Sharpton angered some protesters at a weekend march in Washington, D.C., after he created a VIP section for special guests and pulled the microphone on an activist who wanted to address the crowd.

The US feels the heat on Palestine vote at UN

Over 1,000 Gun Owners Violate Washington’s I-594 - In Front Of Police!........Is This The Catlyst We've Been Waiting For?

Fed up with the passage of an 18½-page incoherent, rambling, unconstitutional gun control initiative that was bankrolled by billionaires, gun owners across Washington state held the largest felony civil disobedience rally in the nation’s history, brazenly titled “I Will Not Comply.” No one was hurt and no stores were looted. Between 1,000 and 3,000 lawful gun owners showed up openly armed at the state capitol in Olympia, Wash., on Saturday to defy the newly passed gun control law, I-594.

AT LEAST 15 PEOPLE HAVE BEEN ARRESTED DURING RAIDS TODAY IN SPAIN FOR BEING PART OF SO-CALLED “ANARCHIST TERROR ORGANIZATION”

On orders from the Spanish National Court, in an operation ordered by Judge Javier Gómez Bermúdez, the agents have raided the Kasa de la Muntanya, the historic house which this year celebrates twenty five years of activity. They busted the main entrance of the house to gain access while a police helicopter with spotlights was above the building. The twenty inhabitants of the house were able to gather in the gym while police accessed the building. At the time of the police raid, the building had two children aged five and six years. The Mossos separated one of the minors from his father on the ground floor.

Israel is occupied Palestine

Those of us who care and indeed struggle for justice in Palestine would do well not to fall for the old colonial tricks. Rather we should demand recognition that Israel is occupied Palestine, that all Israeli towns and cities are illegal settlements, and that it is time to free Palestine and its people from the illegitimate colonialist regime known as Israel.

“A Taboo on Telling the Truth About Palestine”

We are complicit in the creation of the modern Middle East. By honoring the taboo described by Edward Said, we made and now sustain Israel, not as a democracy which it claims to be, but as a war machine designed to extend the American empire over the bodies of dead children in Gaza and the WestBank.

There is no taboo against speaking of ISIS. The taboo related to ISIS is its connection to another American creation, the modern state of Israel.

Hedges opens a door into the darkness of our refusal to acknowledge our major role in Israel’s creation myth. He sees ISIS as an emulation of the modern state of Israel.

Is the U.S. Government incapable of breaking free from the domination of its Zionist masters?

The US Congress passed the United States-Israel Strategic Partnership Act of 2014 at the beginning of December.

As is made clear in the article by Clovis Maksoud, former Arab League ambassador to the United States, transmitted here, at a time when European states are, hesitantly, moving toward holding Israel accountable for its crimes and taking meaningful action to end the occupation, the United States is, defiantly, moving in the opposite direction, confirming its national subservience to Israel and its continuing support (in its acts if not its rhetoric) for perpetual occupation.

POLITICAL PRISONER BARRETT BROWN TO BE SENTENCED TOMORROW – WHY THE RESULT MATTERS TO FREEDOM IN AMERICA

Barrett Lancaster Brown is a writer and activist who possesses a unique combination of ability, courage, wit and determination. This resume of personality traits turned him into a threatening individual once he decided to direct much of that energy against the prevailing corrupt status quo. This is also why he’s one of the roughly roughly 2.4 million Americans locked up within these United States; many of them for non-crimes. The Feds went after Barrett Brown in the same manner in which they went after Aaron Swartz (tactics that led to the suicide of the latter). They came out with a bunch of trumped up charges, including that of copying and pasting a link (that charge was later dropped), and threatened him with 105 years in jail.

Seattle Apodment Moratorium Imperils Innocent Retiring Mother.

