CHARGES DROPPED FOR MEN FACING LIFE IN PRISON FOR RAP LYRICS AND FB POSTS

All charges were dismissed by San Diego Superior Court Judge Louis R. Mahoian in the cases of Rapper Brandon Duncan, known by his stage name of “tiny Doo,” and Aaron Harvey. At the end of the day, they were free to go. That said, this case is not over for the other defendants, who were also charged with more serious offenses, though many of counts based on the 182.5 California Criminal Code were also dismissed.

Law Enforcement Freaks Out Over Apple & Google's Decision To Encrypt Phone Info By Default

Think of the children! And the children killed by terrorists! And just be afraid! Of course, this is the usual refrain any time there's more privacy added to products, or when laws are changed to better protect privacy. And it's almost always bogus. I'm reminded of all the fretting and worries by law enforcement types about how "free WiFi" and Tor would mean that criminals could get away with all sorts of stuff. Except, as we've seen, good old fashioned police/detective work can still let them track down criminals. The information on the phone is not the only evidence, and criminals almost always leave other trails of information.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The government is a bigger threat to us all than criminals or terrorists (meaning the ones not actually working for the government in the first place).

Judicial Committee Gives FBI The First OK It Needs To Hack Any Computer, Anywhere On The Planet

The FBI and DOJ are one step closer to having one of their "keeping up with the digital Joneses" requests granted. While the default phone encryption offered by Apple (and at some point in the future by Google) still remains free of law enforcement/intelligence "Golden Backdoors," the agencies are one step closer to being legally permitted to hack nearly any computer in the world.

Webmaster's Commentary:

US sets new record for denying, censoring government files

For the second consecutive year, the Obama administration more often than ever censored government files or outright denied access to them under the U.S. Freedom of Information Act, according to a new analysis of federal data by The Associated Press.

The government took longer to turn over files when it provided any, said more regularly that it couldn't find documents, and refused a record number of times to turn over files quickly that might be especially newsworthy.

It also acknowledged in nearly 1 in 3 cases that its initial decisions to withhold or censor records were improper under the law — but only when it was challenged.

What's Scarier: Terrorism, or Governments Blocking Websites in Its Name?

The French Interior Ministry on Monday ordered that five websites be blocked on the grounds that they promote or advocate terrorism. “I do not want to see sites that could lead people to take up arms on the Internet,” proclaimed Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve.

When the block functions properly, visitors to those banned sites, rather than accessing the content of the sites they chose to visit, will be automatically redirected to the Interior Ministry website. There, they will be greeted by a graphic of a large red hand, and text informing them that they were attempting to access a site that causes or promotes terrorism: “you are being redirected to this official website since your computer was about to connect with a page that provokes terrorist acts or condones terrorism publicly.”

Australian PM attacks “lifestyle choice” of poverty-stricken Aborigines

Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott’s contempt for poverty-stricken Aborigines living in outback areas was on open display last week when he was asked about plans by the Western Australian (WA) state government to completely shut down many communities.

“What we can’t do is endlessly subsidise lifestyle choices if these choices are not conducive to the kind of full participation in Australian society that everyone should have,” Abbott told the media in the WA gold-mining town of Kalgoorlie last Wednesday.

To claim that Aborigines are indulging in a “lifestyle choice,” akin to that of layers of the upper middle class moving to an idyllic rural setting, is grotesque. The conditions in remote Aboriginal communities, which lack jobs, proper housing and essential services, are frequently described as “third world” or even “fourth world.”

World’s greatest pyramid scheme: How banks plot to seize your property and life

The bank begins the pyramid scheme by taking your deposit (which you might think goes into the vault) and they loan most of it out. In fact, generally, with some variation, for every $1 dollar that you deposit, the bank will loan out approximately $10. In other words, the bank uses your deposits to loan out more (way more) than they have in reserves in order to make big profits. This is ‘Fractional Reserve Banking.’ The banks only keep a fraction of the overall money on hand.

Watertown Shootout Detailed In Boston Bombing Trial

***
Earlier that day, shortly after midnight, one officer spotted a carjacked Mercedes SUV on a quiet residential street. That set off a frenzied clash in which Dzhokhar and his older brother, Tamerlan, hurled explosives at police, including two pipe bombs and one pressure-cooker bomb
***
“All I could see was muzzle flashes,” he said. “I couldn’t count it. It was nonstop.”
***
He saw a wick and a lighter and then watched as an object flew through the air, landed in the street and exploded, he said, shaking him to his knees.
***
Tamerlan saw him and came charging up the street, firing at him
***
“The black SUV, it was right in my face,” he said. “I looked down, and I saw the front wheels were over Tamerlan.”

