Patricia A. Cook Dies In Culpeper Police Officer Involved Shooting In VA
State police say Cook rolled up the window, catching the officer's arm inside, and then dragged him.
Buchele says it didn't happen that way. He describes an encounter which looked and sounded like the officer shooting a person a point blank range, not because he feared for his life, but because the woman did not obey his order to stop rolling up the window.
Given this woman's background, I am not buying the "refused to show her ID" story. If she was at the church applying for work there is no reason9 for her to be confrontational over showing her ID. She has not committed any crime. So something else happened and I would be interested in finding out of there ere prior complaints against this officer (whose name is not given in the article) by women over inappropriate sexual advances or some such.

murder
jackrabbitThis cop is a whacko. Eyewitness saw the whole thing. Virginia has a habit of backing up the cops when they murder innocent people. They'll come up with some bullshit story - but maybe we'll see some honesty in Culpeper.
