Police tazer man to death

The autopsy obtained by WITN News says Smith was tased four times by deputies. About a half hour later, Smith stopped breathing in the hospital emergency room and later was pronounced dead.

The TV report mentioned that he was tazered twice of those four times while in shackles and hand cuffs.

None the less the hospital rules his cause of death as "natural."

Webmaster's Commentary: 

"Because when you are electrocuted four time, naturally you will die!"

Oh yes! It's really "natural" when you get fried by a device that can only work when worked by a human hand.
I call it TORTURE(he was restrained) leading to DISPROPORTIONATE grievous bodily harm and MANSLAUGHTER,
If it had been lightning,they could have a called it an act of GOD.
Tazering is an ACT OF MAN!
The weapon DOESN'T kill on its OWN.
According to the Rule of Law,that is 2nd degree murder or MANSLAUGHTER,at THE VERY LEAST.
Hence,the deputies SHOULD BE BEHIND BARS in shackles and f****** handcuffs!
Disgraceful.
