West’s Readiness to Admit Georgia Launched S.Ossetia War is Step to Reconciliation with Russia

Readiness of the West to admit that the August conflict in South Ossetia was started by the Georgian troops, will assist in establishment of relations with Russia, whilst will not change opinion of the Western community on Russia’s disproportionate answer to actions of Georgia.

“The problem is whether Russia proportionally or disproportionately responded toward Georgia’s launching military actions,” Leon Aron, an American political scientist, said.

Webmaster's Commentary: 

Yes, let us keep the focus on Russia's disproportionate response, rather than examine the extent to which the US and Israel encouraged Georgia starting in November of 2007.

Had the Russian response been apparently `proportionate` as

desired by Leon Aron then Iran would have been nuked by Israel by late last August taking advantage of Russia's difficulties - and also with the Olympics in mid swing immobilising China.

Many millions of dead Iranians, likely.

Is Leon Aron thinking where we globally could be today, three months on, post WW3 with hundreds of millions dead at a minimum ?

Seems that a post WW3 world is surely good for Israel, as it is apparent to me that Leon Aron is thinking it would be.