Josh Randall ponders his mother's fate before Seattle City Council

Do I like apodments... err.... micro housing? In general, no. I will not eat them with green eggs and ham and Might I reconsider my general disdain depending on the circumstance? Yes. To wit, the situation with Kathleen Randall, in which the purchase of her U-District home at 4315 7th Avenue NE is imperiled because the developer cannot obtain a build permit. Permits are needed, inter alia, to fix a crumbled sewer line that rendered the home uninhabitable. The thing of it is, the application was submitted prior to imposition of the moratorium but as I told City Council yesterday I believe that much of pushback they are getting in permitting is because of the moratorium. I wrote Council today:

CIA torture details are appalling

The global ‘war on terror,’ conceived by the Israelis and launched by their American lackeys shortly after the false-flag attacks of 9/11, is nothing short of a cruel hoax on the world. The sadists and megalomaniacs who have executed this comical ruse may well evade justice in this lifetime, but history will record their foul deeds so that future generations will rightly view them as the monstrous villains that they have proven to be.

`Christopher Bollyn: Why Solving 9-11 is Our Most Urgent Task

One sure way to get a grasp of our political predicament is to logically analyze what the political leadership has done – and what it has failed to do – about the terror atrocity of 9-11.

Since September 11, 2001, four successive administrations and fourteen Sessions of Congress have utterly failed to conduct a proper criminal investigation of 9-11, a criminal atrocity that profoundly affected the course of the nation. Rather than investigate the mass murder of 3,000 people on 9-11, successive U.S. administrations have engaged in a criminal deception, using lies to take us into foreign wars while imposing police state measures at home.

The government’s egregious failure to conduct a proper criminal investigation into the events of 9-11 is exactly like the failure by the newly-installed president, Lyndon B. Johnson, to investigate the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in 1963. In both cases, rather than conducting proper criminal investigations, the government appointed commissions that produced seriously flawed reports that were simply meant to support the official, but false, version of events.

Senate torture report reveals American sadism

The global ‘war on terror,’ conceived by the Israelis and launched by their American lackeys shortly after the false-flag attacks of 9/11, is nothing short of a cruel hoax on the world. The sadists and megalomaniacs who have executed this comical ruse may well evade justice in this lifetime, but history will record their foul deeds so that future generations will rightly view them as the monstrous villains that they have proven to be.

A particularly cringe-worthy revelation is that the CIA practiced “rectal feeding” where prisoners on hunger strikes were force-fed through their rectum in order to keep them alive. The RT commentary cited above writes that, “At least five CIA detainees were subjected to ‘rectal rehydration,’ or rectal feeding, the Senate report reads, in order to keep prisoners alive who allegedly otherwise refused to eat.”

Miko Peled: This is NOT Recognition

As the recognition by European countries of a so called “State of Palestine” continues, it is becoming obvious that this is nothing but an old colonial trick dusted and reused. The fact that liberal Zionist hypocrites the likes of the Israeli writers Amoz Oz and David Grossman are all over it says it all.

In Palestine, speaking out against injustice is no longer enough. In fact it was never enough. As people of conscience we must act for the removal of the injustice and its replacement with a free, democratic system. But many forget that in order to achieve this there must be a struggle. A real struggle, and not some intellectualized version of a struggle as is often suggested by some Israeli liberals, is the only way to defeat racist, colonialist regimes.

The new European ‘arc of instability’

What’s certain is that the Empire of Chaos won’t relent in its strategy of heating up the new arc of instability – inside Europe, across the economic/financial spectrum – and instrumentalizing its pre-fabricated New Iron Curtain from the Baltic to the Black Sea.

The European Council on Foreign Relations and Berlin think-tank Friedrich Ebert Stiftung have just reached more or less the same conclusion.

If the dangerous stand-off between the EU and Russia over Ukraine is not solved, the EU could face, up to 2030, a military build-up in eastern Europe; a new arms race with NATO as a protagonist; and a semi-permanent “zone of instability” from the Baltic to the Balkans and the Black Sea.

Citigroup managing director Shawn D. Miller was found dead in the bathtub of his New York City apartment...Police believe Miller killed himself, Detective Martin Speechley, an NYPD spokesman, told Bloomberg News Wednesday. The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission has just issued a recommendation for a three-year suspension of the license to practice law of yet another activist attorney.

