This bailout deal was written weeks before the shit hit the fan.. The Banks that knew that they would be bailed out bended over.. However.. something is wrong with this scene.. and here is why.

The big banks went bust.. but the bailout boys knew in advance who was going to go bankrupt.

So when they bought these banks for a penney on the dollar.. They knew that the Fed (taxduck), was going to inflate the value of these worthless assets to ten times their real value, and stick it to the taxduck..