France at war with alternative medias

They were thousands of people marching all over France for Freedom of Speech, chanting JE SUIS CHARLIE, after the killing of Charlie Hebdo cartoonists. No surprise there. Arguing in France is a national sport, the French just love to discuss the pros and cons of such and such ideas and to defend their point of view in discussions that can last forever. However, some had doubts about the political exploitation of such a massive rally. It looks like they were right.

First, there was a political and mediatic outcry against whoever considered to be an anti-Charlie. That led to a string of arrests on the vague charge of “defending terrorism”.

But that was just the beginning. What we are seeing now, is the start of a smear campaign to denounce all “conspirationists” who dare to disagree with the official policy of the French government.

It started when president Hollande has assimilated what he calls “conspiracy theories“ to Nazism and called to prevent their dissemination on the Internet and social networks.

On Monday, the US reached its legal debt limit of $18 trillion -more than the country’s entire GDP. Lawmakers will either have to again lift it, or attempt to cap spending.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The question Americans should be asking is not whether to raise the debt ceiling, but rather why the Federal Government, which is authorized by the Constitution to create and issue interest-free money, instead borrows that money at interest from a privately owned central bank, thereby plunging future generations into debt slavery to that bank? THAT is the real question Americans should be asking!

ORWELLIAN NIGHTMARE UNLEASHED ON SCHOOLKIDS

Rather than merely asking for a right or wrong answer to a math, history or science question, the new assessment industry is capable of boring into a child’s attitudes, values, opinions and beliefs, all of which parents and privacy advocates say is no business of the government’s.

The pushback has led some state education systems to recommend a reduction in the amount of high-stakes testing in public schools.

But, parents beware, the sudden realization that maybe too much testing is going on is not going to lead to less data being collected. Quite the opposite.

Internet Trolls: Propaganda's Final Frontier

The urge to control public perception, to label the heroes and villains within and without, has remained a political constant throughout our history. And for centuries the dissemination of these ideas followed a similar, top-down trajectory of some authoritative source telling us who we are and what we believe in.

But the advent of the Internet has changed all that.

The Internet is a game-changer in two ways. First there’s the nature of the medium, which allows for an escape from the top-down model and the easy skepticism it breeds. ‘Truth’ no longer issues forth from the pulpit or Dan Rather or the latest issue of Pravda; it reveals itself in fragments throughout our interconnected lives. Second there’s the global reach of the Internet. Now governments can dialogue directly with the populations of rival countries, even if the people don’t necessarily know who it is they’re talking to.

Canada’s "AntiTerrorism" Bill C-51: A Legal Primer - Overly broad and unnecessary anti-terrorism reforms could criminalize free speech

Bill C-51,the Anti-Terrorism Act, 2015, would expand the powers of Canada’s spy agency, allow Canadians to be arrested on mere suspicion of future criminal activity, allow the Minister of Public Safety to add Canadians to a “no-fly list” with illusory rights of judicial review, and, perhaps most alarmingly, create a new speech-related criminal offence of “promoting” or “advocating” terrorism. These proposed laws are misguided, and many of them are likely also unconstitutional. The bill ought to be rejected as a whole. Repair is impossible.

BOSTON — Using high-tech surveillance videos and photos, prosecutors in the Boston Marathon trial on Monday played an FBI montage that showed the determined footsteps of the Tsarnaev brothers weaving through cheering crowds and igniting two pressure-cooker bombs in one of the worst terror attacks in U.S. history.

The images, most never seen before, were culled from tens of thousands of images the FBI collected after the April 2013 blasts. They soon zeroed in on more than 70 images showing Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and his older brother, Tamerlan, each wearing a dark jacket and black backpack, nonchalantly walking through the crowds.

Not Shocking: Jeb Bush sold patronage and favors to his top political donors

The AP analysis of Bush's 275,000 FOIA'ed emails show that "donations" to his campaign were really more like "purchases." Of course, this is what everyone suspects -- indeed, is certain of -- in the case of politicians. But it's one thing to see the money come in and the appointments flow out, and another to read the elected officials corresponding with their staffers saying, basically, "Hey, this guy gave me a lot of money, let's give him this plum appointment."

