I bought a digital TV top antenna for $30.00 and got my coupon and paid $5 for an analog digital converter box. I get 11 channels. ABCCBSNBC Two weather channels. PBS in my area has four digital channels. I only watch local news. Just as preprogrammed as national and world news in the USofA. I am happy with free TV over the airwaves. The programming is just as Zio-friendly as cable but at least I'm not paying up front for it.

I had not been to the local Fedderal Building in at least 10 years. My visit last Novenber was an eye opener. They took my 2 inch pocket knife and my cell phone and held them at the security desk. When I inquired as to why they took my cell phone I was told that my phone contained a camera and as a result I could not bring it into the building proper. I told the gentleman and lady who were in dark blue uniforms with bright shiny silver badges that I am a honorably discharged veteran and I realized that it was their job to carry out their duties but that being treated as a criminal in my own country was an insult to me personally as a veteran and as a citizen. I guess the Constitution only protects Corporate and Political elites and not the average 'Joe Citizen' veteran.
