Chelsea Manningand the Deepwater Horizon Killings

The BP drilling rig blew itself to Kingdom Come after the “mud” — the cement used to cap the well — blew out.

The oil company, the federal government and the industry were shocked — shocked! — at this supposedly unexpected explosion in the deep waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

But BP knew, and Exxon and Chevron knew, and the U.S. State Department knew, that just 17 months earlier another BP offshore rig had suffered an identical, disastrous blow-out halfway across the planet in the Caspian Sea.

Pakistan's first Prime Minister Liaquat Ali Khan was assassinated by America

Nawabzada Liaquat Ali Khan, Pakistan's first Prime Minister, was assassinated on October 16, 1951 while addressing a public meeting in the garrison city of Rawalpindi. His assassin, later identified as Saad Akbar Babrak was shot dead on the spot. Saad Akbar Babrak was an Afghan national and a professional assassin. For more than 63 years controversy continued about the motives and perpetrators after the assassination of Liaquat Ali Khan. Conspiracy theories abounded with little to substantiate. However, the controversy is now coming to end as declassified documents of the US State Department disclosed that Americans murdered the first elected prime minister of Pakistan through the Afghan government.

The US documents, released several years ago but highlighted recently by the Pakistani media and social media.

Ukrainian Regime Persecutes and Kills Opposition Politicians and Journalists

According to 2014 Reporters Without Borders report, Syria, Palestine, Ukraine, Iraq and Libya have been named the deadliest countries for reporters. (1) Conflict-torn Ukraine has become the worst country for journalists’ abductions, murders and attacks. Since May to August 2014 6 journalists died in Ukraine, dozens of reporters were attacked or physically threatened. Many journalists had to leave Ukraine being afraid for their lives. It all started after the advocates of Ukrainian integral nationalism came to power as a result of coup in February 2014. The new ideology was formed by Ukrainian fascists in 1920-1940s. It’s a mixture of Italian fascism and German Nazism adapted to Ukrainian realities.

High Court: Israel Can Legally Seize Palestinian Homes in East Jerusalem

The purge of Palestinian civilians during the founding of Israel left a lot of empty, Arab-owned housing across the country, owned by a lot refugees who were never to return. The 1948 “Absentees’ Property Law” allowed the state to seize those homes to redistribute to incoming Jews.

Today, the Israeli Supreme Court has ruled that the law can be applied to occupied East Jerusalem, allowing the Israeli government to seize the property of Palestinian owners if they live in the occupied West Bank.

According to Pew research, the percentage of Americans who thought gun rights were more important was only 29-34 percent during the 90s. In the 00s, that number shot up and down between the 32 and 45 percent. Around the turn of the current decade, the numbers were roughly even for several years, but in December 2014 the number of Americans who value gun rights surpassed those who prefer gun control for the first time. The numbers are currently 52 percent and 46 percent.

Did Presidential Candidate, Marco Rubio, Make A Deal With The Devil?

Is mainstream media really going to ignore that Marco Rubio’s campaign is named after the late 1990?s think tank called a ‘Project for a New American Century’ (PNAC), founded by Head Neocon – Bill Kristol? And this is no coincidence. Guess who’s doing the Sunday talk show circuit campaigning for a Rubio presidency? You know it...

Now as a reminder the PNAC is a lobby group formed by a host of neocons at the end of the 1990?s with an objective of war in the Middle East. See if you recognize a few of the notable names of people that signed the PNAC’s founding statement of principles; Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Ron Perle and Paul Wolfowitz. You’ll note these guys became Vice President, Secretary of Defense, Chairman of the Defense Policy Board and Deputy Secretary of Defense, respectively, under president Bush about six months before 9/11.

WHAT WAS FORGOTTEN ON HOLOCAUST REMEMBRANCE DAY?

What, exactly, was remembered during Israel’s Holocaust Remembrance Day this week?

