Gerald Posner sued over alleged "Miami Babylon" plagiarism | WHAT REALLY HAPPENED

Gerald Posner sued over alleged "Miami Babylon" plagiarism

Disgraced writer Gerald Posner was slapped with a copyright suit today for allegedly stealing "significant portions" of his latest book.

Author Frank Owen alleges that Posner -- who gained fame for his 1993 investigation of the assassination of President Kennedy -- engaged in "numerous examples of word-for-word copying" to produce last year's "Miami Babylon: Crime, Wealth, and Power -- A Dispatch from the Beach."

Owen's Manhattan federal court suit seeks unspecified damages from Posner, who Owen claims in one section is "Eligible For The Guinness Book of World Records for Copyright Infringement."

Webmaster's Commentary:

Posner built a career attacking anyone who dared question the official story about anything, and it is good to see him finally getting his just reward.