In its Desperation, Scandal-Riddled Spanish Government Criminalizes Solidarity Among Citizens

On Tuesday, March 10, 19 Spanish citizens were rounded up in dawn raids by the Madrid police. They are accused of committing a crime against the Spanish state. That crime? Trying to prevent, through passive, non-violent resistance, the forced eviction of a local resident. If found guilty, the suspects could face crippling fines.

Welcome to Rajoy’s Spain, where helping out your neighbor in his or her hour of need is now an administrative crime.

A Not-So-Silent Tragedy

In most countries that have experienced foreclosure epidemics, the eviction of neighbors and local residents is usually a quiet, if not silent, tragedy. Often people don’t realize that their neighbors have gone until hours, days or even weeks have passed. Some may never even notice.

CANADIAN PUBLISHER FACES JAIL FOR POLITICAL WRITINGS!

Hello. My name is Arthur Topham and I am the owner, publisher and editor of the online alternative News site RadicalPress.com which has been operating in Canada for the past sixteen years. Over the last eight years I have been involved in legal battles with the Canadian government, first the Canadian Human Rights Commission and now the federal legal system over alleged offences that purportedly violate Canada's "Hate Propaganda" laws (Sections 318 - 320) of the Canadian Criminal Code (CCC).

On May 16th, 2012 I was charged with a Sec. 319(2) ccc "Hate Propaganda" violation, arrested and jailed after which my home was entered illegally by the RCMP's thought police who then proceeded to steal all of my computers and electronic files. Since that date I have been involved in a protracted and onerous legal battle with the British Columbia provincial court system and now the British Columbia Supreme Court system.

Jay Leno is sick of government-mandated ethanol ruining his cars

As it turns out, ethanol is extremely corrosive to old car parts, and has been causing fires in vintage vehicles across the country. “As someone who collects old cars, and keeps them up religiously, I am now replacing fuel-pressure regulators every 12 to 18 months,” Leno writes.

He goes on to document the vast number of other problems he has thanks to the fuel—trouble starting cars, inhibited combustion, clogged fuel lines, blocked carburetor jets.

Leno notes that, in the end, this all amounts to propping up the corn industry:

C.I.A. Funds Found Their Way Into Qaeda Coffers: The United States has financed the very militants it is fighting as it spends hundreds of billions of dollars in Iraq

C.I.A. Cash Ended Up in Coffers of Al Qaeda: They first turned to a secret fund that the Central Intelligence Agency bankrolled with monthly cash deliveries to the presidential palace in Kabul, according to several Afghan officials involved in the episode. The Afghan government, they said, had already squirreled away about $1 million from that fund.

Within weeks, that money and $4 million more provided from other countries was handed over to Al Qaeda, replenishing its coffers after a relentless C.I.A. campaign of drone strikes in Pakistan had decimated the militant network’s upper ranks.

“God blessed us with a good amount of money this month,” Atiyah Abd al-Rahman, the group’s general manager, wrote in a letter to Osama bin Laden in June 2010, noting that the cash would be used for weapons and other operational needs.

Can't take my eyes off of you, neighbour

New Zealand spies programmed an internet mass surveillance system to intercept messages about senior public servants and a leading anti-corruption campaigner in the Solomon Islands, a top-secret document reveals.

For the first time, New Zealanders can learn about people their government has targeted as part of its role in Five Eyes, a surveillance alliance that includes New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

The secret document, dated from January 2013, shows some of the names and other search terms that the Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB) entered into the internet spying system XKeyscore. XKeyscore is run by the US National Security Agency and is used to analyse vast amounts of email, internet browsing sessions and online chats that are intercepted from some 150 different locations worldwide.

GCSB spied on inner circle of former Solomon Islands PM and anti-corruption campaigner

New Zealand spies targeted the emails and other electronic communications of the aides and confidants of the Prime Minister of the Solomon Islands, a top-secret document says.

The document (scroll to end of article to read it) shows the Government Communications Security Bureau programmed a powerful electronic surveillance system to scoop up documents from the Prime Minister's chief of staff, who has spoken of his outrage at the intrusion into Solomon Islands affairs.

Another on the target list was anti-corruption campaigner Benjamin Afuga, who has expressed concern over the identity of his confidential sources.