The prosecution of attorney JoAnne Denison by the IARDC goes to the heart of the amalgamation of the legal system in the US into one streamlined cruise missile. The weaponization of the legal system has been part and parcel of the general attack on the Bill of Rights and Constitutional protections which have resulted in such actions as President Obama placing kill orders on American citizens and the removal of citizenship from independent journalists.

Argentina

Argentina, a brief summary:

until 1950, Argentina was 5th power on this planet. Everything worked perfect, there was infrastructure, and raw materials to feed the planet. With 1.5 metres top-soil average in the Pampa region, this is the most fertile and commercially viable place on the planet.
It was a paradise, and lots of fortunes were made there.

Enter WW2. In 1948, Argentina hadn't declared war on Germany yet. Why ? well, cuz they knew who was behind it. That is right, the Rothschild banksters, who had bankrolled Hitler.
So, the "World Bank" (now IMF) set up a blockade of Argentina. No more beef exports, no more Sorgum/Wheat/Corn/Milk exports.
After 2 years, the "World Bank" gave Argentina an ultimatum: either you install our puppet as a "democratic" ruler (Peron), and get rid of the Military gob-our-mint (until then not called a Junta).

“Hands up. Don’t shoot!”

“I can’t breathe!”

“How do we spell murder? NYPD!”

These were the sounds heard in the Times Sq. area last night as over 100 people gathered to protest the killings of unarmed Black people that have been going on for much too long in this country. A multi-racial, multi-ethnic group of people stood in the cold for 2 hours holding signs, reading the names of victims, and telling their stories to all who would listen. To further decry the long history of American racism, the names of people lynched, like Emmett Till, were included in the signs and recitation.

Where are the hundreds protesting the G20 unlocking our savings accounts for the banks to plunder at will? Where are the hundreds protesting the taxpayer put on the hook for #300 trillion of potential derivatives losses to save the Wall Street firms that made fortunes selling those derivatives?

These Michael Brown and Eric Garner protests are staged propaganda by a government intent on turning us against ourselves so we cannot unite against them!

Egypt alliance holds rallies against military rule

Members of Egypt's Anti-Coup Alliance have held nationwide rallies calling for an immediate end to military rule and the release of all political detainees in the North African country, Press TV reports.

Egyptian demonstrators who took to the streets on Friday were faced by security forces, but no heavy clashes were reported.

The alliance, led by the Muslim Brotherhood, also called for a round of national protests against the government of President Abdel Fatah el Sisi, who led a military coup last year against Mohamed Morsi, Egypt’s first democratically-elected president.

“The government is fragile and it will soon collapse because after the revolution which hasn’t achieved its goals yet, the people will not accept injustice anymore and they will for sure revolt against any tyrant,” said Fawzy Soliman of the Egyptian opposition group, the April 6 Youth Movement.

Brilliant New Device Lets Protesters Jam Surveillance, Block Stingrays

Well now we finally can. Tunnel is a portable Faraday enclosure that uses a 100% authentic copper shielding system to surround your phone. When your phone is inside, it forms a topologically near-complete surface to prevent non-ionizing radiation from penetrating its boundaries, letting you avoid surveillance. Thankfully, it’s not going to cost thousands of dollars, which has come as great news for protesters and other privacy advocates.

Outsourcing Atrocity: The School of the Americas and the C.O.I.N. Fundamentalists

1954 Govt 'Report on Hate Groups' Villified Eustace Mullins, Ben Freedman, Opponents of Water Flouridation, 'Invisible Government' & 'Zionist Wars'

Sixty years ago this week, on 12/17/54, the U.S. House of Representatives 'Committee on Un-American Activities' released their 'Preliminary Report on Neo-Fascist and Hate groups'

In it, they demonized Eustace Mullins, Benjamin Freedman, and those who opposed Water Flouridation. They particularly hated the popular publication 'Common Sense' which was derided as a self-described "patriotic" outfit trying to "save America" from a shadow government and ran headlines such as "Jewish Leaders Are Crazy For Power," "Zionists Threaten Russia With War," and "Invisible Government Rules Both Parties." In following U.S. New Cold War confrontation, Europe has been acting against its own economic interests. Its neoliberal Third Energy law has effectively blocked Russia from having any economic gain in selling more gas to Europe.

