From John Judge, Cynthia's press secretary during her Presidential campaign:

I had another call from Cynthia McKinney who has been told she will remain imprisoned in Ramale, Israel until Monday, July 6 at least along with many others. She asked me to pass along this detail. Among their aid group were three Muslim women from Bahrain who spoke neither English nor Hebrew, and two men from Bahrain. All five of these people were released from custody and flown back to Bahrain in the private plane of the King of Bahrain Sheikh Hamad ibn 'Isa Al Khalifah, where they were welcomed as national heroes.

More on the Obama lawsuit

The complaint is asking for declaratory (asking the court to declare Obama is not a US citizen, a “natural born” citizen and not eligible under the qualifications of the US Constitution to run for Office of President). Also asking for injunctive relief and an emergency TRO. Further asking for EXPEDITED Discovery. We are asking that Obama provide a “ceritified copy” of the oath he took to regain his citizenship.

UPDATE 2X: Democratic former Pennsylvania Attorney General Philip C. Berg filed a complaint late today in the U.S. Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania "for an emergency temporary restraining order prohibiting Barack Obama from running for president, and enjoining the DNC from nominating Obama as the Democratic presidential candidate.” The complaint wants the court to delcare that Obama is not a "natural citizen" and is not, therefore, qualified to run for President of the United States. The court is being asked for a temporary restraining order and expedited discovery. The defendant is named as: BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA, a/k/a

Now then, the timing of this lawsuit is clearly intended to help Hillary wrest the nomination away from Obama at the Democratic convention. If the injunction is granted (and they may have done a little "Judge shopping" in this case), there is insufficient time for Obama to respond and prove the accusations false before the convention. Indeed all the judge has to do is grant the injunction and refuse to hear the case until after the convention, and the damage is done.
