Texas students not allowed to appeal to God

Students from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley took to protests after their Professor prohibited to appeal to God during classes and exams.
The Prof, whose name is not revealed while the investigation is being carried out, wrote in his class syllabus to refrain from saying "God bless you".
The document aroused indignation among the American students, as it violates their right on freedom of speech, stated in the First Amendment of the US Constitution. "You shouldn't have a boundary on what you believe in, especially in the classroom," student John Taylor added. "I would've not said anything, but it would've bothered me because as a common courtesy, I say God bless you to people who sneeze."
University officials did not discuss the syllabus on camera, but did provide a statement that essentially backs the professor's authority to ban what he deems necessary.

Heroin epidemic: US defends its market from Mexico

The US border control noted that a "heroin epidemic" is being spread in the territory of the US. Border Patrol officials put the blame on illegal migrants from the neighbouring country, as well as corruption among common employees at the check points. As Hector Garza, president of the Laredo, Texas, chapter of the National Border Patrol Council, claimed "every single illegal alien that comes into the country goes through the hands of a drug cartel", and the price is often a backpack full of heroin.
Most heroin is smuggled into the U.S. by illegal immigrants crossing the border with help from Mexican drug cartels, according to Department of Homeland Security officials. The cartels are also responsible for most of the violence in the border region.

War and Peace: The Lost Principles of Science and Value

co-opting peace movements via 'humanitarian' war

snip:Again and again the same pattern unfolds with another designated enemy to justify another US-led aerial bombing of another poor society with resources for the US-led corporate-money maw – already far advanced in Ukraine without press decoding. Accusing the enemy to justify war-criminal aggression is now normalized so pervasively that progressive organizations succumb too without any principled life-value compass. Organized amnesia allows it. Indoctrinated thinking governs it. Stupefied group-egoism motivates it. Today the new propagandists of war are dressed in peace costumes as they assume the official narratives of war as their own.

State-sanctioned killings without trial: are these Cameron’s British values?

Three months ago David Cameron celebrated the 800th anniversary of Magna Carta. Flanked by the Queen and the archbishop of Canterbury he genuflected before the pillars of Britain’s legal system.

On Monday he confirmed that he had executed two British citizens without trial. Reyaad Khan and Ruhul Amin were jihadis, from Cardiff and Aberdeen respectively, fighting for Isis in Syria. They were not killed in the heat of battle but with cold calculation. Their assassination was the result of “meticulous planning”, claims Cameron.

Khan and Amin apparently made a choice to declare war on both the west and other Muslims and have died in it. It should worry us all when young British men opt for that path.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Looks like Cameron took a page from Obama's book on this, as Obama believes that extrajudicial assassinations against anyone who needs killing is perfectly legal, and justifiable.

Officials Cover Up Housing Bubble’s Scummy Residue: Fraudulent Foreclosure Documents

EVERY DAY IN AMERICA, mortgage companies attempt to foreclose on homeowners using false documents.

It’s a byproduct of the mortgage securitization craze during the housing bubble, when loans were sliced and diced so haphazardly that the actual ownership was confused.

When the bubble burst, lenders foreclosing on properties needed paperwork to prove their standing, but didn’t have it — leading mortgage industry employees to forge, fabricate and backdate millions of mortgage documents. This foreclosure fraud scandal was exposed in 2010, and acquired a name: “robo-signing.”

But while some of the offenders paid fines over the past few years, nobody cleaned up the documents. This rot still exists inside the property records system all over the country, and those in a position of authority appear determined to pretend it doesn’t exist.

Webmaster's Commentary:

One has to wonder if the judges in these cases are getting compensated for "looking the other way" than deal with real criminal behaviour by corporations where the management believes that they can rip off property owners with impunity.

Obama Administration Accused of Ignoring Geneva Conventions in Refusal to Release 74-Pound Guantánamo Detainee

Ba Odah has been held at Guantánamo since 2002. He has never been charged with a crime. He began a peaceful hunger strike in 2007, and in 2009 he was cleared for release — as soon as Yemen became more stable or the government could find someplace else for him to go.