The Herald on Sunday today reveals the first insight into the GCSB's precise surveillance targets in the Pacific. The document was obtained by the investigative journalist Nicky Hager and The Intercept, a US news site specialising in stories about the intelligence community's surveillance.

Hillary’s Miss Communication

When it comes to the Clintons, you never know which scandals will stick and which will miraculously disappear because of the deal they made with Satan when selling their tattered souls. That being said, Hillary’s metastasizing email scandal seems to have the potential to derail her presidential aspirations – and perhaps incur criminal charges.

It seems that when Hillary became Secretary of State, she immediately set up a private email server in her home and conducted all of her official business (and quite likely monkey business) on that computer email system rather than the cyber-secure government system which is required by federal law.

After a two day silence on the subject, Hillary eventually tweeted that she really, truly wants America to see her emails, and State Department spokes-hipster Marie “Jobs For ISIS” Harf has confirmed that this will absolutely happen. You know, eventually.

CIA director: Social media ‘greatly amplifies’ terror threat

CIA Director John Brennan said Friday that changing technology and social media websites have “greatly amplified” the security threats facing the free world.

Mr. Brennan told the Council on Foreign Relations in New York that the Islamic State group, for example, uses new technologies to “coordinate operations, attract new recruits, disseminate propaganda, and inspire sympathizers across the globe to act in their name,” Reuters reported.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Sorry, John Brennan, but does the United States Government not do the same?!?!?

And sir, there are 4 words in American English which can never be used henceforward with a straight face: they are "truth" and "the US Government"

And Mr. Brennan, there is a question which must be honestly asked and answered, and that is, how the heck do people become radicalized in the first place?!?

IS it because their governments are transparent; that there is a firm foundation of education and literacy, great health care, and a booming economy which all but guarantees them jobs upon reaching their young adult status?

Or, do people become radicalized because their life experience with their government is the polar opposite of what I have just described?!?

Let's take a look at the failed state of Yemen, shall we?!? The government of that country is judged to be one of the most corrupt on the planet; the economy is lousy; there is no real tradition of literacy and 21st century understanding, except for the very wealthy and the economy is in shambles.

And yet, over the last 30 years, this is the government the US government has propped up, financially and militarily. First, the Saleh government, then the Al-Hadi government was enabled up by the US.

Do you remember how many people were on the ballot when Al-Hadi ran for President of Yemen?!? Only one: Al-Hadi. No other candidate was on the ballot.

For well over 30 years, the people of Yemen were left in a truly losing situation; and ultimately overthrew their dictator in favor of radicals, something which seemed to throw those in DC into a real frenzy.

And to say that those in power in DC "didn't see it coming" indicates that every one in Sodom on the Potomac was simultaneously drunk, blind, and asleep.

Can you, for one moment, sir, blame the Yemenite people for having become radicalized to the point where they threw out the old guard, and closed down the Parliament?!?

The late President Kennedy said it best: "when peaceful revolution is impossible, violent revolution is inevitable."

Mr. Brennan just such a slow-boil situation as we have just witnessed in Yemen is about to take place in Bahrain, and potentially even Saudi Arabia; it is time for this American government to wake up and smell the burning smell of revolution all around them, and use US aid to encourage those two-bit despots we keep place because they are "our thugs" to give their people the better lives and real governmental representation they deserve.

The US government ignores these democratic impulses at its peril.

CIA DIRECTOR DESCRIBES HOW THE U.S. OUTSOURCES TERROR INTERROGATIONS

In rare remarks about a sensitive issue, the director of the CIA confirmed today that the U.S. government works with foreign intelligence agencies to capture and jointly interrogate suspected terrorists.

“There are places throughout the world where CIA has worked with other intelligence services and has been able to bring people into custody and engage in the debriefings of these individuals…through our liaison partners, and sometimes there are joint debriefings that take place as well,” said John Brennan, the CIA director, speaking at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York.

Brennan’s remarks confirm what journalists have long reported: that the Obama administration sometimes helps other countries do the dirty work of snatching and interrogating terror suspects–keeping the U.S. at arm’s length from operations that are ethically and legally dubious.

Webmaster's Commentary:

"....ethically and legally dubious.." ?!?!?!?

HOW ABOUT FLIPPING MORALLY ABHORRENT?!?

And folks, whenever the US tortures, or outsources torture, the following things happen:

1. The world understands that all of those values this country allegedly hold dear (human rights, the right to due process, and even the right to life) mean absoflippinglutely NOTHING to those in power.