Not the victims of Israel’s latest slaughter in Gaza, where more than 2,200 civilians were killed less than a year ago. In the propagandistic world of “Holocaust memory” only Jews can be victims, so mainstream media marginalize the hundreds of Jewish Holocaust survivors and their descendants who publicly condemned “the massacre of Palestinians in Gaza” (their words). Instead, a leading Israeli newspaper informed us this week that “adult children of Holocaust survivors in Israel tend to be more anxious than their peers … about the Iranian nuclear threat” — even though Iran has no nuclear weapons and has never attacked Israel.

Flashback 6 Years Ago Today! 'InfoWarrior' Jason Bermas: Jew Critics Are 'Anti-Semites' Who Should Hang Or Electrocute Themselves

Six years ago today, I was listening to an Infowars broadcast and heard fill-in host and Alex Jones protégé Jason Bermas excoriate a caller for daring to mention the word Jew on air. Bermas went on an insane rant, telling the caller "Look man. It's not a Jewish conspiracy OK? Get over it... Give me a break dude, please go hang yourself. There's somebody I wouldn't mind with a little population control. The question is, if you're asking that question, why are you still breathing? I mean why haven't you really just taken a toaster oven and thrown it in the bathtub with yourself and had a party? Because that's what you need to do." I broke the story, which prompted Bermas & Jones to respond to my article on air the next day, with the original caller calling back in. It caused quite a stir in the "patriot community", prompting Jeff Rense, Texe Marrs & many others to sharply criticize Bermas, who seemed to disappeared from the scene soon thereafter.

Nazi sympathisers, Holocaust deniers and their supporters from across the world have held a sickening secret rally in Britain at which speakers unleashed anti-Semitic rants, referring to Jews as ‘the enemy’ and ‘children of darkness’.

The meeting of the shadowy organisation will fuel fears of a growing resurgence in hatred towards Jews across Europe. The vile event was observed by a Mail on Sunday undercover team. East Ukraine rebels using white phosphorous? Kiev junta's "projection" exposed!

A Ukrainian article suggesting rebel use of white phosphorous have been furiously circulated on social networking sites. The article makes the claim that the a battalion of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (the Crimea Battalion) came under white phosphorous fire from rebel forces.

This blatant piece of propaganda on behalf of the Kiev junta, who have themselves been accused of deploying the banned munition, has been exposed by video-blogger Anatoliy Shariy. Shariy demonstrates how a photo purporting to show Kiev's use of white phosphorous taken by the rebel forces in June of 2014 and subsequently published in Komsomolskaya Pravda was manipulated by simply creating a mirror image and then used as "evidence" that the rebels have also been guilty of the same war crime.

How Oklahoma City Bombing Propaganda Effects Real Americans Decades Later

Mohammed Abdullah is a black American, U.S. Marine veteran, and convert to Islam who found something very wrong with his country's government. Abdullah, an armed guard, had come to disbelieve the U.S. government's official story regarding 9/11. He also felt a serious moral obligation to expose the lies, which blame Muslims for the attack. So he stood outside the local police dept. handing out DVDS & fliers. Soon after, the Police Dept. itself & the City Attorney filed a restraining order against him, in an attempt to ban him from all contact with hundreds of city employees. In shocking court testimony, one of the 'victims,' a female officer, justified her fear of Abdullah and his words with her beliefs about OKC and anti-government extremists. She referred to "my knowledge of incidents at Oklahoma City" and how "no one was able to do anything about it because of First Amendment rights."

World Economic Forum for East Asia opens in Indonesia

The World Economic Forum for East Asia will open in Indonesia on Sunday assembling more than 700 delegates from 40 countries.
The leaders of the world’s biggest companies will discuss the current regional problems against the background of global changes - decreasing U.S. influence; the increased roles of Russia and China as well as people’s growing mistrust of business and the state.
We are entering an era that will see an end to the US unilateral rule over the world. Countries like Russia and China are assuming more dominating roles, John Riadi, the forum’s co-chairman and director of Lippo Group, one of the biggest conglomerates in Indonesia, said. According to him, geopolitical changes bring new challenges, including economic ones that cannot go unnoticed.
Another global trend, according to the forum’s co-chairman, is the low level of popular trust in the state and business.