He is still waiting, now down to 74 pounds — a “chronic, life-threatening and potentially irreversible” condition, according to his lawyers.

Ba Odah’s petition to be released due to his failing and irreversible health condition revolves around two statutes: Article 110 of the Third Geneva Convention, and Section 3-12 of Army Regulations 190-8. The Geneva Convention mandates that prisoners of war be repatriated to their own country if their physical or mental condition is “gravely diminished” and is not likely to recover in one year. The Army regulations clause controls the repatriation of sick or wounded enemy prisoners of war, requiring a neutral doctor and direct repatriation in cases of serious injury or illness.

Webmaster's Commentary:

NOT a prisoner of war?!?

Sorry, Obama administration: this is sort of like being pregnant. Either you are, or are not. There is no middle ground here, and the phrase "enemy combatant" has no real force in international law.

Also, this man has never been charged with any kind of crime.

This detention is such an immoral mockery of American jurisprudence that I hardly know where to begin.

From the moment a child enters one of the nation’s 98,000 public schools to the moment she graduates, she will be exposed to a steady diet of draconian zero tolerance policies that criminalize childish behavior, overreaching anti-bullying statutes that criminalize speech, school resource officers (police) tasked with disciplining and/or arresting so-called “disorderly” students, standardized testing that emphasizes rote answers over critical thinking, politically correct mindsets that teach young people to censor themselves and those around them, and extensive biometric and surveillance systems that, coupled with the rest, acclimate young people to a world in which they have no freedom of thought, speech or movement.

If your child is fortunate enough to survive his encounter with the public schools, you should count yourself fortunate.

Most students are not so lucky.

The preparation for Russian military deployment in Syria continues

Go get em Vlad!

A campaign has been launched by the opponents of the agreement between the United States and Iran accusing Russia of intending to annex Syria by military force, as it had done in Crimea. In reality, Moscow is applying UNO resolutions and preparing an operation against the jihadists, and will go ahead with or without the consent of Washington. Already, the White House has organised a joint operation by the international Coalition and Syria. France is attempting to jump on the bandwagon, hoping at the same time to sabotage the US / Iran reconciliation.

U.S. Aerial Surveillance is Being Impaired Off the East Coast Until October 1st Due to “Military Activities”

UH!OH! Can you say FALSE FLAG children!

In a nutshell, it appears that aerial surveillance across much of the East Coast will be impaired until October 1 due to “military activities.”

Submitted by Michael Krieger, Liberty Blitzkrieg:

A notam issued Sept. 1 announced that, beginning Sept. 2, both ADS-B surveillance and TCAS may be unreliable in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, as well as in airspace extending approximately 200 nautical miles off shore. The situation is expected to last through Oct. 1 as a result of military exercises in the area.

But similar military exercises in the past have caused no interference with civilian ADS-B or TCAS, and AOPA is asking the FAA to explain both why the notam was issued so late and what has changed to raise these new concerns.

Public School Students Are the New Inmates in the American Police State

snip: It has been said that America’s schools are the training ground for future generations. Instead of raising up a generation of freedom fighters, however, we seem to be busy churning out newly minted citizens of the American police state who are being taught the hard way what it means to comply, fear and march in lockstep with the government’s dictates.

As I point out in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, with every school police raid and overzealous punishment that is carried out in the name of school safety, the lesson being imparted is that Americans—especially young people—have no rights at all against the state or the police.

Turkey Pushes Refugees To Europe; Part Of NATO War Plan, False Flag, Police State?

By Brandon Turbeville

When observing the tragic humanitarian crisis that has fully engulfed virtually all of Europe as a result of the mass migration of people from war-torn and third world countries, many may be prompted to wonder just how all of these refugees came to take part in a mass exodus at the same time as if they were acting on cue. After all, the Syrian crisis has been unfolding for 4-5 years now and the Libyan crisis even longer still. Other countries have found themselves on the wrong end of NATO but, until now, we have not seen the massive migration such as that taking place across Europe today and very soon to include the United States.