2. When the US tortures, or outsources torture, it gives other governments which don't like us much carte blanche to torture American civilians and military personnel.

BP signs $12 billion energy deal in Egypt

SHARM EL-SHEIKH, Egypt: British oil company BP finalized on Saturday a $12 billion deal with Egypt to develop 5 trillion cubic feet of gas resources and 55 million barrels of condensates in the West Nile Delta.

Rising energy consumption and decreasing production have turned it from a net energy exporter to a net importer in the last few years and caused persistent blackouts.

Caligula’s Horse By Eric Margolis

snip: Adelson, who has reportedly called for nuking Iran, is also Bibi Netanyahu’s primary political and financial sponsor. So Adelson can say he owns the US Congress and Israel. Some Israelis, who will vote next week in a very tight election, are uneasy that Netanyahu is “owned” by the American gambling mogul Adelson. Is this the Zionist dream of a state built on morality, social fairness, and honesty?

Democrats are now largely owned by Israeli-American billionaire Haim Saban who calls himself somewhere to the right of the late Ariel Sharon. Saban, a media mogul, recently gave $5-10 million to the Clinton Library and is Hillary’s principal backer.

Bibi’s visit to Congress was clearly intended as pre-election political grandstanding. Marketing fear of Islam, Iran, ISIS, Hezbollah, Syria, al-Shebab and Boko Haram are now the stock in trade for embattled politicians in Israel, Canada, Australia and France.

New poll: Netanyahu's Likud down to 20 seats

The two final polls published before Israel's election predict that Zionist Union will have a four-seat margin over the prime minister's Likud.

A Channel 10 poll published on Friday, just three days before next week's Knesset election, has given only 20 seats to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's Likud party - the lowest the party has polled since the leadup to the vote.

n another poll published Friday evening by Channel 2, Likud got 22 seats, while Zionist Union got 26.

This four-seat gap between the two main parties reflects the results of most of the polls conducted over the past week.

Still the right-wing bloc was ahead of the center-left. In Channel 10's poll, the Arab Joint List got 13 seats, while Yesh Atid and Habayit Hayehudi both polled at 12 seats and Kulanu polled at 10. Shas stayed on seven seats, United Torah Judaism polled at six seats, and Yisrael Beiteinu, Yahad and Meretz all got five seats.

Will the 47 Diplomacy Saboteurs Have Democratic Enablers?

Republicans ostentatiously trying to blow up negotiations with Iran with their "open letter" to Iranian leaders - essentially begging Iranian hardliners to blow up the talks on the Republicans' behalf. Senate historians could find no precedent for the party opposed to the president in Congress trying to blow up an international negotiation involving the United States in this way.

But in terms of practical outcomes, the main drama still lies ahead. The main drama in terms of practical consequences is still all about Senate Democrats, not about Senate Republicans. Without at least six Senate Democrats supporting them, Republicans cannot pass anti-diplomacy legislation in the Senate. Without at least 13 Senate Democrats supporting them, Republicans cannot override a presidential veto of anti-diplomacy legislation. Without the support of a substantial group of Senate Democrats, Republicans cannot blow up the talks. The key question in the wake of the unprecedented controversy around the Netanyahu anti-diplomacy speech to Congress and the Republicans' open letter to Iran is: Which Senate Democrats will reward the Republicans who did these things by helping them try to blow up diplomacy?

Is It Time to Disband the Republican Party?

Unfortunately, the days of Eisenhowers, Roosevelts and Lincolns in the Republican Party are long gone, and so too are that party's progressive beginnings.

What started out as a good idea in Ripon, Wisconsin and Jackson, Michigan has turned into a nightmare for the US and for "We The People."

Today's Republican Party, the modern-day Republican Party, hasn't done a single positive thing for "We The People" in nearly 100 years.

Instead, that party consistently does things that hurt our economy, hurt our society and hurt our country.

Today's Republican Party has sold out to the wealthy elite, and only cares about helping the rich get richer.

They take millions of dollars in donations from lobbyists and mega-donors, all the while corrupting our democracy and electoral process.

Republicans today are in bed with the likes of Big Oil, ensuring that Big Oil can get even bigger, while our planet slowly gets destroyed.

Republicans today support policies that have destroyed a once flourishing working-class.

