Pakistan reserves right to retaliate in future: Gen Tariq

Pakistan reserves the right to appropriately retaliate against unilateral attacks by coalition forces from Afghanistan, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) General Tariq Majid said on Friday. “Pakistan reserves the right to appropriately retaliate in future,” General Tariq told German Defence Minister Franz Josef Jung who called on him at the Joint Staff Headquarters.

OK, on the day of the election for Zadari as Pakistani President, we've got the Pakistani military quoted as stating that Pakistan (read: the Pakistani military) has the right to retaliate against NATO and US troops if they do any more cross-border strikes like the ones they did last week. This makes any of our soldiers on missions inside Pakistan sitting ducks for this kind of retaliation.