The demonstration is timed to coincide with the International Day of Human Rights, which marks the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948. The United Nations officially recognizes water and sanitation as a human right.

Participants in the massive march are calling for an abolition of the water charges—which are in step with a larger move to privatize the country’s water system as part of a bailout deal with the International Monetary Fund.

We're not waiting for politicians, judges or lawyers. Our birthright is NOT to be touched. We call on our Sheriffs, local representatives and legislators to stand with us and uphold their oaths.

The Constitution is the supreme law and our God given rights are NOT open for negotiation. We choose to uphold the law as peacefully and principled as possible, but it will be upheld.

We will buy and sell guns from whom we please, we will not submit to background checks, we will not give up our rights, WE WILL NOT Comply.

We will rally at the capital, openly exchange guns, unveil and plan to break apart the legislation and violate i594 in every possible way. Because ALL law that violates the Constitution is not law, it is VOID!

This is being organized by the Gavin Seim for Liberty and Anthony Bosworth For Sheriff and many great volunteers from across the State. Please show up.

Brutal Footage From the Berkeley Protest Is Almost too Awful to Watch

While there have been many protests across the nation over the deaths of Michael Brown and Eric Garner, most have petered out by now. Only the demonstrations in Berkeley are still ongoing, although they too are finally coming to an end. As I wrote about yesterday, both sides of the conflict have engaged in shortsighted and destructive tactics to achieve their goals. Neither the cops, the protesters, nor the looters, should win a medal for the actions they have taken over the past few days.

But it should be noted that the actions taken by the protesters and looters, did not emerge from a vacuum. While I believe the way they vented their anger was completely unethical and non-constructive, we should not forget where this anger came from. There probably wouldn’t have been any looting or vandalism, had the police not reacted the way they did last Saturday.

Shielding Israel’s Secret Nukes

You know something doesn’t wash when the contrary views are as overwhelmingly held as on this matter. The resolution passed on a vote of 161-5.

Neither Israel nor the United States says publicly that Israel has nuclear weapons, but just about everyone else in the world takes it as a given that it does, which would make it the only state in the Middle East that does.

The stated rationale for the United States casting last Tuesday one of the very lonely votes it sometimes casts at the United Nations General Assembly, on matters on which almost the entire world sees things differently, warrants some reflection.

The resolution in question this time endorsed the creation of a nuclear weapons-free zone in the Middle East and called on Israel to join the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty, to renounce any possession of nuclear weapons, and to put its nuclear facilities under the safeguards of the International Atomic Energy Agency.

Many Americans are reluctant to speak out against a U.S. war. There are individual reasons for this: a sense of patriotism, the desire to support our troops, fear of reprisals, a lack of understanding about the political process, etc. Unfortunately, when we do not speak up, our elected officials do not receive sufficient feedback that we (their constituents) oppose a particular war. Cops mock Garner with #WeCanBreathe tweet

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department attracted scrutiny over the weekend for a tweet that seemed to mock Eric Garner, the black man killed by New York City police in July by means many, including protesters nationwide, have deemed excessive.

In response to criticism over arrests made during protests in Indianapolis over a grand jury’s decision not to indict a New York officer for Garner’s death, Kendale Adams, a public information officer with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD), tweeted Thursday evening from the IMPD’s Twitter feed “…communication with those involved was peaceful and appropriate but some opted for arrest by #choice, #WeCanBreathe.”

