 75,000 Pages of New Regulations in 2014

Just in the last few weeks, the Obama administration has proposed or imposed over 1,200 new regulations on the American people that will add even more to the already crushing $2 trillion per year cost burden of the federal regulatory machine. According to data compiled from the federal government’s Regulations.gov website by the Daily Caller, most of the new regulatory schemes involve energy and the environment — 139 during a mere two-week period in December, to be precise. In all, the Obama administration foisted more than 75,000 pages of regulations on the United States in 2014, costing over $200 billion, on the low end, if new proposed rules are taken into account.

NSA spying in Vienna detailed at Chaos meet

According to a report in the Austrian news daily Der Standard, Möchel had made extensive use of the documents revealed by Edward Snowden, the former systems administrator and defense contractor with Booz Allen Hamilton who allegedly leaked NSA and CIA secret archives.

The documents show that the American National Security Agency operates a robust presence in the Austrian capital, and with good reason. Despite Vienna having a population of only 1.75 million people, the city is home to more than 17,000 accredited diplomats, many of whom work in the various international organizations, including the United Nations, IAEA, UNIDO, CTBTO, OSCE and OPEC.

That means nearly 1 percent of Vienna's population have diplomatic status - and a significant portion of those are likely to be spies, according to Austrian investigative journalist Emil Bobi, who estimates that there are more than 7,000 spooks living in the city.

Obama Says He Is Improving the World

U.S. President Barack Obama said in a December 30th Oval Office interview with Steve Inskeep of National Public Radio, that, “wherever we have been involved over the last several years, I think the outcome has been better because of American leadership.” This statement from him was part of his answer when Inskeep asked whether the President had regrets about “overthrowing the Gaddafi regime” in Libya.

Obama answered:

“We are hugely influential; we’re the one indispensable nation. But when it comes to nation-building, when it comes to what is going to be a generational project in a place like Libya or a place like Syria or a place like Iraq, we can help, but we can’t do it for them.” In other words: the Libyan people failed, and the Syrian people failed, and the Iraqi people failed, according to America’s President — but he himself and his predecessor Bush did not fail by bombing those countries under false pretenses as they did.

Webmaster's Commentary:

There is only a one word characterization of Obama's state of mind, upon making these statements: delusional!!!

Key Figures In CIA-Crack Cocaine Scandal Begin To Come Forward

More than 18 years have passed since Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Gary Webb stunned the world with his “Dark Alliance” newspaper series investigating the connections between the CIA, a crack cocaine explosion in the predominantly African-American neighborhoods of South Los Angeles, and the Nicaraguan Contra fighters -- scandalous implications that outraged LA’s black community, severely damaged the intelligence agency's reputation and launched a number of federal investigations.

It did not end well for Webb, however. Major media, led by The New York Times, Washington Post and Los Angeles Times, worked to discredit his story. Under intense pressure, Webb's top editor abandoned him. Webb was drummed out of journalism. One LA Times reporter recently apologized for his leading role in the assault on Webb, but it came too late. Webb died in 2004 from an apparent suicide. Obituaries referred to his investigation as "discredited."

Obamacare: How Screwed Are You?

Since the ACA was deemed to have passed Congress, rewritten and declared a tax by Justice Roberts, altered, parsed and carved up by Presidential fiat, had its many exemptions and waivers issued to the fortunate and filibustered against its funding; dozens of minions in various administration agencies have also cranked out over 100 final regulations on how this fraud will be implemented.

That’s the long way of saying you’re about to be subjugated. Think I’m paranoid?

Okay, riddle me this:

Since when does enforcement of a law require thirty times more words and regulations than the law itself?

The answer is when enforcement is the entire point of the law.

Worse than the dictators: Egypt’s leaders bring pillars of freedom crashing down

Egypt is enacting authoritarian laws at a rate unmatched by any regime for 60 years, legal specialists from four institutions have told the Guardian.

Since the overthrow of Mohamed Morsi in July 2013, Morsi’s successors in the presidency, Adly Mansour and Abdel Fatah al-Sisi, have used the absence of an elected parliament to almost unilaterally issue a series of draconian decrees that severely restrict freedom of expression, association and assembly.

