When it Comes to Israel, New Yorker Magazine Censors the Word 'Censored'

Censoring the word "censored"? Sadly, not a joke from a late-night comedy show. The New Yorker magazine staff recently censored the word "censored" in my November 2 ad for www.USMediaAndIsrael.com, a blog that looks at how the New York Times and other corporate media stifle their coverage of Israel.

In addition to my brief story, I also share a copy of the home-drawn political cartoon that the New York Times had censored, plus the backstory of how it came to be.

DID the NY Times censor content critical of U.S. media's relations with Israel? Judge for yourself at http://www.usmediaandisrael.com/?p=274
