UN approves nuclear free resolution

The United Nations has approved a draft resolution proposed by the Islamic Republic of Iran on destruction of nuclear weapons under international supervision.

The resolution was ratified at the First Committee of the UN General Assembly despite the opposition of the United States and its allies.

Webmaster's Commentary: 

Okay, so now the United Nations is ordering the member nations to destroy their nuclear weapons. Let's see; who actually has some. Why, look there! Underneath Dimona! Do my eyes deceive me? I do believe there is a nuclear weapons plant down there!