28 Signs That U.S. Public Schools Are Rapidly Being Turned Into Indoctrination Centers And Prison Camps

It has been said that children are our future, and right now the vast majority of our children are being “educated” in public schools that are rapidly being turned into indoctrination centers and prison camps. Our children desperately need to focus on the basics such as reading, writing and math, but instead a whole host of politicians, “education officials” and teachers are constantly injecting as much propaganda as they possibly can into classroom instruction. Instead of learning how to think, our children are continually being told what to think. Not only that, our children are also being trained how to live as subservient slaves in a Big Brother police state. Today, nearly everything that children do in public schools is watched, monitored, recorded and tracked. Independent thought and free expression are greatly discouraged and are often cracked down upon harshly.

New NSA leak reveals scope of agency's war against crypto

?The National Security Agency boasts the ability to compromise computer protocols meant to encrypt private internet data, leaked documents have revealed. But the NSA has fallen short of totally winning its war against crypto.

Classified NSA files taken by former contractor Edward Snowden and published for the first time by Der Spiegel on Sunday reveal that, while the United States’ intelligence agency is indeed adept at cracking encryption, its efforts are no match when it comes to some of the more popular protocols used to keep communications private.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The last 6 NSA challenges Mike coded have yet to be broken.

So, even though the NSA boasts about seeing/hearing all of our communications, they really cannot and do not.

FBI forensic lab misconduct could affect 2,600 convictions, 45 death row cases

Nearly every criminal case the FBI and US Justice Department has reviewed during a major investigation that began in 2012 regarding an FBI lab unit has involved flawed forensic testimony, The Washington Post reported.

The review - originally spurred by a Post report in 2012 over flawed forensic testimony by Federal Bureau of Investigation lab technicians that may have led to convictions of hundreds of innocent people - was cut short last August when its findings “troubled the bureau,” according to the Post. The review was ordered by the Justice Department (DOJ) to resume this month, government officials said.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Back in 1995, the head of the FBI's own crime lab, Dr. Frederick Whitehurst, blew the whistle on the FBI lab's malpractice, which included rigging lab test results to help gain convictions. The FBI retaliated against Whitehurst, demoting him to the paint chip lab. Whitehurst eventually left the FBI in 1998 with a $1.1 million settlement, and a Presidential Executive Order by George Bush protecting government whistleblowers (President Clinton rescinded portions of that EO following the shoot down of TWA 800).

It would appear that the FBI did not learn any lessons as they are apparently still using the laboratory, not to find the truth, but to score points on a convictions scoreboard!

In 2010; the One Bank decided to destroy the economy of Greece. It did so for several reasons. It wanted to “make an example” of Greece for all the other European governments to see. This was deemed essential when (tiny) Iceland successfully broke-free of the control of this crime syndicate after the Crash of ‘08, and reclaimed its own sovereignty. Now, as reported by Glenn Greenwald, federal judge Richard Posner has come forward to tell us that that is exactly how things should be. “Like so many federal judges,” writes Greenwald, “Judge Posner recognizes rights only when they belong to agents of the state or the economic elite. When it’s ordinary citizens at issue, he snidely rejects any such protections. Of course, this is exactly backwards: those exercising public power (police officers) have a lower entitlement to privacy than private individuals. But power-servants like Judge Posner view only actors of the state and those who serve it (such as himself) as entitled to these prerogatives. That’s become the corrupt essence of the U.S. justice system, and it’s perfectly expressed by Judge Posner’s radically divergent views based on whose privacy is at stake.”

Isolated Incidents? A Lawsuit is Filed Against the NYPD Every 2 1/2 Hours

New York City comptroller, Scott Stringer, recently released a map of all lawsuits filed against the NYPD in 2013. This graphic representation of police misconduct was then analyzed and compiled into a compelling report which illustrates the dire need of reform.