““We are now faced with a Russian leader bent not on joining the international rules-based system which keeps the peace between nations, but on subverting it,” Hammond loudly proclaimed during a speech in London (he could easily been talking about Tony Blair there).

In actuality, the opposite is true. What has Russia done to Britain? Nothing.

Conversely, the facts show that Britain has done more to undermine Russian security and destablize the Ukraine than any other nation outside of the US.

Vicious vaccine culture war now being waged against informed, intelligent Americans who seek to protect their children from deadly side effects

As this article exhaustively documents and reveals, the vaccine war taking place in America today is actually a "culture war" pursued by the most irrational and intellectually dishonest Big Pharma operatives, bloggers and journalists ever witnessed in recent memory. These people -- the "vaccine pushers" -- ignore real science and use wildly dishonest tactics of fear mongering, social shaming and blatant lying about scientific facts to demonize informed parents and attempt to criminalize those who pose intelligent, scientific questions about vaccine safety.

In this way, U.S. doctors, vaccine patent holders (such as Paul Offit), legislators and health regulators are marching America right down the path of medical crimes against humanity -- the very same thing we once witnessed carried out by scientists operating under the Nazi regime in Germany.

The Orwellian Re-Branding of “Mass Surveillance” as Merely “Bulk Collection”

Just as the Bush administration and the U.S. media re-labelled “torture” with the Orwellian euphemism “enhanced interrogation techniques” to make it more palatable, the governments and media of the Five Eyes surveillance alliance are now attempting to re-brand “mass surveillance” as “bulk collection” in order to make it less menacing (and less illegal). In the past several weeks, this is the clearly coordinated theme that has arisen in the U.S., UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand as the last defense against the Snowden revelations, as those governments seek to further enhance their surveillance and detention powers under the guise of terrorism.

US Sanctions on Venezuela Not Really About Human Rights

But what’s not too obvious to point out is what the U.S is actually doing in Venezuela. It’s truly remarkable how the very same people who demand U.S. actions against the democratically elected government in Caracas are the ones who most aggressively mock Venezuelan leaders when they point out that the U.S. is working to undermine their government.

The worst media offender in this regard is The New York Times, which explicitly celebrated the 2002 U.S.-supported coup of Hugo Chavez as a victory for democracy, but which now regularly derides the notion that the U.S. would ever do something as untoward as undermine the Venezuelan government. Watch this short video from Monday where the always-excellent Matt Lee of Associated Press questions a State Department spokesperson this week after she said it was “ludicrous” to think that the U.S. would ever do such a thing:

There’s Only One Way to Stop a Murderous Government

I’m sure by now, most of you have heard of the infamous Milgram experiment that was conducted in the early 60’s. I’ll save you the details since, if you’re like me, you’ve probably read about it a dozen times or more already. It’s one of most popular experiments to cite, because it says so much about the nature of evil, and the darkest potential of the human spirit; and anyone who understands the dangers posed by government power, could probably describe the experiment from memory.

In short, Milgram provided an answer to the most tragic question in human history. How do so many good people wind up doing horrific things to their fellow-man? How is it that when the Nazis had to answer for their crimes, all they could say for themselves was “I was just following orders.”

Hillary Clinton's Questionable Process for Sorting Work Emails

Hillary Clinton asked the public to trust her during a recent press conference at the United Nations, when she stated that she has already complied with transparency laws by turning over all public records she generated as Secretary of State.

She had no business making that claim. A Time magazine report about the process used to identify public records in her possession shows that she cannot possibly know if she is in compliance with the law. And juxtaposing her process with the words used in her press conference shows her core claim to be misleading.

Unless she can disprove the story, her credibility can only suffer from the comparison.

Hillary’s Email Mess Gets Messier

“In early March 2015, Secretary Clinton confirmed reports that she used a personal email account, rather than a government account, for government business during her tenure at State. Although AP’s FOIA requests have been pending for years, State first asked Secretary Clinton to turn over emails from that personal account only last summer. Secretary Clinton reportedly provided about 50,000 pages of printed emails to State late last year, and has said she wants those emails to be released to the public. State’s failure to ensure that Secretary Clinton’s governmental emails were retained and preserved by the agency, and its failure timely to seek out and search those emails in response to AP’s requests, indicate at the very least that State has not engaged in the diligent, good-faith search that FOIA requires.”

US leak investigation stalls over fears of revealing US-Israel anti-Iran operation

An investigation into a top US military general accused of leaking sensitive information has been halted over fears it could confirm a joint US-Israeli covert operation against Iran's nuclear program, according to US officials.