After all, if the Syrian refugees were escaping Syria because of Assad’s cruelty, why did we not witness an immigration crisis in 2008? 2009? 2010? In fact, why have we not seen such a mass exodus until now?...

What Are We Missing About Haiti in the Hillary Emails?

The truth is that no one will ever be privy to the complete correspondences, but there is more than enough information available to discuss how the United States conducts corrupt foreign policy in Haiti. Even if a Freedom of Information Request (FOIA) were submitted to obtain every last email on the official State Department server during Secretary Clinton's term, most would not see the light of day. Clinton's staff, under the direction of Cheryl Mills, was known for blocking the release of what they deemed "politically sensitive" documents requested under the FOIA law.

I mention Haiti because, after spending a significant amount of time there post earthquake, I have come to understand that corruption has been a part of our foreign policy for hundreds of years. I am not a Haiti expert, but I have seen firsthand the malfeasance of USAID, NGO's, the United Nations, foreign church groups, and international banking institutions.

Burned alive by Israelis

Incinerating humans whether in a gas chamber, military attack, by injecting petrol into the mouth or throwing a torch through a window all have one thing in common: burning is how racists manifest hate.

Five years ago at a stop during my book signing tour in San Diego, I met an adorable toddler named Farah.

She was being treated in the US for severe burns she received at the age of two.

Farah was one of thousands of civilians who were either injured or killed when Israel rained white phosphorus bombs on Gaza in 2008-2009.

The phosphorus that burned through Farah’s angelic flesh was American made and paid for by US taxpayers. Ironically, so was Farah’s treatment.

Last Sunday, mother of two Reham Dewabsha died from burn injuries.

Once again: There is no ‘war on cops.’ And those who claim otherwise are playing a dangerous game.

But there’s also a much more pernicious effect of exaggerating the threats faced by law enforcement. When cops are constantly told that they’re under constant fire, or that every interaction with a citizen could be their last, or that they’re fortunate each time they come home from the job in one piece, it’s absolute poison for police-community relations. That kind of reminder on a regular basis would put anyone on edge. We’re putting police officers in a perpetually combative mindset that psychologically isolates them from the communities they serve.

Public School Students Are the New Inmates in the American Police State

By John W. Whitehead
September 14, 2015

“Every day in communities across the United States, children and adolescents spend the majority of their waking hours in schools that have increasingly come to resemble places of detention more than places of learning. From metal detectors to drug tests, from increased policing to all-seeing electronic surveillance, the public schools of the twenty-first century reflect a society that has become fixated on crime, security and violence.”—Investigative journalist Annette Fuentes

The Saker: So What Are the Russians Really Doing in Syria?

What appears to be happening is this: the Russians are, apparently, sending some limited but important gear to provide immediate assistance to the Syrian forces. In doing so, they have also created the conditions to keep their options open. So while there is not massive Russian intervention taking place, something has definitely shifted in the Syrian conflict.

I would like to add here that while the government forces have recently lost the Idlib air base in the north of the country (and not too far from Latakia), all my sources confirm to me that the Syrian forces are in a much better position than Daesh and that the war is going very badly for the Takfiris. The Syrians have recently freed the city of Zabadan and they are on the offensive in most locations and while it is true that Daesh still controls a lot of land, most of that is desert.

To summarize the above I would say this: the AngloZionists are freaking out because their war against Syria has failed; while Daesh has created havoc and terror in several countries, there are many signs that the local countries are gradually becoming determined to do something. The US has also failed to get rid of Assad, the massive refugee crisis has triggered a major political crisis in Europe, and now the Europeans are looking at Assad in a dramatically different light than before.

Federal Tax Revenue Sets Record in August, Government is Still Broke

During the first eleven months of fiscal year 2015, the United States Federal Government generated more tax revenue than any previous year. According to the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, the feds have taken in $2,883,250,000,000, which amounts to an average of $19,346 for every full-time and part-time worker. And yet, our government is still pretty much broke.