The report put out by the comptroller’s officer, titled Claimstat, shows that the lawsuits are derived “primarily of allegations of police misconduct, civil rights violations, and injury and/or damage from accidents involving police vehicles.” The report was put out in July and is used as a way of using data-driven methods to try and save money.

However, it doesn’t look like counting the incidents of police brutality is doing anything to save the city money, as Stringer’soriginal report said that the 2015 budget would have to include $674 million for settlements and judgments (an amount greater that the budget for the Parks Department, Department of Aging and New York Public Library combined).

U.S. allies in the Persian Gulf have a history of directly supporting or at least allowing private funds to flow to terrorist groups. This phenomenon has its roots in the U.S. and Saudi-backed Afghan insurgency against the Soviet Union, which included aid to the so-called “Arab Afghans” who joined the indigenous insurgency. The impact on Saudi society, and the broader Middle East, was profound.

At the same time, Gulf monarchies view these terrorist groups as a serious threat. But the Saudi state is inhibited in dealing with terrorist financing, as it cannot afford to estrange the powerful clerical establishment that permeates society and is comparatively unabashed about funding jihadists.

Leaked ‘kill list’ shows NATO killed Afghan children, civilians in pursuit of low-level Taliban fighters

Drawing information from top secret documents spirited away by former NSA analyst Edward Snowden, Der Spiegel reports that the “kill list” used by NATO forces in Afghanistan included low-ranking members of the Taliban along with drug dealers suspected of supporting them.

As the war in Afghanistan draws to a close after 13 years, new information is becoming available describing NATO conduct in the war-torn nation. According to the newly released documents, NATO maintained an extensive list — including up to 750 names at times – of Afghans (found here) slated for death, including mid- and lower-level Taliban operatives along with drug dealers who allegedly supported the insurgents.

Webmaster's Commentary:

I find it very psychologically insightful that extrajudicial assassinations are the primary form of war this President likes to wage.

The most censored health news stories of 2014 - here's what the establishment doesn't want you to remember

2014 was a year in which we watched the mainstream media devolve into a spot-on depiction of George Orwell's Ministry of Truth, engaging in White House-ordered news story blackouts, CDC-inspired anti-health propaganda that endangered the public and corporate-funded disinfo campaigns disguised as news.

But what were the biggest health-related censored news stories of the year? That's what this Natural News article is all about. Consider it a short list of things the establishment doesn't want you to remember actually happened.

No Charges for Police Chief Who Used Badge to Try and Intimidate Teen into Posing Nude

Seastrand explained, she said, that they would go into the basement. “He said he would grab the station’s camera to shoot a series of nude photos of me, and then he’d hold it over my head for two years to be sure I didn’t commit another crime,” Westfall said.

“That’s when it was really chilling,” she said. “He’s standing there in uniform, he had his gun strapped on his side,” said Janelle Westfall recounting the horror of having a police officer intimidating her asking her to take lewd photos for him.

Seastrand then told Westfall that if she told anyone, he would deny it all.

As soon as she left the station she told her family. She told her uncle and her aunt, who were both police officers, who advised her to write down everything she remembered, while her father called the state police.

Only War, Inflation And Financial Collapse Can End The Global "Plutonomy", According To Citi

Wait what? Was there really a time 8 years before the French economist Piketty bashed (and made millions in the process) class and wealth inequality, when one of the world's soon to be most insolvent banks had a symposium in which the bank pulled a page right out of pre-revolutionary France and celebrated the world's mega rich?

Yes, and that's not all.

Confirmed: Fast and Furious docs show Obama admin was using the program to promote gun control

It is what was widely suspected by cynical critics of the Federal government such as the writers of this blog, but now we have official confirmation that the Obama administration was using Operation Fast and Furious as an excuse to advocate for stricter gun control measures, even as the program funneled thousands of rifles to Mexican drug cartels.

False Flagging the World towards War. The CIA Weaponizes Hollywood

Almost all wars begin with false flag operations.

The coming conflicts in North Korea and Russia are no exception.

Mass public hysteria is being manufactured to justify aggression against Moscow and Pyongyang, in retaliation for acts attributed to the North Korean and Russian governments, but orchestrated and carried out by the CIA and the Pentagon.