Federal prosecutors had been investigating whether former vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Marine General James E. Hoss Cartwright, leaked highly classified information to a New York Times reporter, current and former US officials say.

The leaked information was about a highly-classified operation to hinder Iran’s nuclear enrichment capability through cyber-sabotage, an operation not acknowledged by Israel or the US.

British Police Roll Out New ‘Precrime’ Software to Catch Would-Be Criminals

Police claim that this new computer allows them to conduct more ‘targeted investigations’, but does it really? The burglary ring detailed below could have just as easily been tackled through traditional, or ‘human’ police detective work. Machines do not necessarily do a better job than humans, but that’s not really the point. What they really provide for 21st century police and security services is a machine to blame should anything ‘go wrong’. That need to relinquish themselves of any human liability and responsibility is the No.1 motivator for institutions who are chomping at the bit to adopt this type of technocratic technology.

European Central Bank ‘asphyxiating’ Greece - Varoufakis

Greek Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis said the European Central Bank is holding cash-strapped Athens in a choke-hold in order to push through negotiations on the country’s bailout program.

The European Central Bank has essentially cut Greece off from short-term lending, which makes borrowing more expensive for the already heavily-indebted nation. If Athens doesn’t strike a deal with Brussels, they will lose emergency assistance funding from the ECB.

Bill C-51 committee hears monologues, but few questions

A lot can be inferred as to someone's leanings on a particular topic by the questions they ask.

In the first hour of testimony at Thursday’s review of the government’s anti-terrorism bill, Conservative MPs posed only one question.

"Are you fundamentally opposed to taking terrorists off the streets?" Conservative MP Rick Norlock asked Carmen Cheung of the British Columbia Civil Liberties Association — an echo of former public security minister Vic Toews’s "stand with us or with the child pornographers" statement.

Mass spying on UK citizens ‘essential,’ say MPs in landmark report

A Parliamentary report examining the mass collection of private communications by UK security agencies has defended the practice as “essential.”

The Intelligence and Security Committee (ISC) report, published on Thursday, said only a “tiny” proportion of data collected was ever seen by human eyes.

Intelligence agencies “do not seek to circumvent the law” and must seek the “specific authorization” of a cabinet minister before spying on individuals in the UK, the ISC said.

IDF prepares for possibility of multi-pronged terror attack coming from Sinai

"The scenario that we are preparing for is a multi-pronged terror threat directed against our forces and civilians in the Eilat area,"
***
"In the past, we have seen incidents in this area. The scenario is a multi-pronged attack, not just at one site, and we will likely have to deal with this challenge without prior warning."
***
"our mission as a division is to ensure a feeling of security and routine in the area. Whether it is in Eilat or Nitzana. The operational challenges are very complicated, because on the one hand you have here a peaceful border, and on the other hand a frontier area in Sinai has developed that enables terrorist groups to grow like Ansar Bayit al-Maqdis which became an ISIS affiliate. This organization, as we have seen recently, creates a number of terror attacks against the Egyptian army, and this is one of the more bothersome challenges which we are preparing for."

The Two Drunk Secret Service Agents Drove Into A Crime Scene investigation

Secret Service agents nearly drove over 'suspicious package' in investigation near White House, sources say

The two Secret Service agents who were drinking on the night they drove into a crime scene investigation near the White House almost ran over a “suspicious package,” sources told Fox News on Thursday.

The details of the March 4 incident come as officials seek to downplay what’s been the latest embarrassing episode for the troubled agency.

Police were examining the package around 10 p.m. when the two senior agents – one of whom is a top member of President Obama’s protective detail – arrived at a guard shack checkpoint that had been vacated due to its proximity to the package, which turned out to be a book covered in a shirt.
***
The officers on duty who witnessed the incident wanted to arrest the agents and conduct sobriety tests, but they were ordered by a supervisor on duty that night to let the agents go home.

Father Faces 20 Years Prison For Treating Daughter’s Cancer With Cannabis Oil

The medical mafia and the governments of ‘civilized’ nations have forced other children to have chemotherapy against their will. Can you imagine losing all rights to care for a sick child and having to sit idly by – or in jail – while the system dictates what is in the best interest of your progeny?