Putin warns Israel on possible lethal arms delivery to Kiev

Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned Israel against a possible supply of lethal weapons to the Ukrainian government, following Moscow’s decision to deliver S-300 surface-to-air missile system to Iran.

He issued the warning in an interview aired on Rossiya 1 TV on Saturday, saying that the move by Tel Aviv would be “counterproductive” and “only cause a new round of hostility.”

“The death toll would rise, but the result would not change,” Russia Today quoted the Russian leader as saying.

The remarks came after some Israeli politicians suggested that the regime might send lethal weapons to Ukraine in retaliation for Russia’s planned supply of S-300 missile system to Iran.

Ted Cruz’s frightening gun fanaticism: When a presidential contender encourages armed insurrection

This view of gun rights that casts personal firearm ownership as a check on the abuses of government doesn’t make a great deal of practical sense, and it betrays a lack of faith in our democratic institutions.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The loss of faith in the institutions of government is the government's own doing. Lies about Saddam's nuclear weapons, lies about torpedoes in the Gulf of Tonkin, lies about human-caused global warming, lies about the true scale of unemployment, in sort, decades of lies about pretty much everything have taught the American people a bitter lesson that this government cannot and should not be trusted.

Capitalism has failed and in the process, decayed into fascism, as many world leaders predicted would be the case. history shows us what fascist governments do to their own people to perpetuate their own power and wealth. The Founding Fathers remembered that, which is why we have the Second Amendment.

As for the practical side, let me share a quote from Aleksandr I. Solzhenitsyn's "The Gulag Archipelago"

"And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more - we had no awareness of the real situation... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward."

ood Feud: More Cities Block Meal-Sharing for Homeless

More American cities are blocking individuals and ministries from feeding homeless people in parks and public squares, and several Americans have been ticketed for offering such charity, according to a forthcoming report by the National Coalition for the Homeless.

To date, 33 cities have adopted or are considering such food–sharing restrictions, according to the coalition, which shared with NBC News a draft of its soon-to-be published study.

Police in at least four municipalities – Raleigh, N.C.; Myrtle Beach, S.C.; Birmingham, Ala.; and Daytona Beach, Fla. – have recently fined, removed or threatened to jail private groups that offered meals to the homeless instead of letting government-run service agencies care for those in need, the advocacy group reports.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Mike and I participate in a couple of food distribution programs, sponsored by two local churches; one is for state-recognised food-insecure children, and the other is for general food distribution to people who are food insecure.

Trust me, these people are not lazy in any way. Some are elderly with no local family to help them; others fall through the cracks in terms of benefits.

But I thoroughly understand that cities don't like the homeless around, because homelessness makes cities "look bad".

But there is a remarkable answer, and that is what the state of Utah (who knew?!?) is doing to eliminate their homeless problem. And it is an intelligent, and compassionate approach. As reported at nationalswell.com in December of 2013:

Utah has reduced its rate of chronic homelessness by 74 percent over the past eight years, moving 2000 people off the street and putting the state on track to eradicate homelessness altogether by 2015. How’d they do it? The state is giving away apartments, no strings attached. In 2005, Utah calculated the annual cost of E.R. visits and jail stays for an average homeless person was $16,670, while the cost of providing an apartment and social worker would be $11,000. Each participant works with a caseworker to become self-sufficient, but if they fail, they still get to keep their apartment.

I certainly wish that the folks in these cities criminalizing homelessness would take a page from Utah's example, and get things working for their homeless populations. It can be done, if there is a will to do it.

CONGRESS IS ATTEMPTING TO REAUTHORIZE KEY PATRIOT ACT PROVISIONS BY SNEAKING IT INTO “USA FREEDOM ACT”

Yet with Section 215’s lifespan now stretching to a matter of weeks, supporters of broad surveillance powers have yet to put forth a bill for their preservation – evidence, opponents believe, that the votes for reauthorization do not exist, particularly not in the House of Representatives.

