Iraq Facing New Civil War, Insurgency
What does the start of a new civil war in Iraq look like? It looks a lot like this:
The Times reports today matter-of-factly on the pattern of assassinations of Sunni members of the Sons of Iraq militia by Shiite death squads:
American military leaders disagree among themselves about whether the assassinations are increasing or whether some of the killings are merely criminal acts. But they are "watching the numbers closely," said a military official who attends briefings on attacks.
Across Baghdad, leaders of the groups speak about the transition in similarly apocalyptic terms. Some have left Baghdad, saying they fear that the Iraqi government will conduct mass arrests after the handover. Others are obtaining passports and say they will flee to Syria.
It is not the "surge" which has worked so far to contain violence in Iraq; it has been the ethnic cleansing of the Sunnis by the Shiite militias, the death squads.
No one in the corporate media dares mention this, nor how this is going to play out when the Americans leave.

justiceBut that's what all this is SUPPOSED to accomplish for the PNAC NEOCON/ZIONISTS.
It gives them the perpetual "war on terror" excuse to increase global domination of Imperial America,including domination of FOREIGN OIL,GAS,precious metals AND WATER!
All in other peoples SOVERIEGN countries,all of whom SHOULD BE ALLOWED to keep those resources and do with them as they wish!
Why do you think we have EuroCom,CentCom,AfriCom,Pacificom et al?
Everywhere you find a "com" you will find natural resources that our America(the population)'WANTS',unless WE CHANGE OUR WANTS to only needs,and down-size EVERYTHING!
Achieve the goal,by ANY means,to feed the addictions that they have systematically got US HOOKED ON!
It's up to us to say,"Enough! I'm going Cold-Turkey!"
Then they will lose the main core of their EXCUSE to dominate.OUR ADDICTIONS!
Surge
EasterlingThe Surge consists of our military surging to their fortified positions and staying there while walled off ethnic enclaves fight it out. The Shiites have no recent history of ruling in Iran. As soon as the USA leaves there will be a Shiite bloodbath of WWII proportion as the Sunnis regain their power and administer ethnic justice. Just like the ideological cleansings in Viet Nam after we decided there was no more profit to be bled out of the war.