The laws clearly need to change. No government should be able to own your children and decide what is right for them – especially in light of the child sex abuse claims just now coming to the surface involving congress members and the UK parliament. Though there have been whistleblowers for years now. Are these really the people we want making medical decisions about our children?

The Maui GMO ban, human experimentation, and war crimes

To summarize: in the last election, the voters of Maui, in a ballot measure, decided to place a temporary ban on further Dow/Monsanto GMO/pesticide experiments in Maui County.

Immediately, Monsanto, Dow, and yes, even the County government of Maui (betraying their own voters), lined up against the results of the vote.

Monsanto and Dow, joined by the Maui County government, sued to nullify the results of the vote, claiming the regulation of GMOs comes under the control of the state of Hawaii and the federal government, and can’t be decided at the county level.

That’s where we are now. The voters’ demands are suspended in limbo. Their legal call for an independent commission to investigate the practices of Monsanto and Dow in Maui County, and decide whether they threaten the people and the land—that urgent call has been silenced for the time being.

Leading digital rights organization throws support behind National Day of Action against the government's Secret Police Bill C-51

OpenMedia is encouraging Internet users across Canada to support events in over 35 cities this Saturday March 14

VANCOUVER, March 10, 2015 /CNW/ - Digital rights group OpenMedia is throwing its support behind a massive National Day of Action against Bill C-51 this Saturday March 14. Sparked by concerned citizens on social media platforms Facebook, and reddit, events are being organized right across Canada, from Victoria to Halifax. OpenMedia is supporting the day of action by launching an online action platform to empower those speaking out against C-51 at http://StopC51.ca

Public opinion is rapidly turning against the bill, with a recent EKOS opinion poll revealing that only 29% of Canadians would give up personal privacy safeguards in order to boost spy agency powers. Over 75,000 people have already spoken out online in recent weeks calling on Prime Minister Harper to rein in the unaccountable powers and violations of our civil liberties contained in Bill C-51.

‘Idle Car’ Bill in NY Pays Citizens to Record, Snitch on Drivers

(Truthstream Media.com) Environmental offenses are carrying increasingly heavy prices, as the 21st Century tends towards tightly controlled urban living.

Cities like New York are now closely monitoring the impact of human activity and assessing new fines and fees for excess. Take a new bill to regulate “idle cars,” an issue that NY Councilwoman Helen Rosenthal says “is a real environmental problem and a real public health problem” that contributes to pollution death, but is little enforced.

Rosenthal’s bill would increase fines for idling to up to $1500 for a first offense and $2000 for a second offense, while offering a cut of the money to resident snitches who record video of the offending vehicles and turn in their idling neighbors.

IT Expert Says He Traced Hillary’s Email Server To Manhattan Government Building

Cyber-security expert Vinny Troia told Fox News’ Greta Van Susteren on Tuesday that he traced the IP address of the server Hillary Clinton used to host the private email account she used as secretary of state to a government building in the heart of New York City.

“I did read reports that [the server] was at her house, but when we traced the IP address it came back to the city office here in downtown Manhattan,” Troia told Van Susteren.

Webmaster's Commentary:

If Hillary had her email served on a government computer, than everything on it is the property of the taxpayers! If those 31,000 erased emails were private, then she was using government property for personal use. If those erased emails were official business, Hillary is guilty of destroying public property!

Conspiracy, Anyone?

Iran and Syria are the last two holdouts among the Muslim states still resisting the New World Order. The CIA/Mossad-manufactured terrorist group, ISIS, is providing the West with the beheadings and such. (Even though we now know some of the infamous beheadings are phony and not real. Plus, have you noticed that the U.S. media pays NO ATTENTION to the beheadings being committed by Saudi Arabia or Mexican drug gangs--beheadings that have been going on for much longer and with much greater frequency?) And Bibi is pulling on the heart strings of the American people (Christians in particular) by creating the new monster that must be destroyed, namely Iran (and Syria).

In the aftermath of Bibi’s speech, we now have warmongering GOP senators threatening a declaration of war against Iran, even though Iran has not threatened a country in over 250 years.

WHO Puts Kenyan Tetanus Vaccine Under Police Guard to Avoid Testing

In 1995, WHO come to Kenya through the ministry of health and offered to run a similar campaign. On the backdrop of what had happened in South America and the fact that the campaigns details were identical,

The ministry of health agreed with the Church and ordered for the vaccine to be tested before administration. WHO opted to withdraw the vaccine and cancel the campaign instead of submitting it for testing!