Despite the fact that our government took almost 200 billion more dollars than they did at this time last year, the deficit is only projected to fall by $60 billion by the end of the year. And even those numbers may be wishful thinking at best. Unless our government receives a massive windfall in the next month, the deficit will grow significantly. Currently it stands at almost $530 billion, which is higher than it was last year.

This flies in the face of what many pro-government pundits would have you believe.

The pope is scheduled to arrive in the U.S. on August 22nd, and what has been reported as a "massive" security operation is now underway in Washington D.C., New York City and Philadelphia where he is set to tour.

Meanwhile, Representative Michael McCaul (R-TX) was on ABC's "This Week" Sunday and he seemed to suggest that a plot against the pope has already been thwarted.

Oculus, the Closed All-Seeing Eye at Ground Zero, to “Open” Each Year on 9/11

A bony “closed eye” structure dubbed Oculus has been erected over the rebuilt World Trade Center transportation hub that overlooks the new Ground Zero.

At a cost well over budget of $4 billion, Oculus is the “neofuturistic” design of architect Santiago Calatrava.

The Oculus has been referred to as a “living creature”:

“It’s changing its behavior as it gets more and more completed, Mr. Heintges (a facade consultant on Oculus) told NYT. “It’s like a living creature. It’s evolving, it’s morphing, because it’s receiving a skin.”

Across the middle of the eye is a 355-foot-long operable skylight.

The eye is normally closed, and it only “opens” once a year on a very specific day and for a very specific amount of time.

Lawrence Davidson explains why the US government and media are silent on their Israeli and Saudi allies’ support for America’s enemies, Al-Qaeda and Islamic State, and why Washington opposes Russia’s efforts to help Syria’s fight against these Islamist terrorists.

Kazakhstan’s president blames "outer interference" for terror attacks in Tajikistan

The recent terror attacks in Tajikistan were organized with involvement of forces from outside the country, Kazakhstan’s President Nursultan Nazarbayev said on Monday during his visit to Tajikistan.
"They are attempting Tajikistan, trying to get through, to destabilize," he told a news conference following the talks with Tajikistan’s President Emomali Rakhmon. "The recent events inside the country must have resulted from outside interference. We are aware of all those problems and know that here Tajikistan is like an outpost [in fighting terrorism and extremism in Central Asia - TASS]," he said. "Our law enforcers and special services should cooperate."

Search for missing mail reveals serious problems with Sandston postal facility

A Richmond man is on a mission to find his missing mail.

In April, photographer Steve Carr filled an envelope with negatives and shipped it off to a photo lab in California, but that envelope never made it to its destination.

As a result, Carr has spent the last four months sending hundreds of emails and making dozens of phone calls to anyone within the postal service who might be able to help.

“I probably have a book’s worth of emails that people looking for this single envelope and everything points back to Sandston,” explains Carr.

Sandston is the home of the USPS Processing and Distribution Center. Mail from our area goes through the plant before it ships out across the country.

By Brandon Turbeville

What has been well-known amongst informed observers for quite some time is now becoming so obvious that it is almost impossible to hide except from the most gullible members of the general public – that fact the United States is not only not interested in fighting ISIS, but they are actively protecting and shielding it...

The official U.S. Government definition includes the following: "Making mendacious, dehumanizing, demonizing, or stereotypical allegations about Jews as such or the power of Jews as a collective—especially but not exclusively, the myth about a world Jewish conspiracy or of Jews controlling the media, economy, government or other societal institutions. Shock Videos from California: Wildfire Evacuation as a Small Town Burns to the Ground

However prepared you think you are for an emergency wildfire evacuation, when it looks like you're driving through the outer edges of Hell, it's going to be a scary ride.

Wildfires are a real threat every year in California, but this season seems to be especially dramatic and uncontrollable. Chalk it up to the severe drought that has caused the grass and trees to become well-seasoned fuel for the fires.
One particular fire rages out of control in Lake County, just north of the famous Napa Valley, putting thousands of acres of vineyards on the outskirts of the inferno.

