So that's why they are ALSO pushing through the US CITIZENSHIPS of Foreign residents who join the military!
Give us your blood,sanity and life,and WE WILL rush through your US passport(if you survive to use it).

Encouragement to Join Military

It appears they are amending the tax code to encourage more people to sign up to become canon fodder. Is that what I am presuming here?