Molten metal under Trade Center rubble could NOT have come from jet fuel

The U.S. government, the 9/11 Commission, the National Institute of Standards and Technology, FEMA and the mainstream media all do the same thing. When they can’t explain something that contradicts the official version of events on 9/11, they simply pretend the questions don’t exist.

Among the most crucial examples of this are the large pools of molten metal found under the rubble of the two twin towers of the World Trade Center and Building 7. The molten metal burned under the rubble for weeks, with the final fires not being extinguished until December of 2001, three months after the disaster.

The official story can’t explain this; it doesn’t even try. That’s because the molten metal points to a controlled demolition – explosive charges combined with a material that causes a chemical reaction creating extreme heat to cut through steel beams.

School teachers forced to wear scarlet letter flu masks, gloves when they refuse flu shots that don't even work

The vaccine mafia is upping the stakes in its endless war against free thinking and personal choice. A shocking new report indicates that some daycare workers in Texas are now being forced to wear face masks and gloves throughout the duration of "flu season" if they refuse to be injected with live viruses and mercury.

Citing a letter received from a concerned daycare worker in the College Station area of central Texas, VacTruth.com reports that at least one daycare center in the region, Covenant Presbyterian Children's Center (CPCC), has implemented the egregious policy, which is akin to forcibly labeling all resisters with a giant scarlet letter in order to coerce compliance.

As more cities ban homeless camps, advocates cry foul

For Teresa Sigerson, a former waitress who has lived under a Chicago expressway bridge for three years, the camp she shares with eight others provides shelter, companionship and some measure of security.

"There's safety in numbers," said Sigerson, 51, who begs during the day and sleeps between concrete bridge pillars under a highway northwest of downtown. "Everything's convenient here - you're by the stores, the highway."

This year, Sigerson almost lost her space when construction began on tall concrete barriers on the raised slabs where the homeless were make their beds. The project, which was halted this summer, was meant to dislodge the decade-old camp in Chicago's Avondale neighborhood.

No charges for Bush-era torturers under Obama

Despite injustices committed by the Bush administration after the September 11th attack, Obama refuses to hold the wrong-doers accountable.

Though he admits the practices were torturous, and therefore criminal, he chooses to remain "agnostic" about whether or not the tactics worked and does not plan to pursue the issue further.

His reasoning for not taking appropriate actions in response to the recent release of the torture report may have something to do with his close ties to the CIA director.

Ukraine’s Government Is Starving Residents of the Breakaway Region

Amnesty International has found that “the already desperate situation in eastern Ukraine is being made even worse by” so-called ‘volunteer’ or mercenary forces for the Ukrainian Government, which are blocking the supply of food to residents in that region, and trying to starve them to death.

Thus, “The region is facing a humanitarian disaster with many already at risk of starvation,” said Denis Krivosheev, acting Director of Europe and Central Asia for Amnesty International, on Wed., December 24th.

Amnesty International reports that, “Over half of the population in these areas are now entirely dependent on food aid.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

This is absolutely certifiably criminal, on the part of the Ukrainian government.

And THIS is the government which has become the "BFF" of the American government?!?

Poroschenko is just another tinpot dictator, but apparently, in the eyes of DC, he is "our" tinpot dictator.

After Scrutiny, C.I.A. Mandate Is Untouched

Over a lunch in Washington in 1976, James J. Angleton, for years the ruthless chief of counterintelligence at the C.I.A., likened the agency to a medieval city occupied by an invading army.

“Only, we have been occupied by Congress,” he told a young congressional investigator. “With our files rifled, our officials humiliated, and our agents exposed.”

Nearly four decades later, another Senate committee’s allegations that the C.I.A. has engaged in torture, lying and cover-up have stirred echoes of the Church era — raising the question of whether the agency is in for another period of change.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Translation: the CIA will continue to operate outside of US laws, and international norms of decency, including the continuance of torture with which to obtain "confessions" germane to supporting the official governmental narrative.