That is far from the worst of it, though. Over the weekend, the tiny burg of Middletown, California was burned off the map. The flames moved so quickly that there was barely time to notify the families of the town that they had to evacuate.

Webmaster addition: Meanwhile Nestle continues to pump California dry, leaving no water for agriculture or fire fighting!

State Dept. concedes ‘gaps’ in Clinton email record; could result in perjury charge

The emails former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton turned back over to the government last year contained “gaps,” according to internal department messages evaluating her production.

Mrs. Clinton took office on Jan. 21, 2009, but the first message she turned back over to the department was dated March 18, and the earliest-dated message she herself sent was on April 13, or nearly three months into her time in office, according to a message obtained by Judicial Watch through an open-records request.

Now-classified Clinton emails sitting on Google servers

Aides to the former secretary of state sent sensitive messages through Gmail and other private email services.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Back in 1996, when Bill Clinton was running for re-election, he authorized the transfer of highly sensitive technology to China. This technology had military applications and allowed China to close the gap in missile performance with the United States. The transfers were opposed and severely criticized by the Defense Department.

At the same time Bill Clinton was transferring this technology to China, huge donations began to pour into his re-election campaign from the US companies allowed to sell the technology to China, and from American citizens of Chinese descent. The fact that they were US citizens allowed them to donate to political campaigns, but it later emerged that they were acting as conduits for cash coming in from Asian sources, including Chinese Intelligence Agencies! The scandal became known as China-gate!

This establishes a history of the Clintons treating US secrets as their own personal property, selling them to raise money for campaigns.

Now then, let us consider a private email server with weak security, at least one known totally open access point, no encryption, and outside the control and monitoring systems of the US government, on which are parked many of the nation's most closely guarded secrets! It is already established that Hillary's email was hacked. One hacker named Guccifer provided copies of emails to Russia Today, which published them. Another hacker is reported to be offering 32,000 of Hillary's emails for the sum of $500,000. Security experts agree that Hillary's server had worse security than the Ashley Madison website!

Now, consider a charitable foundation owned by the Clintons (which actually does very little charitable work). Being a charitable foundation, it is allowed to accept "donations" from foreign sources, and roughly 40% of the cash that has poured into the Clinton Foundation has come from foreign sources. Many of those foreign sources received preferential treatment from Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, sufficient for attorney Larry Klayman to file a RICO lawsuit against the foundation (which as of last report was thrown out of court by a Clinton-appointed judge who refused to recuse himself over the obvious conflict of interest)!

Easy means of delivering secrets. Easy means of accepting payment!

This is a perfect setup to repeat the 1996 selling of secrets for cash. In other words, a perfect espionage operation, running out the US State Department, with the weak email server providing the secrets and a charitable foundation to accept and launder the payments! Hillary doesn't have to physically steal the files, the way Jonathan Pollard did. Hillary doesn't have to scratch an X on a mailbox, the way Aldrich Ames did. Hillary doesn't have to tape bundles of stolen documents underneath a park bridge, like Robert Hannsen did!

It is time to look past the small scandal of the private email server at what may be a far larger scandal hidden behind it!

Official Washington’s new “group think” is to blame Russia’s President Putin for the Syrian crisis, although it was the neocons and President George W. Bush who started the current Mideast mess by invading Iraq, the Saudis who funded Al Qaeda, and the Israelis who plotted “regime change,” says Robert Parry.

Syria: The (Russian Air) Cavalry Is Coming

In light of the catastrophic outcome of the "western" war on Libya the Russian government declared to oppose any further such "regime change" in the Middle East. But the U.S. continues to train, arm and finance insurgents against the Syrian Arab Republic and, under the disguise of fighting the Islamic State, prepares to take down the Syrian government. Eliminating the Syrian government would likely create a radical jihadist state in Damascus and lead to massacres and mass refugee movements.

But Russia means what it says and will now use its military capabilities to confront the U.S. plans:
