Palin: U.S. shouldn't 'second guess' defensive military steps taken by Israel

Republican Vice Presidential Nominee Sarah Palin on Thursday said the United States shouldn't "second guess" steps taken by Israel to secure itself, adding that a nuclear weapon in the hands of Iran is dangerous and the United States must "put the pressure" on the Islamic Republic.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Memo to Governor Palin: The Iranians are enriching uranium at a 3% level, which is completely consistent with the creation of a nuclear power plant.

In order to create weapons grade uranium, they would have to be enriching to 95% or better, and this is utterly no evidence from a standpoint of IAEA inspections to suggest that this is going on at all.

That Governor Palin apparently doesn't understand this difference(or doesn't want to, in order to appease her Israeli masters, who do have nuclear bombs which go uninspected because they are not signatories to the non-proliferation treaty) is unsettling, to say the least.