And I for one do not support this kind of behaviour on the part of the CIA or any other governmental agency, and know, for a fact, that I am not alone.

Bahrain Adopts Israel Strategy To Alter Demographics

Prominent Bahraini human rights activist Nabeel Rajab accused Bahrain’s ruling family of seeking to change Bahrain’s demography by adopting a strategy similar to that used by the UK in the creation of Israel.

Talking to Iranian news channel Press TV, Rajab said the systematic naturalization of foreigners and the deportation of locals after revoking their citizenships are proof that al-Khalifa family is implementing the same strategy that Britain implemented in Palestine.

Dozens of Bahrainis have had their citizenship revoked and several have also been deported since Bahrain adopted the Bahraini Citizenship Law last year stipulating that suspects convicted of “terrorist” acts could be stripped of their nationality.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Absoflippinglutely unbelievable.

And a short memo to the Al-Khalifa monarchy: in doing this, you are sowing the seeds for this monarchy's destruction.

And I say this because there will be a point, when these "newly minted" citizens will begin to chafe under your dictatorship, and begin to demand what the Sunni members of your country have been demanding, so far, peacefully; and that is true representation in government..

And what are they going to do when they don't get that?!? Has anyone in the monarchy or your advisers thought this through?!?

The late President Kennedy said it best; when peaceful revolution is impossible, violent revolution is inevitable.

With these moves, you may have postponed a revolution, and bought yourselves some time; but just barely.

Supreme Court Rules 8-1 Citizens Have No Protection Against 4th Amendment Violations by Police Ignorant of the Law

In a blow to the constitutional rights of citizens, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 8-1 in Heien v. State of North Carolina that police officers are permitted to violate American citizens' Fourth Amendment rights if the violation results from a "reasonable" mistake about the law on the part of police. Acting contrary to the venerable principle that "ignorance of the law is no excuse," the Court ruled that evidence obtained by police during a traffic stop that was not legally justified can be used to prosecute the person if police were reasonably mistaken that the person had violated the law.

Webmaster's Commentary:

But rest assured that "ignorance of the law is no excuse" will still be applied to YOU!

Snowden Docs reveal 5-Nation Cointelpro Ops

Famed journalist Glenn Greenwald, most known for being the main reporter who received and exposed NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden’s stolen files, has just released another shocking global espionage revelation. Except this one doesn’t expose overzealous spying upon all of humanity. It exposes a worldwide cointelpro operation being perpetrated by 5 Western governments.

Police forces are in the business of protecting the populace from criminals and harm. It’s mostly a defensive job. But in the mid-twentieth century, the FBI expanded their mission to include going on the offense, not against criminals, but against anyone the government deemed the ‘enemy’. Thanks to a detailed report from journalist Glenn Greenwald and the accompanying 50-page secret document from the British government, it’s now apparent cointelpro operations are back.

How Covert Agents Infiltrate the Internet to Manipulate, Deceive, and Destroy Reputations

Among the core self-identified purposes of JTRIG are two tactics: (1) to inject all sorts of false material onto the internet in order to destroy the reputation of its targets; and (2) to use social sciences and other techniques to manipulate online discourse and activism to generate outcomes it considers desirable. To see how extremist these programs are, just consider the tactics they boast of using to achieve those ends: “false flag operations” (posting material to the internet and falsely attributing it to someone else), fake victim blog posts (pretending to be a victim of the individual whose reputation they want to destroy), and posting “negative information” on various forums.

The secret GMO war: double agents, betrayal, greed?Dec26

Well, let me put it to you this way. What would happen to Whole Foods’ program of voluntary GMO labeling if there were mandatory labeling across America, or in any state where Whole Foods does business?

Can you guess?

I’ll break it down. Whole Foods has pledged to put “non-GMO” labels on their products by 2018. They’ll do everything they can to sell as many non-GMO products as possible. The products that don’t carry the non-GMO seal will obviously be GMO, and customers can avoid them if they want to.