Fuel crisis forced shut down of biggest nuclear power plant in Ukraine

Kiev Regime – a Disaster Awaiting Meltdown

Was the forced shutdown of the biggest nuclear power plant in Ukraine last week a result of the country’s fuel crisis? That crisis is itself a product to the political crisis that the Western sponsors have engendered in the country with the illegal coup in Kiev earlier this year.

The Zaporozhiya nuclear power station, which was forced to shut down on November 28, is located on the Dneiper River in southeast Ukraine. It is not only the biggest in the country, it is also the largest operating facility in Europe, with an output of 6,000 megawatts. Ukraine relies on four nuclear power plants for the supply of about half of all its electricity requirements.

Ukraine’s Made-in-USA Finance Minister

Though it’s difficult for an outsider to ascertain the relative merits of these insider deals, they could reflect negatively on Jaresko’s role as Ukraine’s new finance minister given the country’s reputation for corruption and cronyism, a principal argument for the U.S.-backed “regime change” that ousted elected President Viktor Yanukovych last February.

The substantial U.S. government sum invested in Jaresko’s WNISEF-based equity fund also sheds new light on how it was possible for Assistant Secretary of State for European Affairs Victoria Nuland to tally up U.S. spending on Ukraine since it became independent in 1991 and reach the astounding figure of “more than $5 billion,” which she announced to a meeting of U.S.-Ukrainian business leaders last December as she was pushing for “regime change” in Kiev.

America on “Hot War Footing” as House Paves Way for War with Russia

Mainstream Media Blacks Out as U.S. House of Representatives Passes Dark War on Russia Resolution 758.

America is on a war footing. While, a World War Three Scenario has been on the drawing board of the Pentagon for more than ten years, military action against Russia is now contemplated at an “operational level”. Similarly, both the Senate and the House have introduced enabling legislation which provides legitimacy to conduct a war against Russia.

The adoption of a major piece of legislation by the US House of Representatives on December 4th (H. Res. 758) would provide (pending a vote in the Senate) a de facto green light to the US president and commander in chief to initiate –without congressional approval– a process of military confrontation with Russia.

Global security is at stake. This historic vote –which potentially could affect the lives of hundreds of millions of people Worldwide– has received virtually no media coverage. A total media blackout prevails.

Federal prosecutors had asked for a sentence of between 14 and 17 years in prison.

AUDIO INTERVIEW: “Black Thugs Aren’t Black Heroes”

As the mainstream media continues to fan the flames of racism, this time using the police shooting death of teenage black thug Michael Brown of Ferguson, Missouri to advance their agenda, attempting to get the facts of the case out to the public, beyond the “comments” section of so many websites, is an almost impossible feat. Just the convenience store video, the autopsy report and the grand jury evidence and testimony are ample proof to make clear that this 18-year-old “child” was a menace to civilized society and got what he deserved for his documented brazen actions.

• Gutsy Nevada rancher, supporters refuse to bow to Feds.

Earlier this spring, Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy successfully beat back Bureau of Land Management (BLM) officials’ attempts to seize his cattle ranch. The struggle became a tense standoff that received national media attention as a true David and Goliath story. To many in the patriot community, Bundy became a heroic symbol of how a determined citizenry can stand up against federal government overreach.

Protests erupt in wake of chokehold death decision

Protesters are flooding the streets of New York and elsewhere -- chanting, blocking traffic and demanding change after the decision not to indict in the chokehold death of Eric Garner.

Demonstrators staged a "die-in" in Brooklyn, New York, late Thursday. They lay in the middle of Atlantic Avenue. An eerie silence descended as the protesters, who had cardboard coffins, stopped chanting.

The march was being led by three mothers, all of whom had lost a son to police. Protesters stopped other marchers from getting ahead of the women. They wanted them to walk in front.

"I'm so happy that people of all cultures, all ethnicities, came out to show their love and support, and basically we have to make a change because they're killing us off," a protester told CNN.
Garner video: What the grand jury saw

Webmaster's Commentary:

Yes, this verdict was an absolute travesty of justice, and needs to be addressed through the courts.

