Obama's birth certificate sealed by Hawaii governor

Although the legitimacy of Sen. Barack Obama's birth certificate
has become a focus of intense speculation – and even several lawsuits – WND has learned that Hawaii's Gov. Linda Lingle has placed the candidate's birth certificate under seal and instructed the state's Department of Health to make sure no one in the press obtains access to the original document under any circumstances.

Webmaster's Commentary: 

Which CONFIRMS that there is indeed a birth certificate for Barack Obama in the state of Hawaii.

UPDATE: I have a call into the governor's office, but in speaking with an associate who works at the department of records, the rule that only the person named on the birth certificate can request a copy applies to ALL Hawaii Birth certificates because of the problems with identity theft. This is not a special action taken with Obama.

OK, so he's born in Hawaii.

So, they come back with ... Hawaii has never been officially made a US state. So anyone born in Hawaii is NOT a leegitimate American citizen.

That is also true of Ohio, which did not actually complete the statehood process until 1959, yet produced a few US Presidents.