More likely, according to a multiple Hill sources, is a different option under consideration: making the major NSA reform bill of the last Congress the point of departure for reauthorizing 215 in the current one.

The bill would not abridge NSA collection of Americans’ international communications, nor prevent the NSA or the FBI from warrantlessly searching through its troves of them for Americans’ identifying information. Nor would it restrict a constellation of surveillance efforts authorized by a Reagan-era executive order. Even a recently disclosed bulk domestic phone records collection dragnet by the Drug Enforcement Agency would be untouched.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Leave it to Congress to do something this completely underhanded.

Why was EVERY BADGE-CARRYING FEDERAL AGENT absent from work at nine o'clock on a weekday morning, their offices staffed only with civilian clerical workers?

OKC Bombshell Implicates Feds In Murrah Blast

In reality, the ANFO story was born only 10 minutes after the blast when a high-ranking BATF official by the name of Harry Everhart witnessed the blast from nearby and called the BATF office in Dallas to excitedly announce, “Someone has just blown up the federal building in Oklahoma City with a truckload of ANFO!”

Some reporters and investigators, who have looked objectively at the bombing, now argue that neither Everhart nor anyone else could have correctly deduced in such a short time exactly what caused the explosion.

According to government documents released later, Everhart was experienced in loading large amounts of ammonium nitrate fertilizer into a vehicle for use as a terrorist truck bomb, and his presence in the midst of the second worst terrorist attack in U.S. history looms suspicious to this day.

OK City - Why Did Bill Clinton's National Security Council Fund ATF "Experiments" in Building Home Made ANFO Truck Bombs in 1994?

According to the federal government, an Ammonia Nitrate-Fuel Oil (ANFO) truck bomb allegedly destroyed the Alfred P. Murrah building in downtown Oklahoma City on the morning of Wednesday, April 19, 1995. Also, according to recently released government documents, an individual experienced in loading large amounts of ammonia nitrate fertilizer into a vehicle for use as a terrorist truck bomb was present at the OKC scene and actually witnessed the worst terrorist attack in U.S. history. Records indicate that this ANFO explosives expert and his associates had constructed and destroyed at least eight vehicles in "test bombing experiments" out at a secret range in the New Mexico desert in the twelve months prior to the OKC bombing. He and his fellow explosives experts even photographed and videotaped these truck bombs as they detonated.

San Jose CAFR: $5.4 billion ‘pension fund’ LOSES $17 million, but pays $24 million to ‘advisors.’ Public banking, monetary reform are answers

*hyperlinks/video live at source*

The City of San Jose’s 2014 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (CAFR) reveals:

A $5.4 billion Pension Trust Fund (pg. 194) that generated $105 million income from interest and dividends (pg. 195), and pays advisors $24.4 million for investment expenses (pg. 195).
A comprehensive financial strategy of purchasing debt securities to earn interest ($58.6 million, page 195), and selling debt securities that cost interest ($98.4 million, page 201).

Therefore, this financial strategy involving a $5.4 billion pension fund cost $17 million to taxpayers and retirees (income minus interest and investment expenses) while paying the advisors to manage these “investments” $24 million.

And it might be worse than this because the CAFR is not transparent with how much debt securities cost taxpayers:

Page 201 states a $98 million interest cost, but page 85 has total interest cost for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015 as $135 million.

Oklahoma City Bomb Report

This report on the bombing of the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City was prepared by Brigadier General Benton K. Partin, USAF (Ret.) and dated July 30, 1995.

The report was submitted to the U.S. Congress and is a matter of the Congressional Record.

Webmaster's Commentary:

What is important to remember is that Congress was going to hold an investigation into what happened at Waco. The BATF had collected all the evidence and stored it in the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City. When the building was destroyed, so was all the Waco evidence!