But we also need to have a national conversation about how police are trained in this country, with national standards on outlawing the excessive use of force in the process of arresting ANYONE.

Unfortunately, the "Israelification" of American police is not helping to moderate the situation.

As reported at rawstory.com in December of 2011:

The extreme militarization of American police forces has been brought to public attention by the tactics employed against Occupy protesters, which often appear more appropriate to counter-terrorism operations than to the control of non-violent protest. According to investigative journalist Max Blumenthal, however, the proper term for this ruthless suppression of dissent should be “Israelification.” In an article which begins with examples of American police training alongside Israeli security forces, Blumenthal writes, “Having been schooled in Israeli tactics perfected during a 63 year experience of controlling, dispossessing, and occupying an indigenous population, local police forces have adapted them to monitor Muslim and immigrant neighborhoods in US cities. Meanwhile, former Israeli military officers have been hired to spearhead security operations at American airports and suburban shopping malls, leading to a wave of disturbing incidents of racial profiling, intimidation, and FBI interrogations of innocent, unsuspecting people. The Israeli influence has been particularly strong in New York City where, Blumenthal writes, “under the leadership of Police Commissioner Ray Kelly, ties between the NYPD and Israel have deepened by the day. Kelly embarked on his first trip to Israel in early 2009 to demonstrate his support for Israel’s ongoing assault on the Gaza Strip. … Kelly returned to Israel the following year to speak at the Herziliya Conference, an annual gathering of neoconservative security and government officials who obsess over supposed ‘demographic threats.’ … Back in New York, the NYPD set up a secret ‘Demographics Unit’ designed to spy on and monitor Muslim communities around the city.” Not only dissidents but even ordinary criminals may be treated as terrorists under the Israel model, which can also include the routine use of torture. Karen Greenberg, director of Fordham School of Law’s Center on National Security, told Blumenthal, “After 9/11 we reached out to the Israelis on many fronts and one of those fronts was torture. The training in Iraq and Afghanistan on torture was Israeli training. There’s been a huge downside to taking our cue from the Israelis and now we’re going to spread that into the fabric of everyday American life? It’s counter-terrorism creep. And it’s exactly what you could have predicted would have happened.” .

This country does not need more techniques in torture, terror, or causing death to unarmed suspects; it needs a way to teach police how to de-escalate a situation, to the point where, if the suspect is unarmed, that no violence has to be used.

Otherwise, and I shudder to think of it, there will be more Fergusons, and more New Yorks, in terms of killing of unarmed, minority suspects.

We can stop this trend, but it will take enormous good will and hard work on the part of all police departments in this country, all community outreach volunteers, and the courts.

Americans Losing Faith in Democracy

Americans feel increasingly powerless to influence policies either to address their economic plight or to curtail the nation’s overseas military adventures.

Kurt Campbell, who was assistant secretary of state for East Asian and Pacific affairs until last year, had an interesting op-ed the other day that relates to the growing inequality of income within the United States to a lowering of the international standing of the United States and of its ability to sustain international engagement abroad.

For the American public, lack of active support for an active foreign policy is not only a matter of competition for scarce resources. It also involves a sense of empowerment, or a lack thereof. The public will care less and be less informed about foreign policy to the extent that it does not believe it has a say that really matters in determining that policy.

Ferguson marchers met with gunfire, racial slurs, fried chicken, and a melon

A group of Ferguson protesters were met Thursday afternoon with Confederate flags, racist symbols, and gunfire as they marched through a pair of rural Missouri towns.

Counter-protesters, including children, shouted racial slurs and carried signs urging the marchers to “go home,” reported the Columbia Missourian.

Residents of Gerald and Rosebud, where the marchers arrived about noon, set up a display of fried chicken, a melon, and a 40-ounce beer bottle in the street.

