Obama's mission of mercy?

An hour or so before Obama’s announcement, conservative commentator and Obama critic Andy Martin was scheduled to file an emergency petition with the Hawaii Supreme Court to “release Barack Obama’s family records,” including his “birth certificate and related records.”

Webmaster's Commentary: 

Now, the claim that Obama is not eligible for the Presidency rests on a claim that he was NOT born in Hawaii. So, if Martin and Berg are correct, then there cannot BE any records in Hawaii and the lawsuit is rather pointless. Any records that result fromo the lawsuit by default have to be HAWAII records, of events surrounding Obama's birth THAT TOOK PLACE IN HAWAII. Of course, Martin and Berg will simply go back to screaming that the provided documents are forgeries.

Therefore, since the lawsuit cannot actually provide any real results Martin and Berg will accept, the only reason to file the lawsuit is to try to make headlines with it.

Of course they did. But the Repugnants didn't check McCain's records. They had to have Bush pass a motion making McCain "legitimate". Technically he is not. So if these MFing assholes really want to stir the pot, they are going to get burned by their own stupidity.