"It’s easy to assume that workers earning less than $15 is a small subset of the workforce. But, in fact, 42% of all workers in the United States fit this bill. Just over half of all African Americans earn less than $15 an hour, and nearly 60% of Latinos

TURNS OUT IT’S 42% OF ALL U.S. WORKERS.
Ever since fast-food workers walked off their jobs in New York City in November 2012 to demand $15 per hour, that dollar figure has been the rallying cry of the low-wage worker movement.
The campaign has had some notable wins lately, as Wal-Mart, Target, T.J.Maxx, and McDonald’s announced increases to their minimum wages.

FLASHBACK - WACO - Who Shot First?

Contrary to the image of a dangerous gun nut put out in the media in an effort to justify the burning of the church, official BATF records prove that David Koresch was rather harmless, so much so that the BATF agents invited him to go shooting with them just 9 days before they raided the church. Koresch supplied the ammunition. The BATF agents allowed Koresch to try out their weapons.

Here is the official BATF report.

The Oklahoma City Bombing - The CNN Reports of additional bombs.

LEA: All right. We just saw, if you were watching there- there was a white pick-up truck backing a trailer into the scene here. They're trying to move people out of the way so they can get it in. It appears to be the Oklahoma County Bomb Squad. It's their bomb disposal unit, essentially, is what it is. And it is what they would use to- if- if the report that we gave you just a few moments ago turns out to be correct, that they have found a second explosive device of some kind inside this building, they'll back that trailer down there and the bomb squad folks will go in and they will use that- that trailer- you see the bucket on the back there. Sort of- this is how they would transport the explosive device away from this populated area to try to do something with it.

The Oklahoma City Bombing - What was the Army doing with a Ryder Truck just before the Murrah blast?

The pilot who took the photos wishes (for the obvious reasons) to remain anonymous, but these photos are purported to be of an area near Camp Gruber-Braggs, Oklahoma in early April of 1995. Needless to say, just days after this photo was taken, the Murrah Building in Oklahoma City was destroyed (along with internal cutter charges) by a Ryder truck full of explosives.

NEW! In a recently discovered news article written by the Washington Post on June 17th, 1997, the Oklahoma National Guard authenticates the following photos as being exactly what they appear to be, photos of a Ryder truck in a clandestine base at Camp Gruber-Braggs.

Germany Seeks Compensation for $57M Holocaust Fraud

Ever since the world’s leading Holocaust charity discovered a massive insider fraud in 2009, its leaders have insisted that German taxpayers, rather than needy Holocaust survivors, had to foot the bill.

But a letter obtained by the Forward suggests that politicians within the German Parliament want the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany to compensate for the $57 million that was lost.

In the December 2014 letter, Matthias Hass, of Germany’s ministry of finance, stresses Germany’s “requirement” that the Claims Conference “makes repayments to compensate for the financial damage arising from the cases of fraud.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

So, a Holocaust "Charity" defrauds the German government out of $57 million, but wants German taxpayers to carry the loss rather than return the ill-gotten gains?

That sounds about par for the course.

Ukraine ceasefire violations blamed on ‘unidentified third party’ – OSCE

The fragile truce in eastern Ukraine has on several occasions been violated by an “unidentified third party,” the OSCE mission stated in its daily report, citing officers of the joint coordination center who were trying to organize a ceasefire.

The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) has witnessed three attempts by the Joint Centre for Control & Coordination (JCCC) to organize a ceasefire between Ukrainian troops and the self-proclaimed republics’ forces, according to the new report dated April 16. But within minutes after the arranged time, ceasefires were broken by a “third party,” Ukrainian and Russian officers tasked with mediating the truce told OSCE representatives.

“According to both Ukrainian Armed Forces and Russian Federation Armed Forces officers at the observation point, an unidentified 'third party' was provoking the two sides,” the mission’s report says.

Iranian ship convoy moves toward Yemen, alarming US officials

U.S. military officials are concerned that Iran's support for Houthi rebels in Yemen could spark a confrontation with Saudi Arabia and plunge the region into sectarian war.
Iran is sending an armada of seven to nine ships — some with weapons — toward Yemen in a potential attempt to resupply the Shia Houthi rebels, according to two U.S. defense officials.

