Three voters in Putnam County and three voters in neighboring Jackson County told the Charleston Gazette that e-voting machines from Election Systems & Software (ES&S) had switched their votes from a Democratic to a Republican candidate

One Cell Phone Call

All these voting machines, in all these places, with all these altered results. All this fraud, voter confusion and frustration everywhere.

You know, all you need is ONE cell phone embedded with the scripting uploading the the programming to alter the voting results, the secret access codes, a list of phone numbers to the computer servers connected to these machines, and viola, you can flip all these votes.