Some of the counter-protesters wore improvised Ku Klux Klan hoods, and they set up homemade signs supporting law enforcement and the grand jury’s decision not to charge Darren Wilson in the shooting death of 18-year-old Michael Brown.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This ABSOLUTELY reeks of spook central psyops.

To the peaceful protestors wanting to get their voices heard, please, do not allow these buffoons or any others to incite you to violence; that is precisely what the Federal government would love to have happen here, nationally, to give them the excuse to suspend the Constitution and Bill of Rights, and impose martial law.

That is ABSOLUTELY THE LAST THING we need to happen right now.

The U.S. government has spent more than $62 million since fiscal year 2010 providing highly specialized training to Mexican security forces, including some $16.3 million in fiscal 2013, as part of an effort to help Mexico better prosecute its war on drugs, records made public under the U.S. Foreign Assistance Act show. The spending has continued even as Mexico’s military and police forces continue to face accusations of pervasive human-rights abuses committed against Mexican citizens, leading some experts to question whether the U.S.-funded training is resulting in some deadly unintended consequences.

Last week, a United Nations committee registered its objections to U.S. treatment of Blacks. The UN Committee Against Torture’s latest report largely focused on the Obama administration’s failure to punish the torture of detainees in places like Guantanamo Bay and CIA interrogation sites around the world, but it also warned Washington that its policing policies in Black America are not in compliance with international treaties against torture.

An unprecedented ban on fracking went into effect Tuesday in Denton, Texas, a town of 123,000 located on top of the natural-gas goldmine that is the Barnett shale formation, the birthplace of the much-maligned oil and gas extraction method.

The Risk of Misreading Russia’s Intent

Official Washington’s “group think” on Ukraine holds that the crisis is all about Russian “aggression” and “expansionism” even with comparisons to Hitler. But such a hyperbolic interpretation of intent can create its own dangerous dynamics.

Much of the discourse over the past year about responding to Russian moves in Ukraine has been couched in terms of the need to stop aggressive expansionism in its tracks. Hillary Clinton has even invoked the old familiar analogy to Nazi expansionism in likening some of the Russian actions to what Germany was doing in the 1930s.

With or without the Nazi analogy, a commonly expressed concept is that not acting firmly enough to stop Russian expansionism in Ukraine would invite still further expansion.

Underlying such arguments are certain assumptions about wider Russian intentions.

The Ferguson Conundrum Solved By Community Security

Brandon Smith
Activist Post

Many times in the past I have discussed the concept of what I call the “non-participation principle,” but often people misinterpret what “non-participation” really entails. Such a strategy does not mean an individual activist or group simply refuses to support the system by not using Federal Reserve notes, or not paying taxes, or not buying Monsanto-generated frankenfoods. That kind of thing is all well and good, but ultimately, non-participation means TAKING away power from the corrupt political and financial elite. Sometimes, this is done through force of arms — but not always in the way some might believe...

"Time is of the essence to ensure that we meet our shared commitment to our citizen-solidiers and law enforcement," Nixon pleaded. Zionism And ISIS: Opposing Forces Or Two Sides Of The Same Coin?

Over the past decade, the Middle East — the cradle of civilization and the birthplace of the three major monotheistic religions — has become a flashpoint for religious extremism and fascism. FEMA Kept A Close Eye On Ferguson During August Protests

The Federal Emergency Management Agency kept a close eye on "civil unrest" in Ferguson, Missouri, in the days immediately following the Aug. 9 shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown, according to records obtained by The Huffington Post.

FEMA's regional watch center compiled near-daily reports from open sources like news accounts, social media and, in one case, a map created by a user of the popular website Reddit. They demonstrate federal authorities' intense interest in the Ferguson protests despite the lack of local requests for FEMA assistance.

Reflecting the news accounts they were based on, the reports from the Kansas City, Missouri, watch center stressed the Molotov cocktails, rocks and bullets flying in "violent protests." The bulletins do not suggest that FEMA attempted to collect intelligence or conduct surveillance in the St. Louis area itself.