What's unusual about the new deployment, which set out this week, is that the Iranians are not trying to conceal it, officials said. Instead, they appear to be trying to "communicate it" to the U.S. and its allies in the Gulf.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Which suggests to me that the convoy is actually food and humanitarian aid.

Can the courts liberate the Bank of Canada?

You know the old aphorism, "If a tree falls in the forest…?" Well, how about this one: if citizens win a significant victory in court against an autocratic government involving the fleecing of Canadians of billions of their hard-earned tax dollars and no one in the media actually covers it, did it really happen?

That might well be the question being asked over at the Committee for Monetary and Economic Reform (COMER), a very small and low-budget Toronto think-tank. With their lawyer Rocco Galati (of Supreme Court fame in the Nadon case) they have been steadily winning court battles initiated in 2011 that would oblige the Bank of Canada to return to its pre-1974 practice of lending the government money virtually interest-free. But the mainstream media has boycotted the story. Galati believes the Harper government has done some serious arm-twisting to keep the story buried.

Lets stop with the Auschwitz lies

This is a factual list of facilities available to prisoners at the alleged Nazi death camp of Auschwitz in Poland.

Most of these facilities can still be seen in the camp today, including the cinema, swimming pool, hospital, library and post office.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The Nazi German camps were factory operations where the inmates made war materials for the German army, a parallel to the booming prison-labor industry in the United States Today. But at the end of WW2, the planners of Israel faced a major problem. The world had just united against Germany on the principle that one nation does not have a right to simply march into another nation and take it for their own use, which is exactly what the planners of Israel wanted to do to Palestine. Israel needed a propaganda weapon so powerful that all the world's nation that had sacrificed so much blood and treasure would be convinced that what Germany could not be allowed to do to Poland and France, Israel had to be allowed to do to Palestine. So using Jewish-controlled media, slave-labor facilities became death camps, delousing became gassing, shower rooms became gas chambers, deaths from typhus epidemics became extermination, and one of the greatest lies ever told was born.

BEX ALERT - Preserving the Ghastly Inventory of Auschwitz

Webmaster's Commentary:

READER COMMENT: On my visit I wish they would have preserved more. Entering the main gate is the brothel building and one of the libraries. It is not labeled. Inmates were given Auschwitz script for working and they could use it at the brothel and canteen. Again not labeled. I saw the site where one of the 3 Jewish orchestras played. The kitchens that cooked and fed the prisoners were not labeled. They showed me a gas chamber with the original wood door and glass window. Apparently the Jews were obedient and didn’t want to destroy the glass or they could have escaped. The swimming pool for the inmates is inside the fence but you can’t see it unless you know where to look because the windows of the adjoining buildings have been blacked out. I saw the hospital where inmates were given the finest medical treatment and if need an outside specialist was called in. The soccer field where the inmates played was still there. One of the most interesting buildings was where mainly Jewish “detainees” gave plays, concerts, and other programs. There is so much more I hope they preserve but accurately label. The displays of shoes, glasses, suitcases, etc. are fake. They are on a platform at a 45 degree angle. There is nothing below, just one top layer but they want to give the impression that it is full.

Can the courts liberate the Bank of Canada?

The good folks at COMER have for years -- decades, actually -- been trying to get people to pay attention to what is far and away the biggest, most outrageous fraud ever perpetrated on the Canadian people. I am speaking here of the fact that instead of the Canadian government borrowing money from its own bank, our bank -- the Bank of Canada (BoC) -- it has, since 1974, chosen instead to borrow exclusively from private international and domestic financial institutions providing them with enormous, absolutely risk-free profits for almost four decades.

The result, according to economist Ellen Brown:

"By 2012, the government had paid C$1 trillion in interest -- twice its national debt. Interest on the debt is now the government's single largest budget expenditure -- larger than health care, senior entitlements or national defense."
