China aims to become supercomputer superpower

China's struggled hard to surpass the U.S. as a world power, and they've accomplished that over 10 years ago.

The 19th century belonged to the Commonwealth.
The 20th century belonged to America.
The 21st century belongs to China.
I trust China will not piss it all away like we did.