On the other hand, if suddenly, out of the blue, mandatory labeling became law, the whole voluntary non-GMO label enterprise would be obsolete. Why voluntarily put that label on products when mandatory labeling handles the whole issue?

“We put non-GMO labels on our food. Aren’t we wonderful?”

“Not really. The mandatory labels tell me everything that’s GMO. All the other products are non-GMO. Thanks, but no thanks.”

‘Everything Is In Place And Nobody Can Stop Us Now’ – Dr Day 1969 Lecture

The ‘1969 Day’ lecture has been referenced in many comments (mainly by Ned) – and thus I have posted the full Rense article here below. Dr. Day seemed to have anesthetized his audience into the belief that nothing could stop the well laid plans of this powerful (NWO) group. Well, we know, the natural order of systems is that they flourish and then decline. And in some ways, this can also be viewed as a parasite – host relationship. The success of a parasite is that it’s host is oblivious to the parasite. And as the host is sapped of ‘energy’ and resources, it has to adapt – thus the two are in a constant process of co-evolution. The danger, however, for the parasite is that: 1) the host becomes aware of the parasite, and 2) it has evolved to survive only on its host.

Putin: It Is Time To Play Your Ace In The Hole

The entire world is watching Putin play poker with the Western politicians lead by Obama and followed by Washington quislings in London, Brussels and Berlin. America's goal since the end of the Cold War has been to weaken by financial, economic and, if necessary, military means any real competition to its global financial and resource domination through the petrodollar and dollar world reserve currency status.

Why America would be foolish to wage a cyber-war against North Korea

North Korea's creaky internet crashed for nine hours on Monday, and is now mostly back up. This outage is probably no coincidence. Many observers assume that the Obama administration is behind it, retaliating to what the government called North Korean "cyber vandalism" aimed at Sony Pictures. That attack, as everyone knows, led Sony to cancel the release of a comedy, The Interview, about the assassination of North Korea's young leader, Kim Jong Un.

If President Obama did launch an undeclared cyberwar against North Korea, it may well be the equivalent of Bill Clinton launching cruise missiles at Osama bin Laden's empty training camps back in the 1990s. Clinton's salvo was never a real strategy to deal with a growing threat, and resulted only in intensified attacks. Obama may be making a similar mistake now.

Christmas in America: Growing Poverty, Unemployment and Homelessness in the World’s Richest Country

Poverty is a growth industry. So is human misery. America is banana republicanized. Unfit to live in for growing millions.

Democracy is pure fantasy. A facade masking New World Order harshness. Monied interests run things. Class war rages.

Inside the bubble it’s paradise. Outside it’s dystopian hell. America is venal. Corrupted. Depraved. Degenerate. Too broken to fix.

“The foul stench of corruption and hypocrisy that emanates from Washington is the smell of a dying country,” says Paul Craig Roberts.

Good tidings and cheer at Christmas and throughout the year are for America’s privileged alone. No joy to the world for most others.

NSA releases decade’s worth of damaging intelligence reports in Christmas Eve document dump

At approximately 1:30 p.m. EST on Christmas Eve, the National Security Agency responded to a Freedom of Information Act request from the American Civil Liberties Union by releasing more than a decade’s worth of incriminating quarterly and annual reports, David Lerman at Bloomberg News reports.

According to the heavily redacted reports to the President’s Intelligence Oversight Board, intelligence operatives routinely emailed private data on American citizens to unauthorized recipients, stored that data in unsecured computers, and retained it long after laws required it be destroyed.

“The government conducts sweeping surveillance under this authority — surveillance that increasingly puts Americans’ data in the hands of the NSA,” the ACLU’s Patrick C. Toomey told Bloomberg News in an email. “Despite that fact, this spying is conducted almost entirely in secret and without legislative or judicial oversight.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

There is no legislative or judicial oversight, because, most likely the NSA has ALL the dirt on all who might be in a position to try to stop this total surveillance, and they have been threatened into silence.

How quickly this nation has morphed from the "land of the free and the home of the brave" into "the land of the cowed and the home of the surveilled"!

And please remember: everything Hitler did was absolutely legal, at the time he did it.
