Bailout Costs could have rebuilt the country's infastructure

According to cncb.com, the total cost of all the Wall Street bailouts is now being estimated at $1.8 trillion! I am officialy both shocked and awed by this staggering number!

Amazingly, that is just about the exact amount that is needed to rebuild the country's infrastructure! What a coincidence!

The American Society of Civil Engineers' (ASCE) estimates that $1.6 trillion is needed over a five-year period to bring infrastructure to good condition. This includes roadways, transit and railways. A program of that size would not only bring the country's infrastructure to good condition. It would also create countless middle class jobs, make the country more competitive, reduce energy demand and stimulate the economy. Or it can bailout Wall Street.
